ABOUT EDRA
Edra is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are generic but company processes are specific. We build AI agents that learn how processes actually run, and then run their operations.
We're a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, led by Co-Founders who created and led Forward Deployed AI Engineering at Palantir, and we're growing our team in New York and London. We're a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great we'll build.
THE ROLE
Our product is proven. Now we are focused on distribution: how many enterprise buyers hear about us, and how fast can we run a pilot and convert to enterprise.
Strategic partnerships are the way to get us there, and we haven't built that function yet despite having strong channel relationships. Cloud platforms, technology partners, systems integrators, and private equity firms already sit inside hundreds of our target accounts, with the relationships, coverage, and budget to put Edra in front of enterprises that would otherwise take much longer to reach.
You will own this function - from the executive relationships at the top down to the marketplace mechanics. You will carry the number and build the machine as you go, writing the playbook for the function out of what you make work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the partner relationship end to end: the joint business plan, the operating rhythm, business reviews, executive briefings, and our position in their partner program.
- Build the co-sell engine from scratch. Map the accounts, map who owns them, and work the partner's field organization one seller at a time until Edra is something they bring into their own deals.
- Make partners want to sell us through enablement content, joint targeting sessions, mutual events, co-marketing. A partner seller has a hundred things they could pitch; your job is to be one of the few they actually do.
- Own the commercial mechanics: marketplace transactability, listings, private offers, procurement paths, and the deal-registration machinery that makes the system function.
- Carry a partner-sourced pipeline number and own it with the same rigor as our direct pipeline.
- Be the internal voice of the partner at Edra: roadmap feedback, integration priorities, and the work that makes Edra a part of the partner’s strategy and not a tool next to it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You can point to partner-sourced revenue in dollars, on named deals you personally brought into the funnel (not ecosystem growth, not influenced pipeline, not a healthy scorecard.)
- You've been the first or only partnerships hire somewhere small, and you’ve built the motion without partner ops, partner marketing, or other support functions resourced to your team.
- You've carried a quota, and know what it's like to own a number that doesn't move without your consistent effort.
- You hunt. You'll work through forty partner sellers to find the six who care, and you can name the ones you converted and what changed their behavior.
- You know how partner-led revenue actually works: marketplace transactability, private offers, deal registration, procurement paths, and how a partner seller gets paid.
- You hold a room with partner executives on your own. You can write the case for why a partner should work with us, then go execute it.
- You use AI thoughtfully and intentionally in your own work and have a view on what it's doing to how enterprises buy.
BONUS POINTS
- You've stood up a cloud marketplace listing from zero and know why that's harder than it sounds.
- You deeply understand the AI technology landscape and where Edra adds value, and how to position it in a way to customers within their current stack.
- You've sold to customers with cloud committed spend to burn, and learned to position against it.
- You've worked somewhere partner-led revenue was a reported line rather than an aspiration.
Don’t check every box? We'd still love to hear from you. We're looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets.

WE’RE HIRING FOR A CRITICAL ROLE
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a founder, writes like an editor, and ships like an operator.
Edra's work is outpacing its story. Our launch out of stealth resonated and real enterprise customers are in production. But the external presence has been uneven since launch, and the mission—making expertise scalable and preserving institutional knowledge—doesn't yet have the public articulation it deserves.
This is the role that builds that. It sits between the founders, customers, team, and public, and produces clarity where it matters most. It’s not marketing, not PR, and most importantly, it’s not strategy without execution.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Most organizations run on judgment that's never been written down. Edra captures how work actually happens and makes that knowledge structured, editable, and executable. Experts become authors; operators become directors; institutional judgment becomes durable infrastructure. We are building a company and product around the belief that operational knowledge is the next thing that becomes software infrastructure, and this role defines how we talk about that to the world.
In your first three months, you’ll establish the function and the cadence: revive the public presence, build the voice of the founders, ship the first customer stories, and articulate the category-defining language.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Public cadence. Own the rhythm: define it, own the calendar, ship regularly and on time, and don't let the company go quiet.
