Clinical Success & Operations Manager
About Evvy
At Evvy, we believe the female body shouldn’t be a medical mystery.
We are a precision women’s health company leveraging the vaginal microbiome to improve outcomes across a woman's lifespan. Backed by $30M+ from leading investors, we serve over 100,000 patients and 2,000 providers nationwide with our validated Vaginal Microbiome Test and AI-powered personalized care platform.
Through this work, we have built the world’s largest dataset on the vaginal microbiome — a proprietary foundation that will drive breakthroughs in infertility, preterm birth, gynecological cancers, and beyond.
Why join now?
Evvy is a generational opportunity in women's health — and we're at the inflection point.
We’ve built a dataset no one has. Evvy has generated the world’s largest vaginal microbiome dataset from 100,000+ patients, uncovering novel biological markers underlying women’s health conditions that collectively cost the healthcare system $180B+ annually.
Validated, AI-first platform. We’ve built a comprehensive testing and care platform that unlocks personalized treatment pathways for each patient. Our work is supported by research published in major peer-reviewed journals and presented at major clinical conferences (including ACOG, ASRM, IDSOG, and more).
Proven traction, massive opportunity. We serve 100,000+ patients and 2,000 providers nationwide, with rapidly growing revenue and an expanding suite of diagnostics and treatments to improve outcomes across condition areas. We've only scratched the surface.
Top tier team, investors, and partners. Our world-class team is backed by industry leading investors, including General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, US Fertility, and Labcorp.
We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About this Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Success & Operations Manager to help build the partner experience layer of Evvy’s commercial organization.
You’ll own the ongoing experience for Evvy’s clinic and practitioner partners after they sign — serving as their primary strategic point of contact, internal advocate, and trusted operational partner. Your job is not just to solve problems, but to proactively improve how clinics experience Evvy over time.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely across Commercial, Ops, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to ensure our partners feel supported, informed, and set up for long-term success.
As an early member of a growing commercial team, you’ll also help design the systems, workflows, and partner infrastructure that allow Evvy to scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
Own the Partner Experience
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Evvy’s clinic and practitioner partners
Build strong, trusted relationships across clinic teams and become a reliable strategic partner over time
Ensure every new partner has a seamless onboarding experience, from account setup through first order and ongoing adoption
Proactively identify friction points, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve the partner experience
Partner closely with Operations to resolve complex or high-priority partner issues with speed and care
Build & Scale Operational Infrastructure
Help design and improve internal workflows for onboarding, account management, issue resolution, and partner communications
Coordinate customized partner-facing assets including educational materials, onboarding resources, one-pagers, decks, and clinic collateral
Maintain strong internal communication loops so partner feedback reaches the right teams quickly
Support the commercial team in building scalable systems and processes as Evvy grows
Represent Evvy Externally
Coordinate and manage Evvy’s presence at clinical conferences, industry events, and partner meetings
Build relationships with clinic staff, providers, and prospective partners in person
Help reinforce Evvy’s brand as a thoughtful, high-touch partner within women’s health and fertility
What We're Looking For
You are:
A relationship builder at heart. You genuinely enjoy being the person that partners rely on, and you take pride in making their experience with Evvy exceptional.
Operationally sharp. You notice when something is broken, you fix it, and then you figure out how to make sure it doesn't break again. You don't let things fall through the cracks.
A strong communicator across audiences who is equally comfortable talking to a clinic coordinator and briefing the Evvy Marketing team on what a partner needs.
Comfortable with ambiguity and variety. This is an early-stage role on a small team, which means your work will evolve and expand as we grow. You see that as a feature, not a bug.
Someone who wants to build something. You're not looking for a static job description, but a chance to help shape how Evvy's commercial team operates as it scales.
You have:
3–5 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or operations in an early-stage startup
Experience managing multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally across teams including Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Comfort working within CRM systems and operational tooling
Willingness to travel for clinics, conferences, and partner events as needed
Helpful but not required:
Experience in women’s health, diagnostics, or digital health
Familiarity with fertility clinic workflows or clinical operations
Experience helping build operational systems or partner success processes from scratch
Working at Evvy
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY with a strong culture of collaboration and connection. We work from the office 4 days a week (Wednesdays remote), and we genuinely enjoy spending time together: team dinners, happy hours, and shared wins are part of the rhythm here.
Our Values
Start with the why. We tie everything back to a user need or company goal.
Figure it out. We take initiative, embrace ambiguity, and build from first principles.
