People Partner, Manufacturing
About Fluidstack
We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!
How We Operate
Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
The People Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we're not slowing down. You'll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them.
Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn't scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You'll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number.
Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn't happen on its own. You'll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi-site team that's growing fast bound to a shared culture.
Role Scope
Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
Coach managers, many of them first-time, on hiring, performance, and hard conversations on a factory timeline.
Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've been the HR partner for a manufacturing, industrial, or field workforce, on-site and in the mix.
You've coached first-time managers into good ones.
You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
You move at operating speed: same-day answers, not next-cycle policies.
You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.
Bonus: Hourly workforce programs. High-growth scaling. HRIS implementation. Bilingual English and Spanish.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Legal Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the legal and compliance function from zero, for the largest compute buildout in history. No inherited playbook, no legacy team. The systems, standards, and function we build are the ones a company deploying gigawatts will run on for the next decade.
Make legal a source of speed. We structure and close complex deals in weeks that typically take quarters. That only works when we calibrate risk from first principles of what our business needs. Our job is judgment, applied fast enough that legal helps drive the deal across the finish line.
Cover the entire legal surface with a lean team. A small team owns everything, and much of it involves business structures the market hasn’t seen before. You invent the solution with our business team.
Role Scope
Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements behind Fluidstack’s data center buildout.
Build scalable contracting and compliance frameworks that let a lean legal team keep pace with the business.
Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to drive agreements from request to signature.
Run multiple contract workstreams in parallel under tight deadlines, keeping quality high while moving fast.
Take contracting projects end to end without waiting to be asked, spotting problems and fixing them as you go.
What We're Looking For
You’ve drafted and negotiated terms across a broad range of standard commercial contracts, and you can carry a negotiation on your own.
You read and interpret complex contractual language quickly and accurately, and can explain what a clause means and why it matters.
You use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review as part of how you work.
You’ve run multiple projects at once under tight deadlines and delivered thoughtful, high-quality work anyway.
You write and speak clearly enough to turn dense contract terms into a decision and a next step for a business owner.
Bonus: Experience with data centers and related infrastructure. Negotiating inbound technology licensing and procurement contracts. Implementing scalable contracting and compliance frameworks.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Capacity Delivery Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 10s to 100s of GWs, so each build starts ahead of the last.
Role Scope
Own electrical engineering across the portfolio: distribution from utility interface to rack, reference design to energization.
Set and evolve the electrical reference design: switchgear lineups, UPS topology, and busway.
Make the field electrical calls at build speed and own energization readiness site by site.
Review consultant studies, short circuit, coordination, arc flash, critically rather than ceremonially.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've led electrical engineering for data center or heavy industrial builds.
You review protection and coordination studies and find the errors in them.
You've owned energization sequences with utilities and AHJs.
Your field decisions balance speed and safety without trading either away.
Bonus: PE license. MV and HV distribution. Behind-the-meter generation. Utility interconnection.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Network Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the networks the frontier of AI trains on. Fabrics for 100k+ accelerator clusters, backbones between gigawatt campuses, and every network in between.
Run 10s to 100s of GWs of networks as one machine. Training fabrics for 100k+ accelerators, backbone, corp, and BMS/EPMS, one architecture across gigawatt campuses.
Deliver a full site network in days, not quarters. Designs generated from source-of-truth models, devices turned up by ZTP, every link validated by machine. At this scale, manual is an outage.
Role Scope
Lead the network engineering team: hiring, growth, priorities, and delivery across design and operations.
Own the network roadmap from fabric generations to backbone expansion, sequenced to the build plan.
Run the operating rhythm between design, deployment, and production so the network org moves as one.
Build the team ahead of demand: networks at this scale need engineers the market barely produces.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've led network engineering organizations through rapid scale.
You've hired network engineers in a market where everyone is hiring them.
You balance roadmap work and operations without letting either starve.
Engineers you've led ship faster because of how you run the team.
Bonus: AI and HPC networking. Multi-site programs. Vendor relationship ownership. Automation-first organizations.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Supply Chain Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Supply compute at a scale of 10s to 100s of GWs, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.
Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.
Role Scope
Own sourcing for everything a new site needs to go live: site services, temporary power and water, security, waste, and facilities support.
Build the site readiness sourcing playbook so each new site procures its full service stack in weeks, not months.
Negotiate regional and multi-site agreements that new sites inherit on day one.
Coordinate need-by dates with construction and operations so no service gap ever idles a site.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've sourced site services or indirect categories for multi-site industrial operations.
You've stood up procurement for a greenfield site and know every category that gets forgotten.
You build playbooks that make the second site faster than the first.
You negotiate rate cards that hold across geographies.
Bonus: Data center or construction site services. Utility coordination. Security services contracting. Facilities management agreements.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Deployments Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Turn empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks. Deployment owns everything between construction handover and customer-ready compute: racks, fabric, and validation at hundreds of megawatts per site.
Stand up gigawatts a year, hundreds of megawatts at a time. Data halls go from construction handover to serving GPUs in weeks, across multiple sites at once.
Deploy 10s to 100s of GWs with software, not headcount. Bring-up, validation, and handoff run on tooling the team builds, so the hundredth data hall deploys faster than the first instead of needing a hundred times the people.
Role Scope
Own end-to-end delivery per site: from construction handover through customer-ready compute, every workstream converging on the live date.
Run the delivery schedule integrating deployment, network turn-up, compute bring-up, and validation.
Chair the site delivery rhythm: blockers surfaced daily, escalated same-day, closed fast.
Own the readiness gate: a hall is done when the checklist proves it, not when everyone's tired.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've delivered complex infrastructure programs with many converging workstreams.
You run integrated schedules across teams you don't manage.
Your escalations arrive with recovery plans attached.
You've held a readiness bar under pressure to declare victory early.
Bonus: Data center delivery. GPU cluster bring-up exposure. Program management at scale. Handover frameworks.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

Review consultant packages with owner-of-record rigor before they hit the field.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

Role Scope
Lead compute deployment across sites: the team and process taking GPU nodes from dock to validated clusters.
Own the compute deployment schedule per hall: thousands of nodes racked, imaged, burned in, and validated in weeks.
Build the bring-up factory: automation and crew workflows that scale across parallel sites.
Hold the validation bar: no cluster hands to production without proving its performance.
Travel 30-40% of the time to our Data Centers
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've led compute or server deployment at data center scale.
You've built bring-up processes that cut deployment time by a large factor.
You've managed mixed teams of engineers and technicians.
You've refused to hand over hardware that didn't pass, under real pressure.
Bonus: GPU clusters. Deployment automation. HPC acceptance testing. Vendor integration programs.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
