At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

About the Role:
As part of our Sales Development team, you’ll be on the frontlines of building lasting customer relationships and showcasing the value of Commure’s products. You’ll be an instrumental part of our revenue growth, guiding customers from first touch and beyond. - Leverage intent marketing and community intelligence tools to efficiently target and prioritize high-intent prospects, optimizing outreach and conversion strategies across key healthcare segments
- Collaborate with the team leads to improve outbound motion that drive revenue growth
- Speak at a high level about our Commure products to health system leaders
- Breakdown hairy, challenging business problems
- Own execution and outcomes
- Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems
- Commitment to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Commure’s best practices
What You Have

- Interest in AI and utilizing tools to improve work efficiencies
- Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments
- Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement for the Implementation team through each new onboarding experience
- Resourceful Prospecting Mentality: You don't rely on a single playbook. You think creatively across channels - social, community, warm intros, events, and beyond - to find and engage prospects that others miss. You know how to generate pipeline with minimal resources and aren't afraid to get scrappy.
- Consistent, Repeatable Performance: You have a proven track record of not just hitting a number one month or one quarter, but sustaining high performance over time.
- Creative Pipeline Thinking: You are constantly testing new approaches, learning from what doesn't work, and iterating. You bring genuine curiosity to prospecting and push yourself to think beyond conventional outbound techniques.
- Thrives in an Evolving GTM Motion: You can operate effectively in a fast moving environment, contribute to shaping the process as you go, and help identify what's working and what needs to change.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our team is a multidisciplinary group of visual communication designers, writers, motion designers, product designers, and producers building the way Commure shows up in the world. We partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, Clinical, Comms, and Executive teams to bring to life a complex, high-stakes category into work that feels compelling, human, and unmistakably ours.
We're looking for a Brand Design Lead to drive our brand expression and product creative across our most important moments: brand campaigns, product launches, in-product experiences, brand systems, and storytelling. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone with exceptional taste, care for craftsmanship, sharp strategic instincts, and the systems mindset to raise the quality of the work at scale. You're equally comfortable zooming out to define a cohesive creative vision and zooming in to sharpen a webpage, refine an illustration system, or direct a photoshoot. It is your job to set the quality bar and inspire our teams and our clients through communications design. We believe deeply in the power of in-person collaboration to accelerate the work and strengthen the team.
This role is based in our Mountain View office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define and lead the creative vision across brand and product: campaigns, launches, patient- and provider-facing experiences, in-product moments, event and executive storytelling, and the digital surfaces that connect them
- Define our visual identity and design systems: typography, color, illustration, and the frameworks that keep our work coherent as we scale
- Translate complex clinical and product subject matter into work that feels simple, human, and earns trust
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to shape brand and creative decisions
- Set the quality bar for craft knowing when to push for a bigger idea and when to fight for the right color, type choice, or layout
- Use AI tools thoughtfully in your workflow for concepting, prototyping, and production to move faster without compromising craft
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 7+ years of relevant experience in brand and visual design, with a track record of owning design end-to-end rather than primarily directing others
- A strong portfolio showing range across brand identity, product design, and visual systems with clear examples of work you personally designed and shipped
- Sophisticated visual craft, strong instincts across typography, color, composition, and layout
- Experience building design systems that raise quality and consistency across a product or brand
- Real fluency with AI tools and workflows (Midjourney, ComfyUI, generative video, LLMs for iteration) with concrete examples of how you've used them to move faster or improve quality
- Comfort being the primary IC on brand and visual design today, with the interest and ability to hire and grow a team as scope expands
- A systems-thinking approach and an eye for the details that matter
- Deep empathy for the people we serve: patients, providers, caregivers and the judgment to hold that responsibility carefully in a regulated, high-trust category

