Role Overview
You will be the third product manager at Duetti. This is an ambitious role with meaningful ownership from day one: real responsibility, real autonomy, and direct impact on a fast-growing company.
We are strategically building the right team for 2026. Hiring has been deliberate, bringing in the right people at the right time. Adding a third PM means we can go deeper, not just wider. You will own a product pod end-to-end: the roadmap, the stakeholder relationships, the engineering partnership, the product launches, and the ongoing iteration. You will work directly with executive leadership across Operations, Finance, Investments, and Data.
The products you will build improve how Duetti sources, evaluates, acquires, manages, and optimizes music catalogs. These are internal tools built for operators, analysts, and investment professionals, not consumers. This is not a role focused on writing tickets or managing backlogs. We are looking for someone who deeply understands complex business processes, identifies where the opportunity is, aligns stakeholders, and drives execution from concept through launch and adoption.
You will not be inheriting a polished product and refining at the edges. You will be working on hard problems that matter to the business, with the authority to define the approach and drive the outcome.
\nProduct Ownership
-
Define and own the roadmap for your pod, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
-
Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear product direction without waiting for someone to hand you the answer.
-
Set success metrics for your initiatives and track them. Know when something is working and when it is not.
Stakeholder Management
-
Own relationships with leadership-level stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Investments, including regular presentations and roadmap reviews with the CEO and COO.
-
Communicate product decisions and priorities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Execution
-
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate operational needs into clear product specs, and work directly with engineers and designers to get them built.
-
Drive internal adoption. Ensure stakeholders understand not just what changed, but why it matters and how to use it.
-
Balance competing priorities, surface blockers early, and make sound tradeoffs without waiting to be told what matters most.
-
5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time at a startup or growth-stage company where you owned product initiatives and drove clear business impact.
-
A track record of measurable outcomes. Not just shipping features, but moving metrics, improving processes, or solving problems the business actually needed solved.
-
Actively uses AI tools to sharpen research, accelerate documentation, and improve day-to-day output.
-
Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces where defining the problem is part of the job.
-
Strong written and verbal communication. You can make a complex problem legible to engineers and executives in the same conversation.
-
Experienced presenting to and collaborating with senior business leadership, including at the executive level. Your stakeholders are the operators, finance leads, and executives who depend on what you ship.
-
Able to operate independently. There is no playbook.
Nice to Have
-
Experience at a company working with complex financial, operational, or rights-based data.
-
Background in music, fintech, or data-heavy SaaS.
-
Direct data fluency. Comfortable in SQL or a BI tool rather than waiting on an analyst.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Manager of Account Growth & Enablement to join our Marketing team. We already know who we want to reach — this role is about making sure we stay connected the right way, over time.
\nAccount Nurturing & Relationship Strategy
-
For each priority account, develop and maintain a tailored engagement strategy - mapping connection paths, identifying mutual relationships, and ensuring the approach evolves as the relationship matures
-
Build and refine the team's playbook for ongoing nurturing: how to stay relevant between conversations, how to move accounts towards a deal, and how to recognize when a relationship is ready for the next step
-
Work hands-on with A&Rs to manage touchpoint cadences by segment, ensuring target accounts receive consistent, well-timed engagement that feels considered rather than generic
-
Help A&Rs think through the specific language, timing, and channel for each touchpoint - whether it's a first warm introduction or a follow-up six months into the relationship
-
Stay current on how artists and their teams prefer to be engaged, and continuously refine the team's approach based on what's working across the portfolio
Tools, Process & Enablement
-
Manage and maintain HubSpot as the team's system of record for priority accounts: keeping account statuses current, enforcing cadence compliance, and surfacing staleness alerts so no relationship goes cold
-
Prepare materials for weekly strategy workshops, including account briefs, connection maps, and recommended next steps for priority accounts
-
Work with sourcing ops to build and improve the processes that allow us to scale relationship management across hundreds of accounts per A&R without sacrificing quality
-
Partner with team leads to evaluate and iterate on tooling - identifying gaps, flagging when processes need to be revisited, and helping roll out new capabilities as they come online
Thought Leadership & Standards
-
Run regular strategy sessions with A&R reps to pressure-test their approach to priority accounts and help them navigate stalled or complex relationships
-
Create frameworks, reference materials, and ongoing measurement to assess long-term relationship health and empower A&Rs to nurture accounts over time
-
Develop and enforce protocols for how the team communicates with artists and their teams - ensuring consistency and cultural credibility across all reps
-
Partner with Marketing and A&R leadership to align on standards and share learnings across regions
- 2+ years of experience in high-value sales or account management in a role that required both cultural fluency and strategic thinking
-
Deep understanding of how long-term relationships are built with high-value accounts - who the gatekeepers are, how trust is maintained over time, and what separates a one-time conversation from a lasting partnership
-
A natural coach and thought leader who gets energy from helping others get better
-
Strong process and systems instincts - comfortable working with CRM tools, sales research tools, and workflow automation to support a team at scale
-
Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person - you can articulate a nuanced relationship strategy clearly and concisely
-
Comfortable operating with influence rather than authority - you don't own the relationships, but you shape how they're built and maintained
