ABOUT CHILI PIPER
Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams turn inbound leads into qualified meetings - instantly. Our Demand Conversion Platform makes it easier for buyers and sellers to connect fast, without the usual friction in the funnel.
We’re a fully remote, global team that loves building solutions that truly help our customers, moving fast, and having fun while creating something meaningful. We’re growing quickly and aiming big!
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Orchestrator, Chili Piper's GTM Control Layer.
Internally, we think of this role as a Product Market Fitter. This is not a traditional roadmap management role. It is a product leadership role for someone who loves building complex, enterprise-grade products and has the judgment to turn customer and market evidence into focused product bets that drive real adoption and business impact.
Orchestrator listens for signals across Chili Piper and external tools, decides what should happen next, and takes the action itself. That includes catching a form abandonment, a no-show, a missed meeting, or a cold chat, checking ICP fit, account ownership, intent history, and CRM state, then firing the right next step: enrolling a sequence in Salesloft, Outreach, or Gong Engage, notifying a rep, rescheduling a meeting, or sending a booking link.
You will own the full arc of a product bet: target customer, first audience, market and customer evidence, problem definition, intended outcome, value, viability, priority, success metrics, first adoption trigger, usage learning, and business outcome.
You will own the solution concept, meaning what we offer and how it is offered. You will not own solution architecture, implementation, or product enablement execution. You will partner closely with a Product Designer and a Product Engineering Lead to shape solutions that are valuable, coherent, and practical to deliver.
This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complex workflows, data, and customer needs into clear product direction. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to build products that solve real problems for sophisticated users and who measures success by whether customers actually adopt what gets built.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Orchestrator end to end, from market and customer evidence through adoption, iteration, and long-term business impact
- Define the first audience for every bet and protect that focus as new requests, edge cases, and opportunities emerge
- Identify the right problems to solve and turn signal detection, decisioning, and action-taking into clear product direction
- Define value, viability, priority, and success metrics, including what should trigger first adoption
- Monitor adoption and real usage after launch, then use what you learn to improve the product and shape what comes next
- Keep signal types, decision logic, and external integrations coherent, so the system stays predictable and trustworthy as it grows
- Partner with Product Design on the experience, first-use path, and product-side enablement
- Partner with the Product Engineering Lead on solutions that are technically sound and practical to deliver
- Prioritize ruthlessly and make clear calls when the problem is complex and the answer is not obvious
- Hold a high standard for quality. You do not ship things you would not want to use yourself
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, with clear ownership of a product area or major initiatives
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to find problems worth solving and make informed tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work, with good judgment about where AI genuinely improves a product experience
- The ability to simplify complexity and turn customer evidence, data, and technical constraints into clear product decisions
- Deep curiosity about users and markets, and a habit of building conviction through direct evidence
- Comfort in technical domains and credibility with technical users and engineering partners
- A bias toward focus and shipping narrow to learn quickly
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment
- The drive to build products that solve real problems and get used, not just shipped
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or owning third-party integrations, especially with CRM, Sales Engagement, or conferencing platforms
- Experience with lead routing, distribution, or assignment logic
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience building enterprise-grade, data-rich SaaS products
- Experience building or shipping with Claude or similar products
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is best suited to someone energized by high ownership, independent judgment, and making decisions without a playbook. We give people real responsibility and a lot of room to operate, which means you will be expected to run your area, set direction, and make hard calls with imperfect information.
If you are looking for a highly directed environment with a lot of structure around what to do next, this is probably not the right fit.
HOW THIS ROLE WORKS
We care deeply about clear ownership and close cross-functional partnership.
- The Product Market Fitter owns the target customer, problem, intended outcome, value, viability, priority, adoption, and business result
- The Product Designer owns the experience and product-side enablement
- The Product Designer and Product Engineering Lead jointly own solution architecture
- The Product Engineering Lead owns the technical solution and delivery execution

***CURRENTLY ONLY HIRING FOR THIS ROLE IN CANADA AND THE US***
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Chili Piper, community and events are at the heart of our GTM strategy. From intimate dinners to large-scale activations like our annual ChiliPalooza, we bring top GTM leaders together to connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships. It's how we turn a room full of people into real pipeline, and how we've built a community that actually wants to hear from us.