Create win-wins. We solve problems with patients, partners, and the business in mind.
Own it to the end. We close every loop and take pride in the details.
Stay eleven steps ahead. We anticipate, plan, and act with foresight and speed.

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
We’re looking for our first dedicated fertility commercial hire. You’ll help build the fertility GTM motion from the ground up: refining the narrative, shaping provider adoption, building relationships across care teams, and translating real-world clinic feedback into commercial and product strategy.
You’ll join Evvy at a pivotal moment as we expand deeper into fertility and reproductive health. Working closely with commercial leadership, you’ll help define how a new category of precision medicine reaches fertility patients.
Success in this role requires someone who genuinely enjoys going deep with providers — understanding how clinics operate, what patients need, and how to build trust over time with REIs, nurses, care coordinators, embryologists, and the broader fertility ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves the early days of a category-defining product
Wants real ownership and revenue accountability
Is energized by education-driven selling
Wants to shape the future of fertility care, not just sell into it
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
Build the Fertility GTM Motion
Help design and refine Evvy’s fertility sales playbook: outreach strategy, discovery, clinical narrative, objection handling, onboarding, and expansion
Partner with commercial leadership to build scalable sales infrastructure and operational systems
Develop training materials and clinical education resources for future hires and partners
Continuously refine positioning and messaging based on real-world clinic feedback
Own Revenue & Relationships
Own a revenue target and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through expansion
Build deep relationships across fertility care teams — including REIs, nurses, care coordinators, embryologists, and practice leadership
Drive adoption and utilization within partner clinics by identifying workflow barriers and integration opportunities
Represent Evvy at fertility conferences and industry events, including ASRM and PCRS
Be the Voice of the Fertility Provider
Serve as a critical feedback loop between clinics and Evvy’s Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams
Help shape clinical education materials, onboarding experiences, evidence generation priorities, and provider-facing messaging
Bring structured insights from the field that influence Evvy’s fertility strategy over time
What We're Looking For
You are:
Already embedded in the fertility ecosystem, with relationships and credibility that precede you
Excited by bringing innovative clinical products into provider workflows
Energized by education-heavy selling and long-term relationship building
Drawn to ambiguity, ownership, and building before the roadmap is fully defined
Motivated by real revenue ownership and measurable impact
Naturally curious about fertility science, diagnostics, and precision medicine
Someone who earns trust easily across both clinical and operational stakeholders
You have:
5+ years of experience in complex diagnostics in fertility
Direct experience selling into fertility clinics and building relationships with REIs and fertility care teams
Experience in an early-stage or early-commercial startup environment
Strong communication skills across both clinical and non-clinical audiences
Willingness to travel to clinics, conferences, and partner meetings
Helpful but not required:
Experience launching a novel clinical product or category
Familiarity with microbiome science or precision medicine

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
We're looking for a Study Manager to run and manage Evvy's clinical study portfolio which includes both observational and interventional trials that generate the evidence behind our products. Reporting directly to the Co-founder & CSO, you'll be a critical hire on a small, high-leverage team, where the studies you run will directly shape what Evvy builds and launches.
The best person for this job is an exceptional operator with experience overseeing multi-site studies in a fast-paced environment. That means owning studies end-to-end, from site activation and IRB submissions through enrollment, monitoring, and close-out. It also means serving as Evvy's primary point of contact for every principal investigator and clinical partner site we work with.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. Our ideal candidate is located in NYC, with occasional travel to clinical partner sites.
What You'll Do
Run and manage Evvy’s portfolio of clinical studies end-to-end (owning timelines, milestones, and deliverables across each)
Own the principal investigator and site relationships — serve as Evvy’s primary point of contact with PIs and clinical partner sites, keeping engagement high and the work moving
Manage operations for each study, ensuring each site has the right materials and shipping processes to get samples to patients and back to the lab.
Co-lead site activation and management: site selection, contracting, training, regulatory binders, monitoring visits, and close-out
Manage IRB submissions and ongoing regulatory documentation ( initial submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, safety reporting, and audit readiness)
Keep clinical documentation airtight (protocols, consents, source documents, eTMF, and EDC) to a standard that holds up under FDA, IRB, or sponsor audit
Partner product and clinical teams on study design and how clinical outputs flow into the roadmap
Report progress to Evvy leadership on a clear cadence (enrollment, milestones, risks, and decisions needed) so studies stay on time and on budget
Build the playbooks and systems that let Evvy run more studies, faster, as the clinical operation scales
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years coordinating clinical studies, with hands-on experience across multiple study types (diagnostic validation, observational, and interventional preferred)
Multi-site or CRO experience: you’ve run studies across multiple PIs and clinical sites and know how to optimize workflows
A strong point of view on how AI can make clinical research faster and more rigorous, and a real track record of using it across protocols, site comms, and study reporting.
