Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey.
We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses.
We’re making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise — available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey.
We're designing the future of autonomous marketing, taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do.
And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine — Loomi — so that personalization isn't only autonomous…it's also consistent. From retail to financial services, hospitality to gaming, businesses use Bloomreach to drive higher growth and lasting loyalty. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
About the Role:
As Bloomreach pioneers the future of AI-driven e-commerce, driving safe, efficient, and rapid AI adoption across our entire global enterprise is paramount. We are seeking a Director, AI Enablement & Security to join our Global Information Security and Technology (GIST) leadership team.
This is a high-visibility leadership role demanding a rare blend of strategic business acumen and deep engineering leadership. Your primary mandate is to maximize Bloomreach's organizational velocity through AI adoption, while ensuring the necessary security controls, financial oversight, and compliance guardrails remain firmly in place.
You will directly manage and scale high-performing teams of AI, IT, and Security engineers who build the core infrastructure, making enterprise AI adoption possible. Serving as the central operational bridge across all departments - from Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product/R&D to HR, Finance, and Legal - you will work hand-in-hand with our GRC team, Legal, and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to deliver frictionless, secure technical enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Departmental AI Strategy & Enablement
Enterprise AI Catalyst: Partner with leadership across all business units (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Product) to identify, prioritize, and safely accelerate AI use cases that drive productivity and operational velocity.
AI Governance Committee: Chair or co-lead a cross-functional AI Governance Committee to align product, corporate, legal, and financial stakeholders on global AI initiatives.
Culture & Literacy Strategy: Design and champion a company-wide AI readiness and safety education strategy to raise the technical and risk-awareness baseline across Bloomreach.
2. Leadership & People Management
Scale Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Lead, mentor, and resource teams across three distinct technical domains: Information Security, IT, and AI enablement.
Technical Roadmap Execution: Translate broad, cross-departmental business needs into concrete technical roadmaps for your teams, ensuring corporate infrastructure and production safety scale alongside company growth.
3. AI Governance, Risk & FinOps
Collaborative Risk Management: Partner closely with the GRC team, Legal, and the DPO to integrate AI-specific vulnerabilities and compliance requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) into the overarching Enterprise Risk Management framework without stalling business velocity.
Cross-Departmental Spend Optimization: Architect and own the enterprise AI FinOps framework alongside Finance. Direct your teams to build the technical tracking required to monitor, forecast, and optimize enterprise-wide AI spend, vendor costs, and LLM API consumption across all departments.
Vendor Lifecycle Governance: Oversee the technical evaluation and continuous risk profiling for all third-party AI platforms and integrated business tools used across the company.
4. AI Security & Infrastructure
Define the AI Security Blueprint: Establish the technical security standards and risk-appetite frameworks for both internal corporate AI usage and production-grade AI features
Automated Guardrails: Guide IT and Security engineers in deploying automated technical controls to prevent corporate data leakage and mitigate risks.
What You Bring:
The Leadership Pedigree: 10+ years of experience in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering, with 5+ years of experience managing and scaling multiple teams (IT, Security, and/or AI/Software Engineering).
Velocity-First Mindset: A proven track record of driving rapid technology adoption and change management across diverse business units while successfully maintaining rigorous corporate guardrails.
Collaborative Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to build relationships and work seamlessly across all enterprise departments - from Go-To-Market and Product/R&D to Finance, GRC, Legal, and the DPO - bridging the gap between business enablement, execution, and compliance.
Technical Depth: Deep conceptual and architectural understanding of modern AI systems (LLMs, MLOps, RAG, vector databases) and enterprise IT/Security infrastructure. You can easily challenge assumptions and guide your direct reports.
Executive Communication: Elite communication skills - the ability to translate highly technical engineering concepts into business-impact narratives and clear, data-driven presentations for C-suite executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading security or engineering initiatives in a global SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce personalization company.
Advanced credentials such as IAPP Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), CISM, or similar executive-level certifications.

We’re looking for a Solution Consultant to join our presales team covering EMEA, based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia..
This is a customer-facing, consultative role. You’ll run discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes. You won’t be writing code all day — but you’ll need to understand how data flows, integrations work, and how marketing teams actually operate.
We also expect you to be curious about AI and actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work — whether that’s preparing for demos, researching prospects, building content, or finding smarter ways to get things done. We’re not looking for an AI engineer, but for someone who naturally reaches for AI as a productivity multiplier and stays current with how it’s reshaping martech and presales.
