Role overview
Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Employer Brand to make our company a destination for top talent globally. In this role, as a critical member of the TA leadership team, you will partner cross-functionally with multiple business partners, leaders, vendors, and the full TA team to translate strategy into action. You’ll influence and impact company-wide recruiting processes, candidate experience, employer brand, and programs by optimizing our data and technology.
What you’ll do
TA Operations, Analytics & Tech Enablement
- Act as the primary owner and system administrator of Greenhouse, our ATS — configuration, user management, job creation and post management, offer generation, new hire communications, integrations, and system health.
- Manage the broader TA vendor relationships, optimizing and streamlining all third party job boards, sourcing, screening and scheduling tools (ex. Linkedin, Docusign, BrightHire, and more).
- Evaluate and implement thoughtful change management for the full TA team around tool evolution and adoption across the team, including building workflow maps, playbooks and training.
- Analyze and evaluate long-term process needs, with an eye on forward-looking industry best practices.
- Demonstrate a deep aptitude for the technical management of recruiting operations, including system integrations and escalation management.
- Own TA analytics and reporting, helping configure and maintain dashboards TA metrics KPIs, and produce relevant reporting.
- Partner closely with the TA leadership team to standardize hiring manager experience, structured interview best-practices and expectations.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for TA operations and candidate experience delivery, setting clear team-level goals, processes, and performance standards.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Oversee our global employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, working closely with internal partners and brand vendors. Leverage data and candidate sentiment to guide our strategy, messaging, and spend.
- Own our social media accounts and the career site (Phenom) — managing content, job feed configuration, page design, asset deployment. Track key site metrics to drive traffic and applications to continuously improve top-of-funnel performance.
- Create a “wow” candidate experience, ensuring a consistent and high-quality journey from the initial application through the offer stage across all roles.
What you’ll bring
- Experienced Leader: You possess strong people leadership skills and have a proven track record of building, coaching, and developing teams.
- Recruiting Expert: You are someone who has previously managed a full desk recruiting, giving you a deep understanding of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
- ATS Power User: You are a seasoned administrator (Greenhouse preferred)— not just a user. You understand system configuration: permissions, job templates, offer approvals, integrations, custom fields, and reporting. Experience managing the Greenhouse-to-Workday integration is a bonus.
- Career Site Savvy: You have hands-on experience managing a career site platform (Phenom preferred), including content management, platform configuration, and employer brand execution. You understand how career site analytics connect to top-of-funnel recruiting performance.
- Tech-Savvy: You have robust experience with TA tech levers (ATS, CRM, skills matching, scheduling, communications, etc). You also possess the aptitude to master the technical, backend aspects of the TA stack. You are an AI early adopter and know when to lean into automation to enhance a process.
- Process & Project Oriented: You have strong project management skills and a proven ability to build operations from scratch, document workflows, and identify breakdowns in execution.
- Data-Driven: You are highly analytical, with experience extracting insights from data visualization tools to diagnose business challenges and drive operational solutions.
- Candidate-Obsessed: You have a natural passion for candidate experience and know how to provide best-in-class service to talent.
- Collaborative Partner: You have strong EQ and outstanding communication skills to partner multidirectionally with vendors and stakeholders across TA, HR, DEIB, Marketing, and Communications.
- Compliance-Aware: You understand the operational and legal dimensions of talent operations, including background check process, pay transparency compliance and data privacy in candidate record management.
