Principal Customer Architect
Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. Solving that repeatably, across every account, is the job. The Principal Customer Architect is where the hardest versions of that problem land — and where the patterns that solve them for everyone else get written.
You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Your leverage comes from architecture, judgment, and the standards you set for others: the reference architectures, evaluation frameworks, and playbooks the function deploys from. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke.
Senior Customer Architect
Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. On our largest accounts, that work needs a senior named technical owner. That owner is the Senior Customer Architect.
You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Beyond your own portfolio, you raise the bar for the whole function: you mentor Customer Architects, lead playbook development for a vertical, and represent the function in the accounts where the stakes are highest. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke.

Staff Product Designer
About the Role
You'll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of our platform, starting with our customer-facing control tower, where enterprises design, govern, and monitor their AI agents. Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX: taking ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces and turning them into experiences that feel inevitable.
Agentic Product Manager
About the Role
As an Agentic Product Manager at Netomi, you will be the strategic and technical owner responsible for designing, architecting, and deploying large-scale Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate complex business processes into AI-driven workflows, define integration blueprints, and guide customers through their transformation to autonomous AI agents.
You will work closely with Customers, CSM, Integration Engineers, QA, Product, and Engineering to ensure end-to-end success of every deployment.
Senior Data Analyst
About the Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support the development and evaluation of machine learning models. Your work will focus on ensuring high-quality data, identifying meaningful patterns, and generating actionable insights that contribute to AI-driven solutions. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in working with machine learning data in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Partner Enablement Manager
Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, you will work to ensure our partners teams are trained, incentivized, and excited to position and deliver Netomi solutions. This role is critical to scaling Netomi’s partner ecosystem—ensuring our partners are not just trained, but activated, aligned, and driving meaningful revenue and customer impact.
Channel Co-Sell Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Channel Co-Sell Director to drive revenue through our partner ecosystem and cloud marketplaces.
This role sits at the intersection of Alliances and GTM, and is responsible for ensuring partners can effectively transact, co-sell, and scale Netomi through marketplace channels.
This position is focused on accelerating deals, navigating marketplace nuance, and unlocking partner-driven revenue, including committed cloud spend. You will understand the mechanics and checklists required to unlock committed cloud spend, co-sell motions, and marketplace transactions, and translate that into scalable enablement programs.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who understands how to translate complex products into partner-led revenue and can operationalize enablement to drive measurable pipeline and channel stickiness.
Partner Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Partner Solutions Architect to play a critical role in driving revenue through enterprise deals and partner ecosystems.
This role sits within the Alliances team to advance deals, enable partners (especially SIs), and bring Netomi’s platform to life in customer environments.
You will operate as both a hands-on builder and a front-line technical seller—leading POCs, writing and reviewing code where needed, and translating complex architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders. You are equally comfortable writing code for a live POC as you are presenting a solution strategy to a CIO or CTO.
You will partner closely with the Channel and Partner Enablement Managers to ensure technical deal learnings are translated into scalable partner programs and training.