Women’s health, OB-GYN, fertility, or microbiome experience — ideally you understand the patients, the providers, and the clinical context
IRB submission experience (WCG, Advarra, central, or local) and familiarity with EDC platforms
Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and HIPAA requirements; CCRC, CCRP, or ACRP certification preferred
Exceptional organization and documentation discipline
A genuine operator: you keep PIs engaged, sites on track, Evvy’s finance team informed, and leadership in the loop without needing to be asked
High agency: you move fast and own outcomes fully

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced ML Tech Lead to help build the next generation of Evvy’s diagnostic and prognostic products. This person will lead the small but growing ML team within R&D responsible for turning Evvy’s unique microbiome dataset into models that can meaningfully improve how women’s health conditions are understood, predicted, and treated.
Reporting to the Co-founder & CSO, you’ll be the operational and technical lead for this function — helping a team of talented scientists move from ambitious research questions to validated, product-ready models.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone energized by the opportunity to build an ML function at the center of a category-defining women’s health company. You’ll stay close enough to the science and modeling work to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and ensure the team is building models that are reliable, clinically meaningful, and ready to become part of Evvy’s products. You’ll also bring structure to complex scientific work: setting realistic yet ambitious timelines, sequence priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and move with both speed and rigor.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. We strongly prefer NYC-based candidates, but we're open to remote for an exceptional fit.
What You'll Do
Set and hold the technical quality bar across the team's work. Review methods, models, and code deeply enough to catch validation gaps, design issues, or assumptions that won't survive contact with real-world data
Partner with the team to build credible timelines and roadmaps. Help scientists estimate timelines, plan dependencies, and surface risk early so leadership can make real decisions on tradeoffs
Co-own the ML team's roadmap with the Co-founder & CSO.
Manage the day to day and grow Evvy's ML team. Run 1:1s, performance, hiring, and the day-to-day operating cadence
Be the translator between the ML team and the rest of the company. Make sure clinical, product, engineering, and leadership all have the right picture of what the team is doing, what's coming, and where the risks are
Partner closely with product and engineering to take models from prototype to shipped feature. Hold the line on validation, performance monitoring, and the documentation engineering needs to deploy
Help recruit, lead technical interviews and onboard new ML scientists as the team scales.
Build the rituals and systems that let a small science team move with the speed and accountability of a much larger one
What We’re Looking For
6–9 years of experience in machine learning or data science, including prior experience managing ML or research ICs at a company. Academic advising alone is not enough
Deep enough technical fluency to review methods, models, and code credibly without doing the building yourself. You can hold the technical quality bar on work you didn't write
A track record of helping technical teams ship on realistic timelines. You know how to translate ambitious science into a credible plan, and you push back on estimates that aren't grounded in reality
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, clinical, and engineering. You can run a productive conversation across all three without losing anyone in the room
Comfort communicating with non-technical stakeholders. You can take a complicated methodological tradeoff and frame it as a clear product or business decision
Microbiome, healthcare, or diagnostics experience is a significant plus, but not required. Senior ML or data science leadership in a science-driven product company is the bar
High agency, low ego. You move fast, decide with imperfect information, own outcomes fully, and care more about the team being successful than about being the one who built it

About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Commercial to build and lead Evvy’s B2B2C growth engine at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory.
