Jump leads its category in market share and customer satisfaction, serving leading financial services firms. We’re building the intelligence layer that powers the modern advisory firm—helping advisors save time, grow faster, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Jump’s team values are:
🏎️💨 High Velocity: You are self-driven, use good judgment, and deliver high-quality work at speed.
🌎 World Class: You demonstrate excellence, study what great looks like, continuously learn, and raise the bar for the team.
🤝 Direct + Kind + No Drama: You communicate directly and openly, act with and assume best intent, and handle conflict productively.
💼 ABOUT THE ROLE
Jump is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to build the customer marketing function from the ground up, turning our most successful customers into the proof, references, and advocates that represent next-gen financial advising. You'll find and tell the customer stories that give Sales and Marketing real proof to work with, build an efficient customer reference program, and create an advocacy engine that keeps customers engaged and vocal on our behalf. Along the way, you'll drive a steady output of case studies, high-production videos, and customer-first content to show real social proof everywhere it matters.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own Customer Marketing Strategy
- Own relationships with our flagship customers and drive co-marketing strategies (case studies, joint webinars, co-presentations, joint PR) that elevate both brands.
- Build the case study and thought leadership engine that gives Sales real proof points, with a focus on producing visible wins fast as we enter new verticals.
- Own the customer marketing budget, vendor relationships, and reporting on program performance and pipeline influence.
Build Customer Advocacy From the Ground Up
- Design and launch Jump Club, our incentive program for customer engagement, alongside our referral, review (G2), and community programs.
- Stand up and run a Customer Advisory Board and user group programming that deepens relationships with our most engaged customers.
- Create a system of recognition and rewards that turns satisfied customers into public promoters.
Formalize the Customer Reference Program
- Build a systematic reference program that gives Sales a reliable, always-current bench of approved customers to point to in a deal.
- Own the end-to-end process: intake, approval, scheduling, and keeping references fresh and healthy over time.
- Partner with Sales to close the loop on requests quickly, so no deal stalls waiting on a reference.
Partner With CS on Lifecycle and Expansion
- Own onboarding, adoption, and renewal communications that keep customers engaged from day one.
- Partner directly with CS on upsell/cross-sell playbooks and campaigns, including onsite events that put thought leadership in front of new parts of an account to drive expansion.
- Build QBR support materials and account-level nurture that turn retained revenue into expansion revenue.
🎯 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS:
- Customer Marketing Strategy: You’ve built the goals and supporting programs for a thriving customer marketing function.
- Proof in Market: Multiple case studies and a thought-leadership campaign are live, along with press releases covering our major customer wins.
- Reference Readiness: A formal reference program is running with Sales, with a current, healthy bench of approved references and clear SLAs.
- Advocacy Engine: Jump Club and our G2 review program are live, with measurable growth in reviews, ratings, and referral volume.
- Built to Scale: Logo rights and customer marketing participation are standard in new contracts, and a formal Sales handoff is in place so every new customer knows how to work with us from day one.
🙌 ABOUT YOU
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years building or scaling a customer marketing function at a high-growth B2B software company, ideally from an early stage.
- Creative Orientation: a track record of originating customer marketing strategies and programs, not just executing an existing playbook.
- Fluency in current customer marketing best practices: reference and advocacy programs, review platforms like G2, customer communities, and how AI is changing case study and reference production.
- Expert communicator and comfortable building content and relationships that resonate with senior stakeholders at major enterprise and financial services accounts.
- Cross-functional Influence: a track record of getting Sales, CS, and Legal to adopt a new program or process.
✨ NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working at a Series A–C company or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.

🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
Jump is looking for a Senior UX Designer (US) to help design beautiful, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile for financial advisors and their teams.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to product strategy and design for a primary feature area, partnering closely with a Product Manager and Engineering partners to take ideas from customer need to shipped product. You’ll create clear, thoughtful flows that guide users through complex tasks, account for important micro-interactions, and use Jump’s design system and UX patterns to create a consistent experience across the app.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants meaningful ownership, loves building quickly without sacrificing quality, and is excited to use modern design practices—including the rapid changes made possible by AI tools—to help shape the future of advisor workflows.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own UX and product design for a primary feature area in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for web and mobile software applications.
- Translate customer needs, product requirements, and business priorities into clear user flows, interaction models, and polished designs.
- Account for micro-interactions and moments of guidance that help users move confidently through their work.
- Use Jump’s existing design system and UX patterns to maintain consistency across the app experience.
