About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
The Role: Sales Development Representative: As a Sales Development Representative, you are the engine of our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact with our future customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role for a driven individual who is eager to learn, implement feedback, and own their path to success. You'll work closely with Account Executives and have a clear path to promotion.
What You'll Do:
Own the Pipeline: Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with our target law firms, actively managing a high-volume pipeline.
High-Volume Engagement: Commit to over 125 activities per day, including 80+ calls, to connect with key decision-makers and generate interest.
Qualify & Discover: Conduct compelling discovery calls that uncover customer pain points and build a strong foundation for the Account Executive team.
Master the Message: Become an expert in our product's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects.
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our Account Executive team, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
Hit Your Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
Accelerate Your Career: Develop advanced sales skills through mentorship from our elite sales team, with opportunities to specialize in enterprise accounts, industry verticals, or sales training and development. Clear path to promotion to full sales cycle roles for top performer
What We're Looking For:
Hunger & Drive: You are highly motivated and driven to achieve success in a competitive sales environment. You see "no" as a challenge to overcome, not a rejection.
Experience: 6-18 months of SDR/Prospecting experience in a b2b SaaS environment
Coachability: You actively ask for feedback and demonstrate a genuine ability to implement it quickly and effectively. You are always looking for ways to improve.
Resilience: You are not afraid of daily rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Curiosity: You are a natural problem-solver who asks thoughtful, high-quality questions to understand prospect needs and uncover opportunities.
Team Player: You are collaborative, willing to help others, and understand that team success is the highest priority.
A Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow your skills, with a clear vision for a long and successful career in sales.
Location: This role is an onsite role based out of our Austin Texas office. Relocation is not provided.
What Success Looks Like:
First 30 Days: Master our product, value proposition, and sales methodology. You'll be comfortable with our sales tools and start building a strong pipeline
60 Days: Consistently hit your daily activity goals and start regularly booking qualified meetings
90 Days: You're a key contributor to the team, consistently exceeding your monthly meeting targets and building a reputation as a prospecting powerhouse.
12 Months: Based on your performance, you are on track for a promotion to a full sales cycle closing role

Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
The Role
We’re hiring our first Director of Social Media to put Eve into the world, document it, and build the team that scales the motion.
This is not a content calendar job. Eve’s social strategy starts in the physical world. Eve is a character out in the world doing things worth watching. (Like facilitating a legal access workshop for free consultations to people who need a lawyer. Or setting up a falafel cart outside a courthouse, plaintiff lawyers only. You get the idea!) Your job is to make those things happen, capture them beautifully, and put them into the world.
Social is also where the market forms its first impression of Eve; where a plaintiff attorney decides we’re worth a demo, and where a great engineer or marketer decides we’re worth a career. You’ll own both. Your job is to make Eve impossible to miss: the premier name in legal technology to our customers, and one of the best places to work in the world to the people we want to hire.
You’ll own organic strategy, channel management, and production across all of Eve’s social presence; Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube, and wherever our audience goes next. You’ll build our creator and influencer program from zero. You’ll run our employee evangelism program, turning the team into a distribution engine. And you’ll build the executive presence of our leaders, including the CEO, CPO, CRO, and CMO.
You’ll start as a team of one with a real budget and a mandate to build; the function, the production motion, and the team behind it. You’ll be hands-on from day one, on set and in the edit, coordinating with our agency and external partners to ship daily while setting the strategy a growing team will execute. We want someone who can plan a quarter of campaigns and then get fingers on the phone and cut the reel; someone with the strategic range to design the motion and the craft to make fifteen seconds of video land in your chest.
If you’ve built social at a brand people recognize, if you think in hooks and formats, if you’ve ever talked your way into a location to get the shot, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Own organic social strategy, management, and production across all of Eve's channels; Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms; from the quarterly plan to the post that ships this afternoon.
Create the campaigns that put Eve in the real world. Activations, stunts, field interviews, press moments, documentary shoots. Concept them, produce them, and turn them into assets that travel.
Produce the content yourself, not just brief it. Write posts, direct and shoot on location, cut short-form video, and ship at the pace social demands while raising the bar on craft.
Build Eve's creator and influencer program from scratch. Find the right voices in and around plaintiff law, structure the partnerships, and hold the work to our standard.
Launch and run Eve's employee evangelism program. Give the team the tools, templates, and encouragement to become a distribution engine.
Build the executive presence of Eve's leaders, including the CEO, CPO, CRO, and CMO; ghostwrite, shape, and grow their voices on social.
Build Eve's brand across two audiences at once: plaintiff attorneys (our customers) and the people we want to hire (our future team).
Run the budget. You'll have real money for production, creators, and paid amplification behind select posts. Decide where it goes, place bets that won't pay off evenly, and be honest about which ones worked.
Hire and lead a social team over time. Start as a team of one and build the function, with a budget behind you.
Own the numbers, including when they're lying. Grow reach and engagement across every channel; build the measurement that separates a post that traveled from a post that mattered, and be the one who says which is which.
Position Eve as the premier company in legal technology and one of the best places to work in the world.
Partner with content, brand, and recruiting so social reinforces the story everywhere it shows up, from the feed to the careers page.
Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and culture; move fast when something new works.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in social media, content, or brand, including time owning strategy and production for a brand people recognized.
A portfolio of social work you can point to: accounts you grew, formats you invented, posts that broke out.
A genuine maker; you personally write, shoot, and edit short-form content, and you ship daily.
Deep native fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X; you know what works where and why.
Proven ability to grow an executive’s or founder’s presence on social, including ghostwriting, format, and cadence.
Experience building or running an employee advocacy or evangelism program.
Instinct for what makes people stop, feel something, and share; you understand the difference between reach and resonance.
Excellent writing and taste. Our audience is attorneys and top-tier operators; they notice everything.
Comfort building from zero and leading a team as it grows.
Bonus Points
You’ve grown a brand’s social from small to genuinely known.
Experience with employer branding or recruiting-driven social.
Experience marketing to attorneys, professional services buyers, or another skeptical, high-expertise audience.
A track record on Reddit specifically; you understand the community and its rules.
You’ve built a social or content team, not just joined one.
You’ve worked at a company going through hypergrowth and thrived in the chaos.
**Please provide a link to your portfolio when applying! We're excited to see your work!**

