Director, Revenue Cycle Management Operations

The Opportunity:
Grow's RCM org is at an inflection point — scaling operational maturity, integrating AI-driven automation, and preparing for increasingly complex payor partnerships. This role builds the operational foundation that makes that evolution possible. It's right for you if you're energized by building systems that didn't exist before, leading managers and teams through transformation, and owning the operational levers that directly drive a company's financial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own end-to-end RCM operational performance across eligibility, claim submission, follow-up, denials, contracts, and authorizations, translating department strategy into execution across your team.
Assess and evolve team structure as the org scales including span of control, role design, and team growth. You'll inherit a strong team and be expected to make it structurally stronger.
Operationalize AI and automation tools across RCM workflows — partnering with Grow's Operations AI Center of Excellence to ensure your teams adopt new capabilities effectively and that human and automated work is distributed intentionally as these tools mature.
Maintain and evolve rigorous KPI reporting and operational dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into RCM performance — including Uncollected %, denial rates, clean claim rates, and payor-level collection trends.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, including 3+ years managing managers in a multi-function RCM operations environment.
You've owned end-to-end RCM performance metrics and operations (denial rates, clean claim rate, days in A/R) and can point to specific operational improvements you drove.
You've worked in a high-growth or rapid-scaling environment (ideally in health tech) where processes, systems, and team structures were being built or redesigned in real time, not just maintained.
You're a builder, not just an operator. You've stood up new processes, reporting frameworks, or team structures during a period of growth or transformation.
You've managed RCM operations across diverse payor types where each payor introduces distinct billing rules, authorization requirements, and contractual structures.
You've operated where RCM and adjacent functions meet (credentialing, enrollment, provider operations, or finance) and understand how upstream quality drives downstream collections performance.
You have experience operationalizing automation or AI tools within operational workflows — you don't need to build the technology, but you know how to adopt it, measure its impact, and reshape team processes around it.

The Provider Growth Associate position is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a provider-facing sales role, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by clear goals and measurable impact. What You'll Be Doing:

You'll Be a Good Fit If:
You're deeply passionate about mental health and excited to help providers build their own practice and expand access to care.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when managing a full daily meeting schedule and a robust sales pipeline
You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing quality or conversion rate as volume grows.
You're comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment — you'll have real-time dashboards, call scoring/coaching feedback, and automated nurture workflows supporting you, and you're excited to lean on those tools to better enable your work
You adapt well to change and enjoy learning new systems, processes, and tools — this role will evolve as our operating model matures.
You're collaborative, coachable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus: You have prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS.

Senior Security Engineer, Data Infrastructure
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer to own the data security infrastructure at Grow Therapy, the systems that determine how sensitive data is classified, protected, and safely governed across the company. Our customers trust us with some of the most sensitive data there is, and it's our responsibility to honor that trust by treating it with the highest standards of security. You'll be the hands-on technical owner of the infrastructure that makes that possible and the person who makes protecting that data the easy, default path for the rest of the company.
Reporting into the Head of Security and partnering closely with Data, Engineering, and our Detection & Response team, this is a role that requires both building and strategizing: you'll ship the pipelines and services yourself and define what great data security looks like a year out, then make it real. Security sits within Grow's Internal Foundations pillar — the team building company-wide infrastructure to support safe AI adoption, so you'll be architecting the data-protection foundation that every other team, and every AI tool, builds on top of.
What You'll Be Doing
Define what data security looks like a year from now — then build it. Own a clear, opinionated vision for Grow's data security infrastructure: where the biggest risks are, what "secure by default" means for sensitive data, and the roadmap to get there.
Make data classification executable. Build the automated classification and tagging pipelines that scan our production data models, infer sensitivity, and propagate those tags through data lineage — aligning with our Data Classification Policy so that every downstream system can act on classification automatically rather than guess.
Control how data is used internally. Build field-level dynamic masking, tokenization, and redaction — driven by classification tags — so that sensitive data is exposed only when there's a genuine need, and access is scoped, justified, and logged. Make masked-by-default the path of least resistance for the tools teams build on top of our data.
Secure the data path into AI tooling. We’re an AI forward organization. You'll own the security of the data connectors and pipelines feeding AI tools - including authentication, authorization, observability. Your role will be to ensure Grow can take advantage of new AI technologies safely and appropriately.
Build fast, safe, and scalable encryption pipelines. Design and ship the encryption infrastructure that protects our most sensitive data end to end — application-layer and field-level encryption, envelope encryption, key management — engineered to be fast and scalable enough that teams reach for it by default rather than around it.
You'll Be a Good Fit If
You're a hands-on data infrastructure engineer. You're comfortable writing production code, designing data pipelines and services, and doing system design reviews — and you've built security or data infrastructure that real teams depend on.
You've worked deep in the data-security stack. You've built meaningfully across some combination of data classification, masking/tokenization, encryption and key management, and secure data access, and you can connect into a coherent system.
You can set direction and then execute on it. You're energized by a blank canvas: you can define what success looks like a year out, prioritize ruthlessly toward it, and inspire partner teams to support you in this goal.
You think in terms of risk reduction, not checkboxes. You instinctively reach for the highest-leverage control on the largest surface, and you'd rather make the secure path the default.
You're a clear, compelling communicator. You can explain data-security tradeoffs and risk to non-technical audiences — including executives and clinical stakeholders — with precision, empathy, and confidence.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is:
Hybrid Commitment: $182,000- $250,000 USD Annually

