Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. Hold a high bar for craft across everything you touch, from individual interaction patterns to our design system
Build detailed prototypes that illuminate the future of the product and help teams make better decisions
Use AI across the design lifecycle for, rapid exploration, prototyping, and front-end workflows, and model how the team can do the same
Influence and Collaboration
Partner with design leadership, product, and engineering to shape the direction of complex, cross-cutting product areas
Collaborate with other designers to ensure alignment and consistency across the consumer experience

Compensation
This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $125–$200 per hour, commensurate with experience and our internal leveling guidelines. Flex takes a market-based approach to pay and utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index; if you are located outside of our Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) markets, your rate will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. There is potential for this engagement to convert to a full-time role, in which case compensation would be aligned to the full-time salary range and benefits for the level.

After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
Flex is in search for IT Support contractors to serve as the front line for tier 1 & 2 IT requests for our Customer Success organization. This is a contract role that will have hands-on execution against documented procedures, with an emphasis on account provisioning, access management, and rapid troubleshooting.
The role sits within the IT function and reports to the IT Manager, and works in close partnership with the CS Tools & Technology team on tool-level escalations and cross-functional workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong technical generalist with a service-delivery mindset, comfortable working in a high-volume ticket environment, and disciplined about doing sensitive access changes right the first time.
Engagement Details:
Type: Contract (W2)
Duration: Initial engagement of 6 months with possibility of extension based on business need and performance
Hours: 30+/week during standard business hours (ET)
Location: In-office at Flex HQ (NYC) - Required to be in office 4 out of 5 days.
Reports to: IT Manager
Partners with: CS Tools & Technology team on tool-adjacent work
Compensation: Pay range is in USD as an hourly basis
Key Responsibilities:
Own tier 1 & 2 IT support for the CS organization: account provisioning, access upgrades, password resets, MFA and SSO issues, and general troubleshooting. Resolving directly or escalating with clean context to senior IT staff.
Execute CS agent onboarding and offboarding against established runbooks, including account creation, group and role assignments, hardware and tooling access, and clean deprovisioning on separation.
Serve as the day-to-day IT point of contact for the CS org, keeping account and access requests moving without needing manager involvement.
Support CS IT help desk requests via Slack, Zoom, phone, and in-person on hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues.
Handle user-level administration for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence. Including but not limited to account creation, group membership, permission changes, and license assignment.
Partner with the CS Tools & Technology team on Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and CSAT tool issues that require IT-side access or account intervention, escalating tool configuration work to their team.
Triage and resolve tickets, keep the queue clean, and meet defined SLAs.
Identify recurring, repetitive requests (onboarding, access changes, common resets) and propose lightweight automations using tools like Zapier or Superblocks to reduce manual handling.
Document and maintain SOPs and runbooks in Notion for IT support processes affecting BPO and CS, so the process stays consistent as request volume scales.
Escalate cleanly on issues outside documented scope, and flag documentation gaps or recurring pain points to the IT Manager.
Qualifications:
1–3 years in an IT support, help desk, or technical CS/support operations role.
Hands-on experience with account provisioning and access management: onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and permission changes.
Working knowledge of macOS (primary), Windows, iOS, and Android in a business environment.
Experience with Google Workspace administration at the user level (account management, group membership, drive sharing).
Comfort working in ticketing platforms (Jira Service Management preferred; Zendesk experience a plus) and adhering to defined SLAs.
Strong attention to detail and process discipline. This role handles sensitive access changes that need to be done right the first time.
Comfortable working directly with a technical IT team and translating between end-user, CS, and IT contexts.
Strong written communication for chat and ticket-based support; ability to translate technical issues into plain language.
Ability to work independently against documented procedures and escalate appropriately when unclear.
AI-forward mindset; comfortable using AI tools to work faster on drafting, summarization, and routine configuration while verifying accuracy against SOPs and system data.
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience supporting a vendor-agent environment at scale.
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or Zendesk at the user administration level.
Familiarity with SSO/SCIM concepts (Okta, Google as IdP) at the end-user provisioning level.
Hands-on experience with Zapier, Superblocks, or similar workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with an MDM platform (Hexnode, Kaseya, Jamf, Intune, or similar).
Exposure to UniFi or comparable network hardware for basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.

