SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
THE ROLE
Join Nash, an autonomic logistics platform helping enterprises plan, execute, and manage deliveries across diverse fleets, partners, and networks. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping innovative logistics solutions powered by advanced AI models and integrations. You’ll drive the product vision, collaborating closely with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to solve real-world operational challenges for large enterprises.
Our platform operates in highly complex environments, handling orders, inventory, dispatch decisions, delivery updates, and exception management across customer fleets and third-party systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will translate these workflow challenges into actionable product development, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value for enterprise customers.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design, build, and launch features that integrate seamlessly with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.

- Work directly with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases, validate requirements, and ensure each release delivers real workflow improvements.
- Build and refine product documentation, enablement materials, and value narratives to support sales, customer success, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive analytics and reporting to measure success, understand customer adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay hands-on with the latest AI advancements, rapidly testing new models, agent capabilities, and feature prototypes with real-world customer use cases.
- Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Nash’s vision with customers, partners, and at industry events.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise environments.
- Proactive discovery and analytical skills—you ask the right questions, explore unarticulated pain points, and transform ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
- Exposure to AI tools and models, with an understanding of how cutting-edge tech can drive value in operational workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally to lead collaborative product development with engineering, design, and technical sales or solutions teams.
- Ability to draft clear requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases based on structured discovery and customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can drive initiatives from 0 to 1.
Even better if you have:
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology.
- Experience shipping AI-native or agent-driven product features.
- Hands-on data analysis or financial modeling skills to quantify product impact.
- Flexible PTO and remote-first culture.

NASH IS THE PLATFORM THAT POWERS MODERN LOGISTICS.
Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.
Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.
We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.
Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.
WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT US
✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career!
✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates
✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity
✅ Flexible paid time off
✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance
Listed by Nash for a position based in the United States. Employers on this board attest they are hiring domestically.
This is a foundational technical hire at Nash, an autonomic logistics platform that helps enterprises plan, execute, and manage deliveries across their own fleets, third-party partners, and the Nash delivery network. We’re building out our Solutions Engineering function and need someone who can understand complex systems, build working solutions, and explain them clearly to customers.
You’ll lead technical discovery, review API documentation and sample data, map integrations, configure demos and test environments, and run POCs with enterprise prospects. You’ll also test new models, agent capabilities, APIs, and Nash features as they ship, understand where they work and where they break, and turn the strongest applications into practical customer workflows.
Our customers are large enterprises operating fleets across regions, fulfillment channels, and dozens of existing systems. You’ll need to understand how orders, inventory, dispatch decisions, delivery updates, and exceptions move through that environment, then show exactly how Nash fits into it.
What You'll Own
Lead technical discovery: Work with customer engineering, IT, and operations teams to understand their current systems, workflows, data, business rules, constraints, and failure points.
Design the solution architecture: Turn those findings into a clear integration plan for Nash, including system connections, endpoints, payloads, authentication, webhooks, data ownership, error handling, and required changes.
Build technical demos and POCs: Configure realistic sandboxes, prepare customer data, write lightweight scripts, connect APIs, and build prototypes against agreed success criteria.
Own technical validation through the sales cycle: Address architecture, integration, security, data, reliability, and scalability questions. Give customer engineering and IT teams what they need to approve the solution.
Apply AI to real workflows: Build and test prompts, agents, tool calls, and evaluation sets using realistic scenarios. Measure quality, identify failure modes, and determine whether the workflow is reliable.
Test new capabilities hands-on: Work with new AI models, agent features, APIs, and product releases as they ship. Build prototypes, test edge cases, document limitations, and identify promising customer use cases.
Build reusable tooling: Turn repeated work into scripts, test harnesses, sample integrations, demo environments, dashboards, and utilities that accelerate future deals.
Close the loop with Product and Engineering: Write clear requirements, reproduce bugs, provide sample payloads and logs, and follow through until blockers are resolved.
Raise the technical bar across GTM: Train AEs on technical fundamentals, mentor future SEs, and build the playbooks and onboarding materials the team will use as it grows.
What We're Looking For
4 to 6 years in solutions engineering, presales, technical GTM, growth engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, with ownership from discovery through technical validation.
Hands-on comfort with AI tools and models: you’ve designed prompts, built agents, run evaluations, tested failure modes, and tried new frameworks yourself, not just read about them.
Real building ability: you can write scripts, transform data, work with APIs, debug integrations, and stand up a sandbox, prototype, or internal tool without waiting for an engineer.