This is not a senior or principal-level hire. We’re looking for someone with solid foundations and strong potential — someone who’s sharp, curious, and ready to grow into a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
The base salary range for this position is CZK 966,000- CZK 1,207,500. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
What You’ll Do
Run discovery with prospects — ask the right questions to understand business challenges, current tech stack, and what success looks like for them
Deliver product demonstrations — not generic feature tours, but tailored sessions that connect our platform to the customer’s specific use cases
Build and present solution concepts — translate customer requirements into clear, compelling narratives around our technology
Support the sales cycle end-to-end — from initial qualification through technical validation to close, working in lockstep with your AE
Handle technical questions and objections — bridge the gap between what the customer’s marketing and IT teams need to hear
Prepare and deliver workshop-style sessions — for mid-market and enterprise evaluation processes, often with multiple stakeholders in the room
Leverage AI tools proactively — use AI assistants, copilots, and automation to accelerate research, demo prep, content creation, and internal workflows
Collaborate internally — work with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure what we propose is what we can deliver
Contribute to presales assets — demo environments, use case libraries, and reusable content that makes the whole team better
What You Bring
Fluent English — this is your primary working language; you can present confidently, write clearly, and hold business conversations with senior stakeholders across Europe
Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, comfortable covering EMEA with occasional travel for key customer meetings, workshops, and team events
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers — you understand how buying decisions are made in larger organisations
Confidence presenting to groups — whether it’s a 1:1 with a Head of CRM or a room of 15 stakeholders, you hold the room
Strong communication and discovery skills — you listen well, ask structured questions, and explain technical concepts in business language
Curiosity and structured thinking — you enjoy understanding how things work and can break down complex topics logically
Active use of AI tools — you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in your work and you’re genuinely interested in how AI is changing the way we sell, consult, and build solutions
2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant field — this could be presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, digital/CRM agency work, martech consulting, implementation consulting, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role
We explicitly welcome candidates from adjacent backgrounds. If you’ve spent the last few years configuring marketing platforms, running client workshops at a digital agency, or consulting on CX strategy — and you’re ready to move into a presales role — we want to hear from you.
Nice to Have
Additional European languages — German, French, Spanish, or Dutch are a real asset for EMEA coverage
Experience in SaaS, martech, or the broader digital marketing ecosystem
Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or personalisation engines
Hands-on experience delivering demos or running customer workshops
Understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations
Basic technical literacy — APIs, data integrations, webhooks, SQL, or similar (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you shouldn’t be afraid of a JSON payload)
Experience using AI for content generation, prospect research, or workflow automation beyond basic prompting
Experience working directly with sales teams and navigating commercial conversations
What Success Looks Like After 12 Months
You independently run discovery and demo cycles for mid-market and enterprise opportunities across EMEA
AEs actively want you on their deals because you make the conversation better
Customers leave your sessions with a clear understanding of how the platform fits their world — not just what buttons it has
You’ve built a working knowledge of our platform, key use cases, and competitive landscape
You use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow — and you’ve probably shown the team a few tricks they hadn’t thought of
You contribute ideas and content that improve how the presales team operates
You’re developing toward owning more complex, strategic engagements
Why This Role
Real growth path. This is a P3 role with a clear trajectory. We invest in developing Solution Consultants — not just deploying them.
Work that matters commercially. You’re not a demo jockey. You directly influence whether enterprise deals move forward and how they’re shaped.
Strong product. It’s significantly easier to sell and consult on a platform that actually works. Ours does.
AI-forward team. We actively encourage using AI tools to work smarter. You won’t have to justify why you’re using ChatGPT — you’ll have to explain why you’re not.
Collaborative team. Presales here are respected, not an afterthought. You’ll work closely with experienced AEs, product leaders, and fellow SCs who share what they know.
EMEA scope from CZ/SK. Broad exposure to different markets, industries, and buying cultures — with the advantage of being in a central European hub close to key markets.
Flexibility. Remote-friendly setup within the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with travel for key customer engagements and team events — not a road warrior schedule
The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Global Proposal Response Manager to revolutionize our RFP and proposal process within our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. If you view RFPs not as an administrative chore, but as a strategic puzzle to be solved using cutting-edge technology, creative storytelling, and data-driven insights, you’ll fit right in.
The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Global Proposal Response Manager, you will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across our global markets. You will partner closely with international Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product teams, and Executives to build compelling, winning responses for world-class brands.
This isn't a traditional, reactive proposal role. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you will have the opportunity to define what modern, global proposal management looks like at Bloomreach. You will act as both a process architect and a strategic advisor. Crucially, you will look beyond individual submissions to extract data and trends, providing insights to cross-functional leadership that directly influence our global product and commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Global Workflow Architecture: Evaluate, design, and optimize our global GTM proposal processes. Establish scalable frameworks for speed and accuracy—defining clear international hand-offs, optimizing template libraries, and embedding AI naturally into the team's daily sprint cadence.
Strategic Qualification: Lead the initial intake process and facilitate rigorous Go/No-Go assessments to ensure our global sales teams are dedicating resources to high-value, winnable enterprise opportunities.
Leadership Insights & Reporting: Analyze proposal data, win/loss trends, and common product gaps surfaced during the RFP process. Synthesize these findings into actionable, high-visibility insights for cross-functional leadership (Product, Marketing, and Sales Executives) to drive strategic decisions.
End-to-End Project Management: Own the global proposal roadmap. Define timelines across multiple time zones, assign deliverables, and keep cross-functional stakeholders accountable and aligned under tight deadlines.
