Materials Manager
About Fluidstack
We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!
How We Operate
Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
The Supply Chain Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Supply compute at a scale of 10s to 100s of GWs, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.
Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.
Role Scope
Own the live order tracker for all open purchase orders across global suppliers, covering manufacturing progress, inspection milestones, and contractual delivery dates across multiple concurrent project sites.
Expedite critical and at-risk orders before they hit the schedule: renegotiate delivery commitments, coordinate freight and logistics partners, and escalate to senior leadership when a vendor cannot recover on their own.
Run the weekly and monthly supply chain reporting rhythm: on-time delivery rates, lead time accuracy, vendor performance scores, root cause analysis on late orders, and recovery plans presented to project managers, engineering, and leadership.
Act as the supply chain liaison across multiple project sites, aligning procurement priorities so vendor capacity and logistics conflicts are resolved before they surface as site delays.
Travel to vendor facilities and project sites to validate manufacturing progress, close issues that cannot be resolved remotely, and build the supplier relationships that drive accountability on the next order.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don’t fit this role exactly, .
You’ve personally expedited orders in capital equipment or industrial environments where slipping delivery dates had direct consequences for a project schedule, and you’ve negotiated revised commitments directly with vendors under pressure.
You maintain order-tracking systems well enough that any stakeholder can understand the status, risk, and recovery plan for every open PO without asking you to explain it.
You can read engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order documentation well enough to catch scope discrepancies before they become vendor disputes.
You’ve coordinated across multiple project sites or workstreams simultaneously, keeping each location’s material requirements on track without letting the sites compete for the same vendor capacity.
You write and communicate clearly enough to deliver a root cause analysis and recovery plan to a project manager or leadership team in one page.
Bonus: Multi-site EPC or construction environments. Commodity experience in electrical equipment, mechanical rotating equipment, or structural materials. International shipping, Incoterms, and customs compliance. Supply chain analytics and project management software.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
Total compensation may also include equity in the form of restricted stock units.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Talent Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Deploy AI across the entire funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and analysis run on AI, so a small team moves like a large one.
Treat talent as the critical path: every team's ability to hit its goals is gated on hiring, so recruiting is the constraint the whole company watches.
Build a brand the best want to join: make Fluidstack a place exceptional people seek out, not one they have to be convinced about.
Role Scope
Build Fluidstack's early careers function from zero: own the strategy, stand up the infrastructure, and run full-cycle recruiting for intern and new graduate roles across technical and non-technical teams.
Design and execute a university recruiting strategy by identifying the highest-signal target schools, building relationships with faculty and student organizations, and establishing Fluidstack's brand on the campuses where the most ambitious early-career talent concentrates.
Co-design internship and new graduate programs with TA, Compensation, and TA Ops, then own adoption end to end: getting programs embedded and running across the business, not just built and handed off.
Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events with a focus on early engagement, education, and brand, making Fluidstack a name the most ambitious students seek out before we ever post a req.
Screen early-career candidates at a high bar: assess intellectual horsepower, mission alignment, and potential, not credentials, and make long-term bets with the judgment to back them.
Track pipeline health, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and source quality across programs, and use that data to sharpen strategy and report results to leadership.
Build the hiring infrastructure, rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and program playbooks, that creates a sustainable early talent funnel as Fluidstack scales.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, .
You've built or materially scaled a university recruiting program and can point to specific outcomes: schools entered, pipelines built, conversion rates improved.
You think in programs, not reqs: you design for the long term, building relationships and pipelines that compound over time, not just this semester's headcount.
You hold an uncompromising bar for early talent: you know the difference between a strong GPA and genuine potential, and you evaluate accordingly.
You create structure from ambiguity and write the playbook yourself rather than waiting for one.
You measure what matters, pipeline conversion, source quality, intern-to-FTE conversion, and use it to make better decisions rather than just report activity.
Bonus: University recruiting in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets. Building early careers programs at high-growth or zero-to-one companies. Employer brand strategy for campus. Willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Compensation Manager who is equal parts strategist and practitioner. You won't just administer comp cycles — you'll operate as a trusted partner to the business, using rigorous market research and data to shape compensation philosophy, drive incentive design, and build the tools and frameworks that support talent decisions across the company.
