This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX location and will report to Tim Clancy.
Job Description
ICON is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end fleet operations and dispatching for raw materials, FormCrete, and 3D printer equipment and components. This role ensures safe, on-time, cost-effective delivery to internal operations and customer project sites nationwide. The ideal candidate brings fleet management experience — including commercial driver oversight, DOT compliance, and vehicle uptime with preventative maintenance—paired with system-based dispatch coordination skills that keep print operations running without interruption. You will manage material truck dispatching, optimize recharge workflows at refill stations, and coordinate bulk tanker logistics, all while maintaining real-time visibility for customer project teams. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and reports to the Logistics Senior Manager within the Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch refill trucks from refill stations to customer jobsites on schedules aligned to active print operations, managing delivery timing with customer print schedules to avoid crew idle time and site congestion.
Oversee FormCrete discharge at customer sites, where RT operators discharge directly into volumetric mixers without stopping prints, and monitor and optimize the truck recharge workflow at refill stations (target: arrival to departure ≤30 min).
Confirm material availability at refill stations with material operations before dispatching; dispatch flex trucks for secondary deliveries (reinforcement spools/rebar, lintels, outlet sleeves, bond beam kits) per customer print bills of material.
Track all deliveries in real time and provide proactive updates to customer project teams; coordinate bulk tanker operations for concentrate material transport to and from batch plants and mobile batch plants.
Plan, schedule, and monitor transport of raw materials and printer components to project sites nationwide, optimizing routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve reliability.
Coordinate shipments with carriers, vendors, and ICON field teams for on-time, cost-efficient delivery; track transportation performance metrics and resolve delays, damage, or routing conflicts.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles and rolling stock; implement and manage fleet telematics including GPS tracking, geofencing, driver behavior, vehicle diagnostics, and fuel management.
Procure, lease, and lifecycle-manage fleet vehicles; coordinate with product programs on vehicle/asset specs and procurement timelines; manage fleet fuel, parts, and consumables inventory and costs.
Ensure all vehicles meet ICON brand and safety standards—clean, well-maintained, and professional at all times; track and report fleet KPIs including utilization, inbound/outbound metrics, maintenance cost per vehicle, fuel efficiency, and driver safety scores.
Maintain DOT compliance: driver qualification files, CDL medical certificates, HOS logs, vehicle inspections, and DVIR compliance; assist with CDL driver onboarding, training, and ongoing certification.
Ensure compliance with USDOT, TXDOT, TXDMV, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
Build relationships with customers, project managers, site leads, and operations teams to anticipate needs and reduce bottlenecks; partner with Finance and Operations leadership to track logistics costs, support budgets, and deliver performance reports—tracking budget to actuals and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in scheduling, routing, or customer and vendor coordination; align logistics activities with project timelines across internal teams and external customers.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, bills of lading, asset movement, and fleet documentation; use internal systems (ERP, Oracle NetSuite, Samsara, Smartsheet, Foundry, or similar) for tracking, automation, and reporting.
Implement automated equipment and inventory tracking to enable visibility across ICON assets; manage dispatch data analysis, fleet utilization reporting, route optimization metrics, and delivery KPI tracking.
Maintain the department’s daily operating rhythm—dispatch schedules, fleet scorecards, and cost reporting—and support audits and compliance checks with organized records.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation planning, or dispatch coordination—preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technology fields.
Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field; or significant related professional experience.
Experience managing fleet maintenance programs and vehicle lifecycle operations.
Familiarity with DOT regulatory compliance, including driver qualification files and HOS management.
Track record coordinating time-sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with fleet management or telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara, Verizon Connect, LogRock) and working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics tracking software.
Strong skills in logistics data analysis and reporting; comfortable building dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, load planning, and material handling best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple concurrent shipments and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental and customer-facing work.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate challenges and make decisions under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including extended hours when needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with logistics on large-scale construction sites, warehousing, or industrial projects.
Understanding of USDOT, TXDOT, and TXDMV rules and regulations.
Ability to assess basic vehicle mechanical issues and coordinate field repairs.
Experience with 3PL coordination and bulk material transport.
