About Us

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
We are open to applications for NYC, Stockholm, and London.
The Role
Legora is going from ~250 people to roughly 1,600 inside a year, across 20+ locations and every time zone. The operating model has to change as we become an enterprise — and someone has to own the engine that keeps the whole company coordinated as it 7x. This is that role.
As Director of Business Operations you will build a company, make sure Legora runs and that we move in the same direction, by owning Legora's coordination engine: the operating model and planning cadence, the company-wide metric tree, the decision-rights framework, cross-functional integration, and the business systems the company runs on. You bring a sharpened analytics lens to how the company plans and reviews its own performance, partnering across the org to drive the MBR and QBR cadence. You lead and build the Business Operations team, you partner with the C-suite, CEO office and Operations Special Projects and PMO team , and you report to the VP of Operations. This is a build-and-run leadership role at the same time — you are standing the function up while it already carries load.
What You’ll Do
Own the operating model end to end: how direction is set, how it cascades to every team, how decisions get made and escalated, and how alignment is held between quarterly beats.
Design and run business review business review OKR (or similar) and planning cadence, the company-wide metric tree, and the operating rhythm that turns exec bets into coordinated, tracked execution with an focus on analytics, partnering across the org to drive the MBR and QBR cadence. Your closest partners are Analytics (Product), Finance FP&A and CEO office.
Translate metric-tree analysis into business cases that inform company bets and investment decisions.
Define and hold the decision-rights framework — who owns what, what escalates, and how fast it moves.
Partner with internal communications across 20+ locations — top-down framing and the bottom-up loop that keeps leadership honest.
Own the business systems backbone — Notion, Slack governance, knowledge management, tooling and keep it agent-ready. In close partnership with IT.
Build and lead the Business Operations team (operating-model and systems roles), and absorb and build out the steady-state operational layer as Legora grows.
What You Bring
15+ years combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work — consulting/banking into an operator seat, or an equivalent path — including time leading people.
A track record running company-wide planning (OKRs, metric trees, operating cadence) at 1000+ people, ideally through hyper-growth.
Strong analytics fluency — comfortable owning a metric tree end to end and driving a data-informed MBR/QBR cadence, using SQL and building relevant dashboards.
Operating judgment across altitudes — you move from a leadership-committee deck to an in-the-weeds implementation call without missing a beat.
Executive presence and backbone: you build trust fast and drive outcomes through influence in rooms with founders and VPs.
A builder's bias: you create the structure, you don't wait to inherit it. You treat "can an agent do this?" as the first question, given headcount is the binding constraint.
Strong Candidates May Also
Have built an operating model, planning cadence, or decision-rights framework from scratch at a scaling company.
Have worked in a Chief of Staff or Senior Ops capacity, as the role or as a close partner to it.
Come from a hyper-growth environment where the org doubled more than once during their tenure.
What’s In It For You
Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
Legora has grown from 40 to more than 900 people in 18 months. During that time, we reached $100M ARR, tripled our valuation in five months, and continued expanding into new markets around the world.
Our Talent Acquisition function is now entering its next chapter. The processes, standards, and hiring approach that support our next phase of growth are being built today, which you’ll play a significant part in. You'll work closely with senior leaders from day one and play a key role in shaping how Legora hires and scales.
What You’ll Do
Revenue growth depends on having the right commercial talent in place, fast, and at a high bar. As a Talent Partner, you will own that directly. You are not a support function for the Growth team. You are a commercial operator in your own right, accountable for the quality and velocity of the people who drive Legora's growth.
You will own end-to-end hiring across Growth teams in North America, working closely with senior leaders who are genuinely invested in recruiting, trusted to make high-impact decisions on hiring and team composition.
Specifically, you will:
Own full-cycle recruitment across teams in North America, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
Help shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, ensuring we stay ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.
Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar for talent.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted and credible ambassador for Legora throughout.
What You Bring
You understand that hiring decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the teams you hire for. You're hands-on, sharp, and trusted by senior leaders to shape teams that win. We're looking for:
5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
A proven track record hiring high-performing go-to-market talent across the seniority levels that matter most at this stage of growth.
Genuine commercial acumen. You understand OTE structures, quota attainment, and how a hire affects revenue trajectory, and you use that fluency to advise hiring managers and close exceptional candidates.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs, but shaping them.
The ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace.
Comfortable in ambiguity with a bias toward action. You build a structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions.
Collaborative but direct. You influence and challenge senior stakeholders when needed, and you drive decisions rather than defer them.

