Legal Counsel
Our Mission
At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like , , , and .

Overview
We're looking for an exceptional mid-level attorney to join Omnea's Legal team and take real ownership across our commercial, corporate and compliance work as we scale in the US!
Reporting to our Head of Legal based in London, you'll be Omnea's first lawyer on the ground in the US and the primary legal partner to our US Go To Market team. You'll be a trusted advisor across the business, leading commercial negotiations, advising on product and data privacy, supporting corporate transactions, and helping drive our compliance and infosec agenda. As our first US legal hire, you'll have a broad remit and the autonomy to shape how Legal supports Omnea's US growth.
You’ll be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to really scale rapidly. We're looking for someone great as we work to make Omnea one of the world’s leading tech businesses: come build with us!
NB. We're either hiring this role in the UK or the US, so whilst we have an advert open for each location, we have one open headcount.
What you can expect
You’ll do whatever it takes to make sure Omnea can continue to operate at pace. You'll;
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with enterprise clients, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Own US data privacy matters, including negotiating data processing terms and advising on applicable state and international privacy laws, and cross-border transfers
Manage high-volume enterprise contract workflows, providing triage to help sales teams prioritise negotiations and unblock deals
Develop and maintain playbooks and fallback positions for common enterprise negotiation scenarios, enabling faster deal cycles as the business scales
Partner with teams like product, engineering, and security to advise on legal and compliance implications of new features, particularly around data handling, AI capabilities, and user privacy
Conduct legal reviews on product releases to ensure alignment with evolving data privacy regulations and contractual commitments to customers
Support the product team in developing compliance documentation, feature specifications, and AI policies that can be confidently represented to enterprise prospects
Support on corporate and strategic projects, including fundraising and international expansion
About you
We're looking for someone commercial, capable and ready to operate with real independence:
You're a licensed attorney admitted to practice in any US state, with strong training from a top law firm or relevant in-house experience, and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a practising attorney (we're open on level, more experienced applicants welcome too)
You're a seasoned commercial operator with proven expertise negotiating and closing complex, high-volume SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
You can own customer relationships and deal strategy independently, and you're comfortable managing negotiations without constant escalation
You have demonstrable experience with international compliance frameworks (GDPR, SCCs, DPAs). You can advise confidently on complex cross-border data transfer issues and navigate regulatory uncertainty across multiple jurisdictions
You thrive in fast-moving environments and can manage competing priorities at scale. You're comfortable operating with incomplete information and making sound judgment calls under pressure, particularly when coordinating across time zones
You're genuinely interested in how AI and legal tech can transform how legal works, contract automation, legal ops efficiency, document drafting tools and you're willing to experiment with and adopt new platforms to improve your own productivity and output quality
Your judgment is relied upon not just on legal matters but on commercial strategy. You communicate complex issues clearly to leadership and customers without oversimplifying, and you can adapt your style to different audiences
You can manage large portfolios of concurrent negotiations, multiple stakeholders, and shifting priorities while maintaining excellence and attention to detail. You're proactive about flagging issues early and coordinating with the London team where needed
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
A few things to note:
We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here.
We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here
We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!
We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. What we're looking for
Omnea is scaling fast after raising our Series B in September 2025, and hiring is one of the most critical levers we have. We're looking for a Founding Head of Talent (US GTM) to take end-to-end ownership of Go-to-Market hiring, building pipelines at scale, and establishing the foundations of our US talent function.
You'll report directly to our Head of Talent and own the complete hiring cycle for GTM roles, from strategic sourcing and outreach, through pipeline development, to candidate close. In year one, you'll focus relentlessly on building deep, qualified pipelines and meeting our hiring targets. As we scale, you'll move into defining process, coaching hiring managers, and shaping how we scale our talent function across the team.
We're building a very different kind of talent function, one focused on quality and care rather than volume and speed. This role is for someone who wants real ownership, to be embedded with senior leaders, and to help shape Omnea's team as we scale from the US market.
What can you expect?
Year one is pipeline-focused. You'll spend significant time mapping talent markets, running sourcing campaigns, managing outreach at scale, and building a personal network of top-tier GTM talent. You'll become the person who knows the best Sales, Customer Success, and Growth leaders in the market.