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
How do you know if you have a disability?
A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:
Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS
Blind or low vision
Cancer (past or present)

AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
As a Product Engineer at Eve, you won't be handed a spec and asked to execute. You'll be a core decision-maker, working in a small, fast-moving pod alongside designers and engineers to own problems end-to-end with no red tape. You'll help shape what we build, not just how we build it. That means joining customer calls, hearing feedback directly from plaintiff firms, and using what you learn to drive product direction. You'll see the impact of your work in real time.
About the Role:
You'll be building AI-native workflows that handle some of the most complex work in legal operations, on a fast shipping cadence that rewards iteration. We hold a high bar, learn from our users constantly, and believe every release should move the needle. If you want a role where your fingerprints are on the product and the work you do helps law firms deliver justice to more people, this is it.
We're hiring Product Engineers across the stack — front-end, back-end, and full-stack — and are looking for strong builders regardless of where their depth lies, as long as they're comfortable moving across the stack when the problem calls for it.
What You'll Do
Develop Core Software: Build, ship, and maintain features that make up Eve's core product.
Drive Product Direction: Collaborate with the team to understand user needs, define new features, and decide on implementation strategies.
Own End-to-End: Depending on your strength, own backend systems (architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, iteration) or the user-facing experience (turning powerful capabilities into intuitive, magical interfaces) — and collaborate across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product to bring complex features to life seamlessly.
AI Integration: Design and build AI-native solutions that power and streamline every aspect of law firm operations, creating tools that transform how legal work gets done.
Rapid Deployment: Embrace a fast shipping cadence, continuously iterating based on user feedback.
Work with Customers: Engage with customers directly to solve their problems — innovate and iterate.
What We're Looking For:
Product Ownership: A proven track record of building incredible products; you thrive in environments where you're the primary decision-maker for your projects.
Deep Expertise: Strong depth in a primary area, whether front-end or back-end. Front-end engineers should excel at building intuitive, polished user experiences; back-end engineers should demonstrate strength in distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs. Full-stack versatility is an added advantage.
AI Enthusiasm: Experience or strong interest in building with AI and a desire to gain more experience creating production applications using AI.
Speed and Efficiency: You value shipping quickly and iterating based on real-world usage.
Collaboration and Autonomy: You enjoy working collaboratively but are also highly effective when working independently.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

About the Role
You already know search has changed. Our audience is researching their options in AI first, and seeing Google AI Overviews before they see a single blue link.
We're hiring someone to own how Eve shows up across AI answer engines and turn that visibility into a real growth channel.
This is a scrappy, hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who can get creative with content and distribution — using AI and technical skill to make things worth citing, not just things that exist.
Content quality is non-negotiable here. We have a hard line against AI slop, and we're looking for someone whose instincts are audience-first to keep content valuable.
What You'll Accomplish
Drive Eve’s strategy and execution for showing up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Create content built to get cited, not just published. Deliver pieces most likely to earn AI citations at scale, held to the same accuracy bar as everything else we publish to attorneys.
Build and maintain AEO measurement reporting. Track Eve's citation rate, share of voice, and visibility across AI answer engines against competitors in our category, and report progress against our AI-visibility goals.
Shore up owned properties for AEO/GEO. Audit and improve eve.legal content so it's structured for AI retrieval: clear answers, FAQ and comparison content, schema and structured data, citation-ready formatting
Get Eve into the conversations where citations originate in collaboration across marketing and PR. A few examples: review sites and legal-tech directories, plaintiff-firm and legal-ops communities, legal-tech press and analysts.
Run growth experiments across channels. Test what actually moves citation rate and share of voice, like new content formats, distribution channels, community placements.
Manage contract and agency support. Brief and manage contractors across content creation, AEO, and technical SEO.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
A track record of moving AI visibility and content growth metrics: AI citations, organic traffic, qualified sign-ups. You can point to specific work and explain what you did, how you did it and why.
A scrappy, ship-it mindset. You'd rather try something, measure it, and move on than spend a week on a strategy deck. You’re excited about building the AEO playbook for Eve, and you’ve got a point of view on where SEO, AEO, and AI-native workflows are headed next.
Working SEO knowledge. Enough hands-on understanding of search, schema, and AI retrieval to know what's broken and what's worth fixing first.
Strong writer. You can produce content good enough to publish for an audience of lawyers. You can identify strong angles and hooks, and you have opinions on how to hit a high-quality bar.
Comfortable in the tools of the job for AI visibility (e.g., Profound, Peec AI), content creation (e.g., Airops), SEO and organic traffic (e.g., Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush/GA4).
Experience briefing and managing contractors/agencies. You know how to delegate without losing the quality bar.
Bonus Points
Experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or another skeptical/non-technical buyer audience.
Existing relationships with legal-industry communities, publications, directories, or analysts.
Coding or vibe-coding experience
