The Opportunity
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new sales and expansion of Superhuman within the Commercial segment, with a focus on named accounts with 250-4,999 employees. Your primary motion will be selling our Go platform to large enterprises while partnering with product-specific overlays to drive multi-product bundles and standalone revenue across your assigned book of business, across Coda and Mail.
You will pioneer some of our largest and most strategic deals — landing new logos, formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies that already have hundreds (or thousands) of employees using Superhuman, and expanding existing customers into multi-product commitments.
You will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will also set the standard for what future Commercial AEs will be expected to do and how they will be supported by Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Legal/Finance.
In this role, you will:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for enterprise accounts (250-4,999 employees), with a focus on landing the Go platform as the primary entry point.
Drive multi-product revenue by partnering closely with product-specific overlays to position and sell bundles across Go, Mail, and the broader Superhuman ecosystem within your accounts.
Build and manage pipeline across both net-new prospects and your existing customer base, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities that drive incremental ARR.
Develop executive relationships and multi-thread across buying committees — from end users and department heads to CIOs and procurement — to build enterprise-wide consensus.
Navigate complex deal cycles involving legal reviews, security questionnaires, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder approval chains.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions and drive adoption post-sale.
Pioneer the Commercial playbook — the processes, positioning, and deal structures you establish will become the foundation for every Enterprise AE who follows.
Maintain CRM discipline with accurate forecasting, timely next-step updates, and clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
Qualifications
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing commercial deals (250-4,999 employee companies).
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota, with experience managing deal sizes of $50K+ ACV.
Experience selling into complex organizations with multi-stakeholder buying committees, long sales cycles, and cross-functional alignment requirements.
Strong multi-product selling instincts — the ability to land with one product and expand into a broader platform conversation with support from overlay partners.
Excellent discovery skills and business acumen — you understand how to map organizational pain to product value and build a compelling business case.
Comfort operating in an early-stage enterprise motion where you are building the playbook, not just following one.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you will be the face of Superhuman to some of the world’s largest companies.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling AI productivity, collaboration, or communication software to enterprise buyers.
Background working alongside product overlays, specialist sellers, or solutions engineering teams in a multi-product GTM motion.
Familiarity selling into IT, Security, or Procurement stakeholders in regulated industries.
Prior experience at a high-growth company where you helped build the enterprise sales function from the ground up.

Senior Program Manager, GTM Operations
Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model for this role. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that helps foster trust, innovation, and a strong team culture.
Superhuman team members in this role must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and they must be able to collaborate in person 2 days a week.

The Opportunity
Superhuman is running multiple GTM motions simultaneously: business units at different stages of maturity, channel partners across Growth (our B2C self-serve motion) and Managed (our B2B enterprise motion), and a creative and campaign engine that needs to stay in sync with all of it. This role is the operating layer that holds it together.
Senior Program Manager, GTM Operations: you will flex across business units to stand up GTM processes, enable teams to use them, and drive the planning and coordination that turns product launches into well-executed GTM moments. You will also lead large-scale campaign programs, coordinating across BU leaders, channel partners, and Creative Ops from brief creation through execution.
This is a role for someone who thrives in breadth: you can go deep on a BU's product roadmap one week and run a cross-functional campaign kickoff the next. You build the infrastructure that makes GTM repeatable, and you can operate within it well enough to step in when hands-on coordination is needed.
What Makes This Role Electric:
You'll have exposure across GTM motions and business units, with the flexibility to go deep where the business needs you most.
You'll join a team with strong existing processes, playbooks, and tooling foundations, and bring a fresh eye to them. The opportunity is to integrate across teams, collaborate on improvements, and help the GTM orgs work better together.
You'll lead programs that span from product feature launches to campaign execution and reporting, giving you end-to-end visibility into how GTM actually works.
You'll partner with senior leaders across BUs, Product, Growth, Managed, and Creative Ops, making this one of the most cross-functional roles in the business.
You'll be part of bringing new products to market from the ground up — working at the intersection of product innovation and GTM at a company where both are actively evolving.
In this role, you will:
GTM Process & Enablement
Stand up and operationalize GTM processes across business units: launch sequencing, readiness tracking, brief frameworks, and planning cadences
Enable BU teams and channel partners on new processes, ensuring adoption and consistent execution
Build BU-specific and cross-portfolio playbooks that others can learn from, adapt, and run independently
Identify where process gaps are slowing GTM down and drive solutions before they become blockers
Campaign Program Management
Lead large-scale campaign programs end-to-end, coordinating BU leaders, Growth and Managed channel teams, and Creative Ops from brief creation through execution
Ensure campaigns have complete strategic briefs (audience, positioning, timing, success metrics) before Creative Ops kickoff
Maintain cross-BU campaign calendars and keep all stakeholders aligned on sequencing and dependencies
Surface conflicts, gaps, and risks across the campaign portfolio and drive them to resolution
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the coordination layer between BU leaders, PMMs, DPMs, TPMs, and channel partners across Growth and Managed
Connect product readiness timelines to campaign production schedules so nothing goes to Creative Ops underbaked
Keep GTM priorities, blockers, and dependencies visible to senior GTM leadership
Tooling & Operational Infrastructure
Develop deep fluency in Superhuman Docs, Superhuman's primary GTM operating tool, and partner with program management teams across EPDM to optimize how it's leveraged across GTM workflows that combine other key tools like Jira and Asana
Identify opportunities to improve how teams work across Superhuman Docs, Asana, Jira, and other tools, contributing to standards and improvements in collaboration with the teams who own them
Build and maintain GTM artifacts within our operational hub: active projects, launch trackers, brief templates, and workback calendars
Qualifications
6 to 8+ years of program management or GTM operations experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven ability to flex across multiple products, business units, or GTM motions simultaneously
Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Creative Ops
Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to distill complex, cross-functional programs into clear stakeholder updates and facilitate alignment across leadership teams
Experience leading end-to-end campaign programs, from brief creation through execution
Ability to stand up processes from scratch and enable teams to adopt and run them independently
Familiarity with both PLG and Sales-led GTM motions
Tooling-literate: comfortable evaluating and operating across Coda, Asana, Jira, and similar tools
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to reduce manual lift, improve operational workflows, and scale GTM processes
Relationship-first operator who earns trust before driving change
Experience with paid acquisition or performance marketing workflows is a plus