This is not a traditional healthcare sales leadership role. You’ll help define how a new category of precision women’s healthcare reaches scale — building and evolving Evvy’s commercial strategy across providers, fertility networks, digital health platforms, strategic partners, payers, and emerging distribution channels.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and operate as one of the company’s most senior strategic leaders. The right person for this role is equally energized by category creation, relationship-building, systems design, and execution. You know how to move from ambiguity to momentum — and from early traction to repeatable scale.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape the future of diagnostics, AI, and women’s healthcare before the playbook exists.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
Own Commercial Strategy and Revenue
Own revenue and margin performance across Evvy’s B2B2C business lines
Define and execute Evvy’s commercial strategy across providers, clinics, payers, and strategic partners (e.g. other digital health companies or women’s health brands)
Build a unified commercial engine across multiple channels and buyer types
Help shape Evvy’s long-term reimbursement and payer strategy alongside company leadership
Identify and unlock new commercial surfaces, markets, and partnership models
Build Strategic Relations
Personally lead Evvy’s most important enterprise and clinical partnerships
Develop a scalable sales strategy that establishes Evvy as a trusted partner
Represent Evvy externally with providers, partners, executives, payers, and at industry events
Translate market feedback into stronger product positioning, partnerships, and growth strategy
Build the Commercial Machine
Build the infrastructure required to scale: CRM, forecasting, sales ops, onboarding, playbooks, reporting, and partner success systems
Hire and lead a high-performing commercial organization over time
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure tight GTM feedback loops
Help create the operating cadence, systems, and rigor required to scale a category-defining healthcare business
What We're Looking For
You have:
8+ years of experience selling diagnostics or women’s health solutions into practitioner channels (owning related revenue and partnerships)
Direct experience selling to physicians, clinics, and/or clinic networks
Experience building and scaling commercial infrastructure and teams
Experience operating across multi-channel GTM motions and diverse partner types
Familiarity with clinic sales dynamics, reimbursement, payers, and healthcare incentive structures
Willingness to travel for strategic partnerships, conferences, and key customer relationships
You are:
A proven commercial leader with experience driving revenue through strategic partnerships, distribution, and ecosystem development
Exceptional at relationship-building, communication, storytelling, and influence
Deeply fluent in women’s health, fertility, diagnostics, digital health, or adjacent healthcare ecosystems
Both strategic and highly operational — able to set vision, build systems, and execute directly
Drawn to ambiguity, ownership, and building before the roadmap is obvious
Disciplined about evaluating opportunities quickly, pursuing what’s real, and moving on from what isn’t
Energized by the idea of building an entirely new category in women’s healthcare
Helpful but not required:
Experience operating within a company that has both D2C and B2B2C motions
Founder or early-stage startup experience
Experience launching novel diagnostics or testing platforms into B2B2C channels

About the Role
We’re hiring a Medical Director to help define the future of women’s healthcare.
At Evvy, we believe the vaginal microbiome will become foundational infrastructure for how medicine understands, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of women’s health conditions. This role will help shape how that future becomes real — clinically, operationally, and scientifically.
As Medical Director, you’ll lead the clinical strategy behind Evvy’s care platform: overseeing how we deliver personalized care today while helping design the evidence, systems, and clinical pathways that allow it to scale responsibly over time. You’ll sit at the center of Evvy’s platform, partnering across Clinical, Product, R&D, Growth, and Operations to improve patient outcomes, refine care delivery, and translate our unique closed-loop dataset into better diagnostics, treatments, and patient experiences.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who is equally energized by clinical medicine, systems thinking, product innovation, and shaping an entirely new category of care.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. We strongly prefer NYC-based candidates, but we're open to remote for an exceptional fit.
What You'll Do
Own Clinical Outcomes & Care Quality
Own the clinical strategy behind Evvy Care and clinical outcomes across the platform
Identify opportunities to improve symptoms, microbial outcomes, recurrence, patient experience, and long-term engagement through improved stratifications, treatment protocols, intake flows, and educational interventions
Oversee coaching, clinical operations, and affiliated-provider workflows to ensure high-quality, scalable care delivery
Support frontline clinical teams through escalations, SOP development, training, and ongoing education
Build systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency while maintaining excellent patient care

Product Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Evvy's products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market — across the consumers who buy them, the clinicians who recommend them, and the partners who distribute them.
This is a craft role with real scope. You'll work directly with Evvy's founders on the narratives that define the company — not just product-level messaging, but the arguments we're making to the world about women's health, what's been missing, and why it matters.
