At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.
The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Commure's finance team is rebuilding revenue accounting from the ground up, and this role is the architect of that rebuild. We're creating a brand-new Manager, Revenue Accounting & Deal Operations position to do two things at once: stand up our deal desk function from scratch, and modernize the technical infrastructure that supports revenue recognition across a fast-growing, multi-product healthcare technology business.
This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role. You'll be the primary accounting owner of deal desk — building the process, the playbooks, and the cross-functional muscle memory with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations that doesn't yet exist at scale. In parallel, you'll partner with our broader revenue accounting team on close, reconciliations, and audit support, and you'll have real influence over which tools and automation we adopt to get there. Our finance team invests aggressively in emerging finance technology, and you'll have the opportunity to engage in the debate and build out around how AI and automation should change the way revenue accounting and deal desk work gets done.
If you want to build something from a blank page rather than inherit a finished process, and you want a direct hand in shaping how a scaling, IPO-track company runs deal desk and revenue accounting, this is that seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
DEAL DESK & PROCESS OWNERSHIP
- Build our deal desk function. Design and build the finance deal desk from the ground up — intake, deal structuring support, approval workflows, and documentation — in close partnership with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
- Set the playbook. Create the frameworks, templates, and guardrails that let Sales structure deals quickly while keeping revenue recognition, pricing, and contractual risk in check.
- Be the go-to accounting voice on deal structuring. Advise on non-standard terms, bundled arrangements, and complex pricing models in real time, before deals are finalized — not after.
- Drive adoption. Train and influence Sales, Legal, and Rev Ops on how to work with the new deal desk process, and iterate quickly as the business scales.
REVENUE ACCOUNTING TRANSFORMATION & TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING
- Modernize the infrastructure. Reimagine how revenue accounting operates — from contract review through recognition — with an eye toward scalability, automation, and IPO-grade controls.
- Own the technical calls. Perform research and prepare accounting memos under ASC 606 for complex, multi-element, and non-standard arrangements.
- Keep policy current. Maintain and evolve revenue recognition policy so it holds up consistently across a growing and diversifying product portfolio.
TECHNOLOGY & AUTOMATION
- Bring the tools. Evaluate and implement revenue automation and AI-enabled tooling that reduce manual work across deal desk and revenue accounting alike — this team treats emerging finance technology as a core capability, not a side project.
OPERATIONAL REVENUE ACCOUNTING
- Support the close. Collaborate on monthly and quarterly revenue close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
- Connect the dots for FP&A. Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for revenue with clear, well-documented inputs.
- Be a trusted partner, not a bottleneck. Build the kind of credibility with Sales and Legal that makes deal desk a resource teams want to use, not a hurdle they route around.
COMPLIANCE & AUDIT
- Support external audits. Prepare PBC schedules and respond to auditor inquiries related to revenue.
- Build for IPO readiness. Contribute to revenue policy refinement, process documentation, and control enhancements ahead of a public-company bar.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a revenue recognition, technical accounting, or deal desk role in a high-growth, unstructured environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and related technical guidance
- Deal desk exposure or strong exposure to deal structuring is a plus
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and revenue automation tools — and genuine enthusiasm for evaluating new finance technology, including AI-enabled tools
- Experience supporting external financial audits and building SOX-compliant processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, with ability to distill complex financial topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Comfort in a high-visibility role; confident presenting to senior executives and external partners
- Bias for action and ability to drive multiple, concurrent projects to completion
- Comfortable owning ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling private company environment
CULTURAL EXPECTATIONS
At Commure, success comes from:
- Acting with urgency and accountability — delivering results quickly without compromising accuracy or compliance
- Partnering across functions to proactively identify and resolve high-impact challenges
- Building solutions that are both effective today and scalable for tomorrow, especially with IPO-readiness in mind
- Leading with collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to our mission
- Thriving in an environment where priorities can shift quickly, and adaptability is key

About the Role
We’re building a next-generation ambient AI platform for healthcare, helping clinicians focus on patient care by automatically capturing, understanding, and structuring clinical conversations in real time.
Our product supports clinicians across the full care workflow, from capturing patient conversations and reviewing AI-generated documentation to coordinating follow-up actions and completing work across mobile and web.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build these experiences from end to end. You’ll work across our mobile and web applications, backend services, APIs, and AI-powered workflows, partnering closely with product, design, clinical, and AI teams.
This role is for an engineer who cares deeply about the people using the product. You think beyond whether a feature technically works to whether it is intuitive, responsive, trustworthy, and valuable in a real clinical environment. - Partner closely with clinicians, product managers, and designers to understand real-world problems and translate them into simple, thoughtful products.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to bring model capabilities into production in ways that are responsive, understandable, and trustworthy.
- Design data models, APIs, and service boundaries that support fast product iteration and reliable user experiences.
- Build polished interfaces across our Flutter mobile application and web-based surfaces.
- Own the quality of what you ship, including usability, performance, accessibility, analytics, testing, observability, and release readiness.
