ABOUT FOUND
Small business owners are the backbone of the American economy. But running a small business comes with a challenges: taxes, accounting, bookkeeping, and banking are just a few. That's where we come in.
Found is building tools that give small business owners the security and peace of mind that has historically only been available at large corporations. We automate taxes and expense tracking because small business owners should spend more time doing what they love, and less time buried in their finances.
We're looking for kind, resourceful, and passionate people to join us in building the financial foundation small businesses deserve.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Partnerships are one of the highest-leverage ways we reach the self-employed — the platforms, affiliates and creators who small business owners already trust. We're looking for a Growth Partnerships Manager to go out, find those partners, and turn them into one of Found's most durable acquisition channels.
This is a builder's role. You'll own our affiliate and referral partnerships end to end — sourcing new partners, pitching and negotiating the deal, launching them, and then growing the revenue they drive. This is a rare chance to build a channel from the ground up at a company where partnerships genuinely move the business.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Sourcing & Closing New Partners:
- Identify, research, and prospect high-potential growth partners in the small business ecosystem. Own the full deal cycle: outreach, pitch, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract.
- Design and negotiate commission and referral structures that grow volume while keeping our acquisition costs healthy.
- Onboard new partners and work directly with product and engineering to design low friction onboarding flows & implement effective incentive structures.
- Growing & Managing the Portfolio
- Own the outcomes of the channel: the customers, the revenue, and the ROI it delivers. Manage relationships across your partner portfolio, running regular performance reviews against clear goals and renegotiating as partners scale.
- Build co-marketing, enablement, and cross-sell plans, and equip partners with the assets and product knowledge they need to convert. Keep partners on-brand and compliant — this is fintech, and the details matter.
- Spot underperformers, diagnose why, and either fix the partnership or move on — you decide where the channel's energy goes.
- Measurement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build the forecasts, budgets, and per-partner goals for the channel, and report on conversion, CAC, and revenue against them.
- Partner with Analytics and Marketing Ops to track program performance, stand up the tracking and integrations partnerships depend on (e.g. Impact), and separate what's working from what isn't.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–6+ years in partnerships, affiliate/channel marketing, business development, or sales, with a track record of sourcing and closing partnerships that produced measurable revenue.
- A hunter's instinct: You're energized by finding new partners, getting the meeting, and closing the deal.
- Negotiation and relationship skills: You build trust fast, structure deals that work for both sides, and can hold executive-level relationships as easily as you can send the first cold email.
- Analytical rigor: You don't just report the numbers — you understand why one partner outperforms another, and you know what to do about it. You're comfortable in affiliate platforms and funnel metrics.
- Ownership: This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You see the data, form a hypothesis, test it, and know the next move. You flag the problem and bring the solution.
- Builder energy: You do your best work in an open field with ambiguity, and you'd rather build the channel than inherit it.
NICE TO HAVE
- Fintech experience
- Experience marketing to small business owners.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations for marketing content in fintech or banking.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how small business owners discover, evaluate, and hear about Found across organic, search, and community-driven channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and customer experience. You’ll own Found’s presence in search and AI answer engines, app stores, review platforms, and community spaces like Reddit, partnering closely with Customer Experience and Growth to keep our brand credible everywhere self-employed people are already looking for answers.
DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Make sure Found shows up accurately and favorably when self-employed business owners ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews for banking recommendations. Drive both the strategy and content development to deliver results.
- SEO: Drive organic search strategy end to end — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content briefs, and technical SEO partnership — to grow qualified organic traffic. Drive both the strategy and content development to deliver results.
- Website & resource center: Drive conversion improvements through continuous testing of our brand messaging and developing content needed to convince customers Found is the best solution for their business.
- App Store Listing (ASO): Own and continuously improve Found’s iOS and Android app store listings — screenshots, descriptions, and keywords — to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Reviews, Ratings & Social Listening: Monitor and respond to reviews and social mentions across app stores, Trustpilot, and social platforms, and surface recurring themes back to product and CX.

