7+ years building production systems, with a strong backend and full-stack track record.
Compensation
Base salary range: 200,000 – 230,000 USD

We conduct two performance reviews annually. The first addresses performance ratings, bonuses, and promotions. The second encompasses these elements along with salary adjustments reflecting inflation and market conditions.
About The Role
As a Senior Full-stack Engineer on the Agentic Payments Team, you will build and scale the infrastructure that lets AI agents transact safely and autonomously including the agent wallets, delegated authorization, checkout, and card rails that enterprises and developers use to give their agents real spending power.
Your work will directly impact how companies let agents hold funds, make purchases, and pay for services strictly within the guardrails their users define. You'll build our offering across stablecoin rails and the major card networks' agentic programs, including Visa Intelligent Commerce, Mastercard Agent Pay, and more. You will ship enterprise-grade, production-ready services that developers integrate in minutes through secure APIs and SDKs.
Responsibilities
You will:
Write high-quality production code that is correct, secure, performant, and maintainable.
Build and scale agent wallet infrastructure: provisioning, signing flows, transaction orchestration, and lifecycle management for wallets owned and operated by AI agents.
Design and enforce delegated authorization and programmable guardrails for spending limits, merchant allowlists, human-in-the-loop approval thresholds, and auditable transaction logs that let agents act autonomously within defined boundaries.
Integrate agentic card rails, including Visa Intelligent Commerce, Mastercard Agent Pay, and emerging agent payment programs covering virtual card issuance, tokenization, and lifecycle.
Build agent commerce and checkout experiences, from conversational checkout to programmatic purchasing, exposed through clean APIs and SDKs.
Design scalable, secure systems that bridge agents, card networks, and onchain/offchain components while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Contribute to architecture and design documentation to shape the long-term evolution of Crossmint's agentic payments products.
Own features end to end from design to production deploy and iteration.
Participate in paid on-call rotations once or twice per quarter.
Mentor and support teammates and help raise the technical bar across the engineering organization.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years building production systems, with a strong backend and full-stack track record.
Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as TypeScript (ideal), JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
Experience with payments, card issuing/processing, transaction systems, or wallet/agent infrastructure.
Solid understanding of payment flows — authorization, settlement, and tokenization — and/or blockchain fundamentals such as smart contract interactions, gas abstraction, and transaction lifecycles.
You are opinionated about how to make endpoints and interfaces usable and ergonomic for agents as first-class users, and how to engineer modern AI-first systems and workflows.
A product and ownership mindset with an ability to balance usability, security, and long-term reliability.
A track record of owning complex systems end to end and mentoring other engineers.
Strong Plus If You Have:
Familiarity with agentic payment protocols and standards (x402, AP2/A2A, ACP) and/or card-network agent programs (Visa Intelligent Commerce, Mastercard Agent Pay).
Experience with card issuing/processing, PCI-scoped systems, or payment orchestration at scale.
Familiarity with EVM ecosystems, Solana, Stellar, or multi-chain stablecoin payments.
Built and published skills, CLIs or MCP tools or have contributed to notable agentic harnesses or AI surfaces.
Prior experience at a crypto-native, Web3, fintech, or payments engineering team.

Type of employment
Full-time
Seniority
8+ years in security, with at least 3 years in a security leadership or program ownership role.
Compensation
Base salary range: 210,000 - 250,000 USD
Note: This range reflects base salary only. Final level and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit.
Stock options are part of every full-time offer, granted on top of the base salary range above. We want everyone here to be a genuine stakeholder in what we're building.
We conduct two performance reviews annually. The first addresses performance ratings, bonuses, and promotions. The second encompasses these elements along with salary adjustments reflecting inflation and market conditions.
About The Role
We are hiring a Head of Security to build and own Crossmint's security function as we enter a new phase of scale and regulatory maturity. This is a player-coach role: you will set strategy and own the program at the highest level, while remaining deeply capable of operating hands-on when the situation demands it. No delegation without comprehension.
This role carries wide scope. You will be responsible for Crossmint's overall security posture, from application and infrastructure security to corporate IT, from vendor and third-party risk to regulatory audit readiness. You will manage our Senior DevSecOps Engineer, work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Ops, and our external security partners, serving as the internal authority on all things security for the leadership team.
Crossmint operates at the intersection of fintech and crypto infrastructure under a growing regulatory framework (SOC 2, DORA, MiCA), and an increasingly adversarial environment with AI. Security at Crossmint is not a cost center: it is a product differentiator and a requirement to operate. This role reflects that.
Responsibilities
Program Ownership and Strategy
Define and own Crossmint's security strategy, including roadmap prioritization, risk posture, and security investment decisions.
Operate fluidly across scope levels: board-level risk briefings one hour, hands-on threat model review the next.
Establish and maintain a security program that scales with the company, not one that creates drag on product velocity.
Report to co-founders on security posture, risk landscape, and program progress.
