About CloudBees
CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work.
Seamlessly integrating into any hybrid and heterogeneous environment, CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enhancing the developer experience across your entire software development lifecycle. It allows developers to bring and execute their code anywhere, providing greater flexibility and freedom through fast, self-serve, and secure workflows.
CloudBees supports organizations at every step of their DevSecOps journey, whether using Jenkins on-premise or transitioning software delivery to the cloud. We’re helping customers build the future, today.
About the Role
CloudBees customers rely on our Support team to help them be successful in the use of our products. Our team is uniquely positioned to help sustain the company’s growth by providing a customer support experience that surpasses expectations. These positive customer experiences help drive annual renewals and business expansion. A successful Development Support Engineer (DSE) will use their skills and experience to accurately diagnose customer issues and get them resolved in a timely way, to the customer’s happiness. In addition, motivated individuals who want to contribute in other ways will have opportunities to work on our collection of internal tools that automate the diagnosis of issues, making the entire team more efficient by reducing manual work.
A typical day in our Support team starts with a scrum meeting where we review open and unassigned cases and help each other with issues we’re stuck on. Working on active cases, we answer basic questions and also tackle problems that range from the mundane to the fiendishly complicated (it helps if you enjoy a good challenge). We collaborate with each other throughout the day, via Slack or video calls. During down time, we build technical knowledge through training and tools development.
CloudBees has been a remote-work-first company since it was founded, and the majority of the DSE team works remotely. The existing team has a mix of backgrounds including system administrators, developers, support engineers, and DevOps engineers. We strive to provide everyone on the team with exciting challenges, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a positive work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer questions about product usage and best practices.
Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds.
Connect with customers through a ticketing system, with phone support sometimes required for complex or urgent issues.
Collaborate frequently with members of the Support and Engineering teams.
Contribute to documentation.
Contribute to internal software tools to automate diagnosis of customer issues.
Work a weekend on-call rotation every 4-8 weeks (daytime hours only).
Qualifications
Required:
Good working knowledge of popular DevOps tools and services such as: Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory/Nexus, Kubernetes, git & GitHub.
Basic Linux system administration knowledge.
Good communication skills (English language fluency required).
The ability to work independently.
The ability to build knowledge of new technologies easily.
A sense of empathy with our customers.
Year of experience - minimum 5 years and above.
As previously mentioned, members of our team have a variety of past work experience, and each brings a different mix of skills to our team. The following are some examples of these skills, but by no means do we expect candidates to have all of them. If any of these fits with your experience, we would love to hear from you!
System administration knowledge, especially Linux, storage, and/or networking.
Knowledge of common enterprise environments & technologies such as LDAP & databases.
Knowledge of common web application architectures, SSL, REST API concepts, etc.
Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and practices.
Experience with cloud computing environments.
Programming experience, anything from shell scripting to Java development.
Open source community contributions, especially Jenkins.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
Computer Science / IT degree or equivalent work experience.
Certifications: Cloud computing providers, Kubernetes, etc.

Your mission is to build and lead a high-performing human + AI BDR / sales development organization that scales pipeline generation.
This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You bring both the analytical rigor to optimize pipeline metrics and the people instincts to bring out the best in early-career talent.
What You'll Own
AI-Driven BDR / Sales Development Leadership
You will:
Drive adoption and best practices for AI-powered sales development across the BDR organization.
Leverage AI tools to improve prospect research, account prioritization, personalization at scale, and outreach effectiveness.
Partner with RevOps and GTM Systems teams to evaluate and deploy emerging AI technologies that increase team productivity and pipeline generation.
Own the evolution of the BDR operating model, including AI-enabled prospecting, automation strategy, workforce productivity, and future talent development.
Team Leadership & Development
Directly manage a team of 6–15 BDRs across outbound and inbound coverage in North America.
Build a coaching-first culture through structured 1:1s, call reviews, skills training, and career development planning.
Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs to full productivity within 60–90 days.
Create individualized development plans and clear promotion paths for top performers.
Foster a high-energy, inclusive team culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
Pipeline Generation & Quota Attainment
Own the team's pipeline contribution targets—qualified meetings held, SAOs, and pipeline dollar value.
Drive both outbound prospecting (cold outreach, sequences, LinkedIn) and inbound follow-up motions across the NA territory.
Monitor and improve key funnel metrics: activity rates, conversion rates, average response times, and pipeline aging.
Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, clean CRM hygiene, and actionable reporting.
Hold the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly activity and outcome targets.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Marketing on campaign alignment, messaging, ICP targeting, and inbound SLA adherence.
Work closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to ensure smooth BDR-to-AE handoffs and feedback loops.
Partner with Enablement to develop and iterate on playbooks, sequences, objection handling frameworks, and new product messaging.
Provide market and competitive intelligence back to Product Marketing and GTM leadership.
Contribute to territory planning, segmentation strategy, and headcount modeling.
Additional Success Metrics
AI adoption and utilization across the BDR team.
Reduction in administrative workload through AI-assisted processes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
5–7+ years of BDR/SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including at least 1–2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to redesign workflows around AI and automation.

Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets as an individual contributor and/or manager.
Strong coaching skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback and develop early-career professionals.
Proficiency with modern sales tech stack: Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data tools (e.g., Bombora).
Data-driven mindset—comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends, and using insights to make decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, AI SDR platforms) to improve prospecting, messaging, coaching, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven workflow improvements that increased pipeline generation, conversion rates, or team productivity.
Experience managing BDR teams at a high-growth or PLG SaaS company (Series B through public).
Familiarity with account-based sales and marketing (ABM/ABS) motions.