Familiarity with construction bills of material handover workflows and jobsite delivery logistics.

ICON builds robotic systems that construct multi-story buildings. We commercially launched Titan, our robotic construction platform, in March 2026, and hold more than $360M in government contracts across the Army, Air Force, DARPA, and NASA. For the accounting function, that growth means more entities, more headcount, higher transaction volume, and government work that raises the bar on controls and auditability.
The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting owns the recurring, high-volume operational close that turns ICON's daily activity into accurate, audit-ready financials. You lead the corporate accounting function across accounts payable and accruals, leases, fixed assets, payroll, and the general ledger, and you build, structure, and lead the team that runs these processes, including subordinate supervisors and senior professionals as the function scales.
Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller, you establish the policies, procedures, and controls that scale with headcount and entity growth, own the corporate accounting department's budget and performance, and deliver books that are accurate, timely, and useful to management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Accounting & Monthly Close
Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for all corporate accounting workstreams, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis across operating expenses below gross margin; set close objectives and delegate execution across the team while retaining accountability for accuracy and timeliness.
Own the general ledger and chart of accounts; establish, document, and continuously improve the close calendar, policies, and procedures, driving structural changes that shorten the close and scale with headcount and entity growth.
Own the Company's accounting for capitalized software, including setting and maintaining the capitalization policy, reviewing cost and development stages of software projects in partnership with the Technology team, and overseeing execution of monthly close entries.
Own accounting for payroll, benefits, and related liabilities, partnering with People Operations to ensure complete, accurate, and timely recording.
Payables, Leases & Fixed Assets
Lead the accounts payable function and the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, including invoice classification, vendor management, expense reporting, and corporate card programs; manage AP staff, supervisors, and contract resources, and set operational objectives and work plans for the group.
Own lease accounting under ASC 842, including new-lease analysis, schedules, remeasurements, and disclosures, across ICON's facilities and equipment portfolio.
Own the fixed asset subledger, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and roll-forwards for ICON's facilities, equipment, and internal-use assets.
Controls, Systems & Process
Establish and enforce internal controls over corporate accounting; develop, modify, and execute accounting policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect, improving accuracy, timeliness, and auditability.
Set the roadmap for optimization and automation within NetSuite and connected systems to reduce manual effort and shorten the close, building toward an accelerated, audit-ready financial infrastructure that supports future reporting requirements.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
Build, supervise, develop, and grow the corporate accounting team, including experienced professionals and potential subordinate supervisors; establish objectives and work plans, assign and review work, conduct performance evaluations, and develop succession depth within the function.
Hold accountability for the corporate accounting department budget, including headcount planning and outside resource spend.
Serve as a trusted senior partner to People Operations, Procurement, Facilities, and FP&A on recording, classification, and budget-versus-actual questions, advising stakeholders on moderately complex accounting matters.
Audit & Reporting Support
Direct corporate accounting deliverables for the external audit, including schedules, workpapers, and documentation, partnering with the technical accounting and reporting function on complex or non-routine matters.
Deliver accurate, timely corporate accounting data to support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, which are owned by the technical accounting and reporting function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger, close management, and operational accounting.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing experienced professionals; experience managing supervisors or leads a plus.
CPA required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving close processes, accounting policies, and internal controls in a scaling environment.
Strong proficiency in ERP and financial systems; NetSuite and Coupa preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience building and maintaining complex financial models, datasets, and pivot tables.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Big 4 or large regional public accounting background strongly preferred.
Pre-IPO, high-growth, or multi-segment company experience a plus.
Experience leading ERP optimization or automation initiatives, NetSuite preferred.
Experience building or restructuring an accounting team through rapid growth.

Director, Recruitment Delivery
Austin, Texas, United States

ICON's People & Places organization finds, grows, and supports the talent behind ICON's robotics, software, construction, corporate, and government teams.
ICON builds robotic systems that construct multi-story buildings. We commercially launched Titan, our multi-story robotic construction platform, in March 2026, have raised more than $550M, and hold more than $360M in government contracts across the Army, Air Force, DARPA, and NASA. Sustaining that growth means hiring robotics engineers, software developers, skilled trades, and cleared government talent at the same time, out of one recruiting function.
