Social Media & Community Manager
At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Social Media + Community Manager
We're looking for a Social Media + Community Manager to bring Moxie's brand to life across our organic channels. This role owns the daily voice of Moxie, shaping how we show up on social channels and inside Scale Society.
You won't just execute content, you'll shape a narrative, deepen engagement, and drive real business outcomes through content and community. You'll also help Moxie scale its voice by activating others: turning our employees into credible creators, and knowing how to bridge brand-building content to the moments that grow the business thoughtfully, without ever making it feel transactional.
This role sits within our Marketing team and works closely with Growth, Advocacy, Product Marketing, and Events. As we transition key channels away from agency support, you'll build the foundation for a more agile, integrated, and authentic brand presence.
Our objectives for the role
Build a consistent, high-impact organic social presence. Take ownership of Moxie's engaged social channels, driving brand visibility, credibility, and follower growth through a steady content calendar and platform-native voice.
Connect organic momentum to the moments that grow the business. Turn brand-building content into a thoughtful on-ramp for Moxie's monetization moments: challenges, launches, webinars, and Scale Society, so social does more than build awareness; it feeds the funnel. You know the difference between earning trust and extracting it.
Bring community engagement to life. Moderate and elevate Scale Society and social comment interactions, creating belonging, spark, and two-way dialogue, and helping new members land well.
Stand up the employee creator program. Build the engine that turns internal expertise into published content, coaching subject-matter experts to show up as thought leaders, and systematizing a repeatable harvest from sales and product conversations into social-ready content. You'll make employee creation easy, consistent, and on-brand.
Improve marketing team agility and execution. Own social and community execution with clear reporting, insights, and experimentation to help the team move faster and learn quicker.
We're looking for someone who:
Has demonstrated experience running organic social channels. You've owned content calendars, created social assets, managed posting cadences, and know how to adapt voice by platform.
Understands audience psychology and brand storytelling. You turn insights, trends, and themes into posts, series, and conversations that feel human and compelling, not generic.
Knows how to turn organic into outcomes, thoughtfully. You understand the line between building community and selling to it, and can design content that earns trust first, then bridges naturally to conversion moments. You've connected organic work to real business results without making it feel transactional.
Can build community, not just content. You value two-way engagement and know how to cultivate belonging in comments, DMs, and community spaces.
Knows how to make other people great creators. You can coach non-marketers to create confidently, and build lightweight systems that keep employee-generated content flowing without becoming a bottleneck.
Moves quickly, iterates often, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You run point on execution, bring structure to workflows, and surface insights that drive improvement.
Collaborates deeply across teams. You build strong relationships with design, growth, advocacy, and sales partners, and know how to make cross-functional work easy.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience as a creator or running creator-forward, short-form video content
Experience building or running an employee advocacy / creator program
Experience managing a dedicated community platform (Circle or similar)
Background in beauty, aesthetics, health, or consumer wellness
Experience launching social series or building engagement playbooks
Experience at SaaS, consumer-tech, or B2B brands with strong organic presence
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
Staff Platform Engineer (IC-4)
At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Staff Platform Engineer
Remote, Full-time
Location: LATIN AMERICA Colombia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, or Chile - Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Working hours: Core overlap with 9 AM – 5 PM EST (flexible schedules between 7 AM – 8 PM EST)
About Moxie
Moxie empowers aesthetic industry professionals to become successful entrepreneurs. We provide a sophisticated SaaS platform that simplifies the operational complexities of running MedSpas, enabling nurses and medical professionals to launch, operate, and grow their businesses across the country.
Hundreds of customers rely on Moxie Suite to run their MedSpas end-to-end: scheduling, medical purchasing, payments and invoicing, bookkeeping, analytics, and more. The platform operates at real-world scale and reliability requirements, integrating with systems such as AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, Twilio, Datadog, and others.
We are a fast-growing company focused on building reliable infrastructure, strong developer experience, and operational excellence as we scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to help own and evolve the systems that enable Moxie engineers to ship safely, quickly, and reliably.
This role sits at the intersection of DevOps and SRE. Your most important responsibility will be incident handling — you'll be the primary owner of detecting, responding to, and resolving production issues across our infrastructure. During US business hours, you'll typically be the sole platform/infra expert on call, though developers will be available to support you as needed. Given this, the role can be demanding at times and requires availability beyond standard hours when incidents arise.