- 8-10 years of product marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related experience, ideally at a consumer fintech, app-based, or subscription product.
- Direct experience with SEO — keyword research, content optimization, and app store listing management.
- Comfort operating in emerging channels like AEO / LLM search visibility, even without an established playbook.
- Excellent written voice and judgment; comfortable engaging directly and authentically in public and community forums.
- A bias toward hands-on execution — this role is as much about doing the work as directing it.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who works well with CX, growth, brand, and product teams.
- Data-informed: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own performance data to prioritize work and report on impact.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're hiring a Staff or Principal Software Engineer at Found. This is a high-impact, full-stack role where you’ll drive technical decisions across the company, raise the bar for how we build, and help senior engineers grow.
You'll work across product teams, partner closely with engineering managers and their tech leads, influence how we build across the organization and have ownership over outcomes. You’ll be technically hands-on, and your biggest impact will come from technical judgement and the leadership you bring to decisions that impact the engineering team
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET TECHNICAL DIRECTION FOR THE COMPANY
- Drive key technical decisions that shape how multiple teams build
- Identify and address reliability, performance, or scalability issues before they become incidents, at a systems level rather than just within a single team
- Build and iterate on customer-facing features in our core product using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript, staying close enough to the code to make well-grounded calls
- Work across the stack: backend APIs, data modeling in MySQL and Spanner, and polished frontend experiences
RAISE THE BAR ACROSS TEAMS
- Partner with engineering leads to align technical direction across the company, not just within a single team
- Establish patterns, conventions, and standards that make the codebase easier to work in over time, and drive adoption of them across teams
- Contribute to reducing technical debt in a way that's practical and unblocks business goals
- Bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-team technical problems and help teams move forward with confidence
DEVELOP THE ENGINEERS AROUND YOU
- Act as a technical mentor and thought partner for senior engineers across teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers on technical planning, scoping, and team health
- Help engineers grow through pairing, code review, and design conversations
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE:
- 12+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong backend fundamentals and deep technical range
- Prior experience operating at a staff, principal, or architect level
- Production experience with Ruby on Rails or a comparable framework, and comfort in React/TypeScript on the frontend
- Experience working with relational databases at scale (MySQL, Spanner, or similar)
- A track record of leading technical decisions across multiple teams by building relationships, gaining alignment, and influencing without direct authority
- Strong communication skills: you can explain technical decisions clearly to engineers and non-engineers alike
- High standards for code quality and a habit of leaving things better than you found them
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or products with complex compliance requirements
COMPENSATION AT FOUND
The anticipated salary range for this role is $246,000 - $284,000 (USD or CAD). The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all locations in the corresponding country. ABOUT FOUND
Small business owners are the backbone of the American economy.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- As our Growth Marketing Lead for Paid Channels, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Found's paid acquisition engine. This isn't a "set it and schedule it" role. You'll be the person who sees the data, forms a hypothesis, tests it, and knows what to do next. Your mission is to ensure every dollar we spend brings in the right customer: the self-employed owner who will activate, engage, and grow with Found.
- You'll manage across all paid media: Search, Social, CTV, and emerging channels and work closely with creative, product marketing, and data to build a paid program that's both efficient and brand-aligned.
DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:
Paid Channel Ownership (60%)
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels: Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming, Display.
- Manage budget allocation across channels to hit CPA, CAC, and activation targets.
- Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns with a bias toward testing creative, audience, bidding strategy, landing page, and offer.
- Partner with the creative team to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets; use performance data to guide creative decisions (not just aesthetic ones).
- Lead audience strategy, including prospecting, lookalike, retargeting, and suppression logic across platforms.
Measurement & Optimization (20%)
- Own paid channel reporting: weekly performance reviews, monthly channel recaps, and ongoing anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with data and analytics to build incrementality measurement frameworks; understand the difference between attributed and causal performance.
