Staff Product Designer
About Klarity
Tldr on us: Series B, $91M raised, 7x growth last year.
Digital Transformation gave rise to a $600B consulting Industry. AI Transformation will be 10x bigger and will be delivered through agents. We built that.
Our AI discovers how work actually happens across every team and application, Structures it into a living Context Graph, and Improves it continuously.
ServiceNow mapped 900+ processes in 9 days. DoorDash captured 3,800+ finance operations in 14 weeks. That's not a project. That's compounding intelligence.
OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe use Klarity to transform how they transform. We shipped GPT-4 document chat within 12 hours of OpenAI's API launch.
We move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about our customers, our team, and our mission.
About the role
Klarity is at an inflection point. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer — a senior individual contributor who acts as a force multiplier across Klarity's product. You'll lead multiple complex, ambiguous design efforts end to end, set the bar for craft and for how design and code work together, and shape how our AI-native enterprise product holds together as one coherent system. Designer first, you bring your designs to life in working prototypes and into the product itself, with engineering alongside you.
We care about your systems thinking, and your track record of shipping — not your degree.
Enterprise software has a reputation for being clunky and hard to trust. Our bet is the opposite: that the most powerful Enterprise AI product can also be the most intuitive. Design is how we win that bet.
How design works at Klarity
Design at Klarity is small but mighty, and hands-on. We work in tight loops with engineering and product — no throwing mocks over a wall. Designers own problems end to end and bring their own work to life: you'll prototype with AI tools or in code and help ship the real thing, not just a spec. We care deeply about craft — the states, the edge cases, and the small details that make a product feel finished — and we'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than polish in private. And because AI is the core of what we build, designing for it is the job here, not a side specialty.
What you’ll do
Own a product area end to end — Take end-to-end ownership of a product area: lead its complex, strategic design problems from problem definition through a real, shipped experience.
Set the systems vision — Hold the whole product in view and keep it coherent as one experience as it scales — how flows, data, and product areas fit together — anticipating cross-area collisions and designing for them before they happen.
Define how design and code work together — Bring your designs into the product (with engineering alongside you), use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) fluently, and establish the prototyping and shipping practices the team adopts.
Own AI-native UX patterns — Own end-to-end UX for AI-native and agentic workflows — human-in-the-loop oversight, transparency, trust calibration, and the evaluation criteria for what 'good' AI output looks like — contributing to setting the patterns the whole product follows.
Ground decisions in users and outcomes — Drive product discovery and user research to surface the right opportunities, drawing on both qualitative signals (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative data (product analytics, metrics, experiments). Define and measure the outcomes your work is accountable for.
Drive design-system strategy in the AI era — Own the design system itself — its components, tokens, patterns, and governance — so it scales across design and code and lets both people and AI produce consistent, accessible, on-brand UI fast. Set the guardrails that keep AI-assisted UI on-brand and coherent as the team and product grow.
Level up the team — Raise the craft bar through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge-sharing.
Who you are
A designer who ships and multiplies — Strong design foundation, you build your own work, and you make the designers around you better.
AI-native in how you think — AI is already core to how you work and reason about problems.
Exceptional craft and taste — Interaction, hierarchy, states, and edge cases are where you're at your best, and you set the quality bar others calibrate to.
A systems thinker at product scale — You understand how components, flows, and data combine into one coherent experience across our complex enterprise product, and you see cross-area collisions before they happen.
At home in ambiguity, high agency — You find the high-value problems, commit to a direction, and move strategy and people without authority.
You may be a good fit if you have — Extensive experience designing complex software, a track record of leading ambiguous, high-impact work end to end, and examples of raising the bar across a team.
Bonus if you
Have shipped front-end code — React, TypeScript, or similar — comfortable in the codebase.
Have set design direction across teams — you've been a force multiplier, not just an individual maker.
Have built AI-native products before — you've shipped real experiences on top of LLMs.

Recruiting Lead

Most recruiting roles are about running the machine.
This one is about building it.
You'll build the systems, the AI workflows, and the talent narrative for a company hiring the top 1% of AI talent — to ship products used by OpenAI, Stripe, Uber, and DoorDash. We're already on prompt v9 in our internal screening pipeline. We need someone who takes it to v50.
