We are building a high-performing, thoughtful sales organization and are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to help us scale new business across enterprise accounts.

The Role

As a Strategic Account Executive at Complyance, you will own a large volume of deals from enterprise clients, managing opportunities end-to-end from first meeting through contract signature with minimal oversight.

This role is designed for experienced sellers who thrive in early-stage environments, bring strong executive presence, and can independently guide senior stakeholders through nuanced, high-stakes evaluations. You will lead discovery, run demos, present pricing, and navigate procurement and contracting, while strategically leveraging Sales Engineering and leadership.

You will operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability, balancing structure with adaptability as Complyance continues to scale.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline & Deal Ownership

Contribute to pipeline through outbound sourcing, and collaboration with AAEs

Own enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through close

Manage multiple concurrent deals with discipline around timelines, stakeholders, and next steps

Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene

Ensure deals progress with intent and clarity at every stage

Discovery, Demos & Advisory Selling

Lead executive-level discovery conversations with authority and depth

Run product demonstrations aligned to buyer priorities and business outcomes

Position Complyance as a strategic partner, not just a software vendor

Translate complex GRC requirements into clear value and ROI narratives

Pricing, Negotiation & Closing

Develop pricing and packaging aligned to buyer needs and scope

Present proposals clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

Navigate legal, security, procurement, and executive approvals in partnership with leadership team

Partner with VP of Sales, and leadership team strategically to support deal alignment and momentum

Deal Orchestration & Internal Leadership

Build and maintain Mutual Action Plans (MAPs)

Identify and manage deal risks proactively

Engage Sales Engineering for advanced demos or sandbox environments when needed

Set a high bar for preparation, execution quality, and buyer experience

What You Bring

6–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including enterprise accounts

Proven success owning large volumes of deals end-to-end

Strong executive presence and comfort engaging C-level stakeholders

Excellent deal project management and communication skills

Experience being the first seller on a team or joining at an early-stage startup

High ownership, accountability, and self-directed learning

Experience in GRC, security, or regulated industries (strong plus)

Experience selling into healthcare or technology (preferred)

We are building a high-performing, thoughtful sales organization and are looking for an Associate Account Executive (AAE) to help us scale high-quality pipeline and support our next phase of growth.

The Role

The Associate Account Executive (AAE) role exists to reliably generate high-quality pipeline for the Sales organization.

AAEs are responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying ICP and near-ICP prospects through disciplined outbound and inbound execution. This role is critical to downstream deal success: the quality, context, and rigor applied at the AAE stage directly impact win rates, sales velocity, and buyer trust.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build strong fundamentals, develop GRC and enterprise sales fluency, and grow into an Account Executive or other GTM leadership roles over time.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Generation & Qualification

Generate qualified pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up

Book meetings that align with Complyance’s ICP and near-ICP criteria — optimizing for quality over volume

Qualify prospects with clear context around pain, priorities, and intent before AE handoff

Maintain sufficient pipeline coverage and consistently hit monthly SQL targets

Disqualify non-ICP leads quickly, clearly, and respectfully

Build and maintain your own prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot

Personalize outreach based on role, industry, and known compliance challenges

Ownership & Process Discipline

Own inbound and outbound activity end-to-end until handoff to an AE

Ensure all activity, outreach, and notes are accurately documented in HubSpot

Prevent dropped leads, duplicate outreach, or unclear ownership

Flag risks early when meetings are unlikely to convert to qualified opportunities

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or a related GTM role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and comfort working in structured processes

Curiosity and willingness to learn complex products and buyer environments

Coachability and openness to feedback

Bias toward ownership, follow-through, and continuous improvement

Experience in SaaS, security, GRC, or compliance is a plus, but not required

What You Bring

3–6 years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience

Strong discovery and active listening skills

Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel with attention to detail

Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting to different buyer personas

Clear, structured written and verbal communication (emails, notes, decks)

Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to continuously grow

Experience in the GRC, compliance or risk space preferred

Role at a Glance:

We’re looking for a US Field & Partnerships Marketer who will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to turn our relationships and events into real pipeline. You’ll own the US field calendar (events, dinners, roundtables), help activate partnerships with associations, analysts and investors, and make sure every in-person moment produces follow-up, content and opportunities. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships and Marketing, making sure we show up well in the room and that momentum doesn’t die once the event ends.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Location: US (preferably New York)

What you’ll do

Plan and run US field programs

Own the US event and field calendar: key conferences, investor/partner events, private dinners and roundtables.

Work with Sales to pick the right events based on ICP, target accounts and existing opportunities, not just logo value.

Manage logistics end-to-end: invites, venues, agendas, light production, and on-the-day coordination.

Activate partnerships

Work with the Partnerships team to plan and execute joint programs with associations, analysts, investors and key partners (e.g. OCEG, Business Reporter–type partners, analyst firms, consulting partners).

Support co-branded events, webinars and content launches in the US, and make sure they’re integrated into our campaigns and follow-up.

Coordinate with partner marketing teams to align on messaging, audiences and measurement.

Create lift-off from every event

Ensure pre-event motion is tight: target lists agreed with Sales, clear messaging, outreach, and a reason to meet us.

Drive at-event presence: help Sales and execs show up well with the right stories, visuals, and talking points.

Own post-event follow-up in partnership with Sales: summaries, personalised recaps, content bundles and clear next steps.

Capture and feed content back into marketing

Capture stories, quotes, and insights from customers, prospects and partners at events and dinners.

Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Designer to turn field moments into case studies, clips, social content, and proof for future campaigns.

Share structured feedback from the field on messaging, objections, and what resonates in live conversations.

Partner tightly with Sales, Marketing and RevOps

Align regularly with Sales leadership on target accounts, regions and verticals to prioritise field activity.

Feed information back to Marketing and Performance on which topics, offers and formats attract senior buyers.

Work with RevOps/Marketing Ops to ensure all field activity is tracked, tagged and visible in pipeline reports.

Who you are

2+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or demand gen, ideally in SaaS or Enterprise tech.

Comfortable working directly with Sales and Partnerships; you see yourself as part of the revenue team, not just “events.”

Strong organiser and communicator: you can juggle multiple programs, timelines and stakeholder groups without dropping details.

Confident in the room: you’re comfortable hosting small executive dinners, moderating light conversations, or being the point person at a booth.

You understand Enterprise sales cycles and how events fit into pipeline creation and acceleration.

You think in terms of outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created/moved, relationships deepened – not just “event was busy.”

Nice to have

Experience working with associations, analysts or industry groups (e.g. OCEG, Gartner, Verdantix-like orgs).

Experience running executive dinners or roundtables for CISOs, CCOs, Heads of GRC or similar personas.

Familiarity with HubSpot and basic reporting so you can see and understand impact.

Comfortable collaborating across time zones with UK/European teams.
