Job Summary
As an Experienced QA Engineer, you will have an appreciation of the software development and testing life cycle. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be a vital component of our product and customer delivery engineering teams. You will produce test artifacts in accordance with our QA practices and standards. We will provide you with the necessary guidance and resources to help you succeed in this role, while also allowing you to put your stamp on our process.
You will be responsible for the design and execution of tests on product features and bug fixes identified in sprints before release, to help ensure the delivery of quality across our products. The position is ideal for a self-starter who is inquisitive, and analytical with a passion for quality.
As you develop in the role, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to technical tasks involving test environment setup/management, database table/records manipulation, as well as test automation.
You will assist in mentoring new joiner QA engineers, as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse requirements and other relevant references in relation to testing of features and bug fixes.
Prioritise testing of all new features and changes, including bug fixes before releasing to production.
System testing on an ongoing basis to check for errors or bugs not picked up in previous cycles.
Prompt reporting and triaging of bugs, and monitoring through to resolution.
Initiative to propose improvements to the system and anything that would benefit the user experience.
Proactively collaborate with the engineering team and others (e.g. professional services, user experience team, etc.) as appropriate, to align test expectations.
Be present at the daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies.
Continuously look for ways to improve our testing processes and provide suggestions to the wider team to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place.
Helping to implement greater test coverage with clear repeatable test cases.
Carry out different types of test such as but not limited to functional, regression, UI, backend(e.g. API, DB), as well as automated, as deemed appropriate.
Provide test progress updates in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Understanding of industry recognised test processes and standards (e.g. ISTQB, ISO, RST, CSTE, MoT).
Understanding of SDLC (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and test types (e.g. sanity, system, integration, regression).
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g ADO, JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, Quality Center, Linear).
Ability to design and plan tests.
Ability to organise, maintain, and manipulate test data.
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can interact with a wide range of stakeholders to attain results.
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-orientated.
Excellent attention to detail.
Eager to learn new skills and improve.
Required Education and Experience
2+ years of software testing experience.
Broad testing experience touching functional, system, usability, regression.
Experience in various testing techniques such as static, black box, and white box
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL query.
Experience in API testing.
Can understand system architecture documentations and/or diagrams
Familiarity with various tech stacks such as C#, JavaScpript, HTML, CSS.
Test automation exposure
Preferred Education and Experience
Testing certifications or bootcamp training (e.g. ISTQB, RST, MoT).
Test automation experience (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, UFT, RFT, Cypress, Tosca)
ERP system testing (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, D365 FinOps).
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.

The main function of the Project Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex projects that require cross-functional collaboration with interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities. They will be responsible for tracking and monitoring project progress, schedule, and logistical coordination, facilitating communication to all levels of stakeholders, and producing documentation and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings between our clients and our implementation team.
Ensure scope, budget and timeline are clearly understood for each engagement.
Work with Project Teams to create Work Breakdown Structure.
Work with Project Teams to develop initial project plan.
Aid in on boarding all delivery resources per project.
Provide timely assignments to delivery team members.
Provide routine follow up to ensure the team is on track with each of their deliverables.
Monitor team's progress towards project goals and milestones and coordinate with other teams when necessary.
Maintains a Project Plan to define the critical path and timing of activities needed to achieve milestones.
Aligns plans with Partner and Customer plans.
Provide routine status reports and dashboards as to the progress and health of each project.
Monitor all timesheet and expense reporting activities for all resources engaged in the project.
Provide timely corrective action wherever and whenever necessary to keep the project on track.
Compile reports concerning progress of work and tracking of budgets vs. actuals to distribute to personnel involved in the project as well as key project stakeholders.

Job Summary
The Accounting team at Enable is responsible for overseeing technical accounting, month-end preparation, external reporting, preparing companywide compensation calculations & partnering with the People team to manage the company’s equity plan. The team plays a pivotal role in the organization by gathering valuable business and industry insights, ensuring accurate compensation calculations for our people, and ensuring US GAAP compliance.
This role will work closely with the Director, Accounting & Manager, Financial Reporting to support the team’s daily operations, quarterly reporting and accounting analysis on non-recurring transactions and while providing support on the equity and variable compensation administration for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other reports as needed.
Own key components of month-end accounting activities, including posting entries in accounting ledgers as required.
Reconcile both routine and complex transactions and propose any required correcting journal entries.
Research and assess new accounting pronouncements and relevant US GAAP issues and how they impact the company. Advise Finance leadership on potential impacts to financial reporting.
Analyze incoming sales contracts and ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC606.
Support the Manager in leading planning activities for period-end closings and assist in the development of streamlined processes to ensure efficient and accurate close cycles.
Collaborate with external auditors during interim and year-end audits, coordinating requested information and resolving questions.Lead and support various process improvement initiatives focused on standardizing financial statement preparation and reporting processes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of general ledger processes and account reconciliations.
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior leaders and C-Suite executives
Able to manage and execute month-end journal entries with accuracy, meeting tight reporting deadlines.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or enrollment in related certification programs.