- Industry engagement. Shape Edra’s perspective on trending industry conversations, and make sure we’re engaged in the right threads, discussions, and debates.
- Founder voice. Extend Eugen and Yannis's voices to the world: long-form pieces, talks, podcasts, and more. Every piece compounds—recruiting, customer education, market credibility.
- Customer storytelling. Edra's best artifact is our customers' work. Find those stories, draw them out, and ship them at a cadence that builds trust without exhausting anyone.
- Recruiting narrative. Make Edra's culture and engineering philosophy legible to the people who'd thrive here, before they ever apply.
- Category definition. Partner with the founders to shape how Edra is understood—the company defining a new paradigm, not "another AI startup."
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've done work that mattered at a serious company, ideally partnering with founders or other key leaders at moments of inflection.
- You ship—both high volume and high quality. You produce the brief, edit yourself, and don't wait for a team to deliver output.
- You’re online and engaged in the AI community. You have perspectives on industry thought leaders and where Edra fits in, and you’ve thought about what we need to post, engage with, or respond to before you even get to the office in the morning (whether on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or elsewhere).
- You write across formats with taste, and you can distinguish authentic founder voice from corporate boilerplate.
- You hold technical depth without writing code. Comfort with white-box AI, continual learning, and agentic execution is a plus.
- You're allergic to slop—no corporate PR, no committee-shaped voice, and nothing that reads like it was written by an LLM.

THE ROLE
We're building a learning system that teaches AI agents how enterprises actually work. Our system ingests knowledge bases, conversations, tickets, and system logs, then produces written instructions that agents can execute–with confidence scoring to know when to automate and when to seek human input.
We're looking for AI Engineers who have built complex, production LLM-based systems. Whether you've scaled LLM workflows handling millions of requests, built multi-agent systems in production, or designed evaluation frameworks for enterprise deployments, we want people who bring intensity and self-direction to their craft.
You’ll spend most of your time advancing our core learning library and building the harness that powers our platform’s agents across all customers. The work spans continuous learning systems, agentic features, human-in-the-loop feedback loops, and agent orchestration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and extend our core context-learning library, turning customer-informed problems into reusable platform capabilities.
- Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept to production
- Build agentic features for knowledge management–think agents that can edit, update, and maintain large knowledge bases autonomously
- Build reliability and confidence systems–evaluation frameworks, confidence scoring, and logic for when to automate vs. when to escalate to a human
- Architect async, scalable systems that handle complex AI orchestration
- Contribute to the direction of our AI strategy and product capabilities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built complex, production LLM-based systems with real depth–something with multiple layers of engineering decisions you can walk through in detail
- You've shipped something meaningful to production and can explain how it evolved
- You're excited by open-ended problems where the solution might not exist yet
- You have experience with (or strong interest in) how systems learn and improve over time: human-in-the-loop feedback, prompt optimization and context engineering
- You have experience building agents and autonomous systems
- You can navigate between research papers and production code with equal comfort
- You're a strong communicator who can clearly explain your work to teammates and customers
- You have 3+ years of professional experience
Don’t meet all of the above traits? We’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets.

THE ROLE
We're looking for Product Engineers who care deeply about the craft of building software: strong typing, thoughtful API design, robust data modeling, and systems that are a pleasure for other engineers to work with. As an early engineer at Edra, you'll shape not just the product but the engineering culture, tooling choices, and technical foundations the company is built on.
We work deliberately and deeply. There's no separation between "building it" and "shipping it"--you'll go from whiteboard to production and own the outcome. We'd rather build something thoughtfully than ship something fragile, and we treat velocity and quality as complementary, not competing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build high-quality user-facing product experiences. You'll work primarily in TypeScript and React.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Contribute to the direction and design of our product. You should be comfortable working closely with design and able to reason clearly about interface decisions.