Fluency with system architecture and integration patterns, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON payloads, and data flows across systems such as OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS.
Experience designing and running technical demos, trials, or POCs with clear requirements, success criteria, and a path to a real customer decision.
Strong technical discovery skills: you can work across stakeholders to uncover edge cases, dependencies, data gaps, and requirements customers may not articulate.
Comfort operating in complex enterprise environments spanning multiple regions, channels, workflows, and integrations.
Ability to turn technical complexity into clear architecture diagrams and explain tradeoffs to engineers, IT leaders, operators, and executives.
Ownership instinct, strong product judgment, and comfort working through incomplete requirements and ambiguity.
Even better if you have: 2+ years in a sales engineering or growth engineering role; experience shipping AI-native product features or agents into production; experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + variable compensation (OTE aligned with top-quartile SaaS benchmarks).

About Nash
Nash is the autonomic logistics platform. We unify decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, providers, and fulfillment networks, continuously adapting as conditions change and pursuing the best possible outcome for each business.
The world’s largest retailers, grocers, and pharmacies, including Walmart, 7-Eleven, Woolworths, and Coles, run critical logistics workflows on Nash. Your work will influence real-world decisions across millions of deliveries.
Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim. We are backed by Y Combinator, a16z, OpenAI, and other leading investors, and headquartered in San Francisco.
About the role
We are hiring Nash’s first Data Scientist. You will combine product judgment, logistics or marketplace expertise, and pragmatic machine learning skills to build data products from discovery through production and measurement.
You will work across pricing, dispatch, carrier selection, ETA prediction, routing, and supply-demand forecasting. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can find valuable problems, turn ambiguity into measurable outcomes, and build the models and systems needed to improve those outcomes in production.
You will partner directly with Product, Engineering, Operations, customers, and company leadership.
What you’ll do
Identify and scope high-impact opportunities across pricing, cost prediction, dispatch, carrier selection, ETA prediction, routing, and marketplace balancing.
Own data science initiatives from 0→1 discovery through 1→10 iteration, deployment, and performance improvement.
Work with large, messy operational datasets, including delivery events, geospatial data, carrier performance, customer constraints, and SLA outcomes.
Build models that account for real-world logistics constraints, shifting demand, provider availability, and service requirements.
Develop production data pipelines and model integrations using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
Partner with engineers to serve models through APIs, batch pipelines, or real-time decision systems.
Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring, experimentation, and A/B testing practices.
Measure model performance against business outcomes such as cost, reliability, on-time delivery, and operational intervention.
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their operations and convert business requirements into technical approaches.
Communicate findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
What you’ll bring
4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related quantitative role.
Experience in logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, operations research, or another domain with complex real-world constraints.
A record of independently taking data science projects from problem definition through production and measurement.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working in cloud data warehouses. Snowflake experience is preferred.
Experience building and maintaining production machine learning systems. Deep MLOps specialization is not required.
Strong product judgment and the ability to connect modeling decisions to customer and business outcomes.
Comfort working with incomplete data, ambiguous questions, and changing operational conditions.
Clear written and verbal communication, including experience working with customers or senior stakeholders.
High agency in a fast-moving environment. You notice valuable problems and act on them.
Bonus
Experience with routing, ETA modeling, optimization algorithms, or geospatial data.
Familiarity with dispatch systems, carrier networks, logistics marketplaces, or pricing models.
Experience with supply-demand forecasting or marketplace balancing.
Exposure to dbt, Airflow, or related data orchestration tools.
Experience deploying models through APIs or real-time decision systems.
Prior experience at an early-stage company or in a founding data role.
Why this role matters
The decisions Nash makes affect what a delivery costs, which resource handles it, when it arrives, and whether the customer’s promise holds when conditions change.
As our first Data Scientist, you will define how Nash uses operational data to make those decisions sharper. The models you build will move quickly from analysis into live logistics workflows, giving you a direct view into their customer and business impact.
What you’ll love about Nash
An early-stage, well-funded company with real revenue and global enterprise customers
Significant ownership and autonomy, with direct collaboration with the founders
Quarterly team onsites to connect and align in person
Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
Flexible paid time off
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Equal opportunity
At Nash, we believe diverse teams are the strongest teams. We invite applicants of all genders, races, ethnicities, nationalities, ages, religions, sexual orientations, disability statuses, educational experiences, family situations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Overview
Application
Nash is the autonomic logistics platform. Self-optimizing, self-healing AI Agents unify decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, and fulfillment networks. Set the objective, and the system runs until you hit it. We’re 1,000+ customers across 20+ countries, backed by a16z and Y Combinator.
