At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As Director, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks).
The Role:
Cost Efficiency: Drive significant annual infrastructure savings by migrating data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services such as OpenSearch.
Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org.
Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring into coverage gaps.
Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts.
Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling.
Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails, including blocking unauthenticated public endpoints.
Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a roadmap covering Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, tied to AI and Enterprise revenue goals.
People Leadership: Grow, develop, and retain a senior-heavy team distributed across the US, Canada, and Europe, spanning FTEs and contractors, with a focus on succession planning and bench depth.
Vendor Management: Own multi-million-dollar AWS spend accountability and contractor oversight, with a savings-pipeline mindset baked into planning.
Qualifications:
Deep AWS infrastructure mastery: EKS, networking (VPC/TGW/DNS), and Terraform at scale, with strong architectural judgment and a track record of setting technical direction.
-Strategic roadmap ownership: Track record setting 6–12 month cloud roadmaps tied to business outcomes across enterprise, AI, and cost.
Cross-team influence: Builds genuine partnerships across Product, Security, SRE, and DB orgs, driving shared ownership across traditional infra/product boundaries.
Application-level curiosity: Genuinely understands what the product does, not just the infrastructure underneath, and extends ownership past traditional platform boundaries.
People leadership at scale: Proven experience growing and retaining senior-heavy, geographically distributed teams across FTE/contractor blends; builds bench depth and succession plans.
Operational rigor: Strong on-call instincts, incident ownership, and RCA follow-through.
Security-first instincts: This team touches blast radius (auth enforcement, network isolation, shard boundaries). A verify-first, never-assume mindset is non-negotiable.
AI & automation mindset: Demonstrated appetite for DevSecOps agents, AI-assisted IaC migrations, and skills-based automation — a core part of the near-term roadmap.
AI/ML infrastructure experience (strong plus): Scaling workloads like GPU orchestration, model-serving infrastructure, or cost-optimized compute for inference.
Education: BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering, with significant time in a director-level role managing distributed teams.

Summary: You own the path from a new signup to a deeply engaged, paid workspace that runs on ClickUp and Brain². You build the self-serve onboarding and lifecycle systems (in-app and email) that meet users where they are, generate the right content at the right time based on their actual activity, and guide them into deeper product usage. You own conversion to paid: how paywalls appear and perform, when and how promos run, and what ultimately gets a workspace to upgrade. Your north star is driving users to realize the value of an AI-enabled ClickUp workspace. You think in systems, not campaigns. You use AI as your force multiplier to operate at a scale that would normally require a team.
This is not an enterprise customer nurturing role.
Responsibilities:
Self-Serve Onboarding & Lifecycle:
Own the end-to-end self-serve onboarding experience: in-app flows, lifecycle emails, and product surface messaging that take a new signup from first session to deeply engaged workspace.
Build trigger-based systems that respond to user activity in real time. A user who just created their first list gets different guidance than one who just invited their team. Every touchpoint is personalized based on what the user has actually done and what would be most useful to them next.
Use AI to generate contextual content for users at the right moment: workspace templates, suggested workflows, feature education, and use-case-specific guidance, all driven by what they're actually doing in ClickUp.
Master the timing, placement, and frequency of in-app and email interventions. Run rapid experiments to learn what drives deeper usage and what causes friction or fatigue.
Conversion to Paid:
Own how free workspaces convert to paid plans. That means paywall design and copy, pricing page optimization, promo strategy, and understanding exactly which moments and behaviors make a workspace ready to buy.
Design and run conversion experiments at 3-5x the velocity of a traditional marketer because you've built AI systems that handle the volume, not because you grind harder.
Know which activation behaviors predict conversion and architect the onboarding experience to produce more of them.
Driving Brain² Adoption:
You are the person who gets users to go deep with Brain² and get real value from it as quickly as possible after signup.
Build the systems that surface Brain² at the right moment in a user's journey: when they're doing something manually that AI could do, when they're stuck, when they'd benefit from AI-generated content or automation.
Own the metrics that prove users are getting value from AI-enabled workspaces and use those metrics to feed back into the onboarding and lifecycle systems.
Requirements:
7-10+ years in product/growth marketing with deep ownership of post-signup user journeys: onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention in self-serve SaaS
Built lifecycle and in-app messaging systems from scratch inside a complex, multi-surface product (not a single-flow app) — can walk through how they navigated product depth without overwhelming new users
Deep experience with conversion optimization: paywalls, pricing, promo strategy, and the experimentation that makes them work
Data fluent: cohort analysis, activation metrics, conversion funnels, and behavioral segmentation
Already operates at 3-5x output through AI-powered systems
How We'll Evaluate You:
Show us a lifecycle or onboarding system you built end-to-end, with before/after numbers on activation or conversion. We want to know a bit about how you'd build this.
Be a power user of a work management or productivity platform. We'll give you a real activation problem and you'll show us how you'd fix it.
Walk us through how you'd take a user from "just signed up" to "deep in ClickUp, paying, and actively using Brain²."

