A BETTER BUILT WORLD https://www.miter.com/resources/a-better-built-world/
At Miter, we’re on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence. If we’re successful, we’ll make it easier and faster to build critical physical infrastructure - roads, bridges, utilities, data centers, housing, etc.
For decades, construction and field services contractors have had to run their businesses on outdated software: clunky, on-premise systems created in the 1980s and 1990s.
That’s where Miter comes in. We’re using AI and embedded payments to rebuild the core HR, finance, and operations systems that underpin our physical economy. Using Miter, contractors like Marathon Electrical https://www.miter.com/customer-story/marathon-electrical-contractors/, W.J. O’Neil https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNExtmeHcSg, and Truebeck Construction http://truebeck.com/ are building stronger teams, controlling job costs, and accelerating jobsite execution.
This idea is resonating. Since we launched in 2021, we’ve grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR, making us one of the fastest growing vertical software companies ever. To double-down on our momentum, we’ve raised $50M+ from top investors (Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery) who share our belief that we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:
Our SDR team is the engine behind Miter’s pipeline growth — and we’re scaling it fast. As an Inbound SDR, you’ll be the first to connect with contractors who raise their hand to learn more about Miter, responding fast and turning that interest into qualified pipeline. You’ll work hand in hand with Marketing and Account Executives to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
This is a high-impact seat with plenty of room to get creative. You’ll help sharpen our qualifying and follow-up motions, tie prospect pain to the right Miter modules, and shape a repeatable inbound playbook as the product evolves — working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas and accelerate revenue growth.
As the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you’ll set the tone for strong, lasting relationships and help contractors see the value of modern, industry-leading tools. We’re committed to your growth: SDRs at Miter have a clear path into senior SDR roles, Account Executive positions, and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — demo requests, content downloads, and marketing-sourced leads — responding with a time-to-touch under 15 minutes
- Run qualifying and discovery conversations to surface prospect pain and tie it back to the relevant Miter modules
- Communicate Miter’s value proposition and business impact, booking qualified meetings (SALs) for Account Executives and managing clean handoffs
- Follow up persistently with every lead that no-shows or doesn’t self-book, re-engaging across phone, email, and other channels
- Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality, and own your activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce
What You’ll Need:
- No prior experience required — prior SDR work, cold calling, or transferable experience from college (athletics, leadership, part-time sales) is a plus
- Highly organized — you can juggle a high volume of inbound leads and follow-ups, staying on top of every prospect without letting anything slip through the cracks
- Strong written and verbal communication — as the first point of contact at Miter, you’re energetic, personable, and make a great first impression
- A natural relationship builder who partners closely with AEs, asks sharp questions, and stays genuinely curious about every prospect
- Self-motivated and coachable, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in Sales
- Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic — you bring consistent energy and bounce back quickly from a “no”
- A true team player above all — you win as a team and lift up the people around you
Our Interview Process:
- Recruiter Screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Take Home Assignment
- Final Executive Interview
OUR BENEFITS:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive (well above “market”) salary, commission, and equity packages.
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, FSA, vision plans to suit you and your family’s needs.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Company-matched contributions to help you plan for your future.
- Flexible PTO: Take the time you need to recharge and be your best self.
- Parental Leave: Generous 16-week paid leave for all parents, including adoptive and foster parents.
- Learning & Development: We offer every employee an annual educational allowance to explore external professional development.
- Office Extras: Snacks, coffee, lunch, and commuter benefits for in-office Mitosaurs.
- Community: Company-wide and team-specific off-sites per year.
HYBRID VS. REMOTE APPROACH:
We believe the magic of Miter comes from working side by side. We also believe in work flexibility. For roles that are listed as hybrid, our approach is 3 days a week in the office giving us the chance to connect, brainstorm, and build stronger relationships. If you live within a reasonable commute to either our New York City or San Francisco offices, we ask that you work in our hybrid approach.
Otherwise, for roles listed as remote or in other cities where we don't have an office location, there is no requirement to work in our hybrid approach. We do travel a few times a year for onboarding, company-wide and team specific off-sites!