Beyond incident response, you'll work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, local development environments, observability, and operational tooling. You'll partner closely with product engineering teams, but your primary responsibility is the health, reliability, and usability of the platform itself.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with meaningful ownership, but no people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Observability & Reliability
Participate in incident response as needed
Own and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog, AWS, Vercel and related tools
Ensure systems are observable and failure modes are well understood
Help teams learn from incidents through postmortems and follow-ups
Balance reliability with delivery speed through pragmatic SRE practices
Platform & Infrastructure
Own and operate core platform systems across AWS, GCP, Vercel, Github, and Cloudflare
Improve reliability, scalability, and security of production and non-production environments
Maintain and evolve infrastructure supporting multiple services and teams
CI/CD & Deployments
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), focusing on speed, reliability, and clarity
Improve deployment workflows, rollbacks, and environment consistency
Reduce deployment-related risk and manual intervention
Partner with engineers and our QA team to improve release confidence and velocity
Developer Experience & Local Development
Improve local development environments and onboarding experience for engineers
Reduce friction in common workflows (setup, testing, debugging)
Maintain tooling and documentation that helps engineers move faster with confidence
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the product engineering team to understand platform pain points and improve local development experience.
Provide guidance and support on infrastructure, deployments, and operational best practices
Contribute to platform standards and shared tooling through collaboration, not mandates
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or SRE-focused roles
Strong experience operating production systems on AWS (certifications strongly preferred), Vercel, and/or GCP
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
Strong understanding of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and IAM
Experience with observability tooling (Datadog preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot production issues calmly and systematically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
Nice to Have
Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, edge configuration)
Experience with Agentic and LLM based tooling and automations (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, etc)
Experience improving local development tooling (ie Docker, Husky, bash)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-sensitive environment
Experience working with PII, PHI, and sensitive data systems in general.
Our Stack
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS ECS/Fargate, GCP, and Vercel
Edge & Security: Cloudflare
CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Observability: Datadog
Database: AWS RDS (postgres)
Version Control: Git, GitHub
AI / LLM Tooling: Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, CodeRabbit, Glean, Codex
Backend Services: Python, Django (operational ownership, not feature dev)
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

Practice Success Manager
At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Practice Success Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Practice Success Manager (PSM) to be the trusted, strategic partner to a portfolio of independent aesthetic practices—the linchpin between what Moxie builds and how practices actually put it to work.
Client-facing, you'll advise practices on everything from grand openings to product selection, cross-selling, and P&L optimization. Internally, you'll be your practices' best advocate, partnering with teams from Engineering to Marketing to deliver value every day and help shape our long-term offering.
This role is focused on strategic partnership, driving product adoption, and exercising sound judgment to identify and escalate complex issues. You'll help practices maximize the value of Moxie by coaching them on business strategy, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve higher-impact challenges.
You'll join a skilled team, go through a robust onboarding, and take on your own book of business as practices complete onboarding. We already have strong tools and templates in place—success in this role is about helping practices apply them effectively. There's no shortage of demand for Moxie, so expect plenty of room to stretch as we grow.
This role is a strong fit if you love the aesthetics industry, understand what it takes to run a successful practice, and want to help others build businesses that support their life and work goals.
Our objectives for the role
Own the relationship with each of your ~50 practices from launch through growth and management — coaching, advising, and connecting them to all of Moxie's tools.
Enable the successful launch and opening of new practices each month.
Build and manage a customized journey for every practice in your book of business.
Advise practices through key operational decisions: staff hiring, device purchases, and pharmaceutical account management.
Provide sales training on AOV, price shopping, and consultations to drive consistent month-over-month revenue growth.
Help drive customer growth for practices through paid marketing, membership programs, or strategic promotions.
Be the trusted, main point of contact and strategic advisor for each nurse-entrepreneur.
Run Monthly Business Reviews so practices understand how their business is performing and where the opportunities are.
Drive consistent growth toward each practice's projected annualized revenue goals.
-
Optimize pricing and expenses across your book to maintain healthy profit margins.
We're looking for:
Several years of real, first-hand experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry, with a clear understanding of how it serves customers well.
Experience building, managing, or optimizing MedSpa businesses — as an owner, operator, franchisee, District/Area Manager, Operations Director, or similar. You likely already have a point of view on what a good P&L looks like.
An ownership mindset: action-oriented, no task too small, and committed to making things right.
Strong service and coaching skills — empathetic, positive, and able to communicate in a way that helps practices succeed.
-
Solid business acumen and a grasp of how to run an aesthetics business well.
Why Join Us?
Above all, we're in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses. If you succeed, med spas stay the opportunity for independent owner-operators, rather than being dominated by a handful of large chains.
We have a lot left to build, but the market feedback tells us we're writing the early chapters of a real success story — and that growth creates opportunity.
The chance to manage a sizable book of business, apply and learn management lessons, and see your practices genuinely thrive.
Remote work environment with the ability to work from anywhere.
Competitive salary and stock, plus generous health, dental, and vision coverage.