The Mission
The Foundry is ClickUp's internal AI innovation lab — embedded inside GTM Systems and accountable for turning AI capabilities into production-grade, internally deployed products that make every GTM function faster and smarter. We build the infrastructure that powers AI-first work across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations.
As the Senior Software Engineer on this team you will own the technical delivery of our MCP server platform, agent orchestration layer, and internal tooling — shipping production systems used daily by hundreds of ClickUp employees, and scaling your own throughput by treating AI tools as first-class engineering collaborators.
What You'll Own
MCP Server Platform
Design, build, and operate Model Context Protocol servers that expose CRM, ticketing, analytics, and communication data to AI agents across the GTM stack
Implement Okta PKCE authentication flows and RBAC policy enforcement so agents access only the data they're authorized to touch
Maintain deployment infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and contribute to GCP workloads where applicable
Own observability: structured logging, distributed tracing, latency SLOs, and on-call runbooks for every production server
Agent Orchestration & AI-Native Products
Build and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that execute end-to-end GTM workflows — lead qualification, deal room assembly, onboarding automation, support triage, and more
Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that make AI behavior predictable and auditable
Integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore) and maintain version-pinned, cost-tracked model configurations
Deliver AI-powered internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that non-technical GTM stakeholders use without friction
GTM Platform Engineering
Own full-stack feature delivery across TypeScript/Node.js backends and React/TypeScript frontends for internal tooling
Write Python automation scripts, ETL pipelines, and data transformation layers that feed GTM analytics and AI context
Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on cross-cutting API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns
Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary engineering accelerators — not supplements — to ship at a pace that punches above a single engineer's weight
Document AI usage patterns, prompt templates, and agentic workflows so the team's collective throughput compounds
Stay current on MCP protocol evolution, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom), and emerging LLM capabilities; bring back what matters
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js — idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
Strong Python — automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripting for AI/ML tooling
The Foundry runs on three principles that every team member is expected to embody:
Ownership — You own the full lifecycle of what you build: design, delivery, observability, and iteration. We don't have a separate ops hand-off.
Velocity — We ship to production in days, not quarters. AI tools are how we maintain that pace without sacrificing quality.
Atomicity — Every deliverable is a discrete, composable unit — an MCP server, an agent, an API. Nothing we build requires everything else to work.
Who Thrives Here
This role is a strong fit if you are genuinely excited to work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and internal product — not just as a user of AI, but as someone building the layer that makes AI useful for an entire go-to-market organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you default to shipping, and you see every piece of internal tooling as a product that deserves operational discipline.
This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.

This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.

Enterprise Partnerships Manager - East Coast, North America
At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
About the Role:
ClickUp is hiring an Enterprise Partner Manager to help build and scale our North America partner motion, with a primary focus on the East Coast region. This role sits at the center of how we expand through partners: recruiting the right firms, enabling them to sell and deliver ClickUp well, and turning partner relationships into a meaningful source of revenue and customer impact.
This is a strong fit for someone who knows how to build, not just maintain. You’ll work across partner recruitment, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline creation, while partnering closely with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and other GTM teams. If you’re energized by creating structure, coaching partners to first win and beyond, and shaping how a high-growth SaaS company scales its ecosystem, this role offers real ownership and visible impact.
The Role:
Build a high-performing partner portfolio across North America (East Coast) that helps ClickUp win more customers, expand partner-led revenue, and create repeatable service and go-to-market motions around the platform.
Please note, this role does require travel and in-office work days in one of our three hubs (Chicago, Dallas, or Boston) 3x per week. Client visits or traveling on site to partners will count as an "in office" day.
What You’ll Accomplish:
Recruit and activate new partners that align with ClickUp’s ideal partner profile, including consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators.
Build and manage a focused book of partners across the United States and Canada, with clear priorities around partner quality, partner engagement, and revenue impact.
Create repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays that help partners position, implement, and expand ClickUp effectively.
Lead joint business planning with priority partners, translating strategy into pipeline creation, co-selling activity, and measurable growth.
Coach partners on how to run an effective, predictable sales motion with ClickUp—from early qualification through solution positioning and deal progression.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, channel marketing, and other cross-functional teams so partner activity is tightly connected to field execution.
Use data and partner feedback to improve the motion over time, including which partners to prioritize, where to invest enablement, and how to increase conversion and sourced revenue.
Represent ClickUp externally with partners and customers, helping strengthen our presence and credibility in the ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS.
Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in North America.
Experience building or evolving a partner motion where the value to partners includes both software revenue and their own services opportunity.
Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline generation.
Ability to coach partners on how to position, sell, and expand a technology solution in a disciplined, repeatable way.
Strong cross-functional instincts and evidence of effective partnership with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Experience building or scaling motions with strategic software partners around workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation.
Clear, credible communication style with the ability to influence both external partners and internal stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagement, and regional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background working in or alongside a high-growth SaaS partner ecosystem.
Experience helping build a partner program or operating model, especially in an environment still refining its motion.
Existing network of North America-based software partners that could translate well to ClickUp’s ecosystem.
Comfort operating in a hybrid go-to-market model with both direct and partner-led revenue motions.
Experience enabling partners to sell services around workflow, productivity, digital transformation, or collaboration software.
Familiarity with using AI or automation tools to improve partner research, planning, enablement, or account management.
What Success Looks Like:
In this role, success looks like building a sharper, more productive partner portfolio—not just adding logos. A strong hire will bring structure to partner selection, help priority partners build repeatable service and sales motions around ClickUp, and turn those efforts into more consistent sourced and influenced revenue. They’ll also strengthen day-to-day collaboration between the partner team and the field, making partners a practical growth lever for the business.
Location & Travel:
This role must be based in the United States, with strong preference for coverage aligned to the East Coast region.
Hub Locations: Chicago, Dallas, Boston
Ability to work closely with North America-based partners, customers, and internal GTM teams is important for success.
Travel is expected as part of building and growing strategic partner relationships.
Why This Role Is Compelling:
This is an opportunity to help shape how ClickUp scales through partners at an important stage of growth. You’ll have direct influence on how we recruit the right firms, define stronger partner plays, and create leverage for the broader sales motion. For the right person, it’s a chance to pair strategic thinking with hands-on execution and build something that matters quickly.