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY:
Miter provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities.
USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN OUR HIRING PROCESS:
Miter uses AI-assisted tools as part of our hiring process to help our recruiting team manage and review applications more efficiently. We want to be transparent about how this works.
What the AI does: When you apply to a role at Miter, an AI tool may review your application against the specific qualifications and requirements posted for that job. This tool identifies whether your experience appears to meet, partially meet, or not meet each stated requirement, and it provides supporting evidence from your application for every assessment it makes.
What the AI does not do: The AI does not make hiring decisions. It does not reject, advance, or rank candidates on its own, and it does not assign you a numerical score. Every application is reviewed by a member of our recruiting team, who makes the final call on whether you move forward. The AI is a tool that helps our team prioritize their time across a high volume of applications. It is not a substitute for human judgment.
What information it uses: The tool evaluates the application materials you submit (your resume and any other application content) against role-specific criteria our team has defined. It does not pull information from external sources such as social media or professional networking profiles, and personal identifying information is removed from your materials before any AI review takes place.
Human oversight: Our recruiting team periodically reviews how these tools are performing to check for unintended patterns in outcomes, and we retain the ability to override any AI-generated assessment at any time.
Your options: If you would like to know more about how AI is used in connection with your application, or if you would prefer your application be reviewed through a fully manual process without AI assistance, contact us at [talent@miter.com] and we will accommodate that request.

ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:
Our SDR team is the engine behind Miter’s pipeline growth — and we’re scaling fast. As an Outbound SDR, you’ll own prospecting within a newly established geographic territory model, partnering closely with Account Executives to execute a targeted, scalable outbound strategy across the construction industry.
This is a builder’s seat. You’ll have room to get creative as we shape a repeatable SDR playbook and a high-impact, data-driven sales engine, working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas, sharpen messaging, and accelerate revenue growth.

And we’re committed to your growth: SDRs at Miter have a clear path into senior SDR roles, Account Executive positions, and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting — 80–100 dials a day across cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target accounts and key personas across the construction industry to craft relevant, tailored messaging that breaks into hard-to-reach accounts
- Communicate Miter’s value proposition and business impact, qualifying prospects and booking ~5 direct SALs per month for your aligned Account Executive
- Own the nurture of every prospect all the way through to a completed discovery call and a clean handoff to your AE
- Own your activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce, and help build a repeatable playbook by testing and refining messaging, cadences, and scripts as we grow the team
What You’ll Need:
- No prior experience required — prior SDR work, cold calling, or outbound prospecting is a plus, along with athletic, competitive, or leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to pick up the phone and make a strong first impression with cold prospects
- Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic — you bounce back quickly from a “no” and bring consistent energy every day
- A natural relationship builder who partners closely with AEs, asks sharp questions, and gets creative about breaking into target accounts
- Self-motivated and coachable, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in Sales

To double-down on our momentum, we’ve raised $50M+ from top investors (Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery) who share our belief that we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:
As Miter's first Enterprise Account Executive, you will build our enterprise motion from the ground up. This is a full-cycle quote-carrying sales role where you will act as a consultative partner to some of the largest names in construction, guiding multi-state general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and vertically integrated firms to a better way of running their business.
You will own a named list of enterprise accounts from the first outreach through signed contract running complex sales cycles that involve real buying committees: CFOs, COOs, VPs of Field Operations, IT and payroll leadership, procurement, and legal. You will partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Launch and Customer Success to scope multi-entity deployments and hand them off cleanly, and you will build the ROI case and lead the commercial negotiation the whole way through.
There is no enterprise playbook here yet. You will help write it alongside GTM leadership, with a direct seat at the table while the motion is still being defined, in an industry that has run on the same outdated software for forty years and is finally ready for something better. You will have a direct impact on how the largest contractors in the country manage their teams, projects, and financials, ultimately helping them build a better built world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own a named list of enterprise accounts — large multi-state general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and vertically integrated construction firms — driving net-new logo acquisition from first outreach to signed contract.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — build relationships with C-suite and VP-level economic buyers (CFOs, COOs, VPs of Field Operations), IT and payroll leadership, and procurement or legal.
- Partner cross-functionally to scope the deal right — work with Solutions Engineering, Launch, and Customer Success on multi-entity, multi-EIN deployments, and ensure a clean handoff at close.
- Lead commercial negotiation — pricing, MSAs, and security or procurement requirements, start to finish.
- Build the business case — construct and present a quantified ROI story tied to a prospect's actual cost structure and operations, not a generic template.
- Keep the pipeline honest — disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and feed account-level insight back to Product and Marketing.
- Represent Miter in the field — industry events and trade shows that build pipeline and brand presence in the enterprise construction segment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 6+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years selling to enterprise accounts — with a track record of consistently exceeding an enterprise-grade quota.
- Experience running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with 5+ stakeholders, and navigating procurement, security review, and legal/contract negotiation on enterprise deals.
- Fluency with a structured enterprise sales methodology and disciplined pipeline and forecast management in Salesforce.
- Executive presence — you're comfortable building trust and credibility with C-suite and VP-level buyers at large, established companies.
- Sharp discovery instincts — you can surface business pain a prospect doesn't state outright and translate it into urgency.
- Cross-functional orchestration — you can mobilize internal teams (Solutions Engineers, Launch, Customer Success, Legal) around a deal without dropping the ball.
- Nice to have: experience selling into construction, field services, or another traditionally underserved vertical; an existing network among general contractors, specialty subcontractors, or the construction ERP/VAR ecosystem; or experience helping build an early enterprise motion at a high-growth startup.

