A bit about this role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide virtual primary care through our innovative telehealth platform. As a Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality care while fostering strong, lasting patient relationships.
You will provide ongoing management of chronic conditions, preventive screenings, acute care visits, and medication management, all through a virtual care model. You'll also work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate in-person services such as lab work, imaging, and specialist referrals as needed.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Provide virtual primary care visits via telehealth, including comprehensive assessments, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and acute care interventions.
Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease) and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient health.
Evaluate and treat acute concerns (e.g., infections, respiratory illnesses, minor injuries, skin conditions) within the scope of virtual care.
Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics, coordinating follow-up care as necessary.
Manage medication prescriptions, titrations, and refills, ensuring patient adherence and safety.
Provide health coaching, lifestyle modification guidance, and patient education to empower patients in managing their health.
Identify patients needing referrals, or home-based services, and facilitate appropriate coordination with specialists or community resources.
Utilize and provide feedback on our electronic health platform, contributing to its continuous improvement to enhance patient and provider experience.
Participate in clinical case reviews, team huddles, and interdisciplinary collaborations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with best practices in virtual care and primary care management.
Required skills and experience:
Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing in and the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days of hire.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine.
Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience, preferably with experience in telehealth or virtual care settings.
Active BLS certification at time of hire.
Shift times may vary in order to align with standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in the patient’s local time zone. Flexibility is required. Additionally, weekend shifts may be required in the future based on evolving patient care needs.
Desired skills and experience:
Experience managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute illnesses via telehealth.
Familiarity with value-based care models, population health management, and quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR ratings, etc.) is a plus.
Comfortable with digital documentation and telemedicine platforms (experience with EHRs and virtual care workflows preferred).
Salary range: $125,000 annually

Telehealth Preventative Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider- NP/PA
About the Role:
Our Devoted Preventative Primary Care Provider roles, include Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants and will be considered for both roles. As a Devoted Preventative Primary Care Provider, you’ll be part of a mission-driven, interdisciplinary clinical team focused on improving the health, dignity, and quality of life of our members. You’ll meet patients in the first step of their primary care journey with Devoted Medical. You’ll conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, support chronic condition management, and emphasize preventative and proactive care. You’ll collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, care coordinators, caregivers, and families to deliver coordinated, member-centered care.
This role sits at the intersection of preventative care, primary care and complex care management — it is not a traditional primary care panel role, and it’s not a one-time Annual Wellness Visit role. You’ll develop a relationship with your members while working in a supportive, tech-enabled environment designed to optimize clinical time and connection.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct primarily telehealth video visits, with limited and occasional in-home visits to members in your local area.
Perform comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based care focused on prevention, chronic condition support, medication optimization, and health maintenance.
Identify and address care gaps, coordinate with external and internal care team members, and contribute to individualized, whole-person care plans.
Utilize integrated technology and AI-enabled workflows to reduce administrative burden and maximize meaningful member interaction time.
Communicate with empathy and clarity, fostering trust and confidence with members and caregivers.
Required Skills & Experience:
Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
3+ years of outpatient clinical practice, ideally in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
Active and clear NP/PA license

Telehealth Preventative Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider- NP/PA
Supervisor, Utilization Management Support
A bit about this role:
The Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the Utilization Management Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate processing of prior authorization requests. This role is highly hands-on, focusing on daily execution, immediate problem-solving, staff coaching, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop staff, mentoring them on their competencies and career goals while monitoring productivity, accuracy, and performance; Provide operational and administrative support to the team.
Intake & Prior Authorization Oversight: Directly manage daily operations of the Utilization Management Coordinator Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of authorization requests, including triaging and entering incoming PA requests and reaching out to hospitals and provider offices to obtain important clinical documentation; Ensure requests are appropriately entered, documented, and routed for clinical review and determination.
Clinical Coordination Management: Oversee the coordination of clinical reviews and peer-to-peer (P2P) scheduling between providers and Medical Directors, including contacting providers to communicate clinical decisions; Ensure all required documentation is present for clinical review, including managing RFI work and EHR access workflows.
Operational Performance & Compliance: Plan, organize, and coordinate the team's work and initiatives to ensure achievement of specific, measurable goals and deadlines, including meeting service level agreements and regulatory turnaround time requirements; Monitor work queues, daily census checks, and operational metrics; Identify obstacles, problem-solve, and implement changes to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare Advantage, and internal UM policies and procedures.
AI Workflow Ownership: Act as the domain owner for Utilization Management AI workflows for the team, responsible for the full lifecycle, including building, executing, implementing, and monitoring the performance and refinement of AI/LLM-enabled tools; Define and track quality metrics (accuracy, throughput) for AI-enabled processes, interpreting data and making iteration decisions in partnership with AI Enablement Partners ; Ensure local governance and adherence to AI use policies within the team.