You'll meet challenging hiring targets for GTM roles while maintaining our bar for top 1% talent. You'll be hands-on in screening, initial conversations, and candidate management. This isn't a desk role.
You'll partner directly with GTM leadership to shape role specs, define success profiles, and stay aligned on hiring needs. You'll have real influence over who we hire and how we build the team.
Once pipelines are firing, you'll shift into defining hiring process, coaching interviewers, and building scalable systems. You'll elevate our bar by refining scorecards, obsessing over what "great" looks like, and ensuring consistency across hiring.
You'll craft compelling outreach and messaging campaigns like a salesperson. You'll cut through noise to engage passive candidates with authentic, personalized messaging that resonates.
You'll build and nurture a personal network of top GTM talent through community involvement and becoming known as the go-to person for exceptional GTM hires.
About you
You've got 5+ years in high-growth startups with GTM focus, or similar fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know what great GTM talent looks like and you hold a high bar, but you're pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented. Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Growth roles is essential.
You have a track record of exceptional execution in recruiting or business development. You've met ambitious targets, built strong networks in the startup ecosystem, and people trust you to get things done.
You're ruthlessly focused on outcomes. You prioritize relentlessly, stay organized under pressure, and measure success by results, not activity. You leverage AI throughout your processes, work autonomously without compromising quality, and you nail the basics: process discipline, clear communication, and ATS hygiene.
You're entrepreneurial and want real ownership. You're not looking for a narrow recruiter role. You want to build a function, shape how we hire, and play a key role in scaling Omnea's team. You see this as a business-building opportunity.
You have a strong bias to action. You move fast, test ideas to find the right answer, and don't get stuck in process or theory. You can hire for both volume searches and niche, specialized roles. You thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal guidance.
You're a clear, persuasive communicator. You write compelling outreach, pitch passive candidates effectively, conduct thoughtful behavioral and competency-based interviews, and can hold your own in strategic conversations with senior leadership.
You're proactive and crave accountability. You don't wait for instructions. You figure out what's needed and make it happen. You're generous with feedback and actively seek it. You raise the bar for those around you.
And you're simply a great human. You're collaborative, kind, low-ego. You want to win, but not at others' expense. You're mission-driven and genuinely excited about building something exceptional.
About the role
The Commercial Associate (CA) role is part of our flagship GTM program, designed to build the next generation of enterprise sellers and founders. From day one you own a territory, work live deals, and drive real revenue. Most people are promoted into a closing role within 9–12 months – the fastest in 6.
We treat sales as a craft. Selling is building. Like law, medicine, or finance, great sellers are made through apprenticeship: learning the fundamentals alongside people who've mastered them, while building relationships that compound over a career.
Challenges you'll tackle
Our goal is for you to start closing enterprise deals as quickly as possible. In this role you will:
Get a territory – on day one you own a market. Alongside a senior sales leader, you'll prioritise accounts, research the landscape, and build a strategy to win new business.
Learn how to pitch – in your first month you'll go through a bootcamp on how to sell, position, and close, taught by the top sellers in the business.
Build relationships – embed yourself in your market by running targeted events, hosting dinners, and building a lasting network of C-suite executives.
Win new business – once ramped, you'll own a qualified deals target and support senior leaders on late-stage deals.
Own a revenue line – as soon as you're ready, you'll carry a full revenue target and double your payout.
About you
You've outperformed in a high-calibre environment before
You're naturally competitive and drawn to hard things – a startup, a founding journey, competitive sport, a demanding degree
You're a natural at building relationships and communities
You want to move as fast as possible
How we benchmark
We care about potential over pedigree – where you've been matters less than what you can do. Your starting point reflects the experience you bring and how fast we expect you to ramp:
Level I – New grad with strong internship experience · OTE $130k ($90k base)
Level II – 1–4 years in a fast-paced environment · OTE $140k ($100k base)
Interview process
Screen (30 mins) – meet our talent team and learn about the role
Hiring manager (30 mins) – meet our GTM leaders and share more about your background
Challenge (45 mins) – meet our SVP and defend your territory plan
Final (60 mins) – meet our CCO and run through some role plays

The Role
AI is changing what it means to run enterprise pre-sales. Building a custom demo, standing up a proof-of-concept environment, or drafting responses to a security questionnaire used to mean days of manual configuration and copy-paste from old RFP answers. Increasingly, that first-draft work can be directed rather than done by hand: AI can generate demo environments, draft PoC configurations, and produce a first pass on technical RFP responses.