We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
Legora is bringing on our first dedicated Procurement hire in New York to build our intake-to-PO infrastructure from the ground up. This is a foundational role reporting to the Head of Procurement: you won't be running existing systems, you'll be designing and optimising them on our current platforms, and then owning how they run day to day.
We've scaled past $100M+ in ARR across four offices and three acquisitions, and our buying process hasn't kept pace. Today, purchasing decisions live in Slack threads and spreadsheets. You'll work at the intersection of Finance, Legal, Security, and IT, with direct exposure to how the business scales.
If you like building order out of ambiguity and want your work tied directly to company growth, this is the role.
What You'll Do
Build and Own the Intake-to-PO Lifecycle: Design, maintain, and launch our intake-to-procure process, including intake triage, approval matrices, vendor onboarding, PO creation, and fast-buy paths like P-card programs, catalogues, and self-service purchasing. Then run it day to day, identifying bottlenecks and driving issues to resolution with minimal oversight across the business, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT.
Enhance Procurement with AI: Identify where AI agents, automation, and modern tooling can improve the current process, then build, deploy, and iterate. Verify AI output with rigour: anticipate failure modes, build in checks, and set the standard for how the team distinguishes trustworthy output from unreliable work.
Partner with Accounts Payable: Support vendor master data quality and PO accuracy, and troubleshoot disputes upstream before they become an AP problem.
Be the Subject-Matter Expert: Give clear, responsive guidance to internal teams and vendors on procurement tools, policy, and compliance. Exercise sound business judgement on exceptions instead of escalating every one.
Own Reporting and Analytics: Build the dashboards and reports that track procurement performance, surface trends and anomalies, and translate spend data into a clear narrative for leadership and budget owners.
Keep Vendor Reviews Moving: Coordinate security, privacy, and legal diligence with the relevant teams so purchases clear review on a timeline people can plan around, without procurement becoming the bottleneck.
Lead Cross-Functional Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tooling, represent Procurement in cross-functional initiatives, and fold acquired companies' vendors and contracts into one system. Partner with global teams on local vendors, entities, currencies, and tax.
Build the Enablement Layer: Make the process self-serve. Write the playbooks, build a searchable internal library of policy, templates, and vendor guidance, and record short how-to videos so teams can buy correctly without asking you first.
What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in procurement operations, intake-to-PO processes, or an analytically rigorous operations role at a high-growth tech company.
Direct experience building procurement processes from zero: intake, approval matrices, and vendor onboarding, not just operating within one that already exists.
Deep familiarity with procurement and P2P tooling (Ramp, Ironclad, Zip, NetSuite, or similar) and a bias toward automation over manual work.
Comfort building with and evaluating AI tools and agents, with the rigour to verify their output rather than take it at face value.
Working knowledge of AP and payment processes, so you can hand off cleanly to AP and troubleshoot upstream issues before they become AP's problem.
Strong business judgement: you're comfortable resolving exceptions, managing ambiguity, and making calls without a rulebook already written for you.
A builder's mindset: you'd rather design the scalable system than repeatedly patch the same manual process.
Excellent stakeholder communication: you can explain policy and process clearly to both internal teams and vendors, and you give and take direct feedback without ego.
Nice to Have
First or early procurement hire at a company scaling headcount and vendor count fast.
Vendor security review fluency: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DPAs, and a view on which parts actually matter.
Multi-entity, multi-currency procurement across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
End-to-end implementation of a procurement, CLM, or spend platform.