Members with chronic conditions, like hypertension, often lack access to high-quality care because of a scarcity of primary or specialist care in their community or personal barriers to traveling to seek care. Elevated blood pressure is the leading contributor of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality– in fact, complications from raised blood pressure account for 53% of all heart disease and stroke deaths globally. Despite a mountain of proven effective interventions, the prevalence of hypertension and adverse events related to cardiovascular disease are rising at an alarming rate.

Our multidisciplinary team combines remote monitoring, medication management, and high-touch disease education to deliver seamless specialty care in the comfort of our members’ homes.
As a Cardiovascular Clinical Guide, you will make a meaningful impact every day by supporting members throughout their care journey. Drawing on your coaching skills, you’ll review each member’s medical history, medications, and lifestyle habits, and help them build the confidence and tools they need to monitor and improve their cardiovascular health. You’ll play a key role on our specialty care team, empowering members to set achievable goals, overcome barriers, and make lasting changes that lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities will include:
Screen members for eligibility in the Hypertension Clinic
Provision BP monitors, assess proper measurement technique, and reinforce accurate self-monitoring practices
Conduct comprehensive hypertension assessments, including review of medical history, medications, adherence patterns, and lifestyle habits
Deliver intensive lifestyle and nutrition counseling focused on sodium and alcohol reduction, weight management through heart-healthy eating and portion control, increased physical activity, and smoking cessation support
Identify barriers to healthy behaviors and coach members toward realistic, sustainable health goals
Utilize motivational interviewing skills with the goal to influence positive sustained behavioral changes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all member interactions
Schedule follow-up appointments with yourself, program providers, or the member’s primary care provider as needed
Connect members with the right resources within Devoted to troubleshoot clinical or care-coordination issues

As the Sr. Compliance Analyst for Devoted Health, you will report directly to our Associate Director of Business Compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with a focus on ensuring regulatory compliance. You will assist with legislative and regulatory compliance communication management, audit facilitation, exclusion screening, entity management, regulatory reporting, and monitoring emergency declarations.

Provider Network Specialist

A bit about the role….
This highly impactful role will analyze provider demographic information, financial data, quality reports, and special project data. A key responsibility is supporting the performance team in preparing for and executing monthly provider performance meetings, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with performance goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of data analysis , claims payment processes, provider setup, and root cause analysis, with a clear focus on improving provider engagement. Success in this role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, strong organizational discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
Provider Performance Audits
Conduct in-depth audits across provider performance systems, including Orinoco (demographics and fee schedules), online search tools, print directories, Looker reports, and claims payment processes. Evaluate data through a performance lens to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting provider performance. Deliver clear, actionable insights and partner with the performance team to implement improvements that enhance overall provider effectiveness.
Field Performance Support and Issue Resolution
Support Field Performance initiatives by engaging directly with providers to resolve provider-related issues. Ensure timely resolution and clear documentation.
Provider Onboarding
Manage the full contract lifecycle while maintaining a focus on onboarding high-performing providers and improving overall engagement.
Performance Reporting and Operational Support (JOC)
Partner with Performance Managers to prepare for monthly performance meetings by pulling data by leveraging AI-driven prompts with a strong emphasis on advanced AI tools and preparing slide decks and follow up items from previous meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage or similar environments
5 years of direct provider interaction experience
Demonstrated ability to manage detailed, performance-driven work
Proficiency in Google or MS Suite Workspace applications.
Experience in claims research, provider setup, root cause analysis, and process improvement with a focus on provider engagement
Strong written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and ambiguity is essential
Ability to gather, read, analyze, and interpret complex data and create accurate meaningful information for data reporting
Ability to facilitate meetings, and make presentations before groups of management and staff.
Additional Information
Remote Role - must reside in (Georgia )
Travel - 10% - 15% travel to offices may be required.
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