This role demands both scientific precision and practical judgment. The real value you bring is your ability to move fluidly between market analysis and execution — turning complex data into clear recommendations, building compensation infrastructure that cross-functional teams can actually use, and supporting critical moments like performance cycles and offer decisions with speed and confidence. Fluidstack is building the backbone of AI — your work ensures the people doing that building are recognized and retained accordingly.
What You'll Do
Partner strategically with the business: Work directly with leadership and department heads as a trusted compensation advisor — understanding their goals, challenging assumptions, and bringing market data and competitive intelligence that sharpen their thinking on pay strategy.
Drive compensation planning: Own annual and off-cycle comp planning processes end-to-end, ensuring alignment between business strategy, talent priorities, and budget — and stay hands-on through execution.
Build tools that serve the business: Design and maintain compensation tools, models, and resources that support cross-functional needs — from offer decisioning and leveling guidance to performance cycle support — making it easier for People, Finance, and leadership to act with confidence.
Own market research and intelligence: Conduct rigorous, ongoing competitive benchmarking and market analyses using tools like Radford, Mercer, or Levels.fyi. Translate research into practical, actionable guidance — not just data for the sake of data.
Build and refine compensation programs: Leverage department-level expertise to design, benchmark, and continuously improve compensation and incentive structures that are competitive against top AI, infrastructure, and tech companies.
Support performance cycles: Partner with People and leadership to ensure compensation inputs into performance and review cycles are accurate, consistent, and aligned to strategy.
Operate as a data-driven function: Build and maintain compensation models, reporting cadences, and dashboards that surface the right insights — pay equity, offer competitiveness, retention risk — and drive smarter decisions.
What We Value
You are both strategic and tactical — you can set the vision for a compensation program and still build the model yourself. You don't hand off the details.
You bring scientific rigor to your craft: your market research is methodical, your models are defensible, and your recommendations are grounded in evidence — not convention.
You build tools people actually use. You've designed compensation resources, calculators, or frameworks that cross-functional teams rely on to make faster, better decisions.
You've supported performance cycles end-to-end and understand how compensation intersects with review processes, calibration, and promotion decisions.
You translate complexity into clarity. You can take a dense comp model and explain it simply and confidently to a senior leader or a hiring manager making their first offer.
You measure what matters — pay equity, offer competitiveness, retention risk — and use data to make better decisions, not just report activity.
Bonus: Background in AI, cloud/infrastructure, or data centers. Experience designing incentive and equity programs, including a strong understanding of private vs. public equity frameworks. Exposure to comp work in a pre-IPO or rapid-scaling environment.
Must Haves
4+ years of experience in compensation or a related HR function, with demonstrated ownership of comp planning cycles and program design.
Proven ability to drive compensation planning transitions in alignment with business and talent strategy — be ready to talk specifics.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build and refine compensation programs, with deep knowledge of at least one competitive talent market (tech, AI, infrastructure, or similar).
Strong analytical skills — you build and maintain complex compensation models and can translate outputs into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Track record of leveraging market data (Radford, Mercer, Levels.fyi, or similar) to benchmark and calibrate pay structures.
Nice to Have
Background at high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably in AI, cloud/infrastructure, or data centers.
Experience designing incentive and equity programs, including a strong understanding of private vs. public equity frameworks.
Exposure to comp work in a pre-IPO or rapid-scaling environment.

The Software Engineering Team
Examples of key exciting problems the team is working on:
We're building the pipeline that processes thousand-page vendor unstructured material against our own DC design to automate the generation of an end to end site design and schedule.
We're building the live model of a AI infrastructure project’s entire delivery schedule, durable workflows handing off across every team, to replace static Gantt charts with a plan that updates itself as reality changes.
We're building the agent platform that wraps AI in real authorization, audit, and guardrails, to let agents accelerate the development of infrastructure instead of just advising report on it.
Role Scope
Build core primitives end to end. Entity ownership, audit, authorization, orchestration. You make the right thing the default and the wrong thing hard.
Own the domain model. Turn Fluidstack's world of power, datacenters, and chips into composable entities that still hold up years from now.
Define interactions with the outside. Interface with vendor systems and ingest the formats our domain actually speaks: KMZ, BIM, Revit, vendor docs.