Chief of Staff to the GM of Housing
New York, NY
Apply
Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
About the role
The Strategy & Operations team serves as the “API” through which company strategy, operating rigor, and ways of working are translated into execution across Flex. As a Chief of Staff to the GM of Housing, you will operate as a trusted thought partner and execution owner for the division’s most critical initiatives.
Embedded within the Housing division, you will help define and operationalize strategic priorities, operating cadence, and success metrics. You will support the GM and functional leaders in translating high-level goals into executable plans, while personally owning large, high-impact initiatives from initial strategy through execution and delivery of measurable outcomes.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity, can influence without authority, and is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations for Housing and work in close partnership with the GM of Housing, with frequent exposure to the executive team.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with the GM of Housing and functional leaders to define divisional priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans, ensuring alignment with company-level strategy
Translate divisional goals into a clear operating system that enables strong cross-functional coordination and execution
Own and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives for the Housing division, from problem definition and strategy development through execution and delivery of outcomes
Distill progress into executive-facing monthly memos and facilitate review meetings that drive the right strategic conversations and decisions
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, navigating complex problem sets with clarity and agility
Operate at top-decile levels of speed and productivity, dealing constructively with pressure, debate, and competing priorities
Continuously improve processes, streamline collaboration, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize how the division operates
Who You Are
8+ years of professional experience, ideally including time in management consulting and/or in a high-growth start-up within a Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff function
Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by the ambiguity and pace of 0-to-1 building
Exceptional conceptual thinker who can move fluidly from strategy to execution and make amorphous problems tractable (“fog sculpting”)
Highly collaborative operator with strong interpersonal skills, able to drive alignment and outcomes through influence rather than authority
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and maintains composure amid competing priorities
Strong bias for action, paired with obsessive attention to detail and a high bar for work quality
Excellent written and verbal communicator, skilled at distilling complexity into clear, concise narratives and executive-ready materials
Exceptionally quantitative, combining advanced financial modeling skills with fluency in quantitative analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Compensation
Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) markets, the base salary pay range for this role is below. Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the cities listed below, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of GTM Operations & Strategy, this role will be responsible for the GTM strategy, operational support, and execution of our front-line teams across Flex's New Verticals business. As Flex expands beyond its core market into new segments, this leader will play a foundational role in building the GTM infrastructure that enables us to scale. We are looking for a builder — someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly to structure the unstructured, and brings both strategic rigor and operational horsepower to a business that is early but moving fast. This is a high-visibility role that will directly shape how new lines of business grow, and will require close partnership with Sales, Product, Analytics, Finance, and the broader GTM leadership team.
What You'll Do
GTM Strategy & Annual Planning: Own annual and quarterly planning for the New Verticals business unit, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Analytics to develop and execute clear, data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical's unique dynamics.
Revenue Forecasting, Insights & Analytics: Own lead forecasting, pacing, and KPI reporting for the New Verticals GTM organization; identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, funnel efficiency, and revenue performance; build the reporting infrastructure largely from scratch as new verticals mature.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Design and continuously refine sales processes, pipeline frameworks, territory structures, and operating mechanisms purpose-built for new verticals; partner with RevOps to ensure optimal execution within Flex's revenue systems environment.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Serve as the operational hub connecting Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and RevOps across the New Verticals portfolio; bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving problems; build repeatable systems that can scale with the business.
Revenue Insights & Business Case Development: Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and TAM analysis for new verticals; build business cases supporting go/no-go decisions, new programs, product investments, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
Lead the Team: Develop and lead a revenue strategy and operations team supporting the New Verticals business, with expectation to grow the function as the verticals scale.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, strategy consulting, and/or business operations preferred; 5+ years minimum experience in a revenue leadership role
Proven ability to build GTM strategy and operational infrastructure in a greenfield or early-stage business context — not just optimizing what exists, but creating from scratch.
Strong analytical expertise with the ability to pull clear, actionable insights from incomplete or early-stage data.
Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and revenue forecasting best practices, with the ability to adapt frameworks across different business models and buyer types.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple business lines simultaneously.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — able to make good decisions with limited information and build structure around unstructured problems.
Capable of operating at both a strategic and execution level as the situation demands; willing to roll up sleeves in an early-stage environment.
Experience building processes and frameworks from the ground up.
FinTech, marketplace, or network-based business experience is a strong plus; experience operating across multiple business lines or verticals simultaneously is equally valued.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Decision Scientist to join our Risk and Decision Science team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the design of a new credit product, developing its risk policy and launch strategy, and proactively identifying the next opportunities to expand its scope. Your work will be central to managing financial risk, maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV), and driving long-term business growth.
What you’ll do
Partner with the product, engineering and Legal & Compliance team to shape product strategy and define the 3–6 month risk roadmap for the domain.
Define and implement risk policies and strategies to support the product's launch.
Build scalable, product-level dashboards and pipelines to track product KPIs, risk exposure and loss trends that are reused across teams
Leverage data-driven insights and experimentation to inform policy updates, drive continuous improvement to maximize customer LTV.
Take full ownership of the product's unit economics — setting ambitious goals and identifying the pathway to sustainable, long-term growth.
Key qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience, including risk/credit strategy at a financial institution or Fintech.
A graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization, with a track record of building scalable analytics and tooling that other teams reuse.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effectiveness in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Subject-matter expertise across a large risk domain (e.g., existing-user credit risk or account takeover), with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of proactively expanding scope.
Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate analytics — evaluating and adopting AI tooling for the team and building automations others reuse, with sound judgment on accuracy, bias, and compliance.

