The Manufacturing Team

Role Scope
Own all production output at the Phoenix-area facility: throughput rate, takt adherence, quality escape rate, line uptime, and on-time shipment against customer delivery commitments.
Drive continuous improvement across all production lines, including root-cause analysis and corrective action on every throughput or quality deviation, from the line floor up.
Hold final product acceptance authority: nothing ships without your sign-off or explicit delegation, and you own the workforce interface with the on-site staffing partner to enforce that standard.
Own site readiness across tooling, fixturing, material flow, equipment, utilities, and floor layout, including all contractor and vendor relationships and full OSHA, NFPA 70E, and air quality permit compliance.
Build and develop the on-site manufacturing team, including production managers, supervisors, quality, and facilities staff, and own workforce planning across headcount ramp, shift structure, skill mix, and certification tracking.
What We’re Looking For

You have run a high-volume discrete manufacturing facility end to end and can point to a specific output record: units per shift, defect rate, on-time delivery, or throughput improvement you personally drove.
You have managed a large on-site workforce through a third-party staffing provider and held that partner accountable to production and quality targets, not just headcount.
You have taken a facility from construction handover through first production to steady-state output and can walk through how you handled the ramp, what broke, and how you fixed it.
You design production systems rather than inherit them: you have personally set takt times, balanced lines, written standard work, and built visual management boards for a real facility.
OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and environmental permit compliance are active parts of your daily management system, not a separate function you hand off.
You build the culture on your floor through standard work and clear escalation paths, not through personality, and your supervisors know exactly what is expected and what triggers an escalation to you.

Build the entire security program from scratch. Most leaders inherit someone else's system and spend a career patching it. Here you own it end to end, bare metal to boardroom, as we scale across continents.
Your threat surface is measured in gigawatts. The customers running on our infrastructure are building the most consequential technology in human history, and being responsible for the physical and logical security of that work makes everything else feel small.
Role Scope
Lead incidents as a senior incident commander in the on-call rotation, and serve as the escalation backstop when a case rises above the responders on call.
Own the 24/7 coverage model, rotation discipline, and response SLAs for your US region, keeping the program humane and the bar high at the same time.
Build and develop a team of senior incident responders, setting the on-call expectations and quality bar they operate to.
Drive executive, legal, and customer communications during declared incidents, including regulated reporting and disclosure timelines.
Own the joint operating relationship with Physical Security and Data Center Operations for incidents that cross cyber, physical, and OT surfaces.
Run the post-incident review cadence and drive remediation to completion across detection, response, and infrastructure.
Hold the bar on the agentic triage layer, defining what the agent escalates and feeding incident learnings back to detection engineering and threat intelligence.

Shape solar energy outcomes by engaging in interconnection processes, state and federal regulatory proceedings, and policy engagements that affect behind-the-meter generation timelines and economics.
Partner with the site acquisition team to assess solar resource quality, supply chain constraints, and behind-the-meter generation potential for prospective locations before lease commitments are made.
Quarterback solar workstreams across design, construction, finance, and grid operations, and distil market, regulatory, and technology developments into clear decisions for leadership.

You quarterback across construction, utilities, legal, finance, and operations simultaneously, and you're the person other teams call when a milestone is at risk.
You've owned stage-gate or milestone frameworks that coordinated handoffs between site selection, engineering, permitting, and operations, with no terms lost in the transition.
You catch schedule risk and cost exposure weeks before they surface in a status meeting, and you know which two people to call to fix it.

What We're Looking For

Architect and maintain the stage-gate framework that tracks each site from site negotiation through utility lock, lease execution, and BoP construction, ensuring every milestone is visible and every dependency is owned.
Build and run the tooling, trackers, and data pipelines that give leadership real-time visibility into schedule, cost, risk, and design changes across 20+ concurrent projects and multiple campuses.
Coordinate directly with third-party developers, internal construction, utilities, legal, and finance to surface blockers early and keep deal-to-power timelines under six months.
Hand off signed sites to delivery and operations teams with complete documentation, no dropped terms, and no surprises after mobilization.

You track 20+ workstreams without losing detail, and the people around you rely on your read of the schedule before they rely on their own.
You've coordinated across legal, finance, construction, and external counterparties on deals or projects where the dependencies were messy and the timeline was fixed.
You write and speak with enough precision that a senior stakeholder can make a decision off your update without needing a follow-up.
Deal discipline, documentation, and process hygiene are habits you hold even when the pace is high and the pressure is to move fast.

Role Scope
Drive end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects from development handoff through commercial operation, owning budget, schedule, scope, and risk across civil, electrical, substation, gen-tie, and interconnection workstreams.
Build and own integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and maintain the master schedule as the single source of truth from site mobilization through energization.
Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, report earned-value KPIs weekly, and flag cost and schedule deviations with recovery options before they compound.
Manage the full contract lifecycle: RFP, bid analysis, EPC and subcontractor award, PCO tracking, lender and interconnection reporting requirements, and close-out.
Drive mitigation on critical-path and long-lead risks including transformers, inverters, switchgear, BESS enclosures, and interconnection queue milestones, and act as the single point of accountability for all internal and external project stakeholders.
Lead construction managers, field superintendents, and project engineers across concurrent solar sites, develop staffing plans, and run the weekly cadence of standups, reviews, and issue escalations.
