About Harmony
Harmony gives every employee an always-on expert for every service request, inside the tools they already use. Deployed inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, its agents draw on a context graph connecting each employee's identity, devices, applications, and history, resolving requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal automatically, before a ticket ever opens.
With 100+ prebuilt agents that deploy in days, not months, and a 70% no-touch resolution rate, Harmony removes the manual work from enterprise service without removing the humans who should own the hard problems. Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business.
FIELD MARKETING MANAGER, HARMONY
The role in one line: Own your events end to end, from selection through the renewal decision. Pipeline is the scoreboard, not booth traffic.
How the team works: You're one of our field marketing managers. Each of us owns our own events end to end. You run yours like they're your business.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Your events, full lifecycle, start to finish. From the moment a contract is signed to the week-4 post-event metrics review and the renew-or-drop decision. Tradeshows, summits, executive roundtables, and dinners.
- Creative, daring ideas that make us punch above our weight. For every event you own, come up with out-of-the-box, buzz-worthy ideas so a small company stands out in a crowded hall. Tap the team's collective creativity, then run with the boldest ones. The best ideas do two things at once: they land hard with the attendees in that room, and they sharpen our brand and our message. We're small, nimble, fast-growing, and daring, and our presence should feel that way.
- Event selection and go/no-go calls. Score an event's real ICP fit before we commit. Know the difference between show-wide traffic and the traffic that reaches our booth. Walk away from the wrong events.
- The cost-per-meeting engine. Every event is judged on two numbers: completed ICP meetings and cost per completed ICP meeting.
- Vendor and organizer negotiation. Push on package tiers, speaking slots, and pricing. Confirm what's included before you spend. Shop cheaper alternatives instead of defaulting to the expensive option.
- On-the-ground execution with zero slips. Booth logistics, swag shipping and advance-warehouse deadlines, hotel and travel timing, scanner counts, giveaways and over-ordering. Nothing surprises you on site.
- Full team coverage of the event, end to end. Make sure our collective team (marketing, sales, SEs) covers the event completely, from opening to close. Everyone arrives on time, stays through the end, and shows up for the post-event debrief.
- Booth coverage and prep. Individual and group prep before each event, booth coverage arranged so we maximize the performance of the event, and post-event follow-up that actually converts.
- A reusable playbook for your events. Turn each event into a system, not a one-off. A keep / add / cut / rework review after every event so the next one is better and cheaper.
- Reporting upward. A clean dashboard with targets, actuals, and percent-to-goal that you can present to the CMO and leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A builder and a manager in one seat. Strategic planning, program building, and hands-on execution. You take an event and run it like an owner.
- Creative and daring. You generate bold, unexpected ideas and you're comfortable making a splash on a startup budget. You'd rather be talked about than blend in.
- Comfortable with numbers. You model scenarios, set a cost-per-meeting bar, and defend a renewal decision with math, not vibes.
- Detail-obsessed operator. You catch the shipping deadline and the fine print in the sponsorship package before they catch you.
- Resourceful under budget. You engineer around cost: cheaper speaking alternatives, free tools, rep networks, partner happy hours. You treat spend as a last resort, not a first move.
- Asks the right questions before spending. Everything gets examined on one test: its potential to drive more ICP meetings from the event.
- Ideally NYC-based. Our office is in the Flatiron district in New York City.

About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated talent acquisition partner. Today, hiring is distributed across founders and hiring managers. Your job is to change that. This is a founding role in the truest sense. You'll run full-cycle recruiting for our US Go-to-Market teams, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while building the systems, process, and hiring bar that everyone after you will operate within. You'll work directly with our executive team, and have real influence over how we grow.
As our team scales across the US, EMEA, and Israel, there's meaningful surface area beyond recruiting — onboarding, employer brand, HR systems, and people programs — for someone who wants it.