After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
We’re looking for a hybrid designer and Webflow developer to help bring a new brand to life across our website. This role is for someone who can both design page experiences and build them in Webflow—owning work end to end rather than handing it off.
You’ll partner closely with our creative director, existing Webflow developer, content team, and PM to move the rebrand forward quickly. Design and implementation will happen in parallel rather than as separate, sequential phases.
We’re also looking for someone who works in an AI-native way—using AI, LLMs, coding assistants, agents, and workflow automation to accelerate design, page creation, development, content operations, and QA while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.
What you'll do
Design
Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that bring our new brand direction to the web
Extend a small set of bespoke “hero” pages designed by our brand agency into a consistent, scalable system across the broader site
Design a range of marketing pages, from interactive and motion-rich experiences to simpler, templatized pages
Contribute to a reusable component and module library so design decisions propagate consistently across pages
Apply strong visual, responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles
Build
Build and launch net-new pages, templates, components, and modules in Webflow
Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
Translate Figma designs—your own and others’—into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds
Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when needed
Reskin and migrate existing pages while ensuring they remain easy for nontechnical partners to maintain
Use AI and automation
Use AI and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, content structuring, page creation, component development, custom code, and debugging
Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS preparation, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and QA
Identify repetitive processes that can become reliable, reusable AI-assisted workflows while critically reviewing output for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand quality
Ship & collaborate
Design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch without unnecessary handoffs
Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and PM
QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
Ensure strong performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch quality
Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows
What we're looking for
Strong design and Webflow development capabilities in one skill set, with a portfolio showing excellent visual and brand design alongside shipped, high-quality Webflow builds
Speed—the ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-moving environment with shifting inputs, priorities, and timelines
A strong eye for systems, with experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS structures (e.g. shared templates with swappable color sets and content modules)
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, comfort using JavaScript or custom code when needed, and the ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma
Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive page elements
Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA workflows
Strong attention to detail across responsive behavior, accessibility, QA, performance, SEO fundamentals, and design consistency
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain momentum, and design and ship in parallel
Nice to have
Experience with GSAP, APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations
Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
Experience with major rebrands, content migrations, localization, or multi-product websites
Contract details
Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week
Duration: 3 month, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion with positive performance

About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Rent to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives within our core Rent experience. This role goes beyond traditional GTM. You will act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Growth, shaping both what we build and how it is brought to market. You will own product narratives, in-product experiences, and communication systems that directly influence adoption, retention, monetization, and customer trust. You will serve as the voice of the renter, ensuring that complex financial mechanics are translated into clear, intuitive experiences that drive confidence and behavior change at scale.
What you’ll do
Own and drive critical product bets: Lead end-to-end product marketing for key initiatives across the Rent experience, from early concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Define success, drive alignment, and ensure measurable business impact.
Define positioning and product narrative: Develop clear, differentiated positioning grounded in customer insight. Build narratives that scale across in-product experiences, lifecycle communications, and external channels, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.
Shape the in-product experience: Partner deeply with Product and Design to influence onboarding, education, and decision-making moments. Ensure the product experience itself communicates value clearly and drives correct usage.
Lead GTM strategy and execution: Set the GTM strategy for launches and product changes, including channel selection, messaging systems, rollout planning, and performance measurement. Drive execution across cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery under evolving constraints.
Drive growth through messaging and experimentation: Continuously test and optimize messaging, UX, and lifecycle moments to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Use data and experimentation to refine strategy and unlock incremental impact.
Influence cross-functional strategy and alignment: Partner with Product, Design, Growth, Risk, Legal, and CS to align on priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and drive decisions. Act as a connective layer across teams to reduce friction and accelerate execution.
Build scalable PMM systems: Develop and maintain foundational frameworks including positioning, pricing narratives, messaging hierarchies, and enablement materials that raise the quality and consistency of how Flex communicates.
What You’ll Bring
7-9 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on high-growth consumer or fintech environments.
Proven business impact through GTM ownership: Track record of leading end-to-end product marketing for complex launches or product areas, with measurable impact on adoption, retention, conversion, or revenue.
Strong cross-functional influence: Ability to partner with and influence Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal to drive alignment and shape outcomes, not just execute against them.
Strategic and analytical rigor: Comfort using data to inform decisions and evaluate performance, paired with strong judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
Ability to translate complexity into clarity: Skilled at turning complex systems, especially financial concepts, into simple, intuitive messaging and experiences that build trust.
High ownership and bias for action: Comfort operating autonomously in a lean environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:
A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.
A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.
An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.
An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
