About the Role
We’re building a next-generation ambient AI platform for healthcare, helping clinicians focus on patient care by automatically capturing, understanding, and structuring clinical conversations in real time.
Our product supports clinicians across the full care workflow, from capturing patient conversations and reviewing AI-generated documentation to coordinating follow-up actions and completing work across mobile and web.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build these experiences from end to end. You’ll work across our mobile and web applications, backend services, APIs, and AI-powered workflows, partnering closely with product, design, clinical, and AI teams.
This role is for an engineer who cares deeply about the people using the product. You think beyond whether a feature technically works to whether it is intuitive, responsive, trustworthy, and valuable in a real clinical environment. You’re comfortable moving through the stack to solve the whole problem, whether that means refining an interaction, designing an API, improving a data model, integrating an AI capability, or strengthening the system behind the experience.
Our mobile application is primarily built in Flutter, alongside web applications, browser-based surfaces, and backend services. Flutter experience is helpful but not required. We value strong product engineering judgment, full-stack versatility, and a track record of shipping high-quality user experiences.
What You’ll Do

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our R&D team at Commure, the team taking emerging technology from inception to impact. We scout new capabilities — a frontier LLM that can chain tool calls, browser agents that can navigate the web, new agent harnesses that can self improve — and figure out how to productionize them for healthcare. Our job is the full arc: research the technology, productize it, deliver it to customers, and own it as a P&L until it graduates.
Graduation has taken the following shapes in the past:
- Embedded into an existing product — e.g., the AI Copilot in our practice management suite.
- Becomes its own product — e.g., Air, the EHR.
- Becomes an internal RCM workflow that saves the company millions annually — e.g., EOB web agents and appeal agents.
This role will be hybrid and based in our Mountain View, CA headquarters.
What You'll Do
- Build the infrastructure that orchestrates, evaluates, and runs sub-agents, including the channel adapters that intelligence flows through
- Get hands-on with the cutting edge — chaining tool calls across LLMs, deploying browser agents, building self-improving harnesses — and turn experimental prototypes into production-level tools and products
- Take a technology from first principles to production: research it, build it into a product, ship it to customers, and own it through graduation to something bigger
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship intuitive solutions that work in real clinical environments
- Be part of a fast-moving team that celebrates large ambition, ships daily, and makes decisions quickly
What You Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, required
- Professional software engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong fullstack skills — Python on the backend (required), Javascript/React on the frontend, with working knowledge of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
- Track record of driving work from early ideation to successful production deployment
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a history of demonstrated resourcefulness
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders including clinical teams
- Experience in fast-moving environments where shipping quickly is the norm

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About the Role
We're hiring a senior Growth leader to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up — hands‑on. This isn't a "manage the agency" role. You'll be the one designing the system, wiring the stack, running the experiments, and shipping the assets. You think in funnels and frameworks, build measurement infrastructure before you launch campaigns, and treat go-to-market as an engineering discipline: instrument, test, iterate, scale.
You'll work directly with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand to turn signal into pipeline — and you'll be the one who actually builds the things that make that happen. Critically, you'll own the number: net new business in the form of marketing qualified leads is your north star, and you'll be accountable for hitting it. This will be a high-visibility role with incredible growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
Ad Engine Ownership & Performance Marketing
- Own the design, build, and continuous optimization of our ad engine across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and video — with a focus on efficiency, scale, and measurable pipeline contribution.
- Architect audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative rotation logic, and budget allocation frameworks to maximize return on ad spend.
- Move beyond channel management: treat the ad engine as a product, iterating on targeting logic, landing page pairings, offer variants, and conversion pathways to compound performance over time.
- Own hands‑on execution — you're in the platforms, not just reviewing reports.
Driving Net New Business: MQL Ownership
- Own the MQL number. You are directly accountable for generating net new marketing qualified leads that convert into pipeline and revenue.
- Build and operate the demand generation engine that fills the top of funnel — from first touch to sales-ready hand‑off — with clear SLAs, routing logic, and feedback loops.
- Define and enforce MQL quality standards in partnership with Sales and RevOps, continuously tightening the criteria as signal improves.
- Report on MQL volume, velocity, cost-per-MQL, and downstream conversion rates; use those inputs to direct investment across channels and programs.
Scaling the Marketing Foundation: 1 to 100
- Take the marketing foundations already in place — brand narrative, positioning, early channel presence, initial playbooks — and build the operational engine that scales them.
- Translate strategy into a repeatable growth system: standardized processes, campaign architecture, channel playbooks, and asset libraries that multiply output without multiplying headcount.
- Identify what's working at small scale and build the infrastructure — tooling, measurement, creative, ops — to run it at 10x without losing fidelity or efficiency.
- Close the gaps between brand and demand: ensure every scaled program reinforces positioning while driving measurable business outcomes.
Full-Funnel Growth System Ownership
- Design and own the full‑funnel growth architecture: paid (search, social, programmatic, video), organic (SEO, content, web), ABM, partnerships, and referral.
- Build the experimentation infrastructure — test frameworks, audience segmentation, offer variants, landing page scaffolding — and run rapid learning cycles.
- Engineer the demand‑to‑pipeline path: ICP definitions, routing logic, handoff SLAs, and Sales feedback loops.
- Identify new channels and build the playbook before you scale spend.
Growth Stack & Analytics
- Instrument the growth funnel end‑to‑end across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow/CMS, and attribution/BI tooling.
- Partner with RevOps and Analytics to establish taxonomy, data hygiene standards, experimentation frameworks, and attribution models that hold up under scrutiny.
- Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that make the "what's working" question answerable in real time — and translate results into insights, next actions, and investment guidance for Marketing and GTM leaders.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the DRI for growth: set strategy, run the operating cadence, and align Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand around clear priorities and decision criteria.
- Build influence without line authority — turn cross‑functional stakeholders into an integrated growth squad.
- Maintain a transparent roadmap and experiment backlog; communicate trade‑offs and learnings frequently.
What You Have
- Senior, hands‑on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS; healthtech experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership of an MQL or pipeline number — you've been accountable for net new business outcomes, not just activity metrics.
- Deep hands‑on experience building and optimizing ad engines across paid search, social, and programmatic; you know the platforms as well as the strategy.
- Proven ability to take an early-stage marketing foundation and scale it into a high-output, repeatable growth system.
- You're equally comfortable instrumenting a funnel as writing a high‑conversion brief — you've shipped real things in both modes.
- Strong systems instinct: you design processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences that other people can actually use.
- You influence without authority, move fast with incomplete information, and maintain high standards while doing it.
- A bias toward building: when something doesn't exist, you make it.
Nice to Have
- Built ABM motions in close partnership with Enterprise and Mid‑Market Sales.
- Run product‑led and sales‑led motions in parallel.
- Worked with data science on incrementality testing or advanced attribution.
- Scaled a performance creative system across channels — briefing, asset libraries, structured testing.

