What we're building
Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals.
In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company.
The opportunity
The best CEOs don't scale alone. As Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jaleh, your job is to scale her time and energy across every Mutineer, customer, and investor she touches. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected. Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without.
What you'll own
- Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem.
- The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works.
- The calendar as strategy. Work with Jaleh each quarter to shape a calendar that reflects her actual priorities. Help Mutineers show up with the right pre-reads and prep so every meeting earns its place.
- Playbooks and process. Stay several steps ahead. Spot the patterns, optimize her time, and own work outright when you can: decks, summaries, network intros for sales, whatever gives her more room to lead.
- The office. The space people actually want to come to. Meals, supplies, vendors, the setup, the small touches that make the room feel like a place that takes itself seriously. You're the host, and it shows.
- Events. The dinners, offsites, and team gatherings that keep a fast-growing company connected. You find the location, send the invites, handle the logistics, and make the whole thing feel effortless.
- The culture. Help Jaleh get closer to Mutineers, not further. People are what she cares about most. Be her partner in making work feel like play and adding more spice to Mutiny.
Who you are
- Extremely organized. Nothing slips. You track the details other people forget and keep a busy CEO and office running without anyone having to ask.
- GSD mindset. You know how to crush a to-do list and can multi-task like the best of them. You juggle a lot of balls at once without dropping any.
- Sharp judgment and a writer. You know what needs Jaleh and what doesn't, and you can speak and write as her when it counts. People can't tell where she ends and you begin.
- Several steps ahead. You see the bottleneck before it forms and the opportunity before it's obvious. You're already solving the problem while everyone else is noticing it.
- A great host. You love people and it's contagious. Guests, new hires, and the whole team feel more at home because you're around, and you have the taste to make every space and event feel right.
- High potential. You're hungry, you learn fast, you take ownership, and you're looking for the kind of place that will stretch you.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to be Jaleh's force multiplier and thought partner. Jaleh lives in service of this company, and she's looking for someone who shares that instinct: operationally minded, AI-pilled, and a natural culture creator, with deep humility and a do-whatever-it-takes mindset for the team to win. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Jaleh, turn ambiguity into action, and make the whole company move faster.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Make Jaleh effective. You'll design and orchestrate an AI assistant that runs Jaleh's day to day, drafting and triaging email, preparing materials for every meeting, planning events, and automating any recurring task that doesn't need a human. You'll own her calendar, review prep docs, track every commitment and follow-up, and coordinate travel and logistics so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Problem solving. You and Jaleh will divide and conquer the company's most pressing problems, whatever they are that week, from setting pricing to finding the right lawyer to opening a new office. You take a problem from ambiguous to solved, and you don't wait to be asked.
- People programs. As we grow, we're almost always hiring or designing a new program to strengthen our culture. You'll own how we attract great people, how we onboard them, and the wins and rituals that bring the team together.
- Board, investors, and finance. You'll help prepare board materials and investor updates and partner closely on finance, keeping the numbers, the narrative, and the cadence tight. You’ll oversee our accounting team and monthly closes, until we hire a head of finance.
WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following strengths:
- AI-pilled. You build workflows with AI instinctively and love using technology to drive productivity. You reach for an agent before a to-do list.
- Sharp writer. You write clear, concise emails and messages and rarely have spelling or grammar errors. You can mimick Jaleh’s writing style.
- Problem solver. You tackle a wide range of problems with creativity, break the problem down with little direction, and find new ways to get it done.
- Simplifier. You can separate signal from noise because you know what matters and have excellent judgment. You tend to find the shortest path.
- Operationally minded. You're detail-oriented, extremely organized, and at home in the velocity and chaos of a startup. Your sense of urgency is second to none.
- Culture creator. You're a natural host in your personal and professional life, and you love bringing people together and creating the moments that bond a team.
- Confident. You give and receive feedback easily, stay calm under pressure, and voice your opinion and push back when it matters.
- A servant leader. You live in service of others and nothing is beneath you. You'll take out the trash if that's what the company needs that day.
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years at a startup or in consulting.
- Familiar with the pace and ambiguity of startups.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Most post-sales leaders inherit a process. You'll build it. As our AI strategist lead, you'll own Mutiny's managed account book and lead the technical solutions function that backs up our most complex customers. The teams running Mutiny (Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto) are betting hard on AI, and they need post-sales partners who move their roadmap forward, not just their renewal date. You'll set the bar for what great support looks like, build the playbooks that let CS scale, and step into people management as we hire AI strategists underneath you. This role is in person in New York City.
The teams running Mutiny (Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto) are betting hard on AI, and they need post-sales partners who move their roadmap forward, not just their renewal date. They don't need a partner who tracks their renewal date; they need one who moves their roadmap forward and shows them what's possible with the product before they ask. You'll set the bar for what great looks like, build the playbooks that let CS scale, and grow into people management as we hire AI Strategists underneath you.
This role is in person in New York City.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The managed book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across every managed account at Mutiny. The number is yours.