- Propose thoughtful adjustments to design systems and patterns when they improve usability, clarity, or quality.
- Move quickly while using strong judgment about what is worth designing, what customers truly need, and what the minimum is to ship a quality experience.
- Collaborate across the design team and product organization to raise the bar for craft, consistency, and customer impact.
- Stay current with AI-enabled design tools and evolving design workflows.
- Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.
🙌 ABOUT YOU
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- 4–8 years of experience designing software applications for web and mobile.
- The ability to contribute directly to product and design in collaboration with your PM for a primary feature area.
- Strong visual and interaction design abilities, with a portfolio that shows beautiful, intuitive product experiences.
- Experience creating flows that guide users through tasks clearly while accounting for micro-interactions along the way.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly and thoughtfully.
- Strong product intuition: you can tell when customers truly need something and what is required to ship a quality experience.
- Familiarity with and respect for design systems, UX patterns, and consistency across an app experience.
- Comfort proposing design system or pattern adjustments when needed.
- Curiosity about the rapid changes in design processes made possible by AI tools.
- A direct, kind, low-drama working style and a desire to help Jump raise the bar.
✨ NICE TO HAVES
- Experience designing for fintech, financial services, wealth management, or advisor-facing products.
- Experience designing AI-powered, workflow-heavy, or data-intensive SaaS products.
- Experience working on a small, high-ownership design team.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with complex professional workflows where trust, compliance, and usability matter deeply.
🎁 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $120,000–$180,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Equity.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Disability, life, indemnity, and other ancillary benefits.
- 401(k).
- HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and commuter benefits.
- Flexible PTO.
- Remote or hybrid; must reside in the U.S.
- Based in Draper, Utah, with occasional travel encouraged so we can get to know you.
- Home office setup stipend.
🧭 INTERVIEW PROCESS
Finding the ideal fit for a role is an art, so we like to keep the process flexible as we get to know you and you get to know us. That said, here are some steps you can more or less count on:
1. 🖼️ Portfolio and résumé review — We screen aggressively on portfolio sites, case studies, and résumés. This is the first, and possibly most important, moment to show your visual design abilities.
2. 🎨 Design review — A 30–45 minute conversation where we’ll spend time understanding how you make decisions, respond to feedback, and collaborate with Product and Engineering partners.
3. 🧪 Paid trial week — A paid trial week at your standard contracting rate, where you’ll be paired with a Product Manager and Engineer on a needed feature, check in daily, and collaborate with the rest of the design team.
- This is as much about you getting a sense of fit as it is about us.
- Availability during normal work hours is important—the closer to 40 hours, the better we’ll be able to get a feel for working together—but we know schedules vary widely and will work with you to make a plan.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Strategic Account Executive at Jump, you will be the lead architect for our most significant and complex partnerships. You won't just manage a territory; you will own the end-to-end strategy for acquiring and expanding within the world’s largest and most prestigious financial institutions. You will navigate massive, multi-entity organizations to secure foundational partnerships that redefine how they leverage AI. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of visionary selling, political navigation, and rigorous execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Targeted Strategic Pursuit: Identify and lead the pursuit of "Top 25" global financial institutions, developing bespoke account plans for Tier-1 banks, global asset managers, and national broker-dealers.
- C-Suite Influence: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, aligning Jump’s AI roadmap with the client’s overarching digital transformation goals.
- Complex Deal Architecture: Lead the negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts involving intricate legal, security, and data privacy requirements.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "internal CEO" for your accounts, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure we over-deliver on strategic commitments.
- Category Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the FinServ AI space, helping institutional leaders navigate the transition from legacy workflows to AI-augmented operations.
- Expansion Strategy: Beyond the initial "land," you will develop strategies for "expanding" Jump’s footprint across various business units and international geographies within the parent organization.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Strategic SaaS sales, specifically managing $500k+ ARR deal cycles with a history of hitting/exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Deep domain expertise in the institutional financial landscape, including an intimate understanding of the regulatory hurdles (SEC, FINRA) and internal "red tape" common in global firms.
- Proven ability to navigate 12–18 month sales cycles involving 10+ stakeholders across IT, Compliance, Procurement, and Business Lines.
- You sell outcomes, not features. You can articulate the ROI of AI in a way that resonates with a CFO and a Chief Digital Officer alike.
- Elite presentation skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a technical deep-dive.
- You thrive in a "Direct + Kind + No Drama" environment and take full ownership of your book of business without needing a manual.