Job Summary
We are looking for a GTM DevOps Engineer to join our Business Systems team and own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business.
You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Release Engineering
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gating processes across all GTM platforms.
Extend CI/CD practices to cover AI agent workloads deployed on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore — including containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates.
Implement safe rollout patterns — including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, smoke tests, and rollback procedures — to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
Platform Reliability & Observability
Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems; standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote-to-cash and GTM integrations, with proactive health checks and synthetic monitoring for critical flows (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite, Workato).
Extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads — Cloud Scheduler jobs, agent pipelines, and integration microservices — and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with actionable remediation plans.
Cloud Infrastructure & Environment Management
Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms — including refresh cycles, data masking, environment segmentation, and promotion standards that balance speed with reliability.
Own cloud infrastructure for Business Systems-operated workloads on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, GCS, Artifact Registry) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore); apply IaC practices to make provisioning repeatable and auditable.
Establish base image pinning, dependency vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security practices for containerized workloads — particularly AI-generated codebases deployed via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
Define and enforce patch management and container runtime ownership for vibe-coded and agentic workloads entering production.
Secrets, Access & Security Posture
Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads — GCP Secret Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, and equivalent — eliminating credential exposure via environment variables, source code, or client-side contexts.
Define and maintain API key rotation policies in alignment with security standards (high-severity keys: quarterly; vendor keys: annually at minimum).
Partner with Security and IT on IAM scoping, least-privilege service accounts, VPC configuration, and public/private endpoint governance for Cloud Run and Bedrock deployments.
Maintain a centralized registry of deployed workloads — GitHub repos, deployment URLs, architecture docs, data classification, and observability dashboard links — accessible to AppSec and infrastructure teams.
Automation & Tooling
Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression) to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence; continuously evaluate new tooling to improve developer experience.
Develop or enforce GitHub repository templates for Cloud Run deployments that cover security audits, deployment configuration, API integration, and MCP server patterns — serving as a reusable foundation for AI-assisted builds.
Governance, Standards & Collaboration
Define where self-service deployment and administration are appropriate versus where stronger change control and operational guardrails are required; serve as the DevOps SME, enabling developers to operate with autonomy within those boundaries.
Document and maintain operational runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and deployment standards as living artifacts.
Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives that touch the GTM platform.
Qualifications
Experience
4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments)
Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment capacity
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado
Hands-on experience with GCP services — Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS — in a deployment or operations context
Experience with AWS services in an integration or operations context — Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a strong plus
Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices
Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and writing post-incident reviews
Skills & Competencies
Technical
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation and tooling
Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
Understanding of API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) as they apply to MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools
Hands-on familiarity with secrets management across GCP Secret Manager and AWS Secrets Manager; strong grasp of security best practices in CI/CD contexts (least-privilege IAM, no hardcoded credentials, key rotation)
Monitoring and observability tooling experience (Datadog, Splunk, Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar)
Infrastructure-as-code proficiency — Terraform or CloudFormation; experience applying IaC to Cloud Run or Lambda-based workloads preferred
Familiarity with container security practices: base image pinning, vulnerability scanning (e.g., Artifact Registry, Trivy), and dependency management for AI-generated codebases
Operational & Mindset
Ownership: Takes full accountability for platform uptime, deployment quality, and the operational health of GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
Velocity: Operates with a bias for action — ships iteratively, reduces toil systematically, and keeps release cycles fast and predictable.
AI & Automation mindset: Actively leverages AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and reduce manual overhead across the GTM stack.
Collaboration: Fluent cross-functional partner to developers, architects, Security, IT, and business stakeholders — enables autonomy without becoming a bottleneck.