The job shifts with it. Instead of building every demo and proof point from scratch, you specify exactly what a prospect needs to see, direct AI to build the first draft, and apply the judgment AI can't: does this PoC actually prove the thing this customer's IT security team will ask about, does this demo reflect how their approval hierarchy actually works, is this RFP answer technically accurate or just plausible-sounding.
As Omnea's AI Sales Engineer, you're the technical authority in our enterprise sales process, working alongside Sales to win some of the world's largest companies. You run discovery, build and direct demos and PoCs, and become the trusted technical advisor a prospect leans on to decide whether Omnea is real. You're deep in the modern finance and procurement stack - ERPs, CLMs, GRC, AP automation - and you use that expertise to judge what AI produces, not just to present it.
This is a foundational hire on our Sales Engineering team, working closely with Sales, Product, and the Customer team who take a deal from signed to live.
What You'll Do
Own technical discovery and demos: Run technical discovery sessions with prospects, direct AI to build a first-draft demo environment tailored to what you've learned, then adapt it based on what only a human would catch - a workflow quirk, a compliance requirement, a stakeholder's pet objection.
Drive PoCs end to end: Scope and own proof-of-concepts in collaboration with Product and the Customer team, directing AI to configure the environment fast and applying your own judgment on whether the PoC actually proves what the prospect needs to see to move forward.
Answer the hard technical and security questions: Direct AI to draft first-pass responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, then validate every answer against the prospect's actual requirements - a wrong answer here can lose the deal or create a problem after signature.
Be the bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer: Translate what you're hearing in the field into product feedback, and hand off cleanly to the Customer team so nothing gets lost between a signed contract and a live deployment.
Build the pre-sales toolkit: Keep demo environments, technical documentation, and RFP libraries sharp, using AI to draft and refresh materials as the product evolves, and refining what works based on what's actually landing with prospects.
About You
We don't expect you to know how to do all of this on day one. TL;DR: you're technical enough to be a genuine authority in the room, customer-facing enough to be trusted by a CFO or a CISO, and comfortable directing AI to do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the judgment calls only you can make.
3-7 years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS
Ideally you have experience in the modern finance or procurement stack - you understand procurement and AP automation, and have demoed, implemented, or administered tools like ERPs, CLMs, or GRC platforms
Comfortable directing AI tools to produce first-draft demos, configurations, and RFP responses, with the judgment to catch what's wrong before a prospect sees it
A strong technical foundation: you can learn a complex software platform fast and go deep enough to answer hard security and architecture questions
An excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts for multiple stakeholders from CFO, CPO to CISO.
A proactive problem-solver with real troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable owning RFPs, RFIs, and IT security questionnaires end to end, including the technical requirements that come with them
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional Solutions Associate to join Omnea’s customer team in our New York office. You’ll be excited to join an intense, fast-scaling enterprise SaaS startup with an experienced team and top-tier investors, and carve your path into startups and future Customer-team roles.
You will work on the behind-the-scenes of the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations, implementing the optimal solutions for our customers that deliver meaningful value. You’ll become a product expert and be the voice of product depth, and secure a great grounding to move into broader customer team roles within 1-2 years of joining.
You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans.
Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the most driven Solutions Associate out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage!
What you can expect
You’ll do whatever it takes to support & champion our customers in their journey with Omnea.
You'll be supporting our S&I (Solutions & Implementation) Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation over the first 12 months, as our S&I Leads mentor you into the more customer-facing aspects of the role, which you'll start to take on in months 12-24.
Over time, you'll have pathway opportunities into full stack Customer Solutions & Implementation (trusted consultant, implementation project management and workflow designer), Customer Account Lead (ultimate commercial & relationship owner, driver of advocacy, engagement and customer revenue), Customer Technical Solutions (product expert, integration specialist and technical advisor) or Sales Engineering (prospect facing consultant, product & process transformation expert) roles within the customer team.
The first 12-24 months will provide a great grounding in Omnea as both a product and a business, and you'll get to learn from a team of experts within our customer function.