About the Job
Commure + Athelas is redefining how healthcare practices operate, and we just launched the product that proves it: Practice Manager, the industry's first agentic practice management suite. PM lets billing teams orchestrate fleets of AI agents that scrub claims against plain-English rules before they ship, post payments autonomously from deposits to EOBs, and resolve a hundred denials at once with an AI copilot drafting every correction.
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to bring this story to healthcare practices ready to modernize their back office. You'll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, relationship-building, and closing— for practices that are the perfect size to feel PM's impact immediately: big enough to have real billing complexity, agile enough to move fast once they see the ROI. This is a chance to sell a category-defining product at the ground floor of agentic healthcare software, working directly with practice owners and administrators who are tired of throwing headcount at denials and manual posting.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for Practice Manager in your mid-market territory — from prospecting to close — with a bias toward relationship-based selling in the field
- Help shape early go-to-market motion for Practice Manager, feeding field insights back to product and marketing as the category takes shape
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market practices, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas as a founding seller on a newly launched complex product line
- Partner closely with the account team, sales engineering, and customer success to craft compelling demos and ensure smooth handoffs from close to onboarding
- Act as a category evangelist — staying ahead of the agentic AI and healthcare RCM landscape so you're a trusted advisor, not just a vendor, to prospects and customers
What You Have
- Demonstrated history of success in a fast-paced, tech sales role with strong quota attainment across multiple quarters
- Strong track record of penetrating new markets and closing net-new business, ideally with an early-stage or newly launched product
- Genuine excitement for agentic AI and the ability to translate technical concepts — autonomous workflows, AI copilots, rules-based automation — into clear business value for non-technical buyers
- Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals, especially in a category-defining product motion
- Ability to speak credibly with stakeholders at every level, from billing managers to C-suite executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment — comfortable operating without a fully paved playbook

About the Role
Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare and we're looking for a Head of Talent to build the team that builds it.
We're at an inflection point. With a $7B valuation, $70M in recent funding, 500K+ clinicians on our platform, and recognition on the Fortune Future 50 list, the mission is proven. Now we need a Talent leader who can match the pace of what we're building and raise the bar on who we bring in to build it.
This is not a coordination role. You will own the full talent function including strategy, execution, and outcomes. You'll lead and build the recruiting team, define how we identify and close the best engineers, clinical operators, and go-to-market talent in the country, and partner directly with senior leadership to translate hiring priorities into pipeline. You'll set the standard for candidate experience, define what great looks like at Commure, and build the infrastructure that scales with us.
What this takes: a builder's instinct, a bias toward speed, and the judgment to know when to move fast and when to slow down and get it right. You've hired at scale before ideally at a high-growth health tech or enterprise SaaS company and you know the difference between filling seats and building a team that actually wins.
The gap between the people you hire and their impact on patient care is immediate here. That's what makes this hard. It's also what makes it worth doing.
If you're energized by high stakes, high standards, and a company operating at the edge of what healthcare technology can do, this is the role!
What You'll Do
- Own the full talent function end-to-end from headcount planning and sourcing strategy through offer close and onboarding handoff ensuring Commure consistently hires the people who raise the bar
- Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans, pipeline targets, and talent strategies that scale with the company's growth trajectory
- Lead, build, and develop a high-performing global recruiting team, setting standards, coaching execution, and creating an environment where recruiters do the best work
- Define and enforce what great looks like at Commure building structured interview frameworks, calibration processes, and scorecards that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across every function
- Own employer brand and candidate experience from first touch to first day ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the quality, speed, and integrity of how Commure operates
- Build and maintain the recruiting infrastructure that scales ATS configuration, sourcing tools, offer strategy, compensation benchmarking, and the operational processes that keep a high-velocity team running without breaking
- Drive recruiting analytics and reporting to senior leadership, tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness to make real-time investment decisions
- Identify and close top passive talent across EPD, GTM, Clinical, and G&A -personally leading searches for the most senior and strategic hires while enabling the team to execute across the full req load
What You Have:
- 12+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years leading and managing a recruiting function/team at a high-growth technology company or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience scaling a team through a high-velocity growth period
- Track record hiring across EPD, GTM, G&A and clinical or healthcare-adjacent functions
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience building or significantly rebuilding recruiting infrastructure, ATS, process, tooling, and team
- Prior experience at a health tech, digital health, or enterprise SaaS company strongly preferred