What You'll Do
Own GTM hiring end to end
- Run full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer strategy, and close
- Build and maintain outbound sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles — this is a hands-on sourcing job, not a coordination job
- Manage our ATS as the single source of truth: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, reporting, and candidate data integrity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, and set the tone for how people experience our company before they join
Build the recruiting function
- Design and roll out structured interview processes: scorecards, competency frameworks, interview loops, and debrief formats
- Hiring manager enablement — train managers to interview well and hold a consistent bar
- Define and report on the metrics that matter: time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality of hire
- Implement the tooling stack (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment)
- Reduce agency dependency by building a durable in-house sourcing capability
Partner with leadership
- Work directly with G&A and GTM leaders and the exec team on headcount planning, role scoping, and comp calibration
- Bring market intelligence back to the business: what candidates are seeing, where we're competitive, where we're not
Support People Ops
- Partner on new hire onboarding and the first-90-days experience
- Contribute to people programs and HR operations: HRIS hygiene, policy documentation, employee lifecycle workflows, and internal comms
- Support employer brand — careers page, job posts, candidate-facing content, and how we show up in the market
- Collaborate with our EMEA and Israel teams on cross-regional hiring and people initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a startup or high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated Go-to-Market recruiting experience — you've filled Sales (AE, SDR, Sales Engineering), Customer Success, or Marketing roles and understand how to evaluate for them
- Proven outbound sourcing skills. You can build a pipeline from scratch, write outreach people actually respond to, and don't wait on inbound applications
- Hands-on ATS ownership (Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar) — configuring workflows, not just working inside one someone else built
- Track record of building process, not just executing it. You've introduced a scorecard, redesigned an interview loop, or stood up reporting where none existed
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills — you can run a real intake meeting, challenge a vague req, and hold a bar under pressure
- Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership. No recruiting coordinator, no sourcing team, no playbook waiting for you
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to work from our NYC office 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company (Seed-Series B), ideally as the founding recruiter
- Operations-minded skill set or prior exposure to People Ops / HR generalist work — onboarding, HRIS administration, policy, or people programs
- Experience supporting international teams, particularly EMEA / Israel, and comfort working across time zones and hiring norms
- Familiarity with US multi-state hiring compliance — pay transparency laws, EEO, and offer practices across states
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and structuring competitive offers, including equity conversations
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k), with company matching
- Top-tier in-office gear, and
- Many more

About Harmony

Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business.
AI-FIRST MARKETING GENERALIST & AGENT MANAGER
Company: Harmony Reports to: Gadi BenMark, CMO Team: You, plus a workforce of AI marketing agents (paid media, copy, research, orchestration). Location: New York City. Strong preference for in-office 4 days a week. Level / comp: Flexible, calibrated to the person. We'll scope seniority and compensation to the right builder rather than force-fit a band.
THE ONE-LINE VERSION
We sell AI agents. We run our marketing on them too. We need the human who commands that agent workforce, owns the output, and moves fast enough that the CMO can stay on strategy.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Harmony is an AI-native company. Our marketing should be the proof.
Today the CMO directs the agents, runs paid, builds the decks, writes the keynotes, and ships the banners. That does not scale. This role takes the operating layer off the CMO's plate: you run paid media across every channel, you produce the brand and content output AI-first, and you make the agents themselves better over time.
This is not a MarTech or Marketing Operations role. That function is owned. This role owns creative, content, and paid growth, executed through AI agents.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Command the paid media agent across all paid channels
- Direct paid across search, paid social, display, video, and retargeting. Not just search.
- Own both sides: the creative (ad copy, video and user-generated content (UGC) concepts, landing pages, creative testing) and the analytics (spend, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, weekly reporting, budget reallocation).
- Turn the weekly paid report into decisions: what to cut, what to scale, which creative to kill, where the next dollar goes.
2. Run AI-first content and brand creative
- Build the decks: webinar decks, tailored email marketing copy,
- Write and design for the field: tradeshow banner copy, booth messaging, one-pagers, event handouts.
- Feed the organic channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, YouTube, blog, and other owned surfaces, in Harmony's voice ,using text, images, and video.
- Produce all of it AI-first: draft with the agents, direct the output, apply brand judgment, ship fast.
3. Build and improve the agents
- Write and refine agent instructions the way you'd brief a sharp junior teammate: what, when, how, not line-by-line prompts.