You might be a fresh grad wanting to get a broad range of experience whilst being hands on with a one of the most exciting and fast growing earlyy-stage Enterprise B2B SaaS companies around. Or perhaps you have 3 years post-uni working experience in a professional role looking to transition into startups and tech, and put in the year or so of Omnea grounding and mentoring before moving into the full-stack S&I role.
Please note: our compensation is based on levelling during the application process, but the advertised band is expected to roughly proxy 0 (lower end) to 3 (top end) years of professional experience.
You’ll join as an early hire in the Customer Team at one of Europe’s fastest-growing early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before, with the best investors and teams out there
You’ll learn how to deploy a new & evolving SaaS product to some of the Europe’s most renowned tech companies by actually doing it (we don’t expect you to know yet!)
You’ll focus on setting customers up to be successful, ensuring their data is in great shape, and their configurations are implemented to the level of depth and sophistication to match the complexity of their companies
You’ll become a product expert and be one of the best people in the company at configuring the product, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
You’ll hone organisation and planning skills, as you help S&I leads in coordinating and driving towards launch, and achieving key milestones in the deployment
About you
We don’t expect you to know exactly how to do absolutely everything when you join! We are looking for someone with the right attitude & skillset to take on this challenge…
TL;DR: you’re ambitious & hard-working, and you’re as comfortable handling ‘nitty gritty’ product config as you are communicating to more senior stakeholders. You make up for any potential lack of experience with hunger and a constant growth mindset. You are someone who will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You’re intelligent & can work stuff out. You derive energy from building meaningful relationships, successfully completing projects, and pleasing customers/clients.
-
You have up to 3 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment; perhaps you had some excellent internships, maybe you've done a few years in consulting or been part of a start-up or scale-up.
More than 3y Experience? Check out our S&I role
You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it’s in academia, work, sport, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to
You are tech-savvy and can figure out new products / tools / processes quickly. Perhaps you’ve excelled with tech as part of your job before or in your degree, or just like the idea of using tech to solve problems. You’ll need the skillset, patience, and desire to become an Omnea product expert
You work hard & care lots about your work. You are ambitious & want to have a successful career. This requires sacrifice & dedication but you think it’s worth it, and you're willing to put in the effort over the first 12-24 months to get a great grounding in the nitty-gritty of our product
You’re highly organised and have an incredible attention to detail - you are a master of juggling lots of things at once
You're eager to learn. You're early in your career and are eager to soak up knowledge, and put in the work that will pay off down the line.
You care about good communication and how you present yourself, and you're keen to grow into roles within our Customer team, where communication is at the heart of what we do!

AI Solutions Lead

The Role
AI is changing what it means to deploy enterprise software. Configuring a customer's procurement workflows used to mean weeks of manual setup, integration by integration, edge case by edge case. Increasingly, that first-draft build work can be directed rather than done by hand: AI agents can generate workflow configurations, draft integration mappings, and produce the initial pass on a customer's setup.
The job shifts with it. Instead of building every workflow yourself, you specify exactly what needs to exist, direct AI to build it, and apply the judgment AI can't: is this the right configuration for this customer's approval policy, will Legal and Finance actually sign off on it, does it hold up once real spend starts flowing through it. In practice, that might mean catching that the approval chain AI just drafted works perfectly for HQ, but misses a regional delegation-of-authority rule that would fail an audit in the customer's APAC entity.
As Omnea's AI Solutions Lead, you own deployment of the Omnea platform end to end - typically running 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently - for some of Europe's most recognisable companies. You advise customers on the best-fit configuration, direct AI-assisted build work to get there fast, and validate every output against what the customer actually needs. You'll also deal with the politics that come with every enterprise rollout: the Legal team wanting one more sign-off, the Finance stakeholder who doesn't trust the new approval flow, the exec sponsor who's gone quiet. You become the internal voice of the customer, and you're judged on outcomes you can point to: time to launch, post-go-live CSAT, and whether that customer becomes a case study or reference.
This is an early hire on Omnea's customer team, working directly with our sales, customer, product, and engineering leadership. The future shape of the role is yours to define!
