About the Role:
Bluevine is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to scale referrals from our large network of Accountant and Bookkeeping partners. As an Account Executive, you’ll generate revenue for the company by helping accounting firms see how Bluevine’s cutting-edge banking solution can benefit their small business clients, and by energizing firms to recommend Bluevine to more of their clients. You will onboard and motivate firms to refer through an effective and consultative sales process. You will multiply your impact by continuing to drive referrals from your growing book of onboarded partners. You will translate your front-line learnings into how Bluevine can better win with accountants and their clients. With tenacity, creativity, and a strategic approach, you will help develop a winning playbook for our partner channel sales efforts. This role is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are driven to constantly grow and perform better.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct high-velocity sales outreach to owners of accounting firms and energize them to refer their clients to Bluevine
Use a mix of creative outbound strategies, AI tools, and data-driven targeting to identify and engage prospective partners
Coordinate strategic outreach efforts to influencers and partners in the accounting space
Build rapport, conduct discovery, and identify pain points of firms and their clients
Conduct demos of the Accountant Dashboard and Bluevine product
Deliver product demonstrations and training of Bluevine’s business checking and bill pay solutions.
Cultivate relationships and manage an opportunity pipeline of previously-won firms
Understand partner segments and develop effective approaches for different types of accounting firms
Ask for and track feedback, engage deeply to understand, and help make Bluevine better for accounting firms and their clients
What We Look For:
2+ years experience in inside sales focused on SMB owners, preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company; top 25% performance is a must, experience selling to accounting firms a nice-to-have
Genuine excitement to help SMBs succeed
Excellent pitch and presentation skills
Strong listening skills and ability to quickly distill key opportunities to drive forward a sales conversation
Attention to detail at note-taking and pipeline management
Familiarity with sales tech such as Salesforce and Outreach
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, especially as we iterate on sales funnels, technique, and playbook to constantly improve the model
Strong internal drive. Must be self-motivated to keep coming back after setbacks
Bachelor’s Degree required
New Hire Base Salary Range: $62,220.00 - $74,640.00
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commission if achieved) Range: $103,700.00 - $124,400.00

About the Role
Our Customer Support team members are passionate about serving others, client-focused, and dedicated to helping small business owners succeed. As a Customer Support team member at Bluevine, you will be an advocate for our clients. In this role you will work closely with our rapidly growing support team to quickly and efficiently identify, solve, or properly direct our clients' questions and concerns. This role will focus on resolving questions from Small Business Owners regarding their current and future accounts which they have with Bluevine.
This is not a fully remote role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Resolve small business owners’ questions and requests regarding Bluevine’s products via inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and/or chats.
Ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively while addressing the customers’ stated and unstated short-term & long-term needs.
You become an expert on up to two products within Bluevine and create added value and memorable experiences for every customer.
Leverage Bluevine’s innovative technology solutions and systems to process customer’s requests.
Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key performance indicators across customer experience, effectiveness, efficiency and other metrics.
Identify, resolve, and/or escalate risks and trends that may impact the customer experience.
Represent the voice of the customer by helping to provide product and customer experience feedback along with recommended enhancements.
Be adaptable and flexible to support business needs, including short-term scheduling adjustments.
Be a part of creating a fun and engaging culture.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Trainer II to design and deliver high impact training programs for our Customer Support and Risk teams. This role is responsible for translating business priorities, product updates, and process changes into engaging, practical learning experiences that prepare agents to succeed.
This is a hands-on role focused on both building training programs and leading them in the classroom. The ideal candidate is confident facilitating sessions, creating content, skilled at simplifying complex topics, and passionate about helping others grow.
What You’ll Do:
Design and Build Training Programs:
Develop structured training programs for new hires, upskilling existing employees, and product/process changes.
Translate complex information into clear, practical, and easy to understand content.
Create facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive learning activities.
Ensure training is relevant to real customer interactions and day to day workflows.
Deliver Engaging Training Experiences:
Facilitate live, instructor led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
Lead discussions, activities, and roleplays that drive participation and learning.
Adapt delivery style based on audience needs and engagement levels.
Create an environment where learners feel confident, supported and motivated.
Maintain and Improve Training Content:
Update materials as products, tools, and processes evolve.
Refine training based on feedback and observed learning gaps.
Ensure consistency in messaging and quality across programs.
Support Learner Success:
Answer questions and provide guidance during and after training sessions.
Reinforce key skills and concepts to support on the job application.
Help bridge the gap between training and real world performance.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of facilitation, both virtual and in-person, and content creation and or a combination of operations and training experience.
Experience in training, facilitation, enablement or learning & development.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage a group.
Ability to break down complex topics into simple, actionable concepts.
Experience creating training materials (slides, guides, activities, etc).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
Comfortable working cross-functionality and gathering input from different teams.
A practical, learner focused mindset (always thinking about how content is applied).

About the Role:
Bluevine is seeking a Vice President of Fraud Risk Management to lead enterprise fraud strategy, analytics, and operations across our banking and lending products. This executive will own fraud risk performance, scalable risk infrastructure, and operational risk frameworks while enabling responsible growth and exceptional customer experience.
As a member of Bluevine’s Executive Team and a critical leader within the Banking organization, this role partners closely with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders to define business strategy, risk appetite, and long-term platform investments.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Risk Leadership
Define and execute Bluevine’s enterprise fraud strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Strengthen governance, control design, and risk reporting infrastructure. Set and manage risk appetite frameworks across account onboarding, payments, and new product launches.
Partner with senior leadership to balance growth, customer experience, and fraud loss performance.
Own fraud loss, cost-to-serve, and automation targets as part of the Banking P&L.
Serve as a thought leader in advancing enterprise risk management maturity.
Scalable Risk Platform & Innovation
Scale a best-in-class fraud risk management platform across account and transaction lifecycle.
Drive innovation in identity verification, transaction monitoring, real-time decisioning, and fraud analytics.
Develop proprietary risk capabilities and defensible IP to strengthen Bluevine’s competitive advantage.
Ensure high system performance, scalability, and automation in a high-velocity digital banking environment.
Cross-Functional & External Partnership
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to integrate risk strategy into product design and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and external stakeholders.
Provide executive-level reporting on fraud trends, risk exposure, and mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global, multi-functional organization spanning fraud strategy, analytics and operations across the US, Israel, and India.
Foster a data-driven culture with strong execution discipline and continuous improvement.
Develop high-performing leaders and build succession pipelines across risk functions.
What We Look For:
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in fraud risk management within payments and deposit-based financial services.
Proven experience owning fraud loss performance and operational cost metrics.
Deep expertise in payments fraud (ACH, wires, cards), account takeover prevention, and transaction monitoring systems.
Hands-on fluency in risk analytics, fraud modeling, and real-time decision systems.
Experience building and scaling high-velocity online risk platforms in fintech or digital banking environments.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations in banking, including risk governance and operational controls.
Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a direct role in helping small and medium-sized business owners access the capital they need to grow. You’ll work with warm, high-intent leads who are already interested in Bluevine’s Line of Credit, guiding them from initial conversation through underwriting and close.
This is an opportunity to own the full sales cycle, build meaningful relationships with business owners, and make a measurable impact on both our customers and Bluevine’s growth. You’ll thrive here if you’re competitive, motivated by results, and energized by a fast-moving sales environment.

What You'll Do:
Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.
Make at least ~ 30 calls and send ~30 emails per day to warm leads and approvals.
Become a trusted partner to small business owners, understanding their needs and helping connect them with the Bluevine solutions that best support their business.
Collaborate with internal partners, including underwriting and operations, to create a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
Consistently hit monthly volume, booking rate and cross-sell targets.