- Turn repeatable work into skills and workflows so the system does more each month than the last.
- Close the loop: capture what worked, promote it into the system, so quality compounds.
4. Give the CMO some bandwidth
- Own execution end-to-end so decisions, not tasks, reach the CMO.
- Report crisply: what shipped, what's working, what you'd change, in numbers.
- Be the operator who makes a two-person function perform like ten.
THE WORK YOU'LL HAND OFF TO AGENTS (A STARTER SET)
Real jobs you'd delegate and direct in your first 90 days. Each is written so a stranger could check it's done, which is exactly how you'll brief them.
- 20+ ad angles per campaign, each backed by real buyer language pulled from G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Reddit, and our own sales-call transcripts.
- A rolling competitor teardown: pricing, homepage, and ad-creative changes over time, refreshed monthly, so we always know where the category is under-advertised.
- Landing pages built fast: a competitor page plus our brand guidelines in, an on-brand page out, then run through a "copy tournament" (multiple versions judged by adversarial agents) before it ships.
- A paid-account health pass: 90 days of ad data in, a creative-fatigue kill list and the shared traits of our winners out.
- Product and UGC videos, from two sources: some generated by agents, some shot by our own team at the office and on customer sites. You direct both, edit them together, and ship only the ones worth our name on them.
- Lead magnets from scratch, since we don't have any yet: both the static ones (guides, checklists, benchmark reports as PDFs) and the interactive ones (an ROI calculator, an IT-maturity quiz).
- A quarterly "kill Harmony" red-team: an agent playing our top competitor's CMO, hunting the holes in our positioning.
- A brand-consistency pass: our voice, best work, and transcripts in one place, used to catch where our messaging contradicts itself.
The operating method behind all of it: you brief work as a goal with a checkable "Done when..." bar, not a vague task. Vague briefs loop forever; checkable ones get finished.
WHO YOU ARE
- You've built things on the internet. Side projects, a newsletter, a viral experiment, a micro-tool, a channel you grew. You make things because you can't not.
- You hand off whole jobs, not just tasks. The bar is not "AI helps me work faster." It's that you delegate entire jobs to agents that overdeliver, then direct and judge the output. You manage AI like a manager, not a user.
- You're a true generalist. Comfortable being part-strategist, part-copywriter, part-designer, part-analyst in the same afternoon. You'd rather own a channel end-to-end than hand off between silos.
- You're fluent in paid. You've run real budgets across more than one channel and can read a performance report and act on it.
- You get inside the head of our buyers. You can think like a stretched IT or HR leader, feel their pains and pressures, and use that to judge what will actually land before you spend a dollar or ship a slide. Customer-centric thinking is how you separate the agent output that works from the output that only looks good.
- You have taste. You know the difference between AI output and good AI output, and you close that gap by hand.
- You move at hacker speed. You ship the MVP, measure, and iterate. You don't wait for permission or perfect.
- You write well. Clear, concise, no fluff. You can make a slide, a banner, and a LinkedIn post all sound like us.
NICE TO HAVE
- B2B SaaS or developer / IT-audience experience.
- Hands-on with no-code and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, or similar) and with LLM tooling.
- Design sensibility in a deck tool and a basic creative tool.
- Comfortable behind a camera and in a video-editing tool, and willing to travel to customer sites for shoots.
- You've stood up a paid channel from zero.
HOW WE'LL EVALUATE YOU (THE WORK SAMPLE BEATS THE RESUME)
- Show us something you built and grew yourself. The scrappier and more self-directed, the better.
- Show us a marketing agent, workflow, or automation you set up, and what it now does without you.
- A short live exercise: take one Harmony asset (a deck slide, an ad, a banner) and make it better with agents in front of us. We care how you direct the work, not just the result. Bonus if you frame it as a goal with a checkable "Done when..." bar.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in how we win new customers. You'll be the technical lead on deals from first discovery call through close, partnering with Account Executives to understand a prospect's environment, show them what's possible, and prove it works.