What You'll Do
Discover and design
Run discovery with customer stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT, and translate their process into an Omnea configuration
Design the target workflow: approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and the edge cases that make procurement hard
On a deployment with a dozen-plus integrations, you own the sequencing - what has to land first, what blocks what - and the harder calls underneath it: which system is the source of truth for a given entity, and how records reconcile when two systems key that entity differently
Define success criteria and a realistic path to go-live with the customer's project sponsor
Build with AI, not instead of it
You're not just directing AI to draft your own deliverables faster - you're configuring the specialized agents Omnea's customers rely on every day: an intake agent that knows how to ask a procurement analyst the right follow-up question, a risk agent that flags what actually matters to this customer's Legal team
The real leverage comes from chaining agents together - an intake agent that hands clean, structured requests to a risk agent, which in turn routes into approvals with the right context already attached. You design how those agents work as a system, not just individually
Writing a spec for one agent is a skill. Writing one that holds up across a chain of agents - where one agent's output becomes another's input - is the actual bar here
Validate every AI-generated output against the customer's actual process, policy, and edge cases before anything ships
Handle what AI can't: judgment calls on ambiguous requirements, custom logic, and anything that needs a human read on internal politics
Deploy and prove value
Present configured workflows to stakeholders, from procurement analysts to CFOs, working through the pushback and internal politics that come with any enterprise rollout, and win their buy-in
Run multi-day onsite workshops with customers, coordinating dozens of stakeholders across multiple workstreams at once - a different muscle than a single stakeholder meeting
Project-manage the deployment: timelines, blockers, stakeholder alignment, and a clear path to launch, acting as an extension of the customer's team
Track adoption after go-live and keep the configuration working as the customer's process evolves
Work with Product and Engineering during the design phase, not just after something breaks in the field - you're often the earliest signal on whether a new module will hold up for an enterprise customer, and that shapes what gets built next
What's Different About This Role
You'll spend more time specifying and validating than building from scratch. AI produces the first draft; you make sure it's right for this customer
Writing instructions AI can act on precisely is a skill you'll build fast here. Vague requests produce vague configurations
Judgment matters more, not less. AI speeds up the build, but you decide whether the output is right for this contract, this Board, this customer
You'll keep experimenting as our AI tooling evolves, and share what works with the rest of the team
About You
We don't expect you to know how to do all of this on day one. TL;DR: you're ambitious and hard-working, as comfortable directing an AI agent through a tricky configuration as you are presenting a project plan to an exec. You make up for any gap in experience with hunger and a genuine growth mindset. You derive energy from building relationships, shipping projects, and making customers succeed.
4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment: a startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or something you built yourself
Less experience? Check out our Solutions Associate role
Comfortable directing AI tools to produce first-draft work, and confident enough in your own judgment to catch what's wrong. Prior use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor is a strong plus. What matters most is your ability to write clear, specific instructions and evaluate what comes back
Client-facing experience, or the natural gravitas to be excellent at it. You can point to a time you went well beyond what a client expected
A track record of doing something exceptionally well, whether that's work, academia, sport, or anything else you've put your mind to
Comfortable reasoning about system architecture - how data models, primary keys, and integration sequencing interact across a dozen enterprise systems. You don't need to write the integration code, but you need to know why it breaks and be able to reason with the people who do, and you'll need to become an Omnea product expert
You build real relationships with people at any level, from a junior procurement analyst to a CFO, and know how to handle pushback and stakeholder politics, not just build rapport
Comfortable running rooms of stakeholders across a genuinely cross-functional tool - on a single project you'll interface with the CPO, Legal, Finance, AP, InfoSec, and Compliance, plus each of their technical resources, often all with competing priorities on the same decision
Comfortable moving between the detail and the big picture: configuring a workflow in the morning, presenting a project plan to an exec in the afternoon
Entrepreneurial, have high ownership, and want to be part of building something. We've signed up to the Future Founder Promise
An excellent communicator: clear and concise, verbal and written, even when the subject is complicated
Highly organised: comfortable running 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently, each at a different stage, without dropping any of them
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! The Role
As an Applied AI Consultant, you'll work directly with our most strategic customers to understand their objectives and key challenges, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and translate them into measurable business value.
You'll be building AI solutions on Omnea's procurement automation platform, combining the structured data flowing through requests, approvals, contracts, and supplier records with AI. Omnea gives AI the operational context of how a business actually buys, so it can move past answering questions and start taking action inside procurement itself: routing requests, flagging risk, drafting contract terms, negotiating with suppliers. There is no AI without that context.