Make AI agents first-class operators of our systems. Give them the tools, guardrails, and audit trails to act safely, not just advise.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You move toward ambiguity, not away from it. You walk into the fog, build the map, and explain it to everyone else.
You learn at a steep slope. You reach real competence in an unfamiliar domain fast, whether it's a workflow engine, an authz model, or a geospatial format. We value this over existing expertise.
You have taste in abstraction. You see the one primitive hiding under five janky one-offs, and you know when not to abstract.
You model domains with rigor earned the hard way. You've gotten it wrong, felt the pain, and never forgot it.
You pull structure out of mess. You've done real work turning messy, unstructured data into something usable, in ML, data engineering, or research.
You're fluent with AI tooling. LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks, and you drive Claude Code, Cursor, or similar every day.
You've shipped production code that other people depend on, and you're comfortable in any language using AI coding tools.
Bonus: MLE work, especially extraction and synthesis from unstructured data. Workflow and orchestration engines (Temporal, Cadence, Airflow). Geospatial (KMZ/GIS) or BIM (Revit, IFC). Authorization and policy engines (OPA, Zanzibar-style, RBAC/ABAC). Audit or event-sourcing systems. Go, TypeScript, and Postgres.

The Production Engineering Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Turn every network fault from a mystery into a closed ticket. Link diagnostics across router to router and NIC to router paths, remote command execution across the fleet, and repair visualization that shows what's broken and why, because at 10 GW scale debugging has to be systematic, not artisanal.
Build the network repair pipeline that runs itself. Automated fault detection through RMA initiation, ticket integration, transceiver lifecycle tracking, and return to service, across DC fabric, edge, and host to network layers, because a new site comes online every six months and manual repair doesn't keep up.
Build the network monitoring platform for a fleet that never stops growing. Alerting lifecycle and health dashboards for infrastructure spanning multiple hyperscale sites today and 10 GW by next year. It doesn't exist yet. We're building it.
Role Scope
Carry the on-call pager for the network fleet and run repair end to end: diagnose the fault, execute the fix or drive the RMA, and return the link to service across DC fabric, edge, and host to network layers.
Write Python and Go tooling that replaces manual diagnosis, including link tests, remote command execution across the fleet, and repair visualization that shows what's broken and why, so faults resolve in minutes, not hours.
Automate the repair pipeline from fault detection through RMA initiation, ticket integration, transceiver and optics tracking, and return to service, so a failure at any site follows the same path without manual handoffs.
Maintain the realtime monitoring and alerting that gives every on-call engineer a true picture of network health across all sites, and keep it accurate as new sites and hardware roll in.
Validate new sites and hardware into production by running the qualification tests that confirm a network is healthy before it carries traffic.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, .
You've carried a pager for a production network and can walk into an outage, find the fault, fix it or drive the RMA, and write the postmortem without someone walking you through it.
You've written Python or Go scripts that replaced a manual, repetitive network task, from link diagnostics to config pushes to fleet-wide command execution.
You understand how a transceiver fault, a misconfigured route, and a power event each show up differently in the data, and you can tell them apart from the signals alone.
You've worked hands-on with link diagnostics, optics, and network monitoring protocols such as gNMI, gRPC, NETCONF, and SONiC, and you're comfortable at the CLI on switches and routers across a fleet.
You treat toil as a bug. If a repair step means SSHing into ten boxes by hand, you script it once and never do it by hand again.
You reach real competence in an unfamiliar part of the stack fast, and you document what you learn so the next on-call engineer doesn't start from zero.
Bonus: RMA and repair lifecycle automation. Large-scale datacenter fabric (BGP, ECMP, spine-leaf). Out-of-band network management. Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to move faster on scripts and tooling.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The Production Engineering Team
Examples of key exciting problems the team is working on
Build the repair pipeline that keeps pace with a fleet of 10s to 100s of GWs: at our scale, a GPU failure isn't a ticket. It's a throughput problem. We're building the automation that takes a chip from fault detection through triage, RMA, and return to service without human intervention.
Qualify every new GPU generation inside a 6-month build window: our platform covers burn-in, performance baselining, and NPI execution. It has to define "production-ready" before a site goes live, not after. New hardware gets certified at speeds unheard of in the industry.
