About the Role:
The Strategic Partnerships Director will own and expand relationships with our most important technology and advisory partners. This senior individual contributor will develop and execute executive engagement strategies with leading ecosystem partners including Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Accenture, and PwC, driving long-term business value across product innovation, go-to-market (GTM) alignment, and customer success.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, enterprise sales, and executive relationship management. What you'll be doing:
Executive Relationship Management
Serve as the executive relationship owner for Demandbase's highest-priority technology and advisory partners.
Build trusted relationships with C-level, SVP, and VP leaders across Product, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy.
Develop and execute executive engagement plans that deepen strategic alignment and create measurable business outcomes.
Facilitate executive business reviews (EBRs), strategic planning sessions, and leadership summits.
Strategic Partnership Development
Own the long-term strategy for assigned strategic partnerships.
Identify new areas for collaboration across product innovation, AI initiatives, data partnerships, cloud infrastructure, and services.
Develop joint business plans with clear KPIs and executive sponsorship.
Act as the primary point of coordination across internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product & Technical Alignment
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence Demandbase's partner roadmap.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI-first architectures and intelligent workflows across partner ecosystems.
Champion innovative approaches that position Demandbase as a strategic AI platform within the broader enterprise technology landscape.
Internal Leadership
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on ecosystem trends and partner strategy.
Influence cross-functional priorities without direct authority.
Represent Demandbase at executive forums, conferences, partner events, and industry engagements.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or enterprise technology.
Experience managing executive relationships with Fortune 500 technology companies.
Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
Proven experience building strategic alliances with organizations such as Salesforce, AWS, Adobe, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or similar.
Strong understanding of enterprise GTM motions including, co-selling, joint marketing, partner ecosystems, solution development
Ability to influence senior executives internally and externally without formal authority.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

About the Role

About the Role
The People Operations Specialist (also known as Human Resources Operations Specialist) reports to the Manager, People Operations and Onboarding and serves as a critical partner in delivering seamless, high-quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle. About the Role:
The Enterprise Growth Account Director – Financial Services is responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of Demandbase's most strategic Financial Services customers. Working with some of the world's largest banks, financial institutions, and investment firms, you'll serve as a trusted advisor who helps customers solve complex business challenges while identifying new opportunities to expand our partnership. Success comes from combining strategic account leadership, executive influence, and commercial execution to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Drive growth across a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Financial Services customers through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify whitespace across business units, geographies, and product lines.
Build trusted relationships with executive business stakeholders while effectively engaging technical teams around data, integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled go-to-market initiatives.
Create and maintain a healthy pipeline by proactively identifying new opportunities within existing customer accounts rather than relying solely on inbound demand.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, internal partners, procurement teams, and executive decision makers.
Develop customer-specific points of view by leveraging market research, customer insights, and AI tools to deliver relevant business recommendations.
Partner closely with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Accurately forecast business while maintaining disciplined account planning, opportunity management, and pipeline generation habits.

Stay current on evolving trends across Financial Services, Account-Based Marketing, AI, customer data, and modern revenue technology.
Qualifications
3+ years operating in a complex enterprise sales motion, either in net-new logo acquisition or existing customer growth, with experience navigating large accounts, multi-threaded buying committees, and longer-cycle SaaS opportunities.

(Required) Proven experience selling into large Financial Services organizations:
banks
insurance companies
brokerages
capital markets firms
asset managers
or similar financial institutions
Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying committees and building relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple business units.
Comfortable selling technical solutions and engaging customers in conversations around customer data, APIs, integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Proven ability to consistently generate pipeline through strategic account planning, proactive prospecting, and whitespace identification.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve research, account planning, customer engagement, and overall sales productivity.

About the Role
As the Value Consultant, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and data-driven validation. You will serve as an advisor to our customers, translating complex business requirements into measurable "now/next/later" roadmaps that drive value and outcomes powered by the Demandbase platform and product functionality.
Responsibilities
Strategic Discovery: Lead executive-level discovery sessions to capture business challenges, goals, and current KPIs.
Roadmap Development: Create tailored Value Roadmaps that align Demandbase features to specific customer outcomes.
Measurement Frameworks: Design and document Value Measurement Plans that link platform activity to concrete business results.
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses and data driven audits to identify high-performing areas and growth opportunities.
Consultative Execution: Lead proctored workshops and specialized sessions focusing on best practices for GTM excellence.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence (ideally within a B2B or Agency environment).
The "Translator" Skillset: Proven ability to take raw data and turn it into actionable insights. You should be comfortable explaining why a metric matters to C Level Executives.
GTM Knowledge: Understanding of B2B Go-To-Market strategies, ideally including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales/marketing alignment.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to extract, transform, and analyze 1st and 3rd party GTM data sets to validate performance. SQL experience/knowledge heavily preferred.
Prescriptive Communication: Skilled at delivering "best practice" recommendations that simplify complex technical configurations into business value.
Organizational/Task Management: Capability to manage high-stakes deliverables within tight timelines (e.g., 8–12 week onboarding cycles).
Client Command: Experience leading discovery calls or presentations. You should be able to navigate "tough" questions about data validity and strategy with confidence.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail (no "messy" decks) and a structured approach to problem-solving.
The "Bonus" Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with the B2B MarTech stack (Demandbase, HubSpot, 6sense, etc.).
A background in "Full-Funnel" attribution modeling.
The ability to explain complex numerical concepts to non-technical audiences.