You'll be the person who proves the product delivers real value in a prospect's actual environment, not in a slide deck. That makes you one of the most important people in the sales process. When a prospect is evaluating us alongside competitors, your discovery, demos, and trial work are often what tip the decision.
This is a deeply technical, individual contributor role. You'll be hands-on with integrations, configurations, and architecture, while also being someone prospects trust and enjoy working with.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead technical discovery: uncover a prospect's current tools, workflows, pain points, and success criteria, and translate them into a clear technical win plan
- Deliver tailored demos that map directly to each prospect's environment and use cases, for audiences ranging from IT practitioners to executive buyers
- Design and run evaluations and POCs: scope success criteria, configure and integrate the product in the prospect's environment, and drive the trial to a clear decision
- Be a key driver of deal outcomes, owning the technical win and removing blockers that stand between a prospect and a closed deal
- Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, account planning, competitive positioning, and forecasting technical risk
- Own the technical side of the buying process, including security reviews, architecture discussions, RFPs, and integration questions
- Dig into APIs, infrastructure, and code to solve complex technical challenges that come up during evaluations
- Build repeatable demo environments, trial playbooks, and tooling that make the sales motion faster and more scalable
- Ensure a clean handoff to Onboarding and post-sales so the value proven during the evaluation carries through to deployment
- Feed insights from the field back to Product and Engineering: what prospects need, where we lose deals, and what would help close more
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on technical role (preferably with GTM exposure)
- Strong technical depth: you’re comfortable working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging complex systems
- Proficiency in AI-assisted engineering workflows - you use tools like Claude Code, Codex, and similar LLM-based agents as a natural part of how you build, debug, and ship
- Experience working alongside Sales as part of the deal cycle - you understand what it takes to win a technical evaluation and can operate with a sense of urgency when a deal depends on it
- Experience running implementations or technical onboarding across multiple customers simultaneously
- Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Domain knowledge in IT operations, IT infrastructure, or IT service management (e.g., ITSM, monitoring, endpoint management, networking)
- Experience supporting or participating in technical evaluations, POCs, or pilot programs
- Background in software development - you've built and shipped production code
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
- 401(k) with company match
- A collaborative, fast-moving team in Downtown Manhattan

Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business.
About the Role
Harmony is building an enterprise service management platform that runs itself. We need a Technical Account Manager who owns the full post-sale technical relationship with our customers, from making sure the product works to making sure they're getting real value from it.
This role blends technical support with strategic account management. You'll troubleshoot issues, drive adoption, monitor customer health, and be the person our customers trust to keep things running and growing. When a customer needs help, you're the first call. When a customer is at risk, you're the one who catches it early.
There's a lot of room to grow here, and we'll make sure you have the support and ownership to do it from day one.
What You’ll Do
Own the ongoing relationship with a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary technical point of contact
Drive product adoption and usage, ensuring customers are getting full value from the platform and discovering capabilities they haven't explored yet
Monitor customer health proactively: track engagement patterns, flag risks early, and intervene before small issues become big problems
Troubleshoot technical issues across the platform, including configuration problems, integration errors, and unexpected behavior
Reproduce, document, and escalate bugs to Engineering with clear steps and context
Help build the internal infrastructure that supports the customer experience: implementing and configuring the tools, systems, and processes the team relies on as we scale
Build dashboards, reports, and internal tooling to track customer health, support trends, and account metrics, making the data accessible and actionable for the team
Contribute to and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with Solution Engineering during onboarding and implementation to provide continuity into the post-sale relationship
Surface customer feedback and usage patterns to Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, solutions consulting, support engineering or a related customer-facing technical role
Strong technical foundation: comfortable working with APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and debugging issues across complex systems
Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and prioritize across competing needs without dropping the ball
Clear communication skills, both in writing and in person. You need to be someone a VP of IT trusts as much as a support technician does
Proactive mindset. You catch problems before customers report them, and you think about adoption and health without being asked
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as a natural part of how you work
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ITSM concepts and enterprise IT environments
Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Okta, or similar
Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, Bash, SQL)
Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company
What We Offer
Competitive salary and benefits package
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
401(k) with company match
A collaborative, fast-moving team in Downtown Manhattan