The best person for this job is an exceptional writer and thinker who can translate complex science into messaging that moves people — and who can do it across audiences that require completely different approaches without losing the thread of what makes Evvy Evvy.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging across Evvy's product portfolio — developing the core narratives, USPs, and claims that articulate what each product does, for whom, and why it matters
Build audience-specific messaging frameworks that work for consumers, healthcare providers, and B2B2C partners — without requiring three different brands to do it
Lead GTM strategy for new products and features: defining the audience, the message, the channel strategy, and the success metrics
Be the source of truth on competitive positioning — tracking the market, the science, and the messaging landscape closely enough to know when we need to evolve
Partner with growth, creative, and clinical teams to translate positioning into channel-specific assets — briefs, landing pages, email copy, sales collateral, HCP-facing materials
Develop the materials that support Evvy's clinical and B2B2C partnerships — including how we show up with healthcare providers who need to trust us before they refer patients
Incessantly track consumer sentiment, emerging science, and the competitive landscape to inform and sharpen our messaging over time
What We're Looking For
5+ years in product marketing, with meaningful experience at a consumer health, wellness, or science-forward brand
An exceptional writer — you can make complex science feel urgent and personal, and you know the difference between messaging that informs and messaging that converts
Experience developing audience-specific messaging frameworks across meaningfully different audiences — consumer and clinical is a genuine plus
Strong GTM instincts: you've taken products to market, owned the strategy end-to-end, and can point to what worked and why
Comfortable working cross-functionally across growth, clinical, creative, and partnerships — you know how to write a brief that actually inspires and a framework that actually gets used
-
High agency — you identify what needs to happen, figure out how to make it happen, and drive it to completion without waiting for perfect information

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior ML Translational Scientist to help turn Evvy’s microbiome data into the diagnostic and prognostic tools that power our products. You’ll work with the world’s largest dataset on the vaginal microbiome paired with longitudinal symptom, treatment, and outcomes data. The opportunity is to move beyond analysis and build models that become part of real clinical and patient-facing products.
Reporting to the Co-founder & CSO, you’ll lead the modeling work behind Evvy’s classifiers, risk prediction tools, biomarker discovery, and treatment personalization efforts. We’re looking for someone who can move comfortably between biological questions, modeling decisions, and product implications.
You’ll decide how models are built and work closely with cross-functional teams to determine how they are interpreted, validated, and translated into tools clinicians and patients can trust. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, microbiome science, clinical translation, product, and engineering.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. We strongly prefer NYC-based candidates, but we're open to remote for an exceptional fit.
What You'll Do
Build the diagnostic and prognostic models that power Evvy's clinical and consumer products– including classifiers, risk prediction, biomarker discovery, and treatment response and personalization models
Work hands-on with Evvy's proprietary dataset of shotgun metagenomics paired with patient-reported outcomes
Own models end-to-end, from feature engineering and training through validation, calibration, performance monitoring, and the documentation engineering needs to take them from prototype to production
Partner closely with leadership and Evvy’s R&D team to define what each model needs to do, what "good" looks like in performance and interpretability, and how to validate against real-world outcomes
Work directly with product and engineering to translate model outputs into features and diagnostic tools that clinicians and patients can use
Set Evvy's modeling standards across evaluation, validation, reproducibility, and how we communicate uncertainty to clinicians and patients
-
Help shape Evvy's modeling roadmap, identifying where the dataset has unique leverage and what to build next
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of post-PhD or post-MS experience building ML models on biological data; PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, statistics, or a related field strongly preferred (we're open to exceptional MS candidates)
Genuinely strong in both machine learning and computational biology. You can hold your own in a methods discussion with ML engineers and in a biology discussion with researchers
Industry experience shipping ML or computational biology models, not just publishing them. You've built things that ran in production and served real users
Hands-on fluency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, and similar), and with microbiome-specific tools (QIIME2, MetaPhlAn, HUMAnN, or similar)
Deep familiarity with the realities of microbiome data, including compositional data, sparsity, batch effects, and the difference between taxonomic and functional profiles
A strong product instinct. You understand that the deliverable isn't the model, it's the feature or diagnostic the model enables
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You can work effectively with clinical researchers, product managers, and engineers, and translate between their worlds
High agency, low ego. You move fast, decide with imperfect information, own outcomes fully, and care more about the work being right than about being right

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
We’re looking for our second data hire to partner across the full stack of Evvy’s data ecosystem. You are both a data engineer and an analyst. You are a creative problem-solver, strategic thinker, and a relentless executor. You don’t reinvent the wheel, but also are excited to break the mold of traditional BI.
You’ll collaborate closely with our tech team and leaders across finance, marketing, product, operations, and clinical to design, build, and maintain a modern data architecture that drives critical decisions, supports self-service analytics, and fuels rapid, data-driven innovation. This is a unique opportunity to own the full data stack from data engineering to analytics and insights, helping us transform vaginal healthcare through data.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What you’ll do
Partner on data projects across the business. Work side by side with our data team to serve cross functional data needs, with each of you taking point on different relationships and projects as the work flows.
Drive analytical depth across commercial functions. Marketing attribution and lifecycle, subscription retention and LTV, ops and fulfillment reporting, finance and unit economics, and product analytics in partnership with our PMs.