You'll prototype these solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realisation, growing Omnea's footprint at those customers as you go.
This customer-facing role is ideal for people who enjoy working directly with customers and turning complex business challenges into practical AI solutions. The focus is on problem framing, solution design, and business impact rather than pure implementation. While you will prototype AI solutions, the primary goal is to deliver meaningful business value to customers.
What You'll Do
Identify High-Impact AI Opportunities: Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their strategic priorities and operational challenges, identifying where AI can deliver measurable business value.
Design AI-Powered Solutions: Translate complex business problems into scalable solution architectures, using Omnea's AI to eliminate manual work across procurement.
Prototype and Demonstrate Value: Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-value solutions that demonstrate tangible outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
Lead AI Innovation with Customers: Facilitate workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions with customers to explore new ways AI can transform their operations.
Drive Adoption and Business Impact: Partner with customer teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and realisation of measurable value from AI deployments.
Develop Domain Expertise: Build deep expertise in specific industries or business domains (e.g., supply chain, finance) and help scale that knowledge across the organisation.
What's Different About This Role
You'll spend more time on problem framing and validation than on hand-building every proof of value. AI can generate a working prototype fast; your job is deciding whether it actually solves the customer's problem.
Writing a sharp brief for what you want AI to build is now core to the role, not a side skill.
Judgment on business impact matters more than raw build speed: which use case actually moves the metric the customer cares about, and which is just an impressive demo.
You'll keep pushing on what's possible as Omnea's AI tooling evolves, and bring what you learn back to the rest of the team.
About You
You might be a great fit if you…
have 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution-architecture or AI roles
enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions
can communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
have a good understanding of business processes across procurement, finance, and supply chain, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases
demonstrate strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including executives), whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos
know how to measure the business impact of what you've delivered, and can turn that into a clear story for stakeholders - time saved, error rates down, adoption up, whatever the metric that actually matters to that customer
have hands-on experience identifying, designing, and building automations or AI-driven solutions for repeatable processes, not just scoping them on paper

What we're looking for
We are looking for an entrepreneurial & commercial powerhouse to join us as Omnea’s first enterprise GTM sales lead in the United States. You'll be excited to scale an early stage business & have a massively accelerated career trajectory.
And we need someone to continue to drive our GTM efforts and close deals. There are no limits with this role, and we expect this person to be a future commercial leader at Omnea as we scale.
What Can You Expect?
You’ll be the first US-native enterprise seller at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies, reporting into our CCO & working alongside an experienced team who have done this before & worked with the best investors and teams out there.
You’ll be the engine for our US revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to $millions in ARR by actually doing it
You’ll navigate complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (~300-8,000 employees), initially securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals
You’ll build & manage our sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with our CEO on GTM strategy as we expand our ideal customer profile & find success in other sectors and geographies…hopefully, you’ll manage a geography/sector/team in the next 12 months
You’ll help to create our sales processes as you build them, experimenting with different messaging & outbound strategies
You’ll become the best person in the company at explaining & pitching the product
You’ll have close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success, giving feedback gathered from the front line/speaking to prospective customers, allowing you to help steer our roadmap & experience first-hand how great products & great businesses are built
You’ll work more broadly across the business than any other ‘normal’ sales role, stepping up to help with marketing, events, community, onboarding customers, and whatever else needs to be done
You’ll network with CFOs & procurement leaders, attend events across the US, and become well-known in this space
As we scale our GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally. We operate as a meritocracy & there are no limits to your growth
About You
You’re ambitious and hard-working, and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You make up for any potential lack of experience with intelligence, grit, and a constant growth mindset. You have natural hustle and know how to get people on side. You know you can sell and are hungry for an entrepreneurial & high impact journey. You derive energy from building meaningful relationships and setting & achieving lofty goals. You get bored when things don’t move fast or when you can’t have an outsized impact.
You have 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable (i.e. you know you can sell!)