To double-down on our momentum, we’ve raised $50M+ from top investors (Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery) who share our belief that we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow Miter's Northeast Sales Team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will build, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives who own defined geographic territories, launching new markets, acquiring new business, and creating a winning sales culture in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and a deep commitment to coaching your team on the ground — where your customers work.
This role requires significant overlap with East Coast working hours, so we're hiring within in our NYC Office. This role also involves approximately 25% travel. Most travel will be within your team's East Coast territories and focused on field coaching, customer meetings, industry and company events, and site visits.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and develop strong teams: Hire, develop, motivate, and manage 6–8 full-cycle Account Executives who each own a defined geographic territory. Coach them to be trusted advisors in their local markets.
- Be in the field: Actively participate in the sales process through ride-alongs, joint customer visits, site visits, trade shows, and local partnerships. Be present where your reps are — on the ground, in the territory.
- Be an effective operator: Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews, provide performance analysis, and deliver consistent coaching to ensure your team exceeds their targets and develops the skills required for career growth.
- Drive territory growth: Help your team build pipeline from scratch in new and existing markets. Understand the nuances of each rep's territory and coach them on local prospecting strategies, account prioritization, and long-cycle discipline.
- Lead collaboratively: Partner with cross-functional teams — including product, marketing, launch, and customer success — to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on business goals across the East Coast.
- Leverage technology and data: Utilize our CRM and other technologies to track key metrics, forecast pipelines, and report on team productivity. Salesforce experience preferred.
- Culture: Foster an entrepreneurial, high-energy, and collaboratively competitive team culture that levels up everyone around you — grounded in local presence and genuine customer relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2+ years of leadership experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of 6+ quota-carrying Account Executives in a field or territory-based sales model.
- A track record of consistently exceeding team quotas and helping your reps grow, get promoted, and win — including in competitive, ground-up territory development.
- Direct experience in field sales or managing field sales teams: you understand what it takes to build pipeline from scratch, maintain presence in a territory, and develop local market expertise.
- A passion for coaching and building high-performing, motivated sales teams who show up and compete in the field every day.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you're scrappy, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written.
- Strong business judgment and data fluency to inform decisions and drive predictable results.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — with your team, your customers, and your community.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the East Coast region. This is a field-first leadership role.
- Experience in construction, payroll, or related industries is a plus.