Job Summary
As a Support Automation Engineer on the Post Sales Systems team, you will design, build, and maintain the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's post-sales support organization. You'll be responsible for translating business workflows in Zendesk and related CX platforms into scalable, intelligent automations that reduce manual effort, improve customer experience, and free up our support team to focus on high-value interactions.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and customer empathy. You'll partner closely with the Support and Success organizations, GTM Systems Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to automate away toil, surface insights through AI, and build systems that adapt to how support teams actually work. The kind of person who thrives here moves fast, takes full ownership of what they build, and is genuinely excited about applying AI to real operational problems. This role is a direct contributor to GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Automation Design & Development
Design and build automations in Zendesk that reduce repetitive support work: ticket routing, field population, note summarization, escalation logic, and customer outreach workflows.

Architect low-code/no-code automation solutions using Workato, Zapier, and similar integration platforms to connect Zendesk with Salesforce, ClickUp, Maven chatbot, and other tools.
Own the full lifecycle of an automation: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization based on usage and feedback.
CX Systems Integration & Data Flow
Ensure seamless data flow between Zendesk, Salesforce, ClickUp, Chili Piper, Maven AGI chatbot, and other tools in the support tech stack.
Design integration patterns that keep data clean, up-to-date, and accessible to downstream systems without creating maintenance nightmares.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and data pipelines that surface support health, automation impact, and team productivity metrics.
Partner with the Support org to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable value.
AI Capability Expansion
Experiment with emerging AI/LLM capabilities (agents, RAG, fine-tuning) and determine which are production-ready for support workflows.
Build reusable AI templates and patterns that other CX Systems team members can leverage, promoting consistency and reducing duplication.
Collaborate with the broader GTM Systems Engineering team to share learnings and align on AI strategy across post-sales, sales, and finance domains.
Log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry to promote transparency and cross-team learning.
Reliability & Continuous Improvement
Monitor automation health, error rates, and SLAs; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact support operations.
Gather feedback from support teams and stakeholders; iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce false positives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Maintain documentation and runbooks so that support and CX teams understand how automations work and when to escalate issues.
Help simplify and modernize existing architecture in Zendesk and connecting systems to improve long-term maintainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with GTM Support teammates and leadership on intake, prioritization, and task execution.
Partner with the Support and Success organizations and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene and communicate proactively on large initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience
3–5+ years in systems administration, business systems engineering, or customer support platform work.
Demonstrated experience building automations or integrations that have shipped to production and delivered measurable business value.
Hands-on experience with CX platforms, particularly Zendesk at an admin level or higher.
Experience in a high-velocity, collaborative environment where you wear multiple hats and adapt quickly.
Optional but valued: experience with ClickUp, Maven/chatbots, GTM systems, or support-focused SaaS operations.
Skills & Competencies
Technical
Zendesk expertise: Hands-on experience with automations, triggers, business rules, and configuration (admin-level proficiency or higher).
Integration & API work: Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Retool, Workato, Zapier, or similar low-code tools).
AI & LLMs: Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), MCP, and how to safely integrate AI into production workflows. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should understand when and how to apply AI to solve real problems.
Data & scripting: Comfortable working with JSON, SQL, or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) to build data pipelines and transform data between systems.
Salesforce integration: Understanding of Zendesk-to-Salesforce sync workflows, object relationships, and common integration patterns.
Operational & Mindset
Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build—reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement included. You don't hand off and walk away.
Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You embrace "done is better than perfect" when appropriate, but never at the expense of reliability or customer trust.
AI & Automation mindset: You're excited about LLMs and AI agents, not intimidated. You experiment, learn quickly, and know when to apply new tools and when to stick with what works.
Collaboration: You're a skilled communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You ask clarifying questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and build trust with the teams you support.
Growth: You're customer-centric and measure success not just by automation coverage, but by the real impact on support efficiency and quality.
ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.
Salesforce: Zendesk-to-Salesforce integration, data sync, field mapping, and cross-system workflows.
Integration stack: Workato, Zapier, and possibly Retool for custom apps and workflow orchestration.
Maven chatbot & AI tools: In-app support, ticket automation, and AI-driven customer interactions.
Data & reporting: ClickUp, Salesforce dashboards, and custom data pipelines for support metrics and insights.