- Technical solutions. Lead the function that supports our most complex customers. Set the bar for what great support looks like and the standard the rest of the team follows.
- The playbooks. Take what's working across individual accounts and turn it into something the whole team can use. The infrastructure that lets CS scale without losing the quality customers expect.
- Executive relationships. Run EBRs and own the room with CMOs and VPs. The conversations that decide whether the next renewal is a multi-year expansion or a flat one.
- Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it's due. Adoption and customer health are the leading indicators. Revenue is the lagging one.
- The team. Hire, coach, and develop AI strategists as we grow. The ceiling on the book is the ceiling on the team you build.
WHO YOU ARE
- A builder, not an inheritor. You've spotted patterns across customers and turned them into playbooks and process. You don't need perfect clarity to start, you'll create it.
- Fluent in AI, and hungry to go deeper. You're genuinely excited about where AI is taking go-to-market, you get how customers actually adopt new technology, and you can translate product capability into business outcomes an exec will fund.
- Earned executive trust. You build relationships with CMOs and VPs, run business reviews that land, and have hard conversations with grace. The customer trusts your judgment, not just your responsiveness.
- Technical solutions instinct. You've worked closely with or led a technical support function. You know what excellent product support looks like, how to scale it, and how it folds into customer success.
- Renewal mindset, expansion bias. Retention and expansion are personal. You don't wait for a renewal to come up. You're building the case six months out and the customer feels it.
- Ready to lead. You've thought seriously about how to build a team, not just a book. Maybe you've managed someone, maybe you've been the informal leader. Either way, you're hungry for the next step.
- Precision communicator. You can write a crisp follow-up, present a data-driven story to a leadership team, and explain a complex product integration to a technical ops lead, all in the same day.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Most sales leaders inherit a playbook. You'll write one. As a founding first sales manager, you'll partner with the founders, own the number end-to-end from first conversation to expansion, and use AI and our own product to build a team of full-stack sellers that outsells teams 5x their size. What works for our team becomes what works for every sales team running on Mutiny. The calls you make on hiring, motion, and product feedback will shape the company well beyond the sales org. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Revenue. Sales-led revenue, end-to-end. Pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion. The number is yours.
- PLG to enterprise. Define qualification, build the enterprise pipeline, and turn self-serve signups at companies like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto into seven-figure deals.
- Outbound. Generate net new meetings with the hottest AI companies and enterprises in the market. Build the motion, run it yourself first, then teach it.
- The team. Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives into top performers. The ceiling on revenue is the ceiling on the team you build.
- The playbook. Write the sales motion that becomes the default for every team running on Mutiny. What works here ships to thousands of customers.
- Market feedback. Bring customer and market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy. What you hear on calls shows up in next week's roadmap.
WHO YOU ARE
- Player-coach. You're close enough to selling that you'd run the discovery call yourself. You'll be in the top deals every quarter, not watching from a dashboard.
- A leader people follow. Whether you've managed sellers for ten years or you're stepping into your first management seat, you know what makes people tick and how to lead them. AEs run through walls for you because you inspire them and make them better.
- Recruiter at heart. You know the team is the ceiling. The best AEs in your network want to work for you again. High bar for talent, great at hiring.
- Revenue instinct. You have a nose for what's working and what isn't. You're sharp with data, and you can pattern-match from a handful of interactions before the data is conclusive. You build the playbook from what you see, not import one from your last company.
- A simplifier. Most leaders add. You subtract. You can look at a tangled funnel, a bloated roadmap, or a messy org and find the one move that makes everything else obvious. You're hands-on-keyboard and love tinkering with and understanding how everything works.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. ICP isn't fixed, pricing might change, the product ships weekly. You'd rather build in motion than wait for clarity, and you update your point of view the moment the market tells you you're wrong.
- Deep sense of urgency. Every company is re-evaluating their GTM stack right now. The window is open and we're playing to win. You live in relentless pursuit of outcomes and you're never satisfied until you're #1.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Most design hires inherit a system. You'll build it. As a founding designer, you'll partner with the founders and engineering to define how Mutiny looks, feels, and behaves, from the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. They have high standards and strong opinions and you'll hear from them constantly. The patterns you set become the shared language for what AI-native GTM software feels like. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The end-to-end product. From the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. Design new surfaces, rethink existing ones, and figure out which tedious parts of GTM work AI should take over so customers spend their time being strategic.
- The creative agent's output. The work the agent produces matters as much as the surface around it. Partner with engineering on better defaults, smarter constraints, and stronger adherence to brand guidelines. An AI that's genuinely creative and knows how to color inside the lines when it needs to.
- Taste as a system. Curate what good looks like. Build the feedback loops that make the model's output sharper every week. Decide what ships and what doesn't.
- The design system. Components, patterns, and guardrails that let product and engineering ship well-designed work without you in the room. Quality at speed, including the internal tools that make the team faster.