If you’ve done B2B sales before, you will have consistently performed top or nearly top of your team
It might even be ok if you haven’t done B2B / SaaS sales before but you will have consistently excelled at something incredibly challenging that demonstrates your grit & perserverance, and your ability to perform in the top 1%. If you’re less experienced, our Commercial Associate role is likely a better fit
You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want to rise faster or earn more than would be possible in any ‘normal’ career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required. FYI, we've signed up to the
You’re ambitious, competitive, and care lots about your career. You are probably happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems/winning deals. You know this requires dedication & some sacrifice but you think it’s worth it
You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it’s in academia, work, sport, a sales team, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to
You’re intelligent and have the capacity to rapidly understand our product inside and out, without the crutch of relying on sales engineers
You have good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change, whether it’s with a distinguished exec or a junior operator. You can get on well with anyone and have the gravitas to sell to senior leadership (eg. CFOs), or the ability to learn quickly
You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting

The Role
As Omnea's Customer Value Lead, you own the relationship with our customers across their entire lifecycle, working with some of our largest and most strategic accounts. Your job is to make sure customers get real, measurable value from Omnea from day one, and to turn that value into renewals, expansion, and upsell.
Omnea's product is sticky: it's a business transformation, not a point tool, so once a customer is live, expansion tends to follow. Your focus skews heavily toward that expansion motion, not just keeping accounts renewed.
You'll build deep, long-term relationships with your champions and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders at every level, from procurement managers up to CFOs. You'll be the internal voice of the customer, working closely with both technical and commercial teams to keep Omnea customer-centric at its core.
This is an early hire on the customer team, working directly with Abs, Ben, and Rebe to build the function from the ground up. There's no fixed playbook yet: you'll help write it.
What You'll Do
Own a revenue number: You'll carry an NRR quota covering both expansion and retention across your enterprise book. That means proactively identifying upsell opportunities, running commercial conversations at exec level, and owning the renewal process end-to-end.
Build relationships that go all the way to the top: Your relationships will run from procurement managers to CFOs. You'll multi-thread across each account, building genuine trust across multiple stakeholders, and you'll be the person customers call when something goes wrong or when they're thinking about what's next.
Build the playbook from scratch: There's no fully built playbook yet - you'll help shape it. You'll work alongside an exceptional implementation team, product experts, and leadership that have scaled world-class companies to define the commercial rhythms, norms, and processes to set the standard as the function grows.
Shape what Omnea builds next: You're the closest person to what our customers will and won't pay for. You'll feed that signal directly to Product and Revenue leadership, surfacing what's blocking adoption, what's driving expansion, and where we should be investing.
What's Different About This Role
This isn't a traditional post-sale account management role. Omnea's product is a business transformation, not a point tool, so most of your quota comes from expansion, not just renewal.
We're not looking for a narrow "Account Manager" background. We want people from GTM roles broadly or from customer-facing roles with heavy commercial/GTM crossover.
There's no fully built playbook. You'll define the commercial rhythms and processes as you go, working directly with Abs, Ben, and Rebe.
You'll be as close to the product roadmap as anyone outside Product itself: what you hear from customers directly shapes what gets built next.
About You
We don't expect you to know exactly how to do all of this when you join. We're looking for someone with the right attitude and skillset to take this on.
TL;DR: you're commercially sharp, and you instinctively know how to navigate complex organisations. You might come from a GTM role (sales, customer success, partnerships) or a customer-facing role with heavy GTM crossover. What matters is that you've worked in real enterprise environments, managed senior stakeholders with high expectations, and have a track record of getting things done.
-
4-8 years of experience in a top-tier, fast-paced environment: a startup, scale-up, VC, consulting, banking, or something you built yourself
If you've been in a commercial role, you've worked six-figure ARR+ accounts, navigated multi-stakeholder buying committees, and built genuine executive relationships
You build rapport, influence people, and drive change, whether with a distinguished exec or a junior operator. You have the gravitas to engage senior leadership, ideally up to CFOs, Legal, or Procurement
You're comfortable in ambiguity. You don't need a fully built playbook: you'll build it as you go and improve it as you learn. You're organised enough to manage a complex book of business without dropping anything, and confident enough to push back on customers when they're wrong
You're ambitious, competitive, and care about doing excellent work, with a track record of high performance in whatever you've turned your hand to: sales, academia, sport, or something of your own. You take ownership seriously, and you'd rather work hard on something meaningful than coast on something safe
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Enterprise Account Executive

What we're looking for
We are looking for an entrepreneurial & commercial powerhouse to join us as Omnea’s first enterprise GTM sales lead in the United States. You'll be excited to scale an early stage business & have a massively accelerated career trajectory.