The Director of Recruitment Delivery leads ICON's centralized recruiting Center of Excellence, the execution engine behind our embedded Talent Acquisition Partners. TA Partners own each search and its sourcing strategy. You own everything that executes it: the recruiters and sourcers staffed onto every search, the core recruiting craft, the platform and tooling (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, sourcing and AI tools), enablement, and the end-to-end candidate experience. You are accountable for the speed, quality, cost, and consistency of delivery across every business unit as ICON scales.
OPERATING MODEL:
The TA Partner is the search lead: they map the market, set the sourcing strategy, and manage stakeholders for their business unit.
The Recruiting COE staffs recruiters and sourcers onto that Partner's search in order to execute it, running the core recruiting skillset (LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, outreach, screening, pipeline management) against the strategy the Partner sets.
This role owns the capability and the people; the TA Partner owns the strategy and the stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery capacity & staffing model
Build, scale, and flex a blended pool of contract and permanent recruiters and sourcers, and staff them onto TA Partner–led searches based on demand and priority.
Allocate recruiter/sourcer capacity across business units in partnership with the TA Partners, who direct each search's sourcing strategy.
Own the make-vs-buy decision on recruiting labor; manage agency/contract/RPO partnerships and the contingent recruiting budget.
Set delivery SLAs and hold the team accountable to them.
Enablement & quality
Own recruiter and sourcer training, onboarding, certification, and ongoing capability development — especially depth on the core toolset (LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms).
Standardize the execution playbook — intake response, screening, and req workflow — so delivery is consistent regardless of who staffs a search.
Core recruiting craft, tools & AI
Define the standard search plan that starts every search: a target company map (companies, inclusion rationale, talent pool sizing, prior search history), the outreach content and cadence, and the tools to be used, produced by the staffed sourcer, or by the TA Partner on searches they run without COE support. Own the 30- and 90-day check-ins with the TA partner that test whether the plan is producing, recalibrating the map, content, and cadence with the Partner as needed. The Partner calibrates the plan; the sourcer builds it.
Own the centralized recruiting platform and tooling — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, sourcing and AI tools — including selection, licensing, adoption, governance, and ROI.
Own the core recruiting skillset the COE executes on: sourcing technique, outreach, screening, and pipeline management — the "how we recruit," while the TA Partner sets the "who and where."
Define recruiting data hygiene, reporting, and the metrics that measure funnel health, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion.
Ensure search plans (target maps, market data, candidate history) are captured centrally so every search compounds the last rather than starting cold..
Candidate & applicant experience
Own the core candidate and applicant experience end to end: communication standards, interview logistics, and process compliance.
Partner with employer brand for a consistent, on-brand candidate journey.
Leadership
Build, lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team; build a performance and service culture geared to staffing searches well and fast.
Advise People leadership on hiring capacity, forecasting, and recruiting investment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years in talent acquisition/recruiting, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams (managing managers or team leads), or equivalent leadership of research, search operations, or delivery functions within retained or executive search.
Proven experience building and scaling a recruiting function or COE, including blended contract/perm delivery and a staffing/deployment model.
Deep, hands-on fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and modern sourcing and AI tools; strong recruiting analytics and process design.
Track record of owning a recruiting budget and vendor/agency relationships.
Experience recruiting across technical, operations, and skilled-trade populations in a high-growth environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in hardware, manufacturing, construction, robotics, or deep-tech scaling environments.
Background standing up recruiting operations, enablement, or shared-services/COE teams.

Full Cycle Recruiter
Austin, Texas, United States

ICON is at an inflection point - scaling hiring across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction while rebuilding recruiting around the discipline of the best search firms in the world. We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to be a driving force behind that build: a recruiter who owns searches end-to-end and closes the talent that determines what ICON becomes. This is a general-interest posting - we are always looking to meet exceptional full-cycle recruiters.