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to define how employees discover and join their company’s Superhuman org, how they onboard and activate, how they experience enterprise free trials, and how they retain and expand over time.
This is a highly cross-functional IC role that bridges sales mechanics with product-led growth, partnering across all product BUs and with the Self-Serve Growth team to build the loops and experiences that compound enterprise growth. You’ll also own the admin-side controls that govern these loops: the rules that determine how employees can join their organization’s account, configure access, and unlock the product for their teams.
Ownership
In This Role, You Will:
Own the end-to-end B2B growth product strategy, from how employees join their company org and experience free trials, through onboarding and activation, to long-term retention and expansion
Build the admin-facing controls that govern enterprise growth loops, the settings and permissions that determine how employees discover, join, and are provisioned into their organization’s Superhuman account
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify where the managed motion creates product-led growth opportunities and where friction is slowing adoption and expansion
Work closely with the self-serve Growth team to adapt and translate PLG patterns for the B2B context, sharing learnings, avoiding fragmentation, and building coherent experiences across both motions
Partner with all product BUs to embed growth thinking into feature development, ensuring enterprise activation and expansion are first-class considerations across the suite
Define and track enterprise growth metrics: activation rates, expansion velocity, retention cohorts — and use data to prioritize the roadmap and demonstrate impact
Qualifications
You have 5+ years in product management, with experience in growth or PLG in a B2B SaaS environment.
You understand both managed sales motions and product-led growth mechanics and you know how to make them work together.
You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable designing experiments, building growth models, and using data to identify leverage points in the funnel.
You have a proven track record working cross-functionally across many teams and moving quickly from insight to shipped product.
Competencies
Growth Systems Thinking: You see the product as a growth engine. You design onboarding flows, viral loops, and expansion mechanics that compound over time, and you understand the interplay between product-led and sales-led motions.
Enterprise Empathy: You understand the distinct needs of enterprise buyers, IT admins, and end users, and you build growth experiences that work within enterprise constraints without sacrificing simplicity.
AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.
Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.
Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic, delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