The Role
As the Customer Success Systems Manager, you’ll own the tools and automations that power Legora’s post-sales organization: Engagement, Solutions & Delivery, and Technical Operations. You’ll administer and evolve our support and customer education systems, including Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, Granola, and build the automations and data connectivity that let those systems work together, and partner with AI Enablement to bring AI tooling into day-to-day workflows responsibly.
This role reports directly to the Head of Global Services and is based in New York City.
What You'll Be Doing
Systems ownership & administration
Own day-to-day administration of Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, and Granola, including configuration, implementation, user management, and data integrity.
Serve as the point of contact for tool-related issues escalated from the Post-Sales organization.
Monitor system performance and reliability, and coordinate resolution of complex issues with vendors and internal IT.
Salesforce/CRM administration remains owned by RevOps and is not part of this role
Automation & workflow design
Design and maintain automations and data connectivity across the post-sales tool stack, reducing manual handoffs between systems.
Partner with AI Enablement on configuration, training, and ongoing governance of AI tools embedded in support and services workflows.
Cross-Functional Enablement
Train and document best practices for post-sales teams, and act as the internal expert for the systems you own.
Partner with IT, Data, and Product teams on integrations and systems requirements across the post-sales stack
Who You Are
Systems fluency: Hands-on systems administration experience with support or customer success tooling (Intercom, Zendesk, Clay, Gainsight, or similar).
Project management: You’ve run a tool rollout or migration end to end, from kickoff through adoption, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
Builder mindset: Comfortable moving between hands-on configuration work and the automation/process design that reduces it over time.
Roughly 4–6 years of relevant experience in systems administration, support operations, or CS operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Experience with our stack is a strong plus, in order of relevance: Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, Granola.
Salesforce or other CRM experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
This is an individual contributor role; “Manager” reflects ownership of the systems function rather than people management.
Why This Role
Cross-functional ownership: Own the tools and automations for our cross-functional post-sales organization
Build, don’t inherit: Much of this stack currently lacks a single owner; you’ll define how it’s run rather than inherit someone else’s system.
Direct leadership visibility: Report directly to the Head of Global Services.
Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
In-person environment: New York (Union Square) office designed for ambitious builders, with company-provided lunch daily.
Benefits & Perks
We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
Medical, Dental & Vision
Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente
HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)
Dental plans via MetLife
Vision plans via Vision Care

Free access to Maven Clinic
Dependent Care FSA
Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

The Role
Few companies at this stage have this much to design and build at once, and at scale! Rapid geographic expansion and the establishment of multiple legal entities place demands on our People function to keep pace.
As a People Operations Specialist, you'll execute and continuously improve the operational processes that power every stage of the employee lifecycle as we grow.
Reporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you'll work hands-on across Legora's core People function, partnering closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal and Finance. Our mission is to build operational excellence that enables the business to scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
What You'll Do
Execute and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
Own the day-to-day administration of onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave processes and organisational updates.
Prepare documentation and employee records, ensuring every process is completed accurately and on time.
Maintain high-quality employee data and ensure operational accuracy across all People processes.
Build, document and maintain scalable operating procedures, playbooks and process documentation that enable consistent execution globally.
Coordinate People Operations activities across multiple stakeholders, countries and time zones, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Identify manual work, operational inefficiencies and recurring issues, and propose and implement better ways of working.
Partner closely with People Tech to improve operational workflows and prepare processes for automation, while leaving technical implementation to the People Tech team.
Support international expansion, acquisitions and organisational changes by executing operational People processes at pace.
Help establish operational metrics, monitor service quality and continuously raise the bar for operational excellence.

Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working in an environment where priorities change quickly, without compromising quality.
A continuous improvement mindset — you naturally look for ways to simplify, standardise and improve operational processes.
Strong written documentation skills and the ability to create clear, repeatable operational procedures.
Comfortable working independently, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Experience building agents/agentic workflows as part of People processes is a plus.