This is a role for a closer. You will own your requisitions from first search to signed offer - setting the req strategy, running the market, sourcing and assessing talent independently, and guiding candidates through a high-stakes decision - with the autonomy of a search professional and a senior TA Partner as your strategic sounding board, not your supervisor. You'll wield the latest AI to compress the workflow and move faster than any team you've been on, and help shape the playbook a fast-growing recruiting org will run on. If you thrive in high-growth environments and want your name on the hires that build the future of construction, this is that seat. As part of a small, high-caliber team, you will advance humankind's ability to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter. This is an on-site role based at our Austin, TX HQ Campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requisition Ownership & Search Execution
Own assigned requisitions end-to-end, partnering with a TA Partner on strategy and success criteria, then executing autonomously from search through offer.
Set and run the req-level search strategy — channels, target companies, outreach, and messaging — and adapt it as the market responds.
Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and metrics, and maintain data hygiene and process standards from the CoE playbook.
Sourcing & Candidate Assessment
Source and engage passive candidates independently across platforms and networks; the role is self-sufficient on sourcing, with no dedicated Sourcer attached.
Conduct in-depth screens assessing qualifications, motivations, and fit.
Prepare candidate summaries and scorecards, and present them to the TA Partner with clear rationale.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Partnership
Manage candidate relationships across the full lifecycle and own candidate experience through offer.
Synthesize candidate feedback and market signals into insights for the TA Partner, and bring problems with proposed solutions.
Support business relationship management at the TA Partner's direction, coordinating with hiring leaders and Total Rewards on offers.
AI, Collaboration & Guidance
Use AI to compress the workflow — screen prep, summary and scorecard drafting, candidate research, and interview scheduling.
Provide guidance to Sourcing Recruiters on shared searches.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — in-house, agency, or executive search — including independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer.
Demonstrated self-sufficiency sourcing passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support.
Strong candidate assessment skills and a track record of presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
8+ years of experience with search-firm or executive-search training and methodology.
Experience recruiting technical or specialized roles — engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction / AEC.
Hands-on use of AI recruiting tooling for screening, scorecards, and scheduling.
Experience operating within a structured recruiting playbook or Center of Excellence model.

Sourcing Recruiter
Austin, Texas, United States
Apply
ICON is rebuilding recruiting from the ground up — standing up a Recruiting Delivery Center of Excellence engineered to find and win talent with the speed, rigor, and market insight of the best search firms in the world. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to be the tip of the spear: the person who finds the people no job post will ever reach and puts them in play for the searches that decide who builds the future of construction. This is a general-interest posting - we are continuously meeting exceptional sourcers across experience levels.
This is a hunter's role. You will own the top of the funnel - mapping markets, cracking hard-to-fill searches, and engaging passive, in-demand talent with outreach sharp enough to earn a reply - and build a personal sourcing engine powered by the latest AI tooling. You'll partner directly with senior TA Partners on ICON's most critical searches, and be measured by the caliber of talent you surface, not the volume of messages you send. If you want to help build a world-class recruiting function from the ground up, own your craft, and see your work translate directly into who joins ICON, this is that seat. As part of a small, high-caliber team, you will advance humankind's ability to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter. This is an on-site role based at our Austin, TX HQ Campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing technique — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels — for TA Partner-run searches.
Build and maintain proactive pipelines focused on passive and hard-to-reach talent across current and anticipated searches.
Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult or specialized roles, and recommend new techniques to improve pipeline quality and volume.
Qualification & Handoff
Conduct initial qualification screens that surface candidate viability and interest; this is a top-of-funnel role, not full assessment.
Hand off qualified pipelines to the TA Partner at the agreed definition of done, with market context attached, so nothing stalls and no one wonders who has the ball.
Market Intelligence & AI Tooling
Draft and personalize outreach at volume using AI tooling, and surface non-obvious channels and talent pools.
Compile and escalate sourcing insights to the TA Partner — talent availability, competitive dynamics, and market signals.
Process & Data Hygiene
Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
Maintain data hygiene through disciplined candidate dispositioning and adherence to response timelines and the CoE playbook.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain.
Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of sourcing experience with demonstrated independent sourcing on specialized roles.
Experience sourcing technical or hard-to-fill roles — engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction / AEC.
Hands-on use of AI sourcing and outreach tooling at volume.
Experience in a high-volume or search-firm environment.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