- Improve shared systems and product foundations when they unlock faster or better development, including:
- Reusable application components and interaction patterns
- State management and data-fetching primitives
- Networking, caching, and synchronization
- Background processing and resilient workflows
- APIs, services, and asynchronous jobs
- Logging, monitoring, and product diagnostics
- Prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and refine experiences using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Help shape product and technical strategy as the Ambient AI product line grows.
- Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for engineering quality, product thinking, and craft across the team.
What You Have
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, with significant ownership of user-facing products or features.
- Strong experience building applications across multiple parts of the stack, such as mobile or web clients, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- A track record of taking ambiguous product ideas through technical design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Strong product judgment and attention to interaction quality, usability, performance, and craft.
- Experience building polished frontend experiences using a modern mobile or web framework.
- Experience designing and operating backend services, APIs, and data models in production.
- Comfort moving through the stack to solve the most important product or user problem.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, design, backend, data, or AI teams.
- An understanding that reliability, latency, and data integrity are fundamental parts of the user experience.
- An ownership mindset and bias for action. You identify important problems, create clarity, and drive work through completion.
Nice to Haves
- Experience building AI-native, conversational, agentic, or real-time product experiences.
- Experience with Flutter and Dart or another cross-platform mobile framework.
- Experience building modern web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating large language models, transcription systems, or other machine-learning services into production products.
- Experience with audio or video capture, streaming, transcription, or long-running media workflows.
- Experience with offline-first applications, background sync, resilient local persistence, or conflict handling.
- Experience designing event-driven systems, asynchronous workflows, or real-time data pipelines.
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and measuring feature adoption or usability.
- Experience with performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, and release automation.
- Native iOS or Android experience when platform-specific capabilities are needed.
- Exposure to healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, privacy, security, or other regulated environments.
- Experience with Chrome extensions or workflows that span mobile, browser, and web applications.
Why Join
- Build a product that directly gives clinicians more time to focus on their patients.
- Own meaningful problems across the complete product stack, from user interaction to backend execution.
- Create new product experiences at the intersection of AI, healthcare, mobile, and the web.
- Work across the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs to shipping and improving the experience.
- Solve distinctive engineering challenges involving real-time audio, multimodal AI, offline behavior, agentic workflows, and sensitive clinical data.
- Have meaningful influence over product direction, technical architecture, and engineering culture.
- Join at a stage where individual engineers can shape both what we build and how we build it.
- Grow into broader product, technical, or engineering leadership as the team and platform expand.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a builder - someone who loves solving hard operational problems with code, data, and product intuition. Part consultant, part product thinker, part data analyst, you’ll help us automate and scale traditionally manual workflows that underpin healthcare operations - from claim submissions to payment posting - using everything from SQL and APIs to LLMs.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and implementation. You’ll design, test, and operationalize automation across our stack, work hands-on with Product, Engineering teams and our customers to map and rebuild their workflows, and create systems that scale. You’ll be accountable for outcomes - building the infrastructure, tools, and processes that let our teams and our clients move faster and smarter.
We want people who are excellent operators, strong problem solvers, and comfortable building from scratch.
At Commure, there are no speed limits in your growth. If you show ownership and deliver results, your responsibilities - and impact - will grow rapidly. We value people who move fast, think deeply, take pride in solid execution, and deliver results for our customers.
This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
What You'll Do

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives and own high-impact processes within our Business Operations team, specifically focused on denials management and claims optimization. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts to proactively reduce denials, improve revenue capture, and drive scalable operational improvements across a broad client portfolio. You will be accountable for outcomes, leading root-cause investigations, designing repeatable processes, managing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and account management to refine tools and workflows.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset, a sharp operational skillset, and a strong technical orientation. You'll take ownership of some of our most complex and high-priority business challenges where thoughtful analysis, process design, and executional excellence will make the difference.
This full-time position is based on-site in our Mountain View, CA office, 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Denials Management Strategy: Oversee the claims lifecycle from post-submission to resolution, with an emphasis on denial trends. Design and implement scalable solutions that reduce friction and revenue loss.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis: Investigate systemic issues behind rejections and denials using structured analysis, and implement preventative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Own Key Operational Metrics: Manage throughput, denial rates, and other key metrics for high-profile client accounts. Use data to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and Scale Processes: Design repeatable, automated workflows that enable operational scale and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements for internal tooling.
- Client Partnership: Serve as a subject matter expert for critical accounts. Partner with account managers and clients to troubleshoot issues and implement operational improvements.
What You Have
- 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting, or related roles. Experience in high-growth or tech-enabled healthcare environments is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently perform data analysis (Excel required; SQL strongly preferred). You're comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Operational leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and improving process performance at scale.
- Systems thinker: You naturally zoom out to see patterns and zoom in to identify root causes. You understand how people, processes, and technology interact to create value.
- Ownership mindset: You hold yourself and others to high standards and take accountability for results, not just tasks.
- Excellent communicator: You translate complexity into clarity—for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Bias for action: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