About the Role
At Commure, our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Core team is building the autonomous backend that turns healthcare's most manual financial workflows into intelligent systems. The Rejections & Denials team builds the AI and rules infrastructure that fixes claims autonomously. The team is turning what used to be repetitive human work (reading a denial, figuring out the fix, correcting the claim, resubmitting, appealing) into auditable, automated workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Build LLM-powered automation that decides how to fix a denied claim, with evals, dry runs, and audit trails rigorous enough to let it act autonomously on real money.
- Design guardrails that keep automation safe: identity guards, payer-type guardrails (dental, Medicare A vs. B), duplicate-prevention, and dry-run / QA gates before anything touches production.
- Scale a rule engine that runs hundreds of configurable conditions and actions per customer across high transaction volumes — safely, idempotently, and with full explainability for operations teams.
- Build the observability that turns a long tail of edge cases into a prioritized roadmap: dashboards for automated resubmission approval rate, denial-to-resubmission cycle time, and failure rates broken down by insurance type, denial category, and site.
- Generate appeal letters and medical-record packets automatically, with validation scoring that decides what's safe to send unattended.
- Deliver a unified automations console where ops can see and manage every rule engine (billing rules, pre-submission validation, adjustments) in one place.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies.
- Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators
- Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows, from design and development through to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and healthcare) to gather integration requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Conduct in-depth code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive architectural improvements across the stack
What You Have

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About the Role
At Commure, our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Core team is building the autonomous backend that turns healthcare's most manual financial workflows into intelligent systems. The Claims Submissions team owns getting claims out the door correctly, the first time. It is in front of the entire revenue cycle: nothing else downstream matters if we can't reliably translate a clinical encounter into a clean, payer-accepted claim.
What You’ll Do
- Clearinghouse integrations: submitting claims through multiple clearinghouses and handling their heterogeneous response, verification, and error semantics.
- The claim generation pipeline: transforming structured claim payloads into valid electronic EDI claims across professional (CMS-1500), institutional (CMS-1450/UB), and dental (CDT) formats, plus paper-claim and PDF generation for payers that require mail or fax.
- Build the Eligibility Orchestrator's routing logic so the right payer gets the right claim, with guardrails that prevent acting on a coverage result that belongs to the wrong person.
- Scale a rule engine that runs hundreds of configurable conditions and actions per customer across high transaction volumes — safely, idempotently, and with full explainability for operations teams.

- Ensure all integration work adheres to healthcare compliance and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive data.
- Work closely with junior engineers to provide technical guidance and mentorship, helping them solve problems and ensuring high-quality code standards are followed.
- Drive the implementation of best practices for integration development, including testing, error handling, version control, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to implement monitoring and alerting systems that ensure integration reliability and system health in production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in healthcare technology, integration patterns, and emerging tools, continuously suggesting and applying innovations that can improve system performance and integration capabilities.
- Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and maintaining a collaborative and efficient working environment