We're hiring an Events Manager to scale these experiences and deepen our relationships with the GTM community: executive dinners, industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking moments, webinars, and ChiliPalooza. This is the person who turns our presence in a room, physical or virtual, into brand awareness, pipeline, and lasting relationships.
This role is part of our marketing team and works cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships to run Chili Piper's global event strategy. You'll have real ownership of the calendar and where we show up, not just the execution. You'll shape the annual plan, then make it happen: logistics, promotion, on-site, and follow-up, all the way through to measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role. You're the one building the landing pages, pulling the CRM lists, and running the show on-site, not handing a brief to an agency and waiting. It's a strong fit for someone who is organized and proactive, thinks creatively about how we show up, and brings original ideas and a sense of humor to every event. It's fully remote, with travel to events as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the annual event calendar. Decide, with marketing leadership, where Chili Piper should have a presence and why, and protect that focus as new opportunities come up
- Bring original ideas, creativity, and humor to how we show up, so our events feel like Chili Piper and not like everyone else's
- Manage execution end to end. Logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, shipments, swag, and on-site coordination, done by you and tracked by you
- Run event promotion from start to finish. Build event and webinar landing pages, export and segment contact lists from Salesforce and HubSpot to target the right attendees by city or segment, and send invites, reminders, and follow-ups independently
- Produce our virtual events and webinars end to end, from speaker prep and rehearsal to running the live show
- Collaborate across teams. With Marketing on branding, design, and promotion; with Sales to identify and invite the right prospects and customers; with Partnerships to coordinate sponsors and activations
- Ensure smooth on-site execution. Keep schedules on track and deliver a seamless experience from load-in to last handshake
- Build and nurture community. Deepen our relationships with GTM leaders, partners, and community members so our events compound over time
- Track performance. Collect attendee data, measure engagement, and report on outcomes and pipeline impact
- Amplify results. Work with Marketing to repurpose event content, including photos, videos, and testimonials, for social and post-event communication
- Manage vendors and budgets. Source partners, negotiate rates, and keep quality high and costs in check
- Run the debrief on every event and turn what you learn into a stronger program next time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Builder mindset. You don't wait for someone to tell you how, you figure it out
- Tech-savvy operator. You know your way around CRM exports, spreadsheets, event tools, and email automation
- Hands-on doer. You do the execution and track the results yourself
- Creative problem-solver. When a venue cancels or a vendor flakes, you find a workaround fast, and when the format is stale, you invent a better one
- Organized and proactive. You turn chaos into systems and think two steps ahead
- Strong communicator. You coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and execs smoothly
- Customer-first. You care about memorable, frictionless experiences from invite to post-event follow-up
- Curious and eager to learn. You're always exploring new tools, trends, and ideas, including AI, to make each event better than the last
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in event management, field marketing, or community roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, from small dinners to large activations
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and event platforms like Luma, Zoom Webinars or similar
- Comfortable building simple landing pages, managing email lists, and running event promotion campaigns
- Skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Familiar with tracking and reporting event performance, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact
- Experience managing partner collaborations or maintaining relationships with GTM leaders and communities is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or MarTech
- Prior involvement in partner activations or co-marketing events
- Experience managing sponsorships or collaborations with other brands
- Comfortable using analytics tools to measure event outcomes
- A strong network within the GTM, Sales, or Marketing communities
- Background in social or content amplification around events, for example capturing and repurposing event moments
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application review. We'll review your background and experience to make sure there's a good fit for the role.
2. Culture add interview. A first chat to get to know you: what drives you, how you like to work, and what unique perspective you'd bring to Chili Piper.
3. Assessment. A short, practical assignment to see how you think and approach a real events challenge. It's not a test, we just want to see your creativity and thought process.
4. Executive interview. The final step. We'll talk about your bigger picture, your passion for the space, your understanding of our product, and why Chili Piper feels like the right next step for you.
TL;DR
We're not hiring a "planner." We're hiring someone who can own the full experience, from the CRM export to the on-site execution to the community that keeps growing after everyone goes home, and turn GTM moments into momentum and measurable results.
If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
