About the Role
We're looking for an IT Administrator to join our IT team.
You'll be part of a small, high-impact team working with cutting-edge technology.
you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day technical support, employee lifecycle management, and identity/access administration across the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives on solving problems, and isn't afraid to dig in and figure things out.
What you'll do:
Be the person employees turn to when something's not working - help them get unblocked and back to their work quickly, with hardware, software, and account issues handled professionally
Support the employee on/off-boarding process end-to-end: account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup, and secure offboarding when employees leave
Manage and maintain our Google Workspace (GSuite) environment - users, groups, shared drives, and organizational units
Administer Okta - user provisioning, group assignments, SSO app connections, and access reviews
Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, assets, and recurring tasks
Maintaining and setting up new automations for IT workflows and critical business use cases
Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest and implement improvements
Support other IT systems and tools as needed (endpoint management, SaaS apps, basic network troubleshooting)
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in an IT administrator or help desk role
Excellent interpersonal skills - you build trust and good relationships with people at every level of the company; service-oriented, warm, and approachable, someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creates a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Solid hands-on experience with Google Workspace (GSuite) administration
Solid hands-on experience with Okta (user/group management, SSO, provisioning)
Proven experience managing employee on/off-boarding processes
A natural problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others succeed
Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
Experience with endpoint/device management tools (Intune, JAMF)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the day to day financial operations of our US and Canadian entities. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, driving process improvements and supporting our continued growth and scalability. Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections
Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh
Daily bank and credit card reconciliation
Process employee expense reports via Expensify
Ongoing reconciliation of employee accounts, covering expense reimbursements and leave adjustments (parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.)
Support full monthly end close processes (accrued expenses, Prepaid, fixed assets)
Perform intercompany reconciliations
Assist with annual audit processes and external reporting

Requirements
Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB or equivalent) - advantage
5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company - required
Experience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping - required
Experience with US and/or Canadian GAAP - advantage
Strong Excel skills
Experience with NetSuite - advantage

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Building: Focus on quality. Initiate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction lifecycle, moving beyond cold outreach to insightful, value-driven conversations.
Account Mapping & Intelligence: Research and analyze target accounts to understand their unique pain points, organizational charts, and decision-making coalitions. You will be the resident expert on "who's who" within your assigned territory.
Targeted Outreach & Personalization: Design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies that speak directly to the challenges of Decision Makers and Project Teams, positioning Buildots as a strategic solution rather than just a tool.
Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to qualify opportunities based on strategic fit. You will ensure a seamless, high-context handoff to the Sales team, providing them with the "intelligence" needed to win the deal.
Collaborative Pods: Work in close-knit "pods" with Account Executives and Marketing to align on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and ensure a unified brand voice across all touchpoints.
Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of construction technology trends. Act as a consultant to our prospects, sharing insights on how AI and Computer Vision are reshaping the global construction landscape.
Requirements
Experience:1–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B environment.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to open doors and build relationships with new stakeholders through outbound outreach.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify senior stakeholders.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Buildots’ Mission Critical Sales team with a background in the Semiconductor Fabrication & Manufacturing Facilities Owner ecosystem with a proven track record of success in B2B selling, such as construction technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow Buildots’ customer base with net new customers and drive business results, focusing on Semiconductor Fabrication Facility Owners & Developers
Engage net new Owner targets - and own the entire sales cycle from hunting and qualification through closing.
Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas - you are an overachiever!
Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences, industry events, & meetups, building your network within the industry - you love to network!
Build trust and credibility with prospects and customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships & driving business value
Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
Tenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company, bringing feedback to product, engineering, & CS.
Experience and Skills:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to Mission Critical owners/developers on manufacturing and/or semiconductor facility projects, selling to customers that range from C-level to end users
Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and closing $1M+ TCV software deals in the Mission Critical space to owners/ developers for manufacturing facility projects
Hunter and closer by heart, with a strong ability to qualify & strategically pursue the right revenue opportunities
Proven success with complex sales cycles, understanding how to navigate multiple entities and stakeholders to get the deal done
Demonstrated ability to understand customer and stakeholder business needs - and to be able to translate that to Buildots value for that prospect or customer
Very strong networking skills - you will be attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to generate pipeline for Buildots
Passionate about the Semiconductor Fab/ Mission Critical ecosystem, construction and/or technology – and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring to mission critical verticals

About the role
As a BIM Specialist - Major Projects , you are the bridge between the physical site and our digital brain. You won’t just be "modelling", you’ll be managing the Digital Twin of massive global projects. You’ll ensure the data flowing into our AI is flawless, helping project managers worldwide make decisions based on real-time 3D insights.
What you'll do
Master the Digital Twin: Own the end-to-end management of complex BIM models for prestigious global projects.
AI-Model Integration: Be the authority on how client models live and breathe within the Buildots ecosystem.
Strategic Review: Detect changes, investigate model evolutions, and generate high-level insights for our operations teams.
Innovation: Work at the intersection of BIM and AI, constantly finding ways to optimize our federated models and data workflows.
Requirements
The Pro: You have a degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering and 3-4 years of hands-on BIM experience.
Software is your second language: Revit and Navisworks are your bread and butter. (If you know Solibri, Synchro, or scheduling tools - that’s a huge plus).
Tech-Enthusiast: You’re not just a "planner", you’re someone who gets excited about how technology can solve messy, real-world problems.
