We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Vendor and Resource Managerto optimize our external partnerships and internal talent allocation. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external vendors, while also partnering with Workforce Management, Call Operations and QA/QC leadership to ensure internal resources are efficiently forecasted, allocated, and utilized. Ensure that staffing aligns to forecast short-term and long-term resource needs based on project pipelines and organizational goals.
Allocation & Scheduling: Partner with other operations leaders to assign the right internal personnel and external contractors to projects based on availability, skill sets, and strategic priority.
Utilization Tracking: Monitor and report on resource utilization rates, identifying bottlenecks, over-allocations, or bench time, and proactively recommending adjustments.
Workforce Strategy: Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to identify skill gaps and advise on the optimal mix of full-time hires versus external contractors/vendors.
Required Skills:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, resource management, workforce planning. Ideally in a Patient Access Hub or similar environment.
Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and optimizing resource allocation across multiple, concurrent projects.

Role Overview
This is the next generation of a contact center role in the healthcare field. As an AI Patient Access Specialist, you will serve as the "human-in-the-loop," bridging the gap between traditional insurance verification and cutting-edge machine learning. You won’t just be making calls; you will be teaching the Infinitus AI system how to navigate the complexities of the healthcare reimbursement landscape.
Key Responsibilities
AI System Navigation: Assist the Infinitus AI system in completing complex insurance verification phone calls through our proprietary platform.
Platform Training: Work closely with operations and engineering teams to provide feedback that improves healthcare data collection and AI accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of recorded AI outputs, identifying nuances in payer responses, pushing back as necessary to ensure accurate responses to questions.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate entry of information into proprietary platforms from a number of sources including but not limited to faxes, forms, or information shared verbally from callers.
Adverse Events Handling: Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events during interaction with callers and/or received documentation.
Drive AI Efficiency: Consistently hit daily production and quality benchmarks by swiftly and accurately handling tasks that the AI agent cannot handle.
Peak Season Support: Participate in mandatory periodic overtime during high-volume seasons, new product launches, or system extensions to ensure zero backlog.
Required Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Background in Insurance Verification strongly preferred and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare field, contact center, or insurance/patient access contact center preferred.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable learning and operating new, proprietary software programs with high speed and precision.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
Compliance: Ability to work in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguard sensitive personal health information (PHI).

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Evaluators to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by evaluating the quality and accuracy of healthcare conversations conducted by our AI agents.
The Role:
Review and evaluate healthcare conversations for professionalism, empathy, accuracy, and clinical safety.
Provide comprehensive feedback on how we conduct conversations, and identify areas for improvement for our agents’ capabilities.
Hours: Flexible, part-time, project-based
Compensation: Hourly rate based on applicant qualifications

Who You Are:
Education: Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or similar
At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience
You have a passion for patient care and the potential of technology to improve healthcare quality and experience.

We're in search of a knowledgeable sales leader with experience selling multi-year software agreements. The National Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and selling Infinitus automation solutions. Additional responsibilities include client and market analysis, analyzing business processes, leading prospecting, and retention. The Account Executive will be a natural relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to nurture executive relationships.
This position is remote from home office, this position may include up to 60% domestic travel.
In this role you will:
Achieves sales objectives and quota by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory, as well as client retention of assigned territory.
Successfully position value / benefits with “C level” decision makers.
Contribute to sales pipeline growth through Growth & Retention initiatives (3-4x quota).Match your deep knowledge of clients to a short- and long-term solution roadmap with expected value and results creating a trusted high-performance partner/advisor relationship.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a demonstrated effective use of selling skills and has consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time.
Has a minimum of 3-5 years selling software and services to the any of: Pharmaceutical manufacturers or Payers.
Has successful SP / Health System with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Has a proven ability to position value / benefits with “C level” decision makers; ability to initiate and develop successful selling strategies; ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business.
Has a sense of urgency, is action-oriented and results driven.A person with a strong “hands on'' and disciplined work ethic.
Someone who sets a quick pace and constantly raises the bar for themselves towards higher levels of achievement.
