Full-Stack Engineer Company : ENAPI Location : Berlin or Remote (CET) Role Type : Full-time, IC Track Compensation : Competitive base + meaningful equity The opportunity ENAPI is the infrastructure layer powering the €150 billion EV charging industry. We are laser-focused on one thing: running a high performance cloud platform connecting charge points and EV drivers. Our platform is growing fast, enabling 500,000+ charge points across Europe and handling hundreds of thousands of sessions per month, with 20ms latency and a team of fewer than 10 engineers . As our load is set to grow 10-100× over the next 18 months, we’re scaling fast while staying lean. We’re backed by €10M from Voyager, Project A, Seedcamp . The role This role is about owning features end-to-end, shipping code that processes real money, and building systems that scale ahead of demand. Lean, fast, high-ownership engineering culture. Early team means outsized technical and industry impact. The mandate Own problems end-to-end. Ship features from React component to Go service to database migration. Move across the stack without friction. Solve problems from first principles, not tickets. The work Real-time connectivity APIs, reconciliation engines, financial clearing, protocol normalization End-to-end performance: keep <20 ms latency while scaling 10–100× Zero-loss, accurate financial reconciliation across 500k+ distributed endpoints Reliability at scale: real-time monitoring, resilient design, zero margin for error Tech stack Go, Kotlin, React/Next.js, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, real-time event pipelines, distributed data stores, full-stack observability. The kind of engineer who thrives here You've built production systems across the stack. You're not an expert at everything, but you're effective at most things. You move between frontend, backend, and infrastructure with ease. TypeScript, Kotlin, SQL, AWS: you've shipped with all of them. You care about user experience as much as query execution plans. You know a 200ms loading state matters. You write clean, well-tested code. You thrive with autonomy: you need a problem to solve, not a detailed ticket. You ask good questions and push back when something doesn't make sense. Remote-first feels natural. You communicate clearly, proactively, stay CET-aligned. Bonus: FinTech/EV charging experience. Why ENAPI, why now Connectivity should be a commodity. We create value by taking the heavy lifting out of our partners’ hands. We capture value by going further, building the products and services that sit on top of that foundation. We’re built on OCPI , the open protocol that’s become the industry standard. Our CTO was one of its initiators and we actively contribute to its evolution. Joining ENAPI means working at the bleeding edge of an ecosystem where technical decisions become industry defaults . You're not just building software; you’re shaping how an entire sector connects and clears. How we work Remote-first, CET-aligned. Elite but lean. Low ceremony, high clarity, direct responsibility. Talk to us Email dennis@enapi.com with: A short note on why full-stack ownership matters to you The hardest technical problem you've solved and why it was hard A link to code you’re proud of. We don't hire feature factories. We hire people who ship.

Product Marketer (Fractional)

Product Marketer (Fractional) Company : ENAPI Location : Berlin (preferred) or Remote (CET) Role Type : Fractional (2–3 days/week) or Full-time Compensation : Competitive base + meaningful equity The opportunity ENAPI is the infrastructure layer powering the €150 billion EV charging industry. We connect charge point operators and e-mobility service providers through a single clearing hub — for roaming, pricing, and financial settlement. 750,000+ charge points. Hundreds of thousands of roaming sessions per month. Backed by €10M from Voyager, Project A, and Seedcamp. We've spent two years building the platform. The next eighteen months are about getting it adopted — converting partners we've already onboarded onto paid products, neutralizing the trust objections every infrastructure startup faces, and putting the right message in front of the right buyer at the right moment. The role This is not a content marketing role. We don't need ghostwritten LinkedIn posts and a Notion full of brand pillars. We need a marketer who can build a partner activation system — the TCO calculator that makes the hidden cost of bilateral OCPI undeniable, the battle card that wins the build-vs-buy argument, the nurture and retargeting flows that move 250+ free-tier partners onto paid clearing. The mandate is system-building, not asset production. What you ship here should keep working after you ship it: a repeatable activation engine an in-house operator can run, with tracking that tells us what's actually moving partners through the funnel — and what isn't. Infrastructure only wins if partners adopt it, understand it, and trust it. This role owns the second and third. The mandate Build the activation system end-to-end: TCO calculator, battle card, nurture sequences, retargeting flows — the assets that turn an existing pipeline into revenue Solve the targeting problem: get the right message to the right buyer (finance and ops owners of reconciliation and billing pain) at the right point in their decision cycle. Targeting is harder than copywriting here; we need both done well Neutralize the startup-risk objection: build the trust layer that addresses longevity and operational risk directly — not just more logos on a page Position product launches with messaging that translates complex infrastructure into commercial clarity for non-technical buyers Stand up the tracking that proves activation, not impressions. No vanity metrics Hand over a system, not a folder. Document everything so the team can run it without you in the room The kind of person who thrives here You've done product marketing at a B2B infrastructure, payments, or platform company before. You think in funnels, not posts. You can look at a base of 250 free-tier partners and describe — concretely — the sequence of messages and tools that converts the convertible ones, and you can build that sequence yourself. You write well, but writing isn't your edge. Your edge is targeting and sequencing. You've built TCO calculators, battle cards, or comparison tools that actually moved deals. You've run nurture campaigns where you can show what changed because of them, not just that they ran. You have a point of view. When the founder says "we need more case studies," you push back if the data says nurture is what's stuck. You bring opinions, you bring the receipts, and you adjust when you're wrong. You're fractional but engaged. This isn't a role for someone with a 30-minutes-a-week ceiling. You hold the system in your head, ship real assets, and stay close enough to the team to make good calls fast. Bonus: experience marketing to finance, ops, or platform buyers. Familiarity with EV charging, payments, energy, or any clearing/settlement-adjacent industry. Why ENAPI, why now The product is real. The partners are live. The pipeline is full. What's missing is the marketing layer that turns connected partners into routed transactions and free users into paying ones. The activation system you build now will be the system that scales the company through its next phase. It's a high-leverage moment with a clear, measurable outcome. How we work CET-aligned. Low ceremony, high clarity, direct responsibility. We write things down. We move fast. We're honest when something isn't working. Talk to us Email jakob@enapi.com with: A short note on why activation-stage product marketing is the work you want to own A system you've built — the calculator, the battle card, the nurture sequence — and what it actually moved Something you've written that took a complex B2B product and made it land with a non-technical buyer We're not looking for the most senior PMM. We're looking for the one who can ship a working system in 90 days and prove it activated partners.
