About Fin
Fin is a next-generation payments platform built for high-value, global, and instant transactions. We are a Series A-stage company backed by Sequoia, Circle, and other notable investors. Powered by stablecoins, Fin enables users and businesses to move millions of dollars in seconds - whether to other Fin users, directly into bank accounts, or across crypto rails. By combining the speed of crypto with the reliability and trust of traditional finance, Fin reimagines how money moves worldwide. If banks and payment products were reinvented today, they would look like Fin.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fin is hiring a Head of Design to own design across the product.
You will be our only full-time designer, reporting to the CEO and working directly with the product and engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate as a one-person design function: understanding the problem, deciding what good should look like, producing the work, and staying involved until it ships.
We move quickly and the work will not always arrive as a complete brief. You should be comfortable creating clarity from ambiguity, making practical tradeoffs, and moving between large product initiatives and the smaller design work that comes up along the way.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Evolve Fin's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across mobile and web as the product grows
- Shape product decisions through strong product thinking, helping define what gets built and why, not just how it looks
- Bring high craft to visual UI work, from interaction details to polish on shipped features
- Move fast: iterate quickly across early concepts, prototypes, and shipped product without getting stuck in over-process
- Take on a range of design responsibilities as needed, from core product UI to marketing assets and other brand touchpoints
- Work closely with engineers and cofounders daily, translating ambiguous problems into clear, buildable designs. The role is centered on core product design.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep expertise of Figma
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Has worked at pre-Series B company
- Passionate about product in addition to design
- Pushing the limits on new AI tooling for design
- Comfort handling a broad range of design problems without specialized support
- Strong communication and an effective working style with founders and engineers
- A high degree of accountability for what ultimately ships
- 5+ Years of experience
Experience in fintech is helpful but not required. Experience with consumer products, SMB products, or other software with a high UX bar is relevant.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the early team and help define how money moves on Fin. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and a small group of senior engineers to design and ship core product experiences, integrate with payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, on and off ramps, banks), and build the systems that let Fin handle millions of transactions safely and reliably.
This is a highly autonomous role where you own projects end to end, from shaping the spec to deployment, and see your work in the hands of real users quickly. If you care about building simple products on top of complex systems and are excited about fixing how global payments work, we would love to talk.
We value your time: our process focuses on practical system design and architectural discussions, not LeetCode grinding or unpaid take-home assignments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, build, and ship full stack features across our web and mobile surfaces, from APIs and services to polished user interfaces.
- Own projects end to end: work with product and leadership to scope requirements, design systems, implement, test, and ship to production.
- Integrate third party payment and financial APIs, including processors, on and off ramps, compliance tooling, and identity providers.
- Build scalable, high performance services that handle real money movement with strong reliability and observability.
- Maintain a high bar for code quality through clean abstractions, tests, and thoughtful code review.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations so that what we ship feels simple for users even when the underlying system is complex.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Deep experience with TypeScript and Node.js. We are mostly a TS shop with some pockets of Rust.
- Production experience with React Native. Bonus points if you are familiar with the Expo ecosystem and modern mobile build pipelines.
- Experience owning complex product changes from idea through launch, not just implementing narrow tickets.
- Deep comfort debugging across the stack, from database and infrastructure issues to front end performance problems.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, particularly around authentication, authorization, and handling sensitive data.
- A strong sense of code quality, including testing, readability, and maintainability in a fast moving environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and an ability to work closely with non engineering partners.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the necessary shifting targets that exist in an early stage start up environment.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience in EITHER traditional fintech integrations (Stripe, Plaid, ACH rails) OR blockchain infrastructure (especially Solana in a production environment).
- Prior startup experience where you were an early engineer and had meaningful product ownership.

About Fin
Fin is a next-generation payments platform built for high-value, global, and instant transactions. We are a Series A-stage company backed by Sequoia, Circle, and other notable investors. By combining the speed of crypto with the reliability and trust of traditional finance, Fin reimagines how money moves worldwide. About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Lead whose primary goal is to get distribution and drive revenue for Fin’s global payments app.
You’ll focus on finding and closing partners who can put Fin in front of more users, drive meaningful payment volume and revenue, and embed Fin into existing workflows or products.
Stablecoins are transforming the payments landscape, enabling money to move faster, cheaper, and across borders with ease. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of global money movement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize high-potential partners (platforms, products, or channels) where embedding or routing payments through Fin is an obvious win.
- Own partner-led distribution & revenue for Fin’s payments app, with clear targets around active accounts, payment volume, and/or partner-sourced revenue.
- Open doors and pitch Fin, building relationships with BD, product, and executive stakeholders, and getting them excited about working with us.
- Structure and negotiate deals that make sense for both sides (commercial terms, incentives, simple success metrics) and are realistic for an early-stage team to support.
- Work with product and engineering to define straightforward integration paths and keep partnerships moving from idea → signed → live.
- Bring market and partner insight back into Fin, influencing roadmap and GTM with real-world feedback from the ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles in fintech, payments, SaaS, or banking.
- A track record of turning partnerships into real distribution or revenue.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills; you’re comfortable talking about economics, incentives, and what makes a deal actually work.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, low-process environment where you have to create structure as you go.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned and deals moving.
- High ownership and bias to action—you’re happy to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and push a partnership over the line yourself.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience working with financial or fintech vendors (banks, processors, infrastructure providers, or similar) or selling into them.
- Deep network within fintech and payments, with relationships at both established firms and emerging startups.
- Experience driving distribution for payments or global money movement products.