- Own your work fully: gather context, manage dependencies, and drive tasks to completion without a product manager handing you tickets
- Wear multiple hats when the work demands it--you might build a component library in the morning, pair with a designer in the afternoon, and trace a bug into the API layer before end of day
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and AI experts
- Have direct influence on technical direction--choose tools, set patterns, and establish conventions the team will build on for years
- Continuously improve your skills and share knowledge with the team
- While this is a frontend-focused role, you'll be expected to understand the system well enough to debug backend issues you encounter in day-to-day development
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Good visual and interaction judgment, even if you're not a designer by title
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering (but a computer science degree is not necessarily required)
- A love of writing TypeScript to a genuinely high standard--well-modeled, well-typed, and well-documented. Strong typing feels like a superpower, not a chore
- Experience building libraries, SDKs, or internal tooling that made other developers' lives easier (and you've enjoyed it)
- You're at your best when you own a problem end to end--comfortable with ambiguity and energized by turning a vague problem into a well-scoped solution
- You're drawn to building foundational systems from scratch--greenfield work where your decisions compound over time excites you
Don't meet all of the above? We'd still love to hear from you. We're looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets. If your primary interest is building RAG systems, working with LLMs, or doing applied ML, check out our AI Engineering role--it might be a better fit.
BONUS POINTS
- We use Next.js in production, and experience with it is highly welcome, but strong React fundamentals matter most.
- Experience building APIs, libraries, or design systems

ABOUT EDRA

We're a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, led by Co-Founders who created and led Forward Deployed AI Engineering at Palantir, and we're growing our team in New York and London. We're a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great we'll build.
THE ROLE
We're looking for Account Executives who want to be foundational members of our growing go-to-market team. You'll be one of our first dedicated sales hires, working directly with Edra’s leadership team to build and close a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts. This isn't a role with a fully-formed playbook; it's a role where you write the playbook. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, target CTOs and CIOs at complex enterprise organizations, and help us continue our strong pilot conversion rate and build repeatable, scalable revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a named account list and build a pipeline from scratch, through warm introductions, targeted outreach, and your own network.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, pilot scoping, commercial negotiation, and close collaboration with leadership on strategic deals.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations with CTO/CIO-level buyers to identify pain, quantify impact, and position Edra's platform as the right solution.
- Design and scope paid pilots in partnership with our technical team, ensuring prospects reach the "aha moment" that drives conversion.
- Contribute to tight, specific product feedback loops to the product team. Your conversations with customers will directly shape what we build.
- Help build the foundations of our sales motion: refining messaging, documenting what works, and creating repeatable processes for the team as we grow.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've carried a quota in enterprise SaaS or AI for 4+ years and can point to six-figure+ deals you sourced, advanced, and closed yourself.
- You're comfortable operating without guardrails. You thrive in environments with ambiguity, take ownership instinctively with a high level of judgment, and don't wait to be told what to do.
- You know how to earn credibility with technical buyers; you ask sharp questions, speak the language of CTOs and CIOs, and you're comfortable going deep on complex operational problems.
- You get that early-stage startup sales is a different motion, and you're energized by building, not frustrated by the absence of a fully-formed machine.
- You're a people person with high standards. You care about doing right by customers, and you know that great enterprise relationships are built on honesty and strong outcomes delivered.
Don’t check every box? We'd still love to hear from you. We're looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets.
BONUS POINTS
- You've sold into IT operations, ITSM, or service management environments. You know what ServiceNow is and why a CTO cares about ticket volumes and organizational knowledge.
- You've worked at a company with a technical founder-led sales motion and know what it looks like when product and GTM are genuinely tight.

THE ROLE
AI models are smart enough. What they don't have is an understanding of how a specific company’s business actually runs. The AI Strategist's job is to close that gap for Edra’s customers.
You embed with a customer, learn how the work actually happens (not how the org chart says it happens), and find where Edra creates the most value. You scope the deployment, run it, measure it, and bring what you learn back to product and engineering, specific enough that they can build on it. The domain changes from one customer to the next—a service desk, a compliance team, a sales operation, a product org—and the role looks different at every customer deployment.
This role is operational and it’s for builders. It is not account management, project management, or consulting. In a single day you might go from working with a customer's raw operational data, to prototyping with customer users, to a product prioritization debate with engineering, and you need to be credible in all three rooms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The work will look different from one customer to the next, but across an engagement it covers most of the following:
- Embed with the team that runs a core part of the customer's business, and learn how the work actually gets done, including the parts no process doc captures.