Migrate live compute at construction speed: we're converting clusters across production sites simultaneously, bringing new sites online, and making Kubernetes-orchestrated bare metal sustainable at the pace we're building – multiple GW annually.
See and own the entire fleet in real time, at any scale: build the observability and orchestration layer that makes hyperscale AI compute actually operable. Debug, tune, and performance-test infrastructure that grows by another site every few months.
Role Scope
Own compute fleet health end to end. Build the metrics pipelines, alerting, and unified health view that tell you the true state of every GPU in production — across Kubernetes-orchestrated workloads and bare metal, at scale.
Turn deployment/repair into a pipeline, not a procedure. Build and own the automation that takes a compute failure from detection through triage, parts management, and return to service. No one-off scripts, no heroics.
Design and expand the GPU qualification platform. Burn-in, performance baselining, and NPI execution for every new GPU generation. You define what "good" looks like before hardware goes into production.
Own Redfish and BMC tooling. Firmware-level telemetry, log collection at fleet scale, and the low-level access layer that repair automation and health tooling depend on.
Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the compute fleet at-scale. Fluidstack is building one of the largest GPU fleets in the world and that can only be accomplished with aggressive automation, tooling, and incident discipline.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You treat toil as a bug. Manual steps in a repair workflow are a backlog item, not a job description.
You have an instinct for hardware. You're comfortable reasoning about failure modes at the firmware and silicon level, not just the software stack above it.
You move toward ambiguity, not away from it. You walk into the fog, build the map, and explain it to everyone else.
You learn at a steep slope. You reach real competence in an unfamiliar domain fast. We value this over existing expertise.
You carry a pager without flinching. You run the incident, write the postmortem, fix the systemic cause, and move on.
You're fluent with AI tooling. LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks, and you drive Claude Code, Cursor, or similar every day.
You've shipped production automation that other teams depend on, and you're comfortable in any language using AI coding tools.
Bonus: Hardware lifecycle management and RMA automation. BMC/Redfish or IPMI tooling. GPU qualification or burn-in frameworks. Workflow and orchestration engines (Temporal, Cadence). Metrics and alerting pipelines (Prometheus, Grafana). Go or Python...

About the Role
The Site Project Manager is the permanent, on-site owner of project delivery at one of Fluidstack's data centers. Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving — retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on. You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.
You'll own projects end to end — scope, schedule, vendors, and budget — partnering closely with operations and facilities, engineering, and outside contractors.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of on-site projects — deployments, retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refresh, and decommissions
Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, and vendors for each site project, keeping work on track within live-operations constraints
Partner with operations and facilities teams to sequence work around uptime, maintenance windows, and change-control requirements
Manage and hold accountable contractors, vendors, and service providers on site across the full project lifecycle
Own project risk: identify issues early, drive mitigations, and make the on-the-ground calls that keep projects moving
Coordinate with engineering and SMEs to validate scope and execution for technical site projects
Maintain project artifacts: schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs, change records, and as-built/closeout documentation
Provide clear status, risk, and milestone reporting to site leadership and program stakeholders
Drive site-level process improvements, runbooks, and standards that make recurring projects faster and safer
Basic Qualifications
3–5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end
Site-based: able to be on site at a data center full time
Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors with minimal oversight
Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments and how to execute projects without disrupting live operations
Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with new deployments, retrofits, upgrades, or capital projects in live data centers or critical facilities
Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling
Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations
Experience having delivered a data center deployment or build
PMP or CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, ITIL Foundation
Lean or Six Sigma, or SOP / process-development experience

The People Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Make the office the easiest part of everyone's day. Where people work shapes how they work. You'll own the day-to-day experience of your office so nothing about the space slows anyone down.
Replace ad hoc coordination with a consistent bar. As offices grow and multiply, workplace experience can't depend on someone improvising. You'll set the standard that holds across every Fluidstack office.
See it, own it, solve it. From a broken monitor to a better lunch option, you handle what comes and fix or escalate it clearly. Hands-on, high ownership, no waiting to be told..
Why This Role Exists
As our offices grow, the day-to-day workplace experience can’t depend on ad hoc coordination. This role exists to ensure each Fluidstack office runs smoothly, consistently, and with a high bar for employee experience.