Growth at Nash
Growth is the engine that drives Nash into every market it can serve. What makes it ours is the blend of GTM tech, AI, and Nash's brand fused into growth systems that still feel genuinely human.
We live where a technical bent meets a creative flair. No one wants another soulless email cadence. We care about better signals, smarter orchestration, and systems that help Nash show up thoughtfully.
We work mostly in Claude Code, shipping our own internal and external tooling that scales reliably, weaving in platform APIs and MCPs, and wiring up AI agents for research, personalization, and signals across every channel. You'll join a team whose experience spans Plaid, Twilio, Palantir, Uber, Samsara, and MIT, all building a brand-new category together: autonomic logistics.
The role
Nash sells across a wide, multi-industry TAM: retail, industrial, grocery, restaurants, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and field services. Your job is to build the demand engine that reaches all of it.
You’ll own the plays, demand, distribution, and lifecycle that turn a huge, varied market into pipeline, run vertical by vertical, outbound-led and account-based, plus the tooling that lets a small team punch above its weight. You’ll run it hands-on and build the motion, scaling it as Nash grows.
Plays and account strategy
- Build the target account lists and the plays that reach them: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few by vertical or segment, 1:many at scale, in step with Sales and ADR leadership.
- Learn Nash’s verticals (retail, industrial, grocery, T&L, restaurants, healthcare, field services) so your targeting fits each one, and carry our messaging, positioning, and creative to market
- Run accounts through the motion in Nash GTM OS, the go-to-market engine we build and ship ourselves: shape the audience, prioritize, route live signals to the right play, and move accounts from cold to engaged.
- Get each target account to hear Nash across channels on a deliberate cadence, ABM and surround sound: outbound, social, and account-targeted paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and experimental channels) working together, budget owned to pipeline.
Outbound and campaign execution
- Own outbound as the spine of the motion: audience, message, sequence, and the signals behind it.
- Run integrated campaigns off launches, events, and key moments, distribute them across channels, own the automation behind them (conversion, follow-up, nurture), and turn what works into a repeatable play.
- Drive organic social distribution, and boost the content that performs to your target audiences.
- Capture and route inbound demand: form fills, landing-page enrollment, and web-visitor and MQA handoff into the right plays.
- Run lifecycle: nurture, product announcements, expansion, and re-engagement that keep accounts moving.
- Build the surfaces and flows your plays run on: AI SDR and inbound flows, landing pages, calculators, and self-serve.
- Own reporting and attribution: what’s working, what’s driving pipeline, and the next move.
Sales and ADR partnership
- Build a tight, trust-based partnership with ADR leadership and AEs on pipeline and account priorities.
- Arm AEs and ADRs with campaign context and live account signals so their outreach lands.
- Build nurture and follow-up cadences that carries the campaign’s context.
- Keep the handoff from marketing to Sales clean, with a fast feedback loop on lead and campaign quality.
What you bring
6+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
Proven ABM and outbound plays: you’ve built, run, scaled account-based programs and outbound motions from target list to booked pipeline.
Fluent across the GTM stack, from enrichment, intent, and automation to paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and the CRM underneath (Salesforce).
Experience working in Claude Code (or your LLM of choice) and git repos: you’re using AI to build, version, and ship your own tools in a code-backed environment
A builder who works with platforms and their APIs: you’ve shipped workflows and automations across a GTM stack, and you want to go further.
You’ve marketed complex B2B or enterprise products, and you get fluent in a new vertical fast.
Alignment to Nash culture: high ownership, sharp design, curiosity, candor, and a bias to build and ship fast.
How you work
A self-starter who operates autonomously and moves programs forward without hand-holding.
Deep expertise in outbound, ABM, paid, and the systems underneath, and you can tell leadership what’s working and why.
You build strong, proactive partnerships with ADR and Sales.
Analytical, and comfortable moving between campaign data and strategy conversations with senior stakeholders.
High energy and a get-it-done attitude, with a sense of humor and a taste for the whimsical now and then.

Overview

About Nash
Logistics is the substrate beneath every economy that has ever existed, and it remains the least intelligently coordinated activity in the modern world. Consumer expectations are converging on instantaneous, perfect, free. Networks are not. We call this gap the Logistics Singularity, and closing it is the work.