- Scope and run the deployment from the first data pull to a measured result. Decide what data goes in, what comes out, and what success looks like. Start narrow (one process, one team), prove value there, then expand.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders. Set expectations, and turn the most demanding executive in the room into your champion.
- Bring findings back to product and engineering in a form they can act on. Think product-forward about what Edra should build next, grounded in patterns you see in the field.
- Build and run demos, and present results and proposals to everyone from the analyst doing the work to the C-suite executive signing the contract.
- Spot the patterns across deployments that point to new domains Edra can move into.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a deployment, solutions, or customer-facing product role at a high-growth technology company.
- Fluency with AI. You already use these tools in your own work and have a feel for where they're strong and where they fall apart on messy, real-world inputs.
- You have experience operating independently in unstructured environments, and have owned outcomes, not just tasks.
- Dropped into an unfamiliar problem, your instinct is to ask questions and break it down before pitching a solution.
- You treat a skeptical operator's objections as rational, because they usually are, and you'd rather spend a day watching someone work than read their process doc.
- You're comfortable working directly with messy operational data, and you draw conclusions from it that hold up to scrutiny.
- You have product instinct. You can connect what you see in the field to what's worth building, and you know the difference between a one-off ask and a real pattern.
- You can hold a room. You turn an unrealistic executive demand into a workable plan without picking a fight, and you manage up and sideways in the same conversation.
- You communicate with precision. You structure your thinking, choose concrete words over abstractions, and are upfront when you don't know something.
Don't check every box? We'd still love to hear from you. We're looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets.
BONUS POINTS
- Time spent inside the systems where operational work lives: Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, or similar.
- You've worked somewhere deployment and product thinking were the same job.
- Comfort with Python, SQL, or similar for working with data directly.
- You've helped build a new category, not just added features to an existing one.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring our first recruiter–someone to serve as a builder of Edra’s talent engine. This is a hands-on role that will build the foundation of Edra’s talent acquisition motion, including owning in-the-weeds sourcing and foundational recruiting ops.
You’ll partner directly with the Founders and founding engineers to hire exceptional technical talent, build scalable recruiting processes, and craft a hiring culture that reflects our values of technical excellence, rigor, and drive.
Sourcing exceptional top-of-funnel talent is our number one priority, and will be the primary indicator of success in this role at the start. We expect the person in this role to hold strong opinions about the best way to drive this outcome, and to own execution hands-on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source exceptional talent: quickly understand our hiring profiles and fill top of funnel with strong candidates in both New York and London markets
- Lead early hiring: partner with Founders and hiring managers to recruit world-class engineers and technical talent across disciplines
- Build the recruiting stack: design and implement recruiting operations from scratch, including ATS setup (Ashby), sourcing/CRM systems, interview loops, and candidate experience
- Run RecOps: keep our hiring machine moving, and help our hiring teams go from first intro to accepted offer fast and frictionlessly
- Scale yourself: as we continue to grow and ramp hiring, scale recruiting to support ongoing hiring needs (with a bias towards leveraging AI tooling to scale your impact before scaling the team).
- Sell the opportunity: sell Edra’s mission and opportunity to candidates, ensuring they leave every interaction more excited than when they came in
- Shape our early talent philosophy: Define how we hire, ensuring a consistent, fair, and high-bar interview process that optimizes speed to hire and reflects a strong employer brand
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, with some experience sourcing & recruiting talent for top-tier tech orgs (even better if you have experience across both US & UK)
- Technical fluency: you speak engineer (maybe you even have a CS background), and have experience recruiting for complex engineering roles
- Interviewing expertise: you’re a skilled interviewer who can screen candidates thoughtfully to make sure our engineers are talking to the best of the best
- Builder mindset: you’ve built or rebuilt recruiting systems, processes, and teams from the ground up
- Hands-on operational chops: you’re comfortable with running recruiting ops, and building out the tooling needed to support your function and scale operations