Description
Job Title: Senior Demand Generation Manager, North America (Commercial & Mid-Market)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote - United States (CST/EST)
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation for our North America commercial and mid-market segment. This person will own the regional demand strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, digital programs, and ABM-lite/account-based plays initiatives designed to drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, BDR, product marketing, marketing ops, and brand/content. You will be the primary marketing partner to the North America commercial sales team, helping translate go-to-market priorities into focused, measurable programs that create impact across the funnel.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are equal parts strategic and hands-on: someone who can build the plan, align stakeholders, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own the North America commercial and mid-market demand generation strategy, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
Partner closely with sales leadership, account executives, BDRs, and RevOps to identify priorities, target segments, and growth opportunities.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels including paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargeting.
Build and run account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts and segments.
Create and manage regional campaign calendars and execution plans that align with quarterly business objectives.
Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, positioning, launches, and persona-based campaign development.
Work with content, brand, and web teams to develop landing pages, campaign assets, nurture journeys, and conversion paths.
Partner with marketing operations to ensure clean campaign setup, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel visibility.
Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, then optimize based on data, conversion trends, and sales feedback.
Bring a test-and-learn mindset to channel mix, messaging, offers, and segmentation.
Help improve how demand generation operates by identifying smarter workflows, automation opportunities, and scalable execution models.
What success looks like
Marketing is seen as a trusted growth partner to the North America commercial and mid-market sales team.
Campaigns generate measurable impact on pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution.
Regional programs are executed with strong alignment, clear reporting, and continuous optimization.
The handoff between marketing, BDR, and sales is tight, timely, and effective.
The segment has a repeatable, scalable demand engine across digital and field channels.
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years in B2B demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
Strong experience supporting commercial, mid-market, or growth segments in North America.
Proven track record of building integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience partnering closely with sales teams and translating commercial goals into marketing plans.
Ability to manage both top-of-funnel demand creation and mid-/late-funnel pipeline acceleration.
Hands-on experience with channels such as paid social, search, email, webinars, events, ABM programs, and nurture.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide budget allocation, optimization, and stakeholder conversations.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you may need to build while operating.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Able to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively across functions and levels.
Preferred (not required):
Experience in developer, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or technical B2B categories.
Familiarity with commercial sales motions and shorter/mid-length deal cycles versus only large-enterprise motions.
Experience with intent tools, ABM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation, attribution/reporting tools, and webinar/event platforms.
Exposure to AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation, or modern demand tech stacks.
Why this role is exciting
You’ll own a highly visible growth segment in North America.
You’ll have direct influence on how marketing partners with sales in a critical commercial motion.
You’ll join at a point where there is room to shape strategy, improve execution, and build scalable programs.
You’ll work across both campaigns and field marketing, giving you broad scope and real commercial impact.

Job Title: Director Global Demand Generation
Job Type: Full-time

This is a pipeline ownership role. As Director Demand Generation (Global), you will own the full demand engine for our largest revenue geography: from strategy through execution to revenue impact. You'll architect and run the programs that fill our AMER pipeline, accelerate deals, and give Sales the air cover they need to win in competitive enterprise cycles.
You'll operate with high autonomy, build your own playbooks, and use AI as a force multiplier.
You'll work at the intersection of paid digital, ABM, field and virtual events, partner programs, and outbound, partnering closely with Sales, BDRs, Revenue Operations, Product + Brand Marketing, and our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation + Revenue Impact
Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and outcomes, with direct accountability for top-of-funnel growth and downstream conversion to revenue
Set, track, and report on pipeline KPIs: MQLs, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, stage conversion, and cost-per-opportunity, and communicate ROI clearly to leadership
Integrated Campaign Execution
Architect and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid digital (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), field and virtual events, content syndication, and partner programs
Run ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization: kill what doesn't work, double down on incremental impact, build repeatable playbooks
AI-Native Demand Engine
Build and operate AI-powered demand workflows: programmatic outbound, intent-based targeting, AI-personalized sequences, and automated nurture flows
Treat AI as an operational multiplier, not a checkbox, with demonstrable experimentation across tools and workflows
ABM + Enterprise Targeting
Develop segmentation and targeting strategies for priority enterprise buyer personas, platform engineers, VP Engineering, CIOs, and DevSecOps leaders, in close partnership with Product Marketing and Sales
Leverage ABM and intent tools (Pocus, or equivalent) to prioritize accounts and time outreach for maximum conversion
BDR + Sales Alignment
Partner with BDR leadership to ensure campaign-to-outbound alignment, providing the messaging frameworks, sequences, and creative air cover needed to run effective outbound plays
Own the marketing-to-sales funnel handoff in collaboration with Revenue Operations
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing, with a clear and provable track record of driving pipeline, not just launching campaigns
Experience running demand gen in an enterprise motion (complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, mid-to-large ACV)
Hands-on paid media management across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, including budget ownership, ROI tracking, and experimentation
Strong analytical chops: you build your own dashboards, define your own metrics, and make decisions based on evidence. Comfortable with attribution models, funnel reporting, and BI tools
Proficiency with GA4; working knowledge of ABM/intent platforms (Pocus, Clay, UserGems)
Active, practical experimentation with generative AI tools, applied to campaign operations, content, outbound personalization, or workflow automation
Ability to operate with high autonomy: you take a revenue target and reverse-engineer a program, without waiting for a playbook to be handed to you
Excellent written instincts: you can write a sharp ad, brief a creative team, and craft a sequence that converts
Preferred (not required):
Background in DevOps, platform engineering, developer tools, or adjacent enterprise software categories
Experience with or exposure to SQL and self-serve BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
Familiarity with the partner/channel ecosystem in enterprise software
Prior experience in a hypergrowth or transformation-stage company
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $175,000 – $195,000 annually In accordance with applicable law, this represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