AI-Driven Content Crafting: Serve as the power-user and global champion for our proposal tech stack. Use AI to generate, refine, and optimize responses, while maintaining Bloomreach’s unique global brand voice.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with global Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to extract expert knowledge and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven business benefits.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires within the Enterprise B2B SaaS space, with a proven track record of handling comprehensive, multi-product solutions on an international scale.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" data within proposals. You know how to track response metrics and communicate complex trends clearly to executive leadership.
Process Builder Mindset: Proven experience building or transforming workflows from scratch. You know how to balance "speed to submit" with high-quality output, and you are comfortable piloting new processes globally, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Deep comfort (and excitement) working with AI-driven proposal tools (experience with Von is highly preferred). You view AI as a co-pilot, not a threat.
Agile & Global Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously across global regions, and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
Master Communicator: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. You can turn dense, highly technical enterprise architecture into a compelling, value-driven business narrative.
Influence Without Authority: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to corral busy cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Security, Legal, and Sales) across diverse geographic locations and drive projects to completion.
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with Conveyer, Loopio or similar RFP tooling.
APMP Certification (Foundation or Practitioner level): Demonstrates mastery of global industry standards for proposal management and response optimization.
PMP (Project Management Professional): Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder dependencies and drive high-stakes projects to the finish line under tight deadlines.
PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner): Strong alignment with our agile mindset—comfortable running fast-paced response "sprints" and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Familiarity with broader sales and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Von, Slack).

We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) organization in the Americas. The Principal HRBP will partner closely with GTM leaders and their leadership teams as a trusted advisor on all people‑related topics—org design, performance and talent, capability building, culture and AI‑enabled ways of working—as well as supporting people programs and initiatives. You’ll move comfortably between strategy and execution: shaping the long‑term people agenda for GTM while rolling up your sleeves to solve real‑time issues with leaders and teams.
This role is based remotely in the USA and will work with distributed teams across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders to understand business and GTM strategy, and translate it into a clear people plan for the Americas GTM organization.
Diagnose org health (structure, headcount mix, capability, engagement, ways of working) across GTM teams and propose data‑driven interventions.
Support organizational design, restructures and workforce planning (e.g. team shape, IC/Manager mix, quota‑carrying vs. non‑quota roles, regional coverage, AI‑assisted roles) aligned to GTM and portfolio priorities.
Act as a thought partner on culture, change management, leadership effectiveness, and how we build a strong, AI‑enabled GTM organization over time.
Coach GTM leaders and managers to build high‑performing, healthy teams with strong focus on top talent retention, especially for quota‑carrying and revenue‑critical roles.
Navigate the nuance of quota‑carrying roles and sales performance management (e.g. under‑performance, plan changes, territory realignments), ensuring fair, consistent and timely processes.
Partner with Sales Compensation / Rewards teams to interpret and operationalize sales compensation plans, helping leaders and managers understand how plan design, crediting and targets show up in day‑to‑day leadership decisions.
Coach managers to handle people issues early and well, building their leadership confidence and capability, especially in performance management and difficult conversations linked to incentives and targets.
Support annual compensation and benefits processes for your client groups, including market reviews, promotions, quota and incentive‑related decisions, and pay changes.
Lead or co‑own people‑related transformation in GTM – e.g. reorganizations, new operating models, shifts in coverage/territories, adoption of AI tools and workflows, or changes in how GTM partners with other teams.
Partner with People CoEs (Talent, Rewards, DEI, Learning, etc.) and GTM Operations to roll out global programs and adapt them for the GTM.
Use engagement feedback data from GTM teams—combined with performance and attainment insights—to co‑create action plans with leaders and track progress over time.
Champion an inclusive, psychologically safe, high‑performance culture across GTM, helping teams experiment with AI and new ways of working while maintaining clarity, fairness and trust.
Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar) supporting senior leaders in a GTM or customer-facing organization
Experience operating at equivalent level, influencing VP‑level stakeholders and navigating ambiguity with limited oversight.
Strong grounding across core HR domains: org design, performance and talent management, employee relations, rewards, and change management.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading org design and change in knowledge‑work environments (ideally GTM‑heavy organizations such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer‑facing teams).
Demonstrated comfort working with sales compensation and quota‑carrying populations (e.g. plan interpretation, performance management, alignment to org design and change).
Comfortable using data (people metrics, performance and pipeline data, engagement, qualitative insights) to diagnose issues, connect them to compensation and performance, and influence decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship‑building and communication skills; able to challenge constructively and build trust quickly.
Proven track record of coaching leaders and managers to grow their people leadership capability, including in AI‑enabled and high‑change environments.
Experience working with distributed or global teams across time zones.
Experience supporting or driving AI‑enabled transformation (e.g. introducing new tools, skills, and ways of working across large teams).
Familiarity with modern HR and GTM tech stacks (e.g. Bamboo or similar HRIS, Greenhouse or similar ATS, engagement tools, sales performance / incentive tools).
Excited? Join us and transform the future of commerce experiences.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000, plus bonus & RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
Regional benefits:
Health care including medical, dental, and vision insurance