Staff Engineer, Security
This is a Senior or Staff level role owning detection and incident response at Grow. The core of the job is: catching threats early through strong detection engineering, moving fast on unfamiliar systems when something does happen, and having a real point of view on where the architecture is exposed before it becomes a problem. It's cross functional by design, working closely with infrastructure, engineering, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Share security judgment and standards with teams across the company, raising the bar beyond the security org itself
Investigate and resolve security incidents across endpoint, network, and cloud, understanding unfamiliar systems well enough to respond with confidence
Research the threats and attack methods most relevant to a healthcare marketplace, and use that intelligence to get ahead of them
Build and mature Grow's detection and response program, and participate in an incident on call rotation
Strengthen our cloud security posture in partnership with infrastructure, engineering, and compliance
Build defense in depth through secure by default architecture and processes, thinking through the full lifecycle of a problem rather than just patching the immediate risk
Design new, creative approaches to catching threats early, not just tuning what already exists
You'll Be a Good Fit If
You have 6+ years of experience in detection and incident response
You have real depth in AWS security: IAM, secure service configuration, CloudTrail, SCPs, AWS Organizations, Config, and the like
You have deep expertise responding to complex incidents and a strong grasp of detection engineering, including SIEM, EDR, and CSPM tooling
You care about how security work lands on the people around you, from customers whose data you protect to the engineers you partner with
You write code to automate the tedious parts of the job, and you're comfortable with infrastructure as code
You collaborate well, both within a security team and across engineering more broadly
You think about the whole solution, not just the technology, and can weigh competing design choices with real conviction
You understand the current threat landscape and know how to assess risk against it

Senior Manager, Clinical Quality and Documentation Integrity
The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality & Documentation Integrity leads Grow's Clinical Quality branch, owning provider quality outcomes, documentation standards, and payor audit readiness across a network of 26,000+ independently licensed providers. You will manage Clinical Quality Associates, set the clinical standard across workstreams, and operate as a highly independent leader who drives results without requiring close direction.
This role is a clinical subject matter expert. You will translate clinical standards into language that non-clinical partners can act on, and you will hold that standard even when you are not the final decision maker. You work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Payor Partnerships teams, not to own their work, but to ensure the clinical standard is represented and applied in what Grow builds and executes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations, managing performance directly, and building a team that surfaces problems and drives solutions independently
Own the provider quality and termination process by defining what clinical quality means, setting and maintaining the clinical standard across the provider network, and owning the criteria and documentation process for provider quality review, escalation, and termination decisions.
Own documentation integrity standards and payor audit readiness by defining what clinically complete and defensible documentation looks like, proactively identifying documentation compliance gaps across the network, and ensuring Grow is payor audit-ready
Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for cross-functional partners. You will build initiatives and projects with Clinical Operations and other internal teams, assess clinical soundness, and ensure clinical requirements are accurately represented in product builds, operational workflows, and payor-facing deliverables.
Review cross-functional initiatives for clinical integrity — when Clinical Operations or another team builds a project or initiative, this role owns the clinical review layer: ensuring it is clinically sound, flagging risk, and recommending adjustments before execution.
Identify issues across all branch workstreams, drive toward resolution independently, and surface blockers with a clear recommended path forward
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You hold an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
You have 5–7 years of clinical quality experience
You have direct experience managing a clinical quality team (not clinical supervision) and are comfortable addressing performance directly and constructively
You have direct experience with payor audit response, documentation compliance reviews, or clinical documentation standards in a behavioral health context.
You can clearly articulate clinical standards and documentation requirements to non-clinical partners and translate clinical logic into something actionable without losing the rigor.
You are comfortable being the clinical expert in a room where you may not have final decision authority, and you know how to advocate for the clinical standard while maintaining a collaborative, non-blocking relationship with partners.