Technical Oversight and Hands-On Contribution
Maintain deep technical fluency across cloud security (AWS primary), application security, CI/CD security, and endpoint and corporate IT.
Review architecture decisions, new product features, and infrastructure changes for security implications before they ship.
Conduct or lead threat modeling exercises across product and infrastructure domains.
Step in as a hands-on practitioner during incidents, complex vulnerability analysis, or high-stakes security reviews where direct expertise is required.
Audit and Compliance Leadership
Own security's relationship with auditors, regulators, and compliance frameworks including SOC 2 Type II, DORA, and MiCA-related security requirements.
Lead audit preparation cycles: scope definition, evidence readiness, control documentation, and auditor-facing communication.
Maintain audit-ready posture year-round, not as a sprint before each audit window.
Partner with the Compliance function to ensure security controls satisfy both regulatory requirements and practical risk management objectives.
Third-Party and Vendor Risk
Own the security review process for new vendors, integrations, and third-party relationships.
Manage relationships with external security partners including our third-party audit firms and 24/7 incident response provider.
Define and oversee our external penetration testing and security assessment program.
Team and Stakeholder Leadership
Manage and develop the Senior DevSecOps Engineer, with the expectation of growing the security team over time.
Serve as the internal authority on security for Engineering, Product, Compliance, Legal, and People Ops.
Drive security awareness and culture across the company without creating friction that slows down product teams.
Communicate risk clearly to non-technical leadership, translating technical realities into business decisions.
About You
Must Haves
8+ years in security, with at least 3 years in a security leadership or program ownership role.
Deep technical fluency in cloud security, application security, and CI/CD security. This is not a policy-only role.
Demonstrated experience owning a security compliance program end-to-end through at least one major audit cycle: SOC 2 Type II strongly preferred.
Software engineering degree or software engineering experience that makes up for it.
Deep familiarity with the latest AI / agentic tools.
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or similarly regulated industries, where concepts like treasury management aren't foreign and security failures carry direct consequences for licensing, customer trust, and business continuity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executive and board-level stakeholders on risk without unnecessary jargon.
Experience managing or mentoring security engineers.
Ability to work flexible hours if an incident arises.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with DORA, MiCA, or EU financial services regulatory frameworks.
Experience with crypto or blockchain security threat models.
Track record of building a security function from an early or formative stage.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
How to Succeed
Switch gears from a regulatory gap analysis in the morning to reviewing a GitHub Actions configuration in the afternoon without losing altitude on either.
Build systems and programs that stand on their own — not policies on a Google Doc, but processes that actually get done across the org.
Earn the trust of engineering teams by being useful, not obstructive.
React to incidents quickly, mitigating impact fast, quickly root causing them, and ensuring the company learns for the next.
Proactively prevent incidents by staying up to date on the latest threats, having a clear picture of the company's weaknesses, and being able to deploy defenses at scale.
Manage up: keep leadership informed and earn their trust by competence when executing and clarity when communicating.
Hire and develop security talent with the same rigor they apply to technical problems.
They should not be someone who:
Requires a large team to be effective. This role starts lean.
Manages from a distance without remaining technically sharp.
Treats compliance as the ceiling of the security program rather than the floor.
Why Join Crossmint?
This is an opportunity to own the security foundation of a company building core infrastructure for the next generation of financial systems, at a moment when that infrastructure is being held to the regulatory standards of traditional finance. You will work directly with founders, tackle security problems that span fintech and crypto, and build a function that matters to the product.
Benefits
Extensive access to leading AI tools and subscriptions, with AI actively encouraged and integrated into daily workflows.
Unlimited, flexible PTO.
Parental Leave program.
Flexible work schedule.
Company laptop and allowance for any necessary home equipment.
Daily stipend for commuting to the office and/or meals.

Type of employment
Full-time
Seniority
5–7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, payments, or fintech.
Compensation
Base salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
Note: This range reflects base salary only. Final level and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit.
Stock options are part of every full-time offer, granted on top of the base salary range above. We want everyone here to be a genuine stakeholder in what we're building.
We conduct two performance reviews annually. The first addresses performance ratings, bonuses, and promotions. The second encompasses these elements along with salary adjustments reflecting inflation and market conditions.
About The Role
We're looking for a sharp product marketer to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Crossmint's product portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on translating a complex stablecoin and agentic platform into clear, compelling value for fintech buyers. You'll lead product launches across smart wallets, stablecoin orchestration, agentic payments, and more. You'll build the sales enablement engine that helps reps win, run competitive intelligence, and develop the buyer insights that inform everything from campaign strategy to product roadmap.
If you're energized by category creation, love distilling technical products into stories that resonate with sophisticated B2B buyers, and want to shape how the world's largest fintechs think about stablecoin infrastructure and agentic payments, this is your role.
Responsibilities
Product & GTM Alignment
Serve as the connective tissue between product and GTM. Sit close to PMs and engineers to deeply understand what we're building, and translate that into clear value for sales, marketing, and customers. Bring the voice of the market back into product to shape roadmap priorities.
