About the Opportunity – Demand Generation Manager:
The Demand Generation Manager is a hands-on campaign marketer responsible for project managing and executing integrated demand generation programs across Employ’s portfolio. This role will keep cross-functional campaigns moving from brief through launch and follow-up, plan and deliver virtual events and webinars, and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, this individual will bring structure, urgency, and strong attention to detail to multiple programs at once. They will coordinate contributors, timelines, assets, audience strategy, sales enablement, and measurement to ensure programs launch on time and contribute to pipeline goals.
About the Team:
What You’ll Do:

Integrated Campaign Management: Project manage cross-functional campaigns from kickoff through launch and post-campaign follow-up, coordinating deliverables across Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales.

Virtual Events & Webinars: Plan and execute Employ-hosted and partner virtual events, including topic and speaker coordination, promotion plans, platform and production logistics, registration and attendee communications, run-of-show management, and post-event nurture.

Partner & Co-Marketing Execution: Turn partner opportunities into executable programs by managing joint campaign plans, timelines, approvals, content and event deliverables, lead-sharing requirements, and follow-up commitments.

Campaign Project Management: Build clear project plans, briefs, calendars, status updates, and launch checklists; proactively surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to keep programs on track.

Sales Alignment & Follow-Up: Partner with Sales and RevOps to define target audiences, prepare enablement materials, communicate campaign details, and ensure timely, coordinated lead follow-up.

Measurement & Optimization: Track registration, engagement, lead, pipeline, and conversion performance; synthesize results into practical recommendations that improve future programs.

Program Support: Support priority in-person events, ABM programs, product launches, and other demand generation initiatives as team needs evolve.
What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, field or event marketing, partner marketing, or a related role within B2B SaaS or technology.

Demonstrated experience coordinating integrated campaigns with multiple channels, contributors, deadlines, and dependencies.

Hands-on experience planning and running webinars or virtual events from promotion through production and follow-up.

Strong project management skills and a track record of bringing structure to fast-moving, cross-functional work.

Clear, proactive communication and the ability to build productive relationships across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external partners.

Working knowledge of funnel metrics and the ability to connect campaign activity to lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort managing several programs at different stages simultaneously.

A resourceful, collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, and project management platforms; familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.

Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or an adjacent B2B SaaS category is helpful, but not required.
We believe clarity builds trust, so we share the national pay range for this role: $75,020–$90,000 per year (USD base salary). This range reflects the scope of the role across the U.S. and is informed by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position.

About the Team:
The Web team sits within Growth Marketing and is responsible for turning Employ's web ecosystem into a high-performing growth engine. It owns the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Lever, JazzHR, Jobvite, and Employ websites, ensuring they effectively attract, engage, and convert buyers while driving measurable pipeline impact. This team is particularly focused on two critical areas of growth: conversion rate optimization
(CRO) and AI-driven discoverability. Through continuous testing, experimentation, user experience improvements, SEO, GEO, and emerging AI search strategies, the Web team helps ensure our brands are easy to find, easy to understand, and designed to convert in an increasingly AI-powered buying landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Web Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision and roadmap for all four web domains (Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite), aligning web strategy to business goals, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Drive a rigorous, data-driven approach to improving conversion across the funnel, including landing pages, site flows, and key conversion paths.

SEO & GEO Strategy: Own organic growth strategy, including technical SEO and on-page optimization. Have a deep focus on AEO & GEO approaches to ensure visibility in modern search experiences.

Content & Messaging on Web: Partner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure site content is clear, compelling, and aligned to target audiences and buying stages.

Information Architecture & Navigation: Continuously refine site structure, navigation, and user flows to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Multi-Brand Web Management: Ensure each brand is distinct while maintaining consistency and scalability across the broader web ecosystem.

Experimentation & Testing: Build and scale a culture of testing (A/B, multivariate), using data and insights to inform ongoing optimization.

Performance & Analytics: Define and track key web KPIs (traffic quality, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution) and use these insights to drive ongoing decisions.

Web Development Oversight: Oversee development and technical execution, ensuring the site is functioning well, scalable, and aligned with modern best practices.
What You'll Bring:

Experience: 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech. (HR tech experience is a plus!)

Web Ownership: Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy design, execution, and performance optimization.

CRO Expertise: Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing, optimization, and user behavior insights.

Organic Growth: Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, with awareness of emerging trends like AI-driven search and GEO.

Content & UX Sensibility: Strong instincts for content, messaging, and user experience, with the ability to improve clarity and engagement.

Experience with Team and Agency Management: Demonstrated success managing internal teams as well as external agencies, consultants, and vendors across SEO/GEO and digital marketing initiatives, including setting strategy, evaluating performance, prioritizing work, and ensuring accountability against business outcomes.
