About Buildots
Buildots is the world’s most advanced construction intelligence platform. By comparing schedules and BIM against site reality, its advanced AI transforms granular data into insights that unlock operational excellence.
Fortune 500 contractors and owners trust Buildots, including HOCHTIEF, Bouygues, Intel, NCC and VINCI Construction. Its impact is proven at every scale, from multi-family projects to multi-gigawatt data centers.
Role Overview
The Business Process Manager is responsible for orchestrating strategic projects and operational infrastructure within the Buildots Customer Office. Acting as the engine of the department, this is a unique ‘thinker-doer’ role that connects high-level strategy to the data-driven realities of our daily operations.
We are looking for a hybrid, process-oriented professional, part Strategic PMO and part Business Operations strategist, to design and lead the initiatives that empower our Customer Success and Delivery teams.
This is an internal-facing position, not a customer-facing role. It is designed for a professional who thrives on turning complex operational friction into streamlined, repeatable, and scalable workflows.
Your mission is to improve how we deliver, support, and scale world-class customer experiences. You will ensure our service standards are codified, measurable, and consistently exceeded as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Execution: Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives within the Customer Office. You will drive complex and diverse projects—such as new service delivery models or cross-departmental technical integrations—with precision and speed.
Internal Consulting & Discovery: Act as an internal consultant by independently conducting research on new concepts and technical subject matter. You will perform root-cause analysis on operational friction points to propose "best-in-class" solutions.
Business Impact Tracking: Define and track success metrics for specific initiatives, correlating internal process improvements to external customer outcomes (e.g., reduction in churn or increased speed-to-value).
Change Execution: Lead the "internal launch" of new processes or tools, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and high adoption rates across all affected teams.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify "blind spots" between departments, managing dependencies to ensure that internal technical shifts don't disrupt the customer experience.
Operational Visibility: Define and monitor KPIs. You will build and maintain the dashboards that provide the visibility and accountability necessary for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Strategic PMO Experience: 5+ years in Strategic Project Management, PMO, Business Operations or Strategy & Operations, ideally in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments (B2B SaaS preferred).
GTM Operational Background: Proven experience working directly with Go-To-Market teams (Sales/CS) and Operational functions. You understand the mechanics of the customer lifecycle.
Influence & Communication: Exceptional skills in aligning stakeholders. You are a natural collaborator who leads through influence, explaining complex changes in a way that gets people on board.
Execution Excellence: A "builder" mindset with a record of taking messy, high-level strategic goals and turning them into structured, executable programs.
Independent Researcher: A self-starter who can master new subject matter, technical concepts, or industry standards required to move a project forward.
Performance Metrics: Hands-on experience with defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and company-wide initiatives.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using data to track project success and identify where operational gaps impact the customer experience.
Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
It’s also a Plus If You
Have experience in the Construction Tech industry.
Have consulting experience.

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take part in the implementation of these capabilities on construction projects to ensure successful delivery for our customers. This position is about making sure the project and the users within it make the most out of the system, and building upon that success to generate business with the contractor’s future projects.

Work within the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients by using expert knowledge. Creating and updating playbooks within the team, ensuring an ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a construction professional, preferably site based (i.e., Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer)
Comfortable with change management, ability to learn from successes and failures to help find better strategies and solutions, and ability to effectively escalate issues to management when needed
Proven stakeholder management and networking skills, with examples of working with senior positions alongside junior team members within your customer base
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup working environment handling multiple priorities, while maintaining high attention to detail with best-in-class service delivery results.
You’re a proactive and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to production. You’re responsible for full ownership of your customers and finding creative solutions which land with your users and market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to clients, adapting to different cultural communication styles, and often in a group setting
Willingness to travel (30% to 50%)
If you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Your unique experiences, skills, and passion may be exactly what we’re looking for.
A benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally:
Health, dental & vision insurance
401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match
Paid time off (vacation and sick leave)
Stock-option grants (for eligible employees)
Hybrid working arrangement