About Klarity
Klarity (YC S18) partners with Fortune 500 companies like ServiceNow, JLL, and Moody's, and frontier AI companies like OpenAI, DoorDash, Uber, and Stripe to deliver real AI outcomes.
Traditional transformation playbooks take years, burn millions, and leave teams exhausted. Klarity upgrades the script: continuous, compounding improvements that everyone participates in.
We're not looking for someone to maintain an existing recruiting machine. We're looking for someone excited to build one.
Read This Before Applying
We're building Klarity differently. The right founding recruiter genuinely shares this philosophy — they don't tolerate it.
We hire exponential contributors, not headcount. A small team of exceptional people, augmented by AI, will outperform a large team of good people. Every hire should meaningfully increase our collective capability. If you're energized by building large teams and tracking req counts, this isn't the right role.
We are AI-native in how we operate. We use AI throughout our hiring process and expect every person we hire to be AI-native in their work. You should already have gained 200–300% efficiency in your own workflow over the last two years — and have a real point of view on what creates leverage and what doesn't. Curiosity isn't enough; we want hands-on practice and outcomes.
We do not build sprawling HR infrastructure. No programs for the sake of programs. No enterprise HR software stack. Every system you build should be lean, high-signal, and tied to outcomes. If you've spent your career building HR organizations at traditional companies, this role will frustrate you.
We are high-intensity and mission-driven. Klarity isn't for people seeking work-life balance in the traditional sense. The people who thrive here are energized by hard problems and high standards — not drained by them.
We are in-person. Five days a week, San Francisco. Our culture is built on proximity. This is a firm requirement.
If this sounds like the environment you've been looking for, keep reading. If it sounds exhausting or misguided, we're not the right fit.
The Role
This is a hands-on, founding role at the intersection of recruiting execution, systems design, and AI-enabled workflows. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles while defining how hiring operates as Klarity scales.
Klarity's People organization is actively evolving — including an ongoing search for a VP of People — which means team structure, systems, and ownership are still taking shape. This role is best suited for someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a risk. You won't inherit a mature recruiting function. You'll build the structure, workflows, and operating rhythm that make hiring scalable and predictable over time.
In the near term: identify and close exceptional talent in highly competitive markets. Longer term: build a recruiting function that consistently delivers high-quality hires, with the sourcing strategies and operating rhythm to scale as Klarity grows.
Who You Are
A builder, not a maintainer.
You've helped build recruiting processes, workflows, interview structures, or operating rhythms from scratch — and improved them through iteration. You don't need mature systems to be effective. You create structure where none exists.
AI-native, with receipts.
You're actively applying AI across sourcing, screening, and recruiting ops — not reading about it, not planning to try it. You've measurably compounded your own output over the last two years and can spot AI fluency (or its absence) in candidates within a 30-minute conversation. You're comfortable partnering with deeply technical founders and hiring managers, and you ramp quickly in complex domains.
Strong full-cycle executor.
You can independently drive sourcing, screening, calibration, coordination, and closing. You know how to maintain momentum while balancing candidate experience and hiring quality. You move quickly without sacrificing the talent bar.
Exceptional at engaging top talent.
You know how to identify and engage highly sought-after candidates who are unlikely to apply inbound — people fielding offers from the best companies in the world and skeptical of outreach. You're resourceful, persistent, and know how to build trust with ambitious candidates in competitive markets.
High-judgment, energized by ambiguity.
You have a strong point of view on talent and challenge hiring managers when warranted. You operate without perfect direction and create clarity through action. Early-stage ambiguity doesn't drain you — it's where you do your best work.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across engineering and technical functions, from intake through close.
Build Klarity's recruiting foundation — interview processes, evaluation frameworks, sourcing strategies, and workflows that create consistency and scale over time.
Drive top-of-funnel quality through outbound sourcing in highly competitive markets.
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers on role scope, talent calibration, and hiring decisions.
Build and refine AI-native recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, and ops — and share what compounds.
Experience
Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, OR demonstrated success building a 0→1 recruiting function at a startup that has scaled
Experience supporting technical or product-related hiring strongly preferred
Hands-on AI tool use in recruiting workflows — active, practical, with measurable efficiency gains
Leveling & Compensation
Level: Recruiting Lead (IC). Scope and team structure will evolve in partnership with the incoming VP of People.