The Opportunity
As a Sr. Manager, Commissions, you will lead the commissions function within our Revenue Operations team. This is a strategic ownership role: you will own our compensation plan design and commissions administration end-to-end, partnering directly with Sales and Revenue leadership to ensure our incentive structures drive the behaviors that move the business forward.
This role owns the full lifecycle of commissions: annual and ongoing plan design, quota setting support, commission calculation and payout, systems administration (CaptivateIQ), reporting and analytics, and dispute resolution. You will lead a team responsible for accurate and timely month-over-month execution while also stepping back to ask bigger questions — is this plan still driving the right behavior? What should change as our pricing and packaging evolve? How do we build a compensation philosophy that scales as the company grows?
In this role, you will:
Take full ownership of the monthly commissions process and become the primary point of contact for commission-related questions, disputes, and edge cases
Build a deep understanding of Superhuman’s commission plans, compensation philosophy, and GTM motion, then develop a strong point of view on how plan mechanics drive rep behavior and business outcomes
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership on near-term plan adjustments (spiffs, incentive programs) and end-to-end design of commission plans through annual planning cycles
Establish reporting and analytics that connect commission performance to business outcomes, informing leadership decisions on plan design
Bring thought leadership to evolving Superhuman’s compensation model toward consumption-based pricing, aligning rep incentives with a usage-driven growth motion
Shape compensation philosophy and plan mechanics to reinforce strategic priorities — net-new growth, expansion, retention, or platform adoption — as those priorities shift
Build and scale a high-performing commissions function with strong processes, clear documentation, and the ability to handle growing complexity without linear headcount growth
Own commissions tooling strategy (including CaptivateIQ), improving rep trust, transparency, and self-service while reducing manual burden
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in sales commissions or compensation design for a B2B SaaS company, ideally within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function.
3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of growing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end compensation plan design, not just administration — including translating business strategy into incentive mechanics.
Experience with or strong point of view on consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid compensation models, and how they differ from traditional seat- or quota-based plans.
Hands-on experience administering CaptivateIQ or a comparable commissions/ICM platform.
A track record of operating as a trusted advisor to sales leadership — able to bring data-driven recommendations on plan design, not just execute what's handed down.
Comprehensive knowledge of sales compensation best practices, with the judgment to balance rep motivation, cost of sale, and business strategy.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing highly detailed, deadline-driven work without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
A self-motivated operator who can drive strategic initiatives independently while also managing a team to deliver precise, on-time results.
Takes full ownership of the function — proactively uplevels processes, systems, and plan design rather than waiting for direction.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

The Opportunity
Superhuman's Growth Acquisition team spans both paid and organic channels, managing significant annual paid spend alongside a growing organic motion, across four brands and two routes to market. As the team scales, there is a real opportunity to define how business units engage with acquisition in a structured, scalable way, and this role is at the center of making it happen.
Working closely with our Growth Biz Ops lead, who is designing the operating model, you will be the day-to-day operator bringing it to life across Superhuman's four business units: Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go. This is a hands-on execution role, and you will run the operational system in real time, serving as the primary coordination point between business units and the acquisition team across both paid and organic programs.
This is the right role for someone who moves fast, brings structure to ambiguity, and manages multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
What Makes This Role Electric:
You'll be embedded with the Acquisition team at the center of a BU x RTM matrix - serving four business units (Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go) across both self-serve Growth (B2C) and Managed (B2B) motions.
You’ll build something that doesn’t fully exist yet—designing the inbound workflows, alerting systems, and coordination layer that connects business units to the acquisition team. This is operational design, not just execution.
You’ll work at the intersection of paid acquisition strategy and GTM operations, developing fluency across channels, teams, and investment decisions that most PMs never see up close.
You’ll partner directly with senior leaders across GTM, acquisition, and BU teams, bringing structure and signal to decisions that matter.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Paid and Organic Acquisition teams as an embedded partner, supporting day-to-day operations across BU workstreams
Own day-to-day project management across paid and organic acquisition programs for all four business units (Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go), tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring work moves forward without bottlenecks
Route and triage web and organic requests to the appropriate TPMs and channel owners, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and handoffs are clean
Serve as the primary point of contact for business units seeking acquisition support across paid and organic channels, fielding requests, setting expectations, and managing intake
Manage BU onboarding into acquisition workflows, including creative intake and test hypothesis standards for both paid and organic programs
Maintain the stakeholder map across all BUs, keeping DRIs, PM/PMMs, data science, and engineering contacts current
Support cross-BU project prioritization, helping surface tradeoffs and keep decision-making informed
Build and maintain visibility into program status across all four BU workstreams, serving as a go-to point of contact who can speak knowledgeably to paid acquisition programs, filtering signal from noise to surface what paid acquisition teams actually need to act on, while keeping broader stakeholders informed without contributing to information overload
Facilitate the quarterly BU investment review process, ensuring pitches are well-structured and budget allocation decisions are well-supported
Surface friction points and work with the Biz Ops lead to refine the operating model over time
Design and maintain proactive alerting and notification workflows that route the right information to the right stakeholders - translating scattered updates into structured, reliable inbound processes
Connect multiple sources of truth across teams and tools into a single usable process that stakeholders can rely on
Qualifications
6 to 8+ years of program or project management experience in a marketing, growth, or operations environment
Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong process orientation with the ability to implement, document, and improve systems in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with paid acquisition at a working level, understanding how campaigns are structured, which launches or changes are consequential, and knowing what warrants escalation.
Comfort leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual lift, and improve how information is organized and communicated across programs
Experience with Coda, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools preferred
Strong time management and meeting discipline; able to manage high-volume launches, tentpole moments, and cross-BU coordination while maintaining clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
Bonus: experience reducing information overload and improving how fast-moving teams scale internal communication