As an Account Executive at Miter, you will own a defined geographic territory and be responsible for building it from the ground up. This is a full-cycle, field-oriented sales role where you will act as a consultative partner to contractors, guiding them to a better way of running their business. You will drive new account acquisition across your territory from initial outreach to close, developing deep local market knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor in your regional construction community. You will have a direct impact on our customers' ability to manage their teams, projects, and financials with greater efficiency, ultimately helping them build a better built world.
This role involves approximately 25% travel. Most travel will be within your local territory and focused on customer meetings, events, and site visits. Travel expectations will be set and agreed upon in advance, with the majority being local or regional rather than cross-country.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prospect & Qualify: Strategically manage geographically aligned prospects. Effectively target and qualify their “fit” based on Miter’s value proposition.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand a contractor's unique business needs and pain points related to payroll, HR, and field operations. Be an expert on industry trends to establish credibility with C-suite executives looking to stay ahead.
- Demonstrate Value: Effectively position and demonstrate how Miter's all-in-one platform provides contractors with a consolidated way to integrate all key components of running their business.
- Drive Business: Negotiate and close new logo opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, including sales development, launch and customer success, to ensure a seamless handoff and successful implementation for new customers.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain an organized and accurate forecast. Including up to date pipeline stages and forecast categories.
- Be a Founder: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the team, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to a dynamic, rapidly growing company.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales experience with a track record of top performance
- Demonstrated experience building and owning a territory: you know what it takes to generate pipeline from scratch and stay disciplined on the same accounts over time.
- A founder mindset: you take ownership, don't make excuses, and treat your territory like a business.
- Resourcefulness: when the normal playbook fails, you find another way rather than waiting for someone to hand you one.
- Natural curiosity about your customers' world: you ask better questions, go deeper, and change your approach based on what you learn.
- Coachability and adaptability: you welcome feedback, navigate change well, and get better every cycle.
- Willingness to be in the field: this role requires local presence, relationship building, and showing up where your customers work.
- Experience in the construction, payroll, or related industries is a plus

We believe the magic of Miter comes from working side by side. We also believe in work flexibility. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY:

ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:
Partnerships is already core to how Miter goes to market — we work with dozens of partners today across our marketplace and delivery ecosystem. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you'll take that foundation and turn it into a scaled, durable revenue channel, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to get there.
As Head of Partnerships, you'll own our marketplace and delivery partner strategy end to end, with a clear mandate to take to That means expanding the partner ecosystem we've already built, tightening the infrastructure and processes that connect Miter's platform to the customers who benefit most from it, and building the team to get there. You'll have direct visibility across the organization and a clear path to building and leading a team as the function scales. We're looking for a builder who is deeply customer-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to make a lasting impact in a $2T industry that is overdue for a technology transformation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own our partner strategy end to end, growing annual partner revenue 100% by strengthening existing partnerships and expanding the partner portfolio
- Build and lead the team behind that growth as the function scales
- Manage partner tiers, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and enablement programming
- Coordinate co-sell motions with Sales, surface integration opportunities with Product, and support co-marketing with Marketing
- Define and track core KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced ARR, activation rates, and goal attainment
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment and a track record of building or scaling a partnerships function
- A strategic background with experience building and scaling operational and business processes
- Experience hiring and managing a team, with the ability to build out a function as it grows
- Comfort architecting channel strategy, conducting market analysis, and driving execution
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and AI; ability to build operational infrastructure including deal registration, attribution tracking, and performance reporting
- Excellent relationship-building skills — someone who earns trust from external partners and internal stakeholders equally
- A bias for action, strong operator instincts, and comfort with ambiguity; you think in systems and build processes that scale beyond yourself
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to represent Miter to senior partners and influence cross-functional teams

About the Team & How We Work
Miter is building a suite of apps for contractors — and we need founders to build them. This is not a traditional PM role. As App Founder, you'll own a new app from zero: choosing the problem, finding the customers, building the prototype, and growing it into a $10M+ ARR business.
You'll work with a tiny team at first (often just you and another engineer), supported by Miter's platform, customer base, and GTM team. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and have visibility with the ELT. Think of it like being a seed-stage founder — with the distribution advantages of a scaling company behind you.
We move fast, operate with high trust, and expect high ownership. If you've ever wanted to build something from scratch without giving up the rocket ship you're already on, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Run deep customer discovery across 2–3 candidate problem areas and identify the most compelling app opportunity
- Build a working prototype within your first 90 days — using AI coding tools, no-code platforms, or whatever it takes
- Pitch and demo your app to real prospects, incorporate their feedback, and iterate rapidly to find product-market fit
- Own the commercial motion: pricing, packaging, early sales, and customer expansion
- Graduate the app through Miter's stage-gated investment framework (Discovery → Pre-Seed → Seed → Series A)
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in product, founding, or full-stack engineering at a high-growth software company
- A track record of launching 0→1 products — you've started something, shipped it, and learned from it
- Comfort working with AI coding tools to build and ship prototypes independently
- Sharp customer instincts — you can run great discovery interviews and know a real pain point when you hear one
- High ownership mindset — you treat this like a business, not a project
Why This Role Is Different
Most PM jobs are feature factories. This one isn't. You'll have:
- Founder-level ownership over a new product line
- Significant milestone-based bonuses — $M++ in cash and equity across graduation stages
- Direct access to Miter's customer base of thousands of contractors from day one
- A clear path to becoming GM of a $10M+ ARR category inside a fast-growing company

ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:
Miter is helping contractors re-design their businesses, giving them tools to better manage the complex workflows and challenges they face in the back office and at the job site. We’re in the early days of our journey, and the potential to transform construction for the better is massive.
Design is AI first and builder-led at Miter. We leverage tools like Cursor and Claude to move quickly from idea to concept, explore flows and interactions, and then progress to Figma and Storybook for systems and polish. We stay close to the customer, ship quickly to learn, and embrace new ways of working.
As Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role by leading design strategy and execution. You’ll meet with our customers to learn about their unique needs and workflows. You’ll collaborate daily with product and engineering, enabling the team to ship features that raise the bar on quality and user experience (and even shipping small features of your own). And you’ll play a key role shaping how we leverage AI to deliver consistent, delightful UX.
What You’ll Do:
- Own design strategy and execution (interaction design, design system and componentry) across the Miter platform
- Partner closely with peers in engineering and product (as well as cross-functional teams at Miter) to shape the user experience for both new and existing Miter apps
- Work directly with our customers to learn how they use Miter and how it fits into the complex workflows that they use to run their business
- Help shape the vision for AI capabilities at Miter and bring a user-centered lens to AI-powered functionality
- Experiment with new AI tools, processes, and ways of working across product, design, and engineering
- Operate with pragmatism and a first-principles approach to help the team deliver value to customers quickly and consistently
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years in product design at a high-growth software company
- Strong user-centered design skills - you have a keen understanding user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills - you have a track record of working effectively with product, engineering and cross-functional teams to define design requirement and align on goals
- A bias for action and delivery - You’d rather get something valuable in front of customers from this week than perfect it for a month. You understand the benefit of shipping incremental value and optimizing for rapid learning
- You are AI-native in how you work - you are eager to leverage AI tools to extend what and how you build, and to accelerate teams around you
- 0-1 Delivery - you are adept at prototyping, running design experiments, and delivering incrementally to unlock insights and launch new products
OUR BENEFITS:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive (well above “market”) salary, commission, and equity packages.
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, FSA, vision plans to suit you and your family’s needs.

ABOUT THE TEAM AND HOW WE WORK:
Building the OS for the built world is no small feat. We’ll need to ship a LOT of high quality code in the coming years, and to do so, we’re building an engineering culture centered around craft, ownership, and collaboration. >25% of our engineers and product managers are ex-founders, and we hire for slope, not intercept. Being a place where you can just build things requires talent density and some unique ways of doing things.
A few ways we’re different:
- No rules…rules: Many engineering teams design processes and rules around the lowest common denominator. Not us! We trust brilliant engineers to deliver magical customer outcomes and introduce processes and rules only when necessary.
- Full-full-stack: Our technology stack (TypeScript everywhere!) and processes are designed to encourage engineers to run their projects end-to-end. This usually involves writing technical blueprints, implementing full-stack solutions, and talking to customers directly to get feedback.
- Lean and AI-native: AI is turning 10x engineers into 100x engineers. We believe lean, talent-dense, AI-native teams will outship much larger teams with less talent density.
- Blueprints and building blocks: One of our core Miter values is “build the blueprint”. Writing things down clarifies our thinking and aligns our teams. This also applies to building fundamental building blocks and abstractions that make developers’ lives easier.
- We feel our customers’ pain and celebrate their success: We encourage engineers to build direct relationships with customers, feel their pain, and celebrate their success. We love fast feedback loops.
- We’re meritocratic: We value results and hard work. We reward engineers who consistently ship and deliver for customers with increased scope and compensation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the design and implementation of products and systems end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and technical roadmap.
- Improve technical quality on the team by giving detailed technical feedback on blueprints and in code review.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems.
- Expertise in technical problem solving, data modeling and API development.
- Curiosity to deeply understand business context and user needs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas in writing.
- Collaborative nature with humility, empathy, and a drive to elevate those around you with thoughtful technical feedback.

- Design, build, and maintain products/systems that power our core platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Actively participate in blueprinting, code reviews, and technical documentation for your team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset and curiosity to understand business context and user needs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
- A team-oriented attitude with humility and openness to new ideas.