This role reports directly to a co-founder in the interim, with reporting structure evolving once the VP of People is in seat.
Location: San Francisco, CA. This role works in-person from our San Francisco office five days per week. This reflects how our team operates and is a firm requirement.
Benefits:
Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation
Paid Parental Leave
$500 Annual Learning Fund
$100 Monthly Wellness Fund

We move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about our customers, our team, and our mission.
The Role
We are looking for an AI Front-end Engineer who sits at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering. You are an engineer first, but with exceptional design sensibility that elevates everything you build. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the "look and feel" of AI-native workflows, ensuring that our complex enterprise tools feel as intuitive as the best consumer apps.
Note: We do not require a CS or Engineering degree. We care about your portfolio, your GitHub (or equivalent), and your track record of shipping.
Who You Are
Engineer first, designer by instinct - You're a front-end engineer with a natural eye for great design. You can discuss the tradeoffs of Server Components versus Client Components just as fluently as you can critique spacing and visual hierarchy.
Expert in modern web technologies - React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind aren't just in your toolkit—you've truly mastered them. You understand the performance consequences of your architectural decisions and ship code that's both elegant and performant.
AI-native developer with creative problem-solving chops - You wield tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0.dev, and Lovable as extensions of your craft. You use AI to prototype 10 variations in the time it used to take to build one, letting you focus on the hard problems: information architecture, user flows, and delightful interactions.
Ship with velocity and craft - You find the shortest path to get features in front of users while obsessing over the details that create delight. You catch when animations feel off by 50ms or color contrast doesn't meet WCAG standards. You believe speed and quality aren't opposites—they happen together when you're thoughtful about how you build.
Drive outcomes with product thinking - You move from prototype to user feedback to iteration to production with speed and conviction. You own features end-to-end, challenge designs that compromise user experience, and care deeply about the entire user journey. You shape the product through action, not waiting for permission.
Bring energy that elevates others - You see "impossible" UI challenges as puzzles waiting to be solved. Your optimism, intensity, and passion for craft are contagious and make the team stronger.
-
Experience: 6+ years of shipping production-grade products
What You'll Do
Architect scalable front-end systems - Design reusable component libraries, establish patterns for state management and API integration, optimize bundle sizes, and ensure the platform performs beautifully at scale. You'll work across the full spectrum from responsive layouts to micro-interactions, with bonus points for diving into Python backends when needed.
Own and ship the primary user-facing features - Build the core interfaces users interact with daily. You'll write the React components, integrate with backend APIs, and polish every detail to production quality.
Bridge AI capabilities with elegant user experiences - Partner with product and backend engineers to understand what's possible, then create interfaces that expose powerful functionality while hiding technical complexity.
Multiply your impact across disciplines - You speak designer, engineer, and product fluently. Use AI tools to rapidly prototype design concepts in code and bridge gaps between teams with working demos instead of static mocks, turning ambiguous ideas into tangible experiences that drive better decisions.
Benefits:
Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation
Paid Parental Leave

Senior AI Backend Engineer
The Role
We're hiring Senior Backend + Applied AI Engineers to build the core systems that power Klarity's multimodal agents in real enterprise environments. This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems and applied AI: you'll design and ship backend services that ingest messy real-world data, orchestrate model/agent workflows, enforce enterprise-grade security and deliver reliable outcomes at scale.
You'll work closely with product, design, and other engineers to turn ambitious AI capabilities into production-grade features that Fortune 500 enterprises can depend on. We care deeply about engineering fundamentals (correctness, observability, security, performance) and equally about iteration speed - because in this space, only the teams who ship quality products & features at incredible velocity win.
You'll set technical direction for critical subsystems and mentor engineers earlier in their careers - raising the bar for the entire team.
Note: We do not require a CS or Engineering degree. We care about your ability to ship, your systems thinking, and evidence of strong execution - whether through production work, open-source contributions, research, or high-quality side projects.
Who You Are
Backend engineer with sharp product judgment - You design and build services, APIs, data models, and infrastructure that are reliable, observable, secure, and fast. You can explain architectural tradeoffs as fluently as you can debate the right abstraction boundary. You optimize for outcomes - developer velocity, latency, correctness, uptime - and not just for elegance in the abstract. You've been the person teams turn to when a design review needs a tiebreaker.
