About the Role
We’re seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Event Associate to join our team and support the coordination and execution of our growing North America trade show program. In this role, you will own end-to-end logistics and vendor management, to ensure seamless execution on our trade show portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Execute trade show logistics, including coordinating shipments, arranging booth setup, and booking staff travel for 30+ events a year.
Collaborate on Pre-Event Kick-Off Calls with the Event Manager for onsite teams to train and prepare for a successful in-person selling experience.
Own post-event lead clean up, and partner on uploading with Marketing Operations for timely Sales follow up. Execute pre- and post-show email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Event Manager to drive booth traffic and nurture leads.
Collaborate with the Event Manager on vendor management and tracking.
Oversee day-to-day operations during trade shows, ensuring all activities run according to schedule.
Track and reconcile event expenses to ensure trade shows stay within their allocated budgets.
Build and maintain a packing list playbook to streamline planning for future events.
Travel to conferences as needed for onsite execution and support.
Track and analyze trade show performance to shape future planning in partnership with the Event Manager.
Work closely with the Event Manager to achieve benchmarked ROI metrics.

About the Role
Dandy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems. About the Role
As we optimize our go-to-market strategy, we have segmented our sales approach into SMB, enterprise, and strategic channels. Expert Case Resolution & Support
Resolve complex clinical inquiries, handling time-sensitive escalations from frontline agents, Account Management, and cross-functional teams with expert precision and clinical accuracy.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-volume lab setting; experience in digital dental labs is a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in dentures, partials, sleep apnea devices and building best design practices. Bonus for experience in other product lines.
Strong, current knowledge of Removables (dentures/partials) dental systems and their digital components (i.e., scan bodies), as well as Implant and Crown & Bridge systems.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a lab or dental organization.
