The Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning and driving our temporary/seasonal recruitment cycles while supporting core People and Operational workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, exceptional candidate care, and strong tactical execution.
This is a temporary role expected to run through December 15, 2026. While there may be the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role depending on business needs, candidates should apply with the understanding that the position is currently scoped as a fixed-term role.

Account Executive (Political)

The Account Executive is a professional, customer-centric sales person with a technology sales background in government who will grow our business and number of customers. Candidates must have previous experience successfully prospecting over a large geographical region. This is an individual contributor sales position that requires a high degree of autonomy, activity, and attention to detail and enjoys working in a disruptive market. Data Acquisition Specialist
The Data Acquisition Specialist will lead research focused on the extraction, normalization and ingestion of civic data. This person would join a team working to build an unparalleled database used to inform the public and register new voters. What You Will Do:
- File hundreds of public records requests to obtain publicly available data
- Work closely with technical staff to build and apply web scrapers
- Use internal data platforms, SQL and Google Sheets to extract, clean, explore and upload data
- Drive fast-paced, complex research projects through thoughtful planning, organization and delegation
- Troubleshoot data issues, resolve flags, and share learnings to enhance data quality and the end user experience
- Lead a research project focused on the collection of data from public information requests
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and find creative solutions to meet tight deadlines
- Independently develop project checkpoints, milestones, and dashboards for assessing and communicating progress to the broader team
- Scope out new research projects and communicate requirements around timeline, scope and staffing
About You:
- Experience using web scrapers to collect data from both static and dynamic sources
- Experience filing public records requests
- 3-7 years of professional experience in data acquisition and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Experience maintaining complex datasets
- Committed to leveraging technology and data products to increase civic participation
Additional Qualifications (desired but not required)
- Experience working with political data
- Experience partnering with software engineers and technical staff to build simple tools
About our Data Acquisition Team: The Data Acquisition team is focused on building processes to extract, normalize, ingest and regularly refresh large volumes of civic data. The Data Acquisition Specialist is on our Data Acquisition team and reports to our Director of Data Acquisition.
Revenue Operations Specialist

The Revenue Operations Specialist will own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission payments, Sales Tax compliance, and State Reporting. This person takes pride in executing thoughtfully designed revenue operations. They treat both clients and internal team members as customers to be given excellent service. This is a hands-on role, as we prefer implementing scalable systems instead of hiring people to administer processes. You’ll report to the CFO or VP of Finance.

- Run the company’s Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commissions payments, Sales Tax, and State Reporting processes.
- When you have additional bandwidth and you desire taking on new challenges, you will have opportunities to expand into areas of budgeting, expense management, and other areas of financial operations.
- You’ll partner with our high quality, fractional bookkeeping team to ensure our P&L is accurate and our monthly close is efficient.