Systems thinker with uncommon foresight - You see around corners. While solving today's stated requirements, you anticipate how services will need to evolve - functionally and non-functionally. You design for the future but build for the present, and you never let architectural dogma slow the team down. You've designed at least one system from scratch that other engineers now build on top of and is used in production at scale. You establish patterns and conventions that become team defaults.
Applied AI builder who ships to production - You're energized by LLMs, multimodal agents, orchestration protocols, and the messy work of making the entire AI stack reliable. You think instinctively in terms of evals, model regression tests, traceability, and exception handling. You've shipped multiple AI-powered features to production and have hard-won opinions about orchestration patterns, eval frameworks, and failure modes at scale.
AI-native developer across the entire SDLC - You wield tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot as extensions of your craft. You are extremely confident to run concurrent agents doing your chores reliably. You use AI to generate technical designs, scaffold APIs, draft schemas, write tests, and build migration plans. You've built custom workflows and internal tooling around AI-assisted development that others on your team have adopted.
Ship with velocity and craft - You find the shortest path to get features into users' hands while obsessing over the details that create trust. You balance the tradeoff between taking shortcuts, and just enough tech debt to pay off in the next sprint or two. You believe speed and quality aren't opposites - they happen together when you're thoughtful about how you build. You've developed a reliable intuition for when to cut scope versus when to invest, and you help the team make those calls with confidence.
Bring energy that elevates the entire team - You see gnarly distributed systems challenges as puzzles waiting to be solved. Your optimism, intensity, and passion for craft are contagious. You make everyone around you faster and more ambitious. You also frequently cross-pollinate learnings by seeking and sharing them with the team. You create leverage by unblocking others - through code reviews, architecture guidance, and clear technical writing that becomes team documentation.
-
Experience: 4+ years designing and shipping production-grade products
What You'll Do
Build the backbone of Klarity's AI platform - Design, experiment, build, test, and deploy the backend services that power everything our users use. You'll own critical infrastructure end-to-end: from data ingestion and storage to API design, background processing, and deployment architecture. You'll make foundational decisions on technology choices, data models, and service boundaries that shape the platform's trajectory.
Turn AI pipelines into bulletproof workflows - Implement AI orchestration pipelines that hold up under real-world variability. You'll work with structured outputs, tool calling, state management, grounding, and other guardrails to ensure agents behave reliably at scale. Build comprehensive evals and regression tests so the team ships model changes with confidence. You'll define the orchestration patterns and evaluation frameworks the team standardizes on.
Design for the future, ship for today - Balance long-term architectural vision with relentless shipping cadence. You'll make pragmatic decisions that keep the codebase healthy and the product moving forward - knowing exactly when to take on deliberate tech debt and when to invest in foundations. You'll own the technical roadmap for your area and make the calls on when the team pays down debt versus pushes forward.
Build for enterprise security and scale - Design least-privilege access, strong tenant isolation, auditability, and secure data handling. You treat trust and safety as core engineering requirements, not afterthoughts. You'll define security and isolation patterns for new product surfaces and be accountable for the trust posture of your systems. You also design and build systems that scale gracefully as a feature grows from 0 → 1 → 10 → 100.
Multiply your impact across disciplines - You speak backend, AI, product, and infrastructure fluently. Partner with frontend and design to shape how AI capabilities surface to users, and turn ambiguous product ideas into concrete technical plans that drive better decisions across the team. You'll be a key voice in cross-functional planning, shaping what we build as much as how we build it.

Alliances Director
Klarity is seeking an Alliances Director to own and develop our relationships with Big-4 and management consulting firms — some of the most consequential partnerships in our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you'll report directly to the SVP, Head of Go-to-Market and will be responsible for transforming how the world's largest professional services firms adopt, deploy, and co-sell Klarity across their enterprise practices.
This is a role that requires diplomatic precision. You'll navigate a nuanced dynamic: Klarity compresses the discovery and documentation work that consulting firms have historically billed for, while simultaneously making their engagements more profitable and their clients happier. The best person for this job understands that tension intuitively and can turn it into a compelling partnership story — helping firms show up differently and accelerate time-to-value delivery for their end customers.