About Buildots
Buildots is the world’s most advanced construction intelligence platform. By comparing schedules and BIM against site reality, its advanced AI transforms granular data into insights that unlock operational excellence.
Fortune 500 contractors and owners trust Buildots, including HOCHTIEF, Bouygues, Intel, NCC and VINCI Construction. Its impact is proven at every scale, from multi-family projects to multi-gigawatt data centers.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Backend Team Lead to spearhead the development of a brand-new product line within Buildots.
This is a unique "0 to 1" opportunity: you will design the architecture from the ground up, recruit your own team of talented engineers, and define the engineering culture for this new unit. You will join a company backed by top-notch investors and industry leaders, with a product already live in over 15 countries and high scale—but you will operate with the agility and ownership of a founder.
What You'll Do
Build & Lead the Team:
Recruit & Grow: Hire, onboard, and mentor a new team of highly talented engineers from scratch.
Culture: Foster a culture of technical excellence, open collaboration, and rapid iteration.
Standards: Conduct code reviews and set the standard for code quality, maintainability, and testing.
Architecture & Development (Hands-on):
0 to 1 Design: Lead the design and implementation of a complex data processing system from scratch, analyzing visual data and integrating with our existing platforms.
Hands-on Coding: Remain hands-on (approx. 50-60% coding initially), developing core features mainly in Python while laying the architectural foundations.
Scale & Strategy: Make key technology choices that will impact the product's long-term scalability and performance.
Product Delivery:
Impact: Tackle complex real-world problems that directly affect the company’s success.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and software teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Delivery: Drive the delivery timeline, balancing speed-to-market with robust engineering practices.
About You
The Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead).
The Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python (OOP, heavy data processing, or backend systems). You know how to write clean, high-performance code at scale.
Infrastructure: Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Data Engineering: Proven experience working with relational databases and data engineering pipelines.
The "Builder" Mindset: You have experience taking a product from concept to production. You are not just maintaining legacy systems; you love the chaos and creativity of building something new.
Soft Skills: You are a natural collaborator and communicator. You know how to explain complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Advantage (Nice to have):
Experience with Orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, etc.).
Previous experience in a startup environment.
*To support our hiring process, we may leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as application screening, resume analysis, and response evaluation. All decisions remain under the oversight of our recruitment team.
*By submitting your application, you agree that Buildots will process your personal data in accordance with Buildots' Privacy Policy.

About the Role
We're hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead for our product engineering group. Two things make this a good time to join:
First, we have a lot of new product to build. You'll work on interfaces over 360° walkthroughs, drone imagery, 2D plans, 3D models, and large data grids. There’s plenty of greenfield work on our roadmap alongside an established product.
Second, we're actively reshaping our engineering workflow around AI coding tools. We want this role to help lead that - not just adopt the tools, but shape how the team uses them, what we build with them, and what good looks like a year or two from now.
You'll lead a small full-stack team, own features end-to-end, and stay hands-on. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams. We're open to different backgrounds: a frontend lead growing into backend, a balanced full-stack engineer, or a backend lead with solid frontend skills. What matters is that you can lead, learn, and get things done.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a small full-stack team.
Code across the stack: React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python, Django, and Postgres on the backend.
Own features end-to-end - UI, API, data models, background work.
Build interfaces over complex data: 360° walkthroughs, drone imagery, floor plans, 3D BIM models, large data grids.
Help shape how the engineering org uses AI coding agents day-to-day.
Work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.
Hire, onboard, and grow your team.
Requirements
5+ years in software engineering, with strong hands-on React and TypeScript.
Some backend experience, or a clear track record of picking up new areas fast.
Experience leading a team or owning significant projects. Senior engineers with informal leadership experience ready for a first formal management role are welcome.
Working fluency with AI coding agents in your day-to-day work - sustained, hands-on use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex over recent months. We're looking for someone who tinkers with these tools at work and outside of it, tries new things often, and forms real opinions about what works.
Strong technical judgment, clear communication, collaborative by default.
Nice to Have
Production experience with Python, Django, or similar backends.
AWS and Postgres at non-trivial scale.
Experience building on top of AI tooling - custom commands, MCP servers, agent workflows, internal LLM tooling.
Previous startup experience.
To support our hiring process, we may leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as application screening, resume analysis, and response evaluation. All decisions remain under the oversight of our recruitment team.