About the Role
Where people work shapes how people work. You will own the day-to-day experience of your Fluidstack office, everything from how the space looks and functions, to how people feel when they walk in, to the small details that make a workplace feel genuinely cared for.
You’re the person in the building who makes sure things work and when they don’t, you fix them or escalate clearly. People will come to you with everything from a broken monitor to a request for a better lunch option, and you’ll treat both with the same thoughtfulness.
This role is hands-on and high-ownership. You’re not waiting for someone to tell you what needs to happen. You see it, you own it, you solve it.
What You Will Do
First 30 Days
Complete onboarding and learn Fluidstack’s workplace standards, vendor landscape, and office-specific context.
Shadow the current setup (or audit from scratch if you’re opening a new cadence): space layout, recurring issues, vendor performance, employee sentiment.
Build relationships with building management, key vendors, and your local team.
Identify 3 quick wins you can deliver in your first month that improve the daily office experience.
By 60 Days
Own all vendor relationships for your office: cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies. Hold them to agreed standards.
Implement the shared workplace standards, adapted for your location.
Run a lightweight feedback loop with employees in your office. Know what’s working and what isn’t.
Manage your office’s operational budget with clear tracking and no surprises.
By 90 Days
Your office runs smoothly and consistently. Employees trust that the space will be well-maintained and well-managed.
You are the first point of escalation for workplace issues in your office. Problems are resolved quickly and transparently, or escalated with clear context.
You have a clear operating rhythm: weekly vendor check-ins, monthly budget reviews, quarterly planning.
You proactively surface issues and proposed solutions rather than waiting for direction.
What We Are Looking For
A love of details. The things most people don’t notice until they break.
Kindness and warmth in how you show up for the people in your building every day.
A hospitality mindset. You think about experience, not just maintenance.
Clarity, approachability, and precision in communication, especially when things go wrong.
You have run an office or workspace before and take pride in making it a place people enjoy being.
You manage vendors and service providers with care: expectations are set, performance is tracked, and conversations happen early when standards slip.
You’re organized and self-directed. You don’t need a daily task list from a manager to know what needs doing.
You welcome non-traditional paths into this work. If you’ve managed spaces, logistics, or operations in any context (hospitality, events, coworking, retail) that counts.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
Care about details. The small parts, even the parts no one else sees, matter to you.
Care about the human. When you set up a space, you’re thinking about the person who’ll be sitting in it eight hours a day.
Enjoy solving problems before anyone notices there was one. You find that satisfying, not thankless.
Want to make something really great. A well-run office is a quiet act of care for everyone in it.
What Additive Value Looks Like
Experience managing office openings, buildouts, or relocations.
Familiarity with workplace technology (access systems, desk booking, AV).
A hospitality mindset — you think about experience, not just maintenance.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.

The People Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we're not slowing down. You'll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them.
Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn't scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You'll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number.
Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn't happen on its own. You'll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi-site team that's growing fast bound to a shared culture.
Role Scope
Manage the Office Managers across every Fluidstack location, setting the bar for how each office should run and holding them to it.
Set and maintain the workplace standard that holds across every office, so the day-to-day experience doesn't depend on who's running which building.
Own the global workplace budget, rolling up spend across every office and catching problems before they show up in a quarterly review.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships that operate across multiple offices, giving Office Managers a strong foundation to run day-to-day vendors locally.
Act as the point of escalation for workplace issues that outgrow what a single Office Manager can resolve alone, from a lease issue to a multi-office rollout.
Hire, coach, and develop new Office Managers as Fluidstack opens new sites.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, .
You've managed a team of people who each own their own site, space, or territory, and you know how to hold a consistent bar without micromanaging local judgment calls.
You've run a multi-location vendor program before and understand the leverage and consistency it takes to make a broader contract actually work at each site.
You've owned a budget that rolls up across multiple sites and can catch problems before they show up in a quarterly review.
You coach managers to solve their own problems rather than solving every problem for them.
You've hired and onboarded people into an operations or workplace role and can tell quickly who's going to be great at it.
You communicate clearly under pressure, especially when something breaks across more than one office at once.
Bonus: Experience opening new offices or scaling workplace programs across multiple countries. Familiarity with workplace technology platforms used across locations, such as access systems, desk booking, or AV.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