You'll orchestrate the complete relationship across multiple dimensions: consulting firms as customers (using Klarity to modernize their own delivery), as co-selling partners (jointly delivering to enterprise clients), and as channels (sell-through, sell-to, and white/grey-label motions). This includes defining where Klarity invests resources, which markets and verticals receive focus, structuring partnerships for maximum mutual value, and ongoing coordination and multi-threading internally with Klarity executives and account teams.
This role requires someone who can hold their own in boardroom-level meetings with Big-4 leadership while simultaneously rolling up their sleeves to drive execution on the ground. You're as comfortable in a strategy session with a Managing Director as you are building the enablement materials that help 10,000 consultants understand what Klarity does — without needing to train each one individually.
What You'll Do
Own the strategic roadmap, investment decisions, and revenue accountability for Klarity's consulting alliances portfolio, with a target of driving $25M+ in annual partner-sourced revenue
Build and maintain executive relationships within Big-4 and management consulting leadership to position Klarity as the foundational technology for their transformation and advisory practices
Develop scalable enablement programs that help consulting firms' workforces understand Klarity's capabilities without requiring one-to-one training
Design and operationalize partner economics across sell-to, sell-through, and white/grey-label models, ensuring commercially sound structures that scale
Partner with consulting firms to co-develop industry-specific solutions and reference engagements that showcase Klarity's unique capabilities in process intelligence, speed-to-insight, and continuous improvement
Diplomatically navigate the displacement dynamic — Klarity compresses traditional consulting discovery timelines, so you'll position that as a feature (not a threat) that makes their engagements more profitable
Lead the pursuit of significant enterprise deals through partnerships, ensuring proper positioning and support throughout complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Establish success criteria for joint accounts and create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement across the partner portfolio
You May Be a Good Fit If You…

AI Backend Engineer @ Within
Experience: 1-3 years shipping production code (or exceptional new grads with strong portfolios)
Location: San Francisco / Bay Area (Relocation assistance available)
Job Type: Full-time
The Role
We're hiring Backend + Applied AI Engineers to build the core systems that power Within's multimodal agents in real enterprise environments.
You'll be paired with senior engineers who'll accelerate your growth, but you'll own real features from day one - we don't believe in extended bench time.
You're building strong instincts for architectural tradeoffs and you actively seek feedback on your design decisions. You optimize for outcomes - developer velocity, latency, correctness, uptime - and not just for elegance in the abstract.
Systems thinker - You're developing the muscle to see around corners. While solving today's stated requirements, you anticipate how services will need to evolve - functionally and non-functionally. You design for the future but build for the present, and you ask good questions about why things are built a certain way and push back when complexity isn't justified.
Applied AI builder who ships to production - You're energized by LLMs, multimodal agents, orchestration protocols, and the messy work of making the entire AI stack reliable. You think instinctively in terms of evals, model regression tests, traceability, and exception handling. You've built at least one meaningful AI-powered project - whether production, open-source, or a serious side project - and you understand the gap between a working demo and a reliable system.
You're hungry to master these workflows and are already noticeably faster than peers who haven't embraced AI tooling.
Ship with velocity and craft - You find the shortest path to get features into users' hands while obsessing over the details that create trust. You can calibrate the tradeoff between speed and tech debt, and you welcome guidance on where the line is. You believe speed and quality aren't opposites - they happen together when you're thoughtful about how you build.
What You'll Do
Build the backbone of Within's AI platform - Design, experiment, build, test, and deploy the backend services that power everything our users use. You'll own meaningful components of critical infrastructure - shipping features end-to-end with increasing scope and autonomy: from data ingestion and storage to API design, background processing, and deployment architecture.
Turn AI pipelines into resilient workflows - Implement AI orchestration pipelines that hold up under real-world variability. You'll work with structured outputs, tool calling, state management, grounding, and other guardrails to ensure agents behave reliably at scale. You'll start by building and extending evals, adding guardrails, and hardening existing pipelines - rapidly developing the judgment to design new ones.
Design for the future, ship for today - Balance long-term architectural vision with relentless shipping cadence. You'll make pragmatic decisions that keep the codebase healthy and the product moving forward - developing judgment on when to take on deliberate tech debt with the support of senior engineers.