Nash is the Autonomic Logistics OS. We unify decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable system that pursues a business’s objectives continuously, adapts as conditions change, and runs the operation at equilibrium across orders, fleets, carriers, providers, and customers. The world’s largest retailers, grocers, and pharmacies (including Walmart, 7-Eleven, Woolworths, and Coles) run their critical workflows on Nash.
Founded by Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim, and backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are based in San Francisco.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to own and evolve Nash’s driver app. This is not a maintenance-only role — you’ll be shaping the future of a product that lives in the hands of real users in real delivery operations. We work with partners like Walmart, Woolworths, 7-Eleven, and Coles — and we’re just getting started. Mobile is a strategic frontier for us, and we’re investing deeply in the experience that matters most to the real world: the driver app used daily by fleets and drivers operating in the field.
You’ll be responsible for the technical roadmap, architecture, performance, UX, and reliability of the driver experience. This role demands a builder’s mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for shipping software that solves real-world complexity under challenging conditions (offline networks, old devices, long shifts).
As part of the Mobile / Product Engineering team, you’ll collaborate closely with product, backend, and operations teams — but this role also comes with real autonomy and influence.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of the Nash React Native driver app used in live delivery operations.
Architect and build mobile features that are performant, reliable, and delightful under real-world constraints.
Design and iterate on critical mobile flows (jobs, navigation, scanning, status updates, offline resilience).
Partner with Product on feature definition — influencing what gets built, not just how.
Work with backend engineers on APIs, real-time updates, and overall system design that powers the mobile experience.
Move features from idea → development → production → in-driver hands quickly.
Raise the bar for mobile engineering standards across the company.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience building and shipping production mobile applications.
Deep React Native expertise — you understand the tradeoffs and know how to navigate sharp edges.
Experience building apps used by frontline workers, drivers, or other real-world operational audiences.*
Strong product intuition — you care about UX, latency, resilience, error states, and edge cases.
High agency: you notice what needs improvement and take action without waiting for instruction.
A passion for craftsmanship — whether through side projects, open source, or building for fun.
Comfort owning a critical surface area of the product from end to end.
*Bonus if you’ve shipped a driver app, delivery app, field operations app, or other frontline mobile product.
Why This Role Matters
This is a rare opportunity to own a product that directly touches the physical world. Unlike dashboard UIs or internal tooling, this app is used daily by drivers and operators — and arguably one of the most essential touchpoints of our platform.
If you like:
Shipping quickly and seeing your work used in production
Building software for real users solving real problems (not demos)
Owning features end to end with autonomy
…this role will be incredibly rewarding.
Your work will influence how Nash scales globally and how our driver experience differentiates us in the market.
What You’ll Love About Us
✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup with real customers
✅ Massive ownership and autonomy
✅ Competitive compensation + equity
✅ Flexible PTO

About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to own and grow some of our most strategic enterprise accounts. This is not a temporary or project-based role—you are the long-term owner of the customer relationship, accountable for adoption, performance, and ongoing outcomes. Acting as an embedded partner, you will work directly with customer product, engineering, and operations teams to design, deploy, and continually optimize solutions on Nash’s platform.
This role sits within our Customer Success organization and blends strategic account leadership with hands-on technical problem solving. You will drive adoption, reduce defects, improve operational performance, and ensure customers realize meaningful business impact. In short: you own the account, the results, and the success of the partnership.
Responsibilities
Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end — act as the single point of accountability for adoption, performance, and growth.
Partner closely with customer product and engineering teams to design, deploy, and scale solutions on Nash’s platform.
Become a true Nash expert — understand platform capabilities and limitations as well as anyone in the company.
Use your expertise to advise customers, guide integrations, and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive measurable outcomes across KPIs such as delivery performance, defect reduction, and cost efficiency.
Lead account growth and retention by ensuring customers realize ongoing value and by surfacing new expansion opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow challenges in collaboration with customer engineers and Nash’s internal teams.
Act as the internal advocate for your accounts, ensuring their priorities are represented across cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
5+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Technical CSM, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed PM, or similar.
Proven success owning enterprise customer relationships and driving adoption, performance, and growth.
Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and collaborating with engineering.
Experience advising customer product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes in complex systems.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and use that knowledge to guide customers and shape feedback.
Excellent communication and executive-presence skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or complex B2B SaaS systems.
Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise retail environments.
Familiarity with API docs, observability platforms, SQL, Python, or engineering workflows.
Background in consultative roles involving both technical depth and commercial accountability.
More about Nash
Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.
Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.