- Product strategy. You're not a feature receiver. You're in the room shaping what we build, pushing back when something doesn't feel right, and pulling engineers into design conversations before there's a screen to react to.
WHO YOU ARE
- Shipped, not just shown. You've taken ambiguous problems, found the right shape, and shipped something people use. The quality of your thinking matters more than the logos on your resume.
- A point of view on AI and creativity. You've thought about where AI should lead and where humans should steer. You can name what makes AI-generated work feel good versus feel generic. These questions excite you, not intimidate you.
- Obsessive about craft. You sweat the 4px decisions. You won't ship something that's "fine" because fine compounds badly. Your work feels thought-through to the last pixel.
- A builder. You prototype, you ship, you iterate. You vibe code side projects, your AI toolkit is broad, and you'd rather make a thing than write a brief about it.
- A systems thinker. You see patterns across features and create the shared foundations that make everything better. You're not solving one screen at a time.
- You sharpen the room. Design here isn't a service org. You shape product strategy, push back when something doesn't feel right, and pull engineers into design conversations before there's anything to react to.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you.
- Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap.
- The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how.
- EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere.
- Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes up. Adoption and customer health are the leading indicators. Revenue is the lagging one.
- The shared playbook. When you find a better onboarding flow, a sharper EBR, or a new play that's working, you document it. The next growth strategist starts where you ended.
WHO YOU ARE
- Customer outcomes are personal. Seeing a customer hit a milestone is what gets you out of bed. Their goals are your goals. You don't celebrate the renewal, you celebrate the result that made it inevitable.
- The expert in the room. You dig into how the product works, how the customer's business works, and how to connect the two. You create "aha" moments by tailoring advice to what each customer actually needs.
- Trust comes quickly. Customers feel like you're genuinely in their corner. You're empathetic, direct, and you always bring context and a clear ask when you need something from them.
- Precision communicator. Crisp follow-up emails. EBRs that tell a real story. Complex concepts in simple terms, with no jargon to hide behind.
- Scrappy and resourceful. You don't wait for a perfect process. You figure things out, document what works, and leave it easier for the next person.
- Renewal mindset. You're building the case for why a customer should stay and grow, not scrambling when it comes up. Adoption and health are the leading indicators you watch.

You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Revenue. PLG self-serve signups and conversion, sales-led motion including pipeline and ARR, retention and expansion.
- Marketing. Build the engine from zero to inevitable, including hiring the team and building the channels.
- GTM engineering. Build the agent-powered growth stack (including Mutiny!) that lets 5 people out-ship a team of 50.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
- A career-defining story. You'll help take Mutiny from launch to a household product every go-to-market professional uses.
- Support from a CEO who has lived sales, marketing, and GTM from every angle, who built Gusto's growth engine from scratch and closed hundreds of enterprise deals. You’ll grow 10X after working for Jaleh because she'll help you unlock potential you didn’t know you had, push you to take big bets and back you if you fail.
- A product customers love, with users from large enterprises like Uber, Rippling, Figma, and Snowflake to thousands of AI-native startups. We are backed by Sequoia, YC, Insight and other tier 1 investors.
- A big seat at the table. You're the customer we sell to and the power user of the product, which means you'll have a big seat at the table including shaping company strategy and participating in board conversations. This role can quickly convert to COO.

- The story. Help buyers understand why Mutiny, why now, and what it means for their team. Partner with the CEO to define how we tell our story.
- The playbook. Document what works, from first touch through negotiation, and turn it into the process every future AE inherits. You'll partner with the founders on sales strategy, tooling, and hiring.
- Product feedback loop. What you hear in deals shapes the roadmap and GTM strategy. You'll work closely with product to improve the product.
WHO YOU ARE
- Close new logos. You have owned and closed net new logo acquisition and have a track record of hitting and exceeding quota selling complex software to enterprise buyers, with a consultative, value-based approach.
- Formal sales training. You have previous sales methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) and you actually run it in your deals. You've led deals with stakeholders ranging from executives to day-to-day users, and you build relationships that outlast the cycle. You're coachable and adapt well to new environments.
- Highly competitive. Whether you were an athlete or mathlete, you've always been competitive and play to win. You go above and beyond to make your team crush the competition and when you lose you reflect on how you can do better next time.
- Connect product to customer pain. You go deep on discovery to understand the customer's business and can connect the dots between on how we can help customers achieve their goals. You can frame why now, why us, and why the buyer should care in five sentences. Senior stakeholders lean in.
- Trailblazer and builder. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down. You tinker and discover. You love using AI to operate more efficiently. You're organized and can codify your playbook for others to use.
- Resourceful and Fullstack. You don't need 6 people to run a deal. You're comfortable doing demos, you are hands on and technical enough to answer questions, you research what you don't know.
- A natural Leader. Customers trust you to listen and help them. Other sellers come to you for how to run their deals. You share what's working and push back when something isn't, all in service of making the product and company better. You make everyone around you better.
