Production Supervisor, Integration
About Fluidstack
We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!
How We Operate
Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.

The Supply Chain Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Supply tens of gigawatts of compute, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.
Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.
Role Scope
Own the data center mechanical category: CDUs, chillers, pumps, dry coolers, and piping packages for liquid-cooled builds.
Negotiate supply agreements with mechanical OEMs covering price, lead time, and factory capacity across a multi-year pipeline.
Dual-source CDU and chiller platforms and drive the qualification work that makes the second source usable.
Coordinate with manufacturing and design so equipment specs freeze early enough to buy at the lead times the market gives.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've sourced major mechanical equipment (chillers, CDUs, AHUs, pumps) for data center or industrial programs.
You've negotiated with mechanical OEMs on multi-year committed volumes.
You know liquid cooling equipment well enough to challenge a spec or a price with substance.
You've managed factory schedules and witness points so delivery dates held.
Bonus: Direct-to-chip liquid cooling. Modular skid packages. Factory acceptance testing. Refrigerant and coolant markets.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Construction Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Put gigawatts in the ground, faster than anyone has. We're delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. Traditional construction management breaks at this scale, so we're building the model that replaces it.
Throw out traditional construction and invent how gigawatts get built. Tons of tools, layers of process, and administrative drag don't get you there. You'll strip all of that out and win by solving the real problem and beating the goal, not by managing toward it.
Productize the data center so we can build it a thousand times. You'll turn one-off construction into a repeatable, modular build, where the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first. That repeatability is the only way to reach the scale we're targeting.
Role Scope
Run CDU deployment across sites end to end: delivery scheduling, rigging, placement, piping tie-ins, fill, and startup handover.
Coordinate mechanical contractors, manufacturing, and commissioning so units land in sequence with data hall readiness.
Own the deployment schedule per site, hundreds of units per building, and report slips with recovery plans attached.
Standardize the install package, lift plans, torque specs, and flush-and-fill procedures, so every site installs the same way.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've project-managed installation of major mechanical equipment (chillers, CRAHs, skids, CDUs) at scale.
You've coordinated rigging and logistics inside a live construction site.
You track hundreds of line items without losing one.
You've written or enforced installation procedures that contractors actually followed.
Bonus: Liquid cooling systems. Data center mechanical construction. Manufacturing coordination. Commissioning support.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The People Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we're not slowing down. You'll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them.
Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn't scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You'll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number.
Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn't happen on its own. You'll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi-site team that's growing fast bound to a shared culture.
Role Scope
Serve as the people partner for your client orgs: the first call for managers on hiring, performance, structure, and the hard conversations.
Own employee relations end to end: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
Run the people rhythms for your groups: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding that scale with 10x growth.
Coach managers, many of them first-time, into leaders their teams would choose again.
Put AI to work on the function itself: automate the repeatable so partner time goes to judgment, not paperwork.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, .
You've been an HRBP or people partner through rapid scaling, and your client leaders would hire you again.
You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
You've coached first-time managers into good ones.
You move at operating speed: same-day answers, not next-cycle policies.
You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.
You work the data: retention, performance, and engagement signals read early and acted on.
Bonus: Technical, field, or industrial client groups. High-growth startups. HRIS implementation. AI-native people ops tooling.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Security Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
You're securing the frontier of AI. The model weights training on our infrastructure are the most valuable and most targeted artifacts in technology, and we're standing up the compute to hold them faster than anyone ever has. A breach isn't a leak, it's the frontier walking out the door.
Build the entire security program from scratch. Most leaders inherit someone else's system and spend a career patching it. Here you own it end to end, bare metal to boardroom, as we scale across continents.
Your threat surface is measured in gigawatts. The customers running on our infrastructure are building the most consequential technology in human history, and being responsible for the physical and logical security of that work makes everything else feel small.
Role Scope
Own end-to-end security for every server in the bare metal fleet, from supply chain and provisioning through hardening, operation, and secure decommissioning.
Design and maintain hardened golden OS images with automated vulnerability scanning, patch pipelines, and configuration-drift detection.
Define and enforce the BMC security model (access control, credential rotation, audit logging, firmware integrity) for one of the most under-defended surfaces in the industry.
Partner with network engineering on micro-segmentation, IDS/IPS, and firewall architecture, applying zero-trust from the top-of-rack up.
Implement data-at-rest encryption, key management, and secure storage access at fleet scale, and build the automation that makes secure-by-default the path of least resistance.
Lead threat modeling and security reviews for new hardware platforms and network designs, and respond to incidents touching the physical fleet.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, .
You've worked in information security or infrastructure engineering with a strong focus on bare metal, IaaS, or high-scale cloud infrastructure.
You harden Linux deeply (SELinux, AppArmor, kernel-level security) and command network security (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewall rulesets, zero-trust).
You implement encryption in practice, including disk-level (LUKS) and hardware-level, and you understand HSMs and trusted computing (TPM/TXT).
You automate fluently in Python, Go, or Rust, with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
You work well across engineering teams and communicate security decisions clearly.
Bonus: BMC platforms (OpenBMC, iDRAC, iLO). Hardware root of trust and secure boot. Compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP). CISSP, OSCP, or CEH.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