- Manage and improve tracking infrastructure in partnership with engineering, UTMs, pixel health, event-level data quality.
- Develop a test-and-learn roadmap; document results and share learnings across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
- Partner with product marketing on messaging, landing page strategy, and offer testing.
- Work closely with the Organic Growth and Brand teams to ensure paid and organic strategies complement rather than cannibalize each other.
- Contribute to campaign planning for product launches, seasonal pushes, and new segment expansion.
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE:
- Experience: 8-10+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least three channels (Search, Social, and one other).
- Channel Depth: You've managed meaningful spend on Google Ads and Meta. You understand bidding mechanics, algorithm behavior, and how to structure campaigns for learning and scale.
- Analytically Rigorous: You're comfortable pulling your own data, identifying what matters, and building the case for what to do next. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or a comparable BI tool required.
- Creative Intuition: You don't just read the numbers. You understand why one ad outperforms another and can brief creative accordingly. Experience collaborating with a creative team is a plus.
- Measurement Fluency: You understand attribution models, incrementality testing, and the limitations of last-click data. You've worked with or built MMM or geo-lift frameworks is a plus.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:
- Fintech or Financial Services Experience: (Preferred) Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated industries. You know what "UDAAP" means and have worked within guardrails.
- Self-Starter: Found is a fast-moving team. You should be someone who flags the problem and brings the solution.

About this role:
As our Growth Marketing Lead for Paid Channels, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Found's paid acquisition engine. This isn't a "set it and schedule it" role. You'll be the person who sees the data, forms a hypothesis, tests it, and knows what to do next. Your mission is to ensure every dollar we spend brings in the right customer: the self-employed owner who will activate, engage, and grow with Found.
You'll manage across all paid media: Search, Social, CTV, and emerging channels and work closely with creative, product marketing, and data to build a paid program that's both efficient and brand-aligned.
Paid Channel Ownership (60%)
Own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels: Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming, Display.
Manage budget allocation across channels to hit CPA, CAC, and activation targets.
Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns with a bias toward testing creative, audience, bidding strategy, landing page, and offer.
Partner with the creative team to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets; use performance data to guide creative decisions (not just aesthetic ones).
Lead audience strategy, including prospecting, lookalike, retargeting, and suppression logic across platforms.
Measurement & Optimization (20%)
Own paid channel reporting: weekly performance reviews, monthly channel recaps, and ongoing anomaly detection.
Collaborate with data and analytics to build incrementality measurement frameworks; understand the difference between attributed and causal performance.
Manage and improve tracking infrastructure in partnership with engineering, UTMs, pixel health, event-level data quality.
Develop a test-and-learn roadmap; document results and share learnings across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
Partner with product marketing on messaging, landing page strategy, and offer testing.
Work closely with the Organic Growth and Brand teams to ensure paid and organic strategies complement rather than cannibalize each other.
Contribute to campaign planning for product launches, seasonal pushes, and new segment expansion.
Experience: 8-10+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least three channels (Search, Social, and one other).
Channel Depth: You've managed meaningful spend on Google Ads and Meta. You understand bidding mechanics, algorithm behavior, and how to structure campaigns for learning and scale.
Analytically Rigorous: You're comfortable pulling your own data, identifying what matters, and building the case for what to do next. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or a comparable BI tool required.
Creative Intuition: You don't just read the numbers. You understand why one ad outperforms another and can brief creative accordingly. Experience collaborating with a creative team is a plus.
Measurement Fluency: You understand attribution models, incrementality testing, and the limitations of last-click data. You've worked with or built MMM or geo-lift frameworks is a plus.
Fintech or Financial Services Experience: (Preferred) Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated industries. You know what "UDAAP" means and have worked within guardrails.
Self-Starter: Found is a fast-moving team. You should be someone who flags the problem and brings the solution.