Positioning & Messaging
Own positioning and messaging across Crossmint's product portfolio including smart wallets, onramps and offramps, stablecoin orchestration, checkout, and agentic payments. Develop the narratives that resonate with our fintech and agentic ICPs.
Product Launches
Lead go-to-market for product launches end-to-end. Partner with product on launch readiness, define launch tiers, build cross-functional plans, write launch content, coordinate press, and measure impact.
Sales Enablement
Build the sales enablement engine. Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides that help sales close enterprise deals.
Competitive Intelligence
Own competitive intelligence and win/loss. Track competitors across stablecoin infrastructure, wallet, and payments categories, equip sales with current positioning, and close the loop with product on gaps and what to build next.
Buyer Research & ICP
Develop buyer personas and ICP research through customer and prospect interviews. Turn insights into messaging frameworks the entire company uses, and inform pricing and packaging decisions in partnership with product and finance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with sales and customer success on case studies, and with demand generation, content, and design to ensure consistent narrative across campaigns, web, paid, events, and PR.
Market Authority
Be the internal authority on the market. Brief leadership, sales, and product on competitive shifts, customer trends, and category dynamics.
About You
You've built and scaled product marketing programs in B2B environments with complex sales cycles and technical buyers. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, are a great storyteller that can translate complex topics into compelling messaging, and use customer insight to drive decisions.
Experience
5–7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, payments, or fintech with proven impact on pipeline, win rate, and category awareness.
Experience marketing payments infrastructure, stablecoins, or financial APIs to enterprise buyers.
Launch & Enablement Skills
Strong launch track record. You've led multi-product launches and know how to coordinate product, sales, marketing, and PR to ship with impact.
Excellent writer. You can take a technical product spec and produce a pitch deck, battlecard, and customer-facing one-pager that all feel like they were written by one person.
Customer & Competitive Instincts
Customer-obsessed. You run interviews, synthesize insights, and turn them into messaging frameworks that move the business.
Competitive intelligence instincts. You know how to build a competitive program from scratch and keep sales current.
Technical & Cross-functional Fluency
Comfortable with technical and developer-facing buyers. You can hold your own in a conversation with a CTO or a head of payments.
Strong cross-functional collaborator with proven ability to partner with product, sales, design, and content.
Mindset
Startup mindset: self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, fast learner who picks up new industries and buyer personas quickly.
Why Join Crossmint?
Crossmint is building infrastructure for the programmable economy, where cross-border payments settle instantly instead of taking days, fees are minimal instead of 8%, and everyone in the world can be financially included. We make it easy for any fintech company to get there by removing blockchain complexity.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how the market understands Crossmint. Our products are gaining traction across fintech, remittances, neobanks, and payroll, and we need someone to sharpen the story, equip the sales team, and shape category narrative.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, product leaders, sales, and the executive team to drive launches, position the company against the competition, and build the marketing function that turns enterprise momentum into category leadership. If you want to combine sharp storytelling with technical depth and leave your mark on a company building the future of financial infrastructure, this is it.

About The Role
This is an inbound-focused SDR role built for someone early in their career who moves fast and thinks clearly. You will be the first filter on our pipeline: qualifying inbound leads, routing high-value opportunities to the right AEs, and owning the full relationship with smaller clients that are a real fit but do not require complex deal-making.
The role is for someone who already understands the crypto landscape well enough to have a real conversation with a founder or product lead on day one.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Qualify inbound leads and route high-value opportunities to the right Account Executives.
Own the full relationship with smaller clients that are a real fit but do not require complex deal-making.
Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through organized, process-oriented follow-through.
Client Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for companies actively trying to move money onchain.
Have credible conversations with founders and product leads about stablecoins, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.
About You
Must-Haves
1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company.
Genuine crypto fluency: you follow what is happening in the ecosystem, you understand how stablecoins and wallets actually work, and you can have a credible conversation with a technical founder without needing to look things up afterward.
Strong written and verbal communication in English, clear and direct.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize without being hand-held.
Organized and process-oriented: you do not let leads fall through the cracks.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience qualifying or closing API/infrastructure products.
Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Prior exposure to onramps, wallets, or cross-border payment flows.
Active presence in crypto communities (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
Why Join Crossmint?
Stablecoins are moving from experiment to infrastructure, and the companies building the plumbing right now will define how money moves for the next decade. Crossmint is at the center of that: MiCA-authorized, backed by top-tier investors, and already powering real payment flows for real companies at scale.
You will be the first line of contact for companies actively trying to move money onchain, which means you will develop a sharper read on the market than most people twice your seniority. You will work directly with a lean, experienced GTM team, get real ownership over a segment of the business, and grow into whatever the next version of this role becomes.
If you know crypto well and want to turn that into a career in enterprise sales, this is the right place to start.
