Quality Compliance Manager
The Task At Hand:
This is the role that turns 'we make good products' into a system you can prove, audit, and stand behind.
As Quality Compliance Manager, you'll report to the Senior Quality Manager and serve as the technical backbone of JuneShine Brand's internal Quality Compliance program. You'll own the day-to-day execution - leading routine audits and corrective actions, reviewing external documents, investigating supplier quality incidents, and advising leadership on matters of food safety. You'll also partner closely with the New Product Team throughout product and facility onboarding, proactively identifying and mitigating quality, food safety, and regulatory risks before they become problems. You're the company's go-to expert on Quality Compliance - the person every department turns to when product integrity is on the line.
As JuneShine Brands continues to scale, this role scales with it - more products, more partners, more decisions that matter.
Procurement Manager
The Opportunity:
Every supply chain has a bottleneck. The question is whether you're reacting to it or already three steps ahead of it.
As JuneShine Brands' Procurement Manager, you'll do more than execute - you'll help design the procurement and MRP strategy that keeps the business ahead of its own growth. You'll negotiate with key suppliers, own planning parameters end to end, and turn supply chain data into the recommendations leadership actually acts on. You'll mentor a direct report and be trusted to make the judgment calls that keep things moving without escalation.
If you'd rather build the system than just run it, this role was built for you.
\n- You have 4+ years of experience in purchasing/ordering - managing POs, supplier timing, and inventory levels
- You have 1+ years of experience sourcing suppliers globally, beyond existing or domestic relationships
- You understand how lead times ripple through inventory, cash, and risk - especially when sourcing internationally
- You've negotiated contracts for 2+ years with total cost in mind (price, terms, MOQs, freight), not just unit price
- You've led a team for 2+ years and own the MRP process end to end
- You're comfortable operating without a rigid playbook, and you know when a decision is yours to make vs. when it's time to loop in your manager
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with procurement leadership to develop and refine procurement, inventory, and production planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead or co-lead process improvement projects, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to reduce cost, cycle time, or risk
- Analyze supply chain data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for management
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support/guide vendor negotiation and pricing decisions, with final negotiation and sign-off led by your leader
- Contribute to annual planning, demand forecasting, and capacity analysis activities
- Lead contract negotiation with key suppliers on high value materials
Advanced Operations Execution
- Manage complex supplier relationships, including performance reviews, contract adherence, and escalation resolution with minimal oversight
- Oversee end-to-end order management for high-value or complex accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and fulfillment accuracy
- Lead root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate across production, finance, and operations to align supply chain execution with business priorities
MRP & Production Planning
- Own and administer the MRP process, including maintaining planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock levels, lot sizes, and reorder points
- Analyze and act on MRP-generated planned orders and action items with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure MRP inputs - including BOMs and demand forecasts - are accurate and current
- Identify systemic MRP planning gaps and drive improvements to planning logic, master data, and system configuration
Reporting, Systems & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track supply chain performance against company targets
- Identify and drive system enhancements in ERP and MRP platforms to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- 4+ years of experience in purchasing/ordering - including maintaining inventory levels, processing POs, and managing day-to-day supplier ordering
- 1+ years of global sourcing experience (identifying and qualifying suppliers outside existing/domestic vendor relationships)
- 2+ years of contract negotiation experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience owning MRP processes (planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, reorder points)
- Inventory management experience
- Experience in CPG, with beverage a plus (open to supplements, hemp, or similar categories)
- Horizontal manufacturing experience ( i.e., working with multiple co-packers/co-manufacturers)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification
- Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, etc.)
- Power BI or equivalent BI/reporting tool experience
- Experience with change management and driving adoption of new systems or processes
- Prior experience presenting to senior leadership or aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Compensation:
- $95,000 - $110,000 per year
- The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, location and overall expertise
Perks + Benefits:
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws
- Healthcare coverage: up to 90% company contribution for employees and 25% for dependents
- Voluntary vision, dental, and accidental plans
- 401(k) with up to 4% company match, free financial coaching, student loan match support, and 529 education savings accounts
- 12 weeks of paid Equal Parental Leave, $500 Baby Bonding Bucks, and a sustainable baby gift

Hemp beverage policy is being written state by state, and the brands with the best advocates in the room will define what’s possible. This is a high-impact, externally facing role reporting to the CEO, working closely with the Board, and industry partners to advance advocacy efforts and unlock scalable growth.
If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy shaping emerging policy state by state, and have a track record of winning advocacy battles in hemp, cannabis, or alcohol, then this role is for you
\n- Pragmatic and confident navigating complex, evolving state regulatory frameworks

- Skilled at translating regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business guidance
- Strong relationship builder with state regulators, legislators, and industry partners
- Collaborative across compliance and business teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Lead Government Affairs & Advocacy:
- Shape policy outcomes: Proactively influence state and federal hemp beverage regulations before they're finalized - focusing on packaging standards, DTC frameworks, and market access
- Drive advocacy campaigns: Represent Willie's in state-level advocacy, industry coalitions, trade associations, and regulatory working groups
- Build strategic relationships: Cultivate relationships with state regulators, policymakers, legislative staff, and key stakeholders
- Develop policy positions: Create regulatory comments, white papers, testimony, and advocacy materials that influence outcomes in priority markets
- Monitor and analyze: Track legislative and regulatory developments across priority states and advice leadership on strategic response - anticipating shifts, not just reporting them
- Maintain industry presence: actively participate in trade associations, industry events, and coalitions to stay ahead of political and commercial trends
- Serve as internal expert on state hemp beverage frameworks across active and expansion markets
- Guide market prioritization and entry strategies based on regulatory feasibility and advocacy opportunities
- Partner with product, marketing, legal, and sales teams to integrate regulatory insight into go-to-market strategy and commercial decisions
- Provide strategic direction to the compliance function to ensure execution aligns with markets you're opening
- Other duties and areas of coverage may be assigned at the manager's discretion, consistent with the scope and level of this role
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- 5-8 years of government affairs or regulatory advocacy experience in hemp, cannabis, alcohol or highly regulated CPG
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per month
- Strong understanding of state hemp beverage policy landscape and emerging regulatory trends, including market access and packaging considerations
- Proven track record of influencing state-level regulations or legislation across multiple states
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to inform strategic and commercial decisions
- Comfortable making strategic recommendations and pushing back with hard truths when needed
- Existing relationships with state regulators, legislators, or industry advocacy organizations (NCIA, HIA, NBWA, WSWA, DISCUS, Beer Institute)
- Experience working at or with alcohol or hemp trade associations
- Experience with industry coalitions on multi-state policy campaigns
- JD or formal legal/policy training
- Familiarity with FDA, TTB, USDA, or state beverage control agencies
- Background building government affairs functions in high-growth companies
Compensation:
- $160,000.00-$170,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus
- The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, location and overall expertise

- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws
- Healthcare coverage: up to 90% company contribution for employees and 25% for dependents

- 12 weeks of paid Equal Parental Leave, $500 Baby Bonding Bucks, and a sustainable baby gift
