Agentic Engineer (New Grad)
Full-Cycle Recruiter
Growth Product Builder
Senior People Operations Generalist
Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We're a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We're a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you'll see the impact of your work on the world.
Our People Team
Our People team is the backbone of how Noom scales its most important asset: its people. We build the systems, policies, and experiences that let every employee do their best work, and we're entering a pivotal chapter of scaling how People Operations runs as Noom grows into new products and new stages of the business. This is a team where builders get to shape the future, not just maintain the present.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to own and modernize core parts of how People Operations runs at Noom. This is a role for someone who wants deep, hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle operations and the systems behind them, someone hungry to build new processes, tooling, and policy documentation as Noom enters a period of significant product growth and organizational change.
You'll own day-to-day employee lifecycle execution while also contributing to the bigger picture: helping modernize our people tooling, redesigning processes, and drafting policy in ways that scale with the business. You'll partner closely with People Operations leadership to turn strategic priorities into operational reality, and you'll be a go-to resource that others on the team can rely on for judgment and follow-through.
You Will
- Process day-to-day transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and data changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems.
- Interpret and apply company policies to day-to-day employee questions and edge cases, escalating ambiguous situations appropriately.
- Own key compliance activities, including regulatory reporting, compliance training administration, government surveys, and ESG reporting.
- Maintain documented SOPs and process guides for core Ops workflows, identifying opportunities to use AI tools to streamline documentation, triage, and repetitive transactions
- Own a documented backup coverage plan for critical Ops functions, including cross-training, to eliminate single points of failure during absences or transitions
- Manage requisition intake and tracking in partnership with the Talent team, keeping data clean across the hiring-to-onboarding handoff.
- Own People help desk operations, triaging, and resolving employee inquiries within service-level expectations.
- Build and maintain People Operations analytics and reporting, surfacing lifecycle and service-delivery metrics for leadership.
- Contribute to the redesign of People Operations processes and systems, identifying opportunities to modernize how the function delivers for employees at scale.
- Support People tooling administration, partnering with IT and vendors to help evaluate, implement, and optimize HR systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact on immigration-related process and case tracking, partnering with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to support case management and compliance.
- Lead ad hoc projects across the employee lifecycle, compliance, and tooling as priorities arise.
- Partner cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders on sensitive employee matters and process rollouts.
About You
If you're interested in shaping the future of health by building the people systems that help Noom scale, this role may be for you!
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, with prior experience mentoring others.
- Hands-on experience owning complex employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Experience designing or redesigning People Operations processes, tools, or systems in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with immigration processes and policy administration, or strong aptitude to quickly build that expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, with ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to balance strategic project ownership with hands-on operational execution.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or ambiguous employee matters.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead through change and bring clarity to ambiguity.
What Makes This Job Amazing
- You'll help redesign People Operations from the ground up during one of the most transformative periods in Noom's history.
- You'll have both strategic ownership and individual contributor impact, with real influence over the systems and policies that shape thousands of employees' experiences.
- You'll build and lead a team, growing your own management skills while growing the function around you.
- You'll work closely with senior People leadership as a trusted partner in shaping what comes next.
What You'll Earn and Enjoy
- Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
- Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
- Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
- Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
- And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.
The base salary range for this position is $98,000 - $128,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).

You’ll manage our global Google Ads and Microsoft advertising partnerships, and lead our international paid social program across Meta. This is a role with real ownership: you’ll inherit mature, high-performing channels and simultaneously pioneer something brand new. You’ll partner closely with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering teams to execute campaigns and conversion experiments that drive meaningful results.
You Will
- Own and manage Noom’s Google Ads program, serving as the primary point of contact for one of our largest and most strategic advertising partnerships—driving performance, managing the relationship, and finding new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee Microsoft advertising programs, ensuring strong performance and alignment with overall paid media strategy.
- Lead Noom’s international paid social program across Meta, managing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive efficient acquisition globally.
- Manage and develop a direct report, coaching them on execution, building their skills, and helping them grow within the team.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering/Web Development teams to bring campaigns to life.
About You
If you thrive at the intersection of technical depth, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking—and want your work to matter—this role could be for you!
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with ideally 1–2 years managing or leading others.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of managing high-spend, direct response campaigns in-platform.
- Experience running paid social programs across international markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data; proficiency in Looker, Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
- A collaborative, cross-functional working style—comfortable partnering with product, creative, and technical teams to get things done.
- Background in direct response (DR)-focused environments; experience at a performance marketing agency is a strong plus.
What Makes This Job Amazing
- You’ll own one of Noom’s largest advertising partnerships—Google—with direct visibility to leadership and the opportunity to grow a program that drives real impact at scale.
- You’ll work on a team that is genuinely transparent and collaborative, where your contributions directly influence the trajectory of the company and cross-functional partnerships are real, not performative.
- You’ll have a clear path to senior leadership in a high-growth organization, with the support and visibility to build your career alongside a mission that matters.
What You’ll Earn and Enjoy
- Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
- Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
- Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
- Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