Build and maintain the analytics layer of our dbt project. Marts and intermediate models that serve your stakeholders, with thoughtful documentation, testing, and lineage hygiene — and partnering on the pipelines (mostly Stitch → Snowflake, with the occasional custom extract where Stitch doesn't reach) that feed them.
Enable self-service. Designing dashboards, automations, and underlying semantic models so finance, ops, marketing, and clinical leaders can answer their own questions without coming to data for every cut.
Design and read out experiments. Partnering with PMs and marketing on A/B tests, retention experiments, and funnel optimization, from hypothesis through statistical readout.
Own the analyses that drive decisions. The work that shows up in board decks and exec reviews, including cohort behavior, channel performance, subscription dynamics, and treatment funnel performance.
What We’re Looking For
4 to 6 years of experience in analytics engineering, senior analytics, or data analytics roles, ideally with at least some time at a startup or scaling company.
Strong SQL and dbt fluency. You're comfortable in a real dbt project, including staging/intermediate/marts layering, macros, tests, and documentation.
Snowflake proficiency. Comfortable writing performant queries, understanding warehouse behavior, and partnering on modeling decisions that have cost implications.
Comfort with Python for data work. Experience using Python for data transformation, scripting, and analysis — including scripting the occasional custom pipeline where a managed tool falls short.
Subscription, ecommerce, or consumer-health analytics background. Cohort retention, LTV, CAC payback, funnel analytics, and subscriber lifecycle should be native vocabulary, not something you're learning on the job.
Real experimentation chops. You've designed, run, and read out experiments. You know when a test is underpowered, when a result is suspicious, and how to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder partnership instincts. You can take a vague request from marketing or finance, scope it, deliver, and follow up without your manager in the loop. You push back when a stakeholder is asking the wrong question, and you do it diplomatically.
Comfort with regulated and sensitive data. You take PHI and PII seriously, you understand why governance exists, and you've worked in environments where data sensitivity shaped your decisions. HIPAA experience is a strong plus, though the right disposition matters more than the specific credential.
Strong written communication. Slack threads, dashboards with context, exec-ready writeups. You make complex analyses legible to non-technical readers.
It’s a plus if you have
Healthtech, digital health, or clinical-adjacent analytics experience
First or early data hire experience at an earlier-stage startup
Experience working alongside a research or biostats team
Curiosity about AI-powered analytics, including what works, what doesn't, and where it actually helps

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.
About the Role
The VP of Marketing will own Evvy's end-to-end consumer acquisition and retention strategy: building the systems, team, and operating cadence that turns momentum into a durable, compounding growth machine.
You'll ensure our acquisition strategy is data-driven and efficient across both paid and organic channels — from the content and community that drive the majority of our revenue today, to the paid infrastructure that scales what's already working. You'll own capital allocation across all of it, with AI embedded throughout, not bolted on.
Reporting directly to the Co-founder & CMO, you'll set the strategy, hold the P&L, and be accountable for outcomes.
Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
Own Evvy's full consumer growth P&L — setting annual and quarterly targets across acquisition, conversion, retention, and subscription MRR, and be accountable for hitting them
Set acquisition strategy and budget allocation across paid and organic channels with genuine rigor — from content and community to paid infrastructure, with the measurement to know what's actually driving revenue
Define how content, influencer, and community-driven growth feed the funnel — and build the incrementality and attribution infrastructure to know when they're working
Oversee CRO, landing page strategy, email capture, and referral programs as compounding growth levers, not afterthoughts
Build the retention and lifecycle programs that turn first-time customers into long-term subscribers — at Evvy, the relationship doesn't end at purchase
Create the experimentation cadence that lets the team move fast and make good decisions, with AI embedded throughout
Directly manage senior reports and build a growth org that performs with the urgency this mission deserves
Identify new growth surfaces before the business needs them and build the case to go after them
What We're Looking For
10+ years in growth or digital marketing, with at least 7 years focused on acquisition and 3+ years managing reports and owning commercial outcomes
You've built the engine, not just run it — you can point to growth infrastructure you stood up and the results it produced
Genuine fluency in measurement: you understand the difference between correlation and causation in marketing data, and you build systems accordingly
Strong point of view on AI and how it applies to growth workflows — from creative testing to experimentation infrastructure to reporting — and a track record of actually using it
Experience marketing a product that requires education before purchase — Evvy's customer needs to understand why this matters before she converts, and your strategy has to account for that
A track record of hiring well and building teams that outlast your direct involvement
High agency, low ego — you move fast, decide with imperfect information, and own outcomes fully
