Community Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
Iru is hiring a Community Marketing Manager to build and lead the communities that connect us to the people who do IT and security work every day. We're looking for someone who can think, build, and own community as a real driver of how people discover and trust Iru.
This is a community-first role, and it's built for someone who thinks like a founder of the spaces they run. You'll create real gathering places for IT and security practitioners: a private community where they share knowledge and connect with each other and with Iru, and an authentic presence in the public spaces where they already are, from Reddit to the social channels that matter to this audience.
It's also a deeply creative role. We want someone who generates original ideas and who understands brand well enough to make it come alive across very different channels without ever feeling copy-pasted. You'll create, publish, engage, and build: always in service of community and brand.
You're already deep in online communities. You understand how IT and security practitioners talk, what they care about, and what makes them tune out the moment something feels like marketing.
Must be able to work Tuesday through Thursday onsite in our Coral Gables office.
Workplace Coordinator (Contract)
Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Senior Accountant
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team with a focus on tax, compliance, and multi-entity accounting. This hands-on role will own key tax and regulatory requirements while supporting global consolidation, equity accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting across our U.S. and international entities.
The ideal candidate has strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, practical tax and compliance experience, and the ability to independently manage complex accounting workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-entity environmen
Head of Brand
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Brand to make Iru the most memorable brand in the cybersecurity market.
This person will own our brand strategy, voice, messaging, and brand expression across every customer touchpoint, from campaigns and web to events, social, sales moments, executive storytelling, and major company launches.
This is not a maintenance brand role. It is a build, sharpen, and scale role. We need someone who can help answer the question: What is the Iru brand? How can it show up in bold and creative ways every single quarter? How can it become a part of our customer’s lives?
You’ll partner closely with marketing, design, product, sales, executive leadership, and external agencies to turn a deeply technical, multi-product platform into a clear, distinctive, memorable brand that resonates with IT and security leaders.
For the right person, this role may expand into broader editorial, thought leadership, and content programming over time, but the immediate mandate is brand.
Operations Engineer
The Opportunity
We're hiring an Operations Engineer — the first builder in Iru's Operations function, reporting to the Head of Operations.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations and engineering. You'll need an unusual combination: enough operational judgment to know which problems are worth solving, and enough technical capability to go solve them yourself. Most people have one or the other. We're looking for someone who has both and wants a seat where both matter.
Iru already has the people running the work. Accounting closes the books, FP&A runs planning, and there's analytics support across the business. This role doesn't take that work over. It exists to change the shape of it.
The thesis, stated plainly: as Iru grows, operational load grows with it. The default answer is to add a person every time the load goes up. We think that's the wrong answer, and we'd rather prove it than assume it. Your job is to build the systems, integrations, and automations that give capacity back to the teams who have it today — so the work scales with the business without the headcount scaling in lockstep.
You won't be measured on tickets closed or processes documented. You'll be measured on how much capacity you return.
Where we're starting. The clearest near-term opportunities sit in G&A, and a few are already on the table:
- Collections. Our AR process works, but it works because people are pushing it. We want it to work because the system is.
- ERP implementation. We're moving to a new tool. You'll own how it connects to everything upstream and downstream.
- FP&A tooling. We're selecting a planning platform. You'll help evaluate it, then own how it gets wired in.
- Data infrastructure. Finance, people, and spend data lives in too many places and reconciles too slowly. You'll fix the plumbing.
Those are examples, not the job. The same problem shows up in different clothing across T&E, People, Workplace, and planning. Where you go after the first wins is something you and the Head of Operations decide together, based on where the leverage actually is.
Senior Product Security Engineer
The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly technical Senior Product Security Engineer to embed security into the product development lifecycle. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for identifying security risks early, partnering with development teams on remediation, conducting security reviews, performing application security testing, and helping build secure-by-design products.
This role will work closely with Engineering, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Product Management to ensure security is integrated throughout the SDLC while enabling developer velocity.
GTM Operations Manager
The Opportunity
We're hiring a GTM Operations Manager, an experienced individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership at the center of Iru's revenue engine. GTM Operations is the revenue operations (RevOps) function at Iru: the systems, data, and processes that keep our go-to-market motion accurate, predictable, and built to scale across a global GTM organization spanning NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Iru runs quotas, comp plans, and commissions in-house, and GTM Operations runs the operating layer behind them and the rest of the revenue motion: commissions cycles, ARR reconciliation, pipeline, routing, books and territories, and forecast support across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Channel, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and MSP. You won't carry all of this alone. Day one, you'll take outright ownership of two or three of these processes, expand your scope as you establish them, and focus deepest where your strengths and the business's priorities align.
We run lean by design: you'll own your processes directly instead of routing work through layers, and GTM Engineering partners with you to automate the repetitive part. You'll report to the leader of our GTM Operations team and work directly with GTM Leaders and Finance. If you're an operator who takes a process from intake to output and sweats accuracy because payroll depends on it, we'd love to talk.
Sales Development Representative
Account Executive, Enterprise (Chicago based)
As Iru continues to redefine how organizations secure and manage their digital ecosystems, our enterprise customer base is expanding rapidly. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this evolution, driving strategic sales initiatives into some of the world’s largest and most influential companies. With a unified platform that brings together UEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Automation, and Workforce Identity, you will help enterprise customers modernize how they secure users, apps, and devices through AI-powered orchestration.
This is a high-impact, Chicago Remote role. Working closely with our distributed team, you will partner with enterprise customers to help them unlock the full value of Iru’s platform and position Iru as the definitive leader in unified identity, endpoint, and compliance management.
Success in this role means consistently exceeding expectations, shaping what world-class enterprise sales execution looks like in a dynamic, remote environment, and accelerating Iru’s trajectory as the category-defining platform that gives IT and security teams time and control back.