Build for enterprise security and scale - Design least-privilege access, strong tenant isolation, auditability, and secure data handling. You treat trust and safety as core engineering requirements, not afterthoughts. You also design and build systems that scale gracefully as a feature grows from 0 → 1 → 10 → 100. You'll work within established security patterns and contribute to extending them as new use cases arise.
Grow your impact across disciplines - You'll develop fluency across backend, AI, product, and infrastructure by working alongside teammates from each discipline. Turn ambiguous product asks into clean technical specs, and learn to bridge gaps between teams with working prototypes.

We move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about our customers, our team, and our mission.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own and evolve Klarity’s cloud infrastructure, security posture, and deployment operations. This is a foundational, hands-on role: you’ll architect multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models, harden our security and compliance surface, automate everything that can be automated using state-of-the-art AI, and ensure our platform can scale reliably as we cater to hundreds of enterprise customers.
You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, application security, and platform reliability—partnering closely with backend engineers, product, and leadership to make sure that every line of code we ship lands on infrastructure that is secure, observable, and ready for the most demanding customers in the world.
Note: We do not require a CS or Engineering degree. We care about your ability to ship, your systems thinking, and evidence of strong execution—whether through production work, open-source contributions, certifications, or battle-tested operational experience.
Who You Are
Infrastructure engineer with a security-first mindset – You design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure that is secure by default, not secured as an afterthought. You think in terms of blast radius, least privilege, and defense in depth. You’ve built and maintained production infrastructure on AWS (and ideally GCP or Azure) serving enterprise-grade workloads. You know how to make infrastructure reproducible, auditable, and self-healing. You’ve built CI/CD pipelines that teams actually trust, written infrastructure as code that other engineers can read and extend, and designed deployment workflows that make shipping safe and fast.
You’ve worked across tenancy patterns – You’ve designed or operated platforms that serve multiple tenants with strong data isolation and can articulate the tradeoffs between shared infrastructure, siloed namespaces, and fully dedicated environments. You understand tenant isolation at every layer: network, compute, storage, and application. You’ve navigated the complexity of deploying the same application across multi-tenant SaaS, single-tenant dedicated, and hybrid (split control-plane / data-plane) topologies.
Security engineer who thinks like an attacker – You proactively identify and close security gaps before they become incidents. You’ve implemented secrets management, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST pipelines, runtime threat detection, and incident response playbooks. You understand supply chain security, container hardening, and network segmentation at a deep level. You’ve been the person the team turns to when a security incident needs triaging at 2 AM.
Well versed with compliance and governance – You’ve worked in environments that require SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or similar frameworks and you understand how to translate compliance requirements into engineering controls. You can build audit trails, access logs, and policy-as-code systems that satisfy auditors without slowing down developers. You’ve helped a company achieve or maintain at least one major compliance certification.
Ship with velocity and craft – You wield tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot as extensions of your craft. You use AI to generate Terraform modules, scaffold pipeline configurations, draft runbooks, and automate toil. You’ve built custom workflows around AI-assisted infrastructure development that others on your team have adopted. You believe speed and quality aren’t opposites—they happen together when you’re thoughtful about how you build.
Bring energy that elevates the entire team – You see gnarly infrastructure and security challenges as puzzles waiting to be solved. Your optimism, intensity, and passion for craft are contagious. You make everyone around you faster and more ambitious. You create leverage by unblocking developers—through clear documentation, self-service tooling, and proactive communication that turns infrastructure from a bottleneck into an accelerant.

Build bulletproof CI/CD and deployment automation – Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make shipping safe, fast, and auditable. Implement progressive deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, feature flags), automated rollback, environment promotion workflows, and infrastructure-as-code practices that the entire engineering team can confidently use. Ensure that every deployment is traceable, reversible, and compliant.
Build observability and incident response capabilities – Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability across infrastructure and application layers. Build dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into system health, performance, and security posture. Design and document incident response playbooks, runbooks, and post-mortem processes. Establish SLOs and error budgets that align with enterprise customer expectations.
Multiply your impact across the engineering team – You’ll be among the foundational infrastructure hires on the team. Build self-service tooling, clear documentation, and developer-friendly workflows that let every engineer ship with confidence. Partner with backend engineers to ensure application architecture aligns with infrastructure capabilities.
