The role:
We’re looking for a contract Brand Designer to support creative across marketing, product, and brand. You’ll design thoughtful, high-quality work that spans social, digital, print, in-app experiences, and campaigns while helping maintain a consistent visual identity as Open grows.
This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, excellent taste, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas from concept through execution.
\n- Social content and campaign visuals built to feel native to the brand
- Marketing assets across digital and print
- In-app graphics and supporting visual content
- Seasonal and editorial moments
- Have 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally with some exposure to editorial or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc)
- Motion design or animation experience
- Have a strong typography sensibility and can work within (and push) an existing design system
- Are comfortable moving fast — this is a contract role with active production needs
- Are willing to explore AI workflows
- Video editing experience is a plus
- An existing practice in mindfulness, movement, or well-being
- Experience designing for mobile apps or hybrid brands

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a contract-based position. As a member of the Growth and Content teams at Open, you will have the opportunity to shape and convey the company’s unique perspective through compelling content and supporting materials. This position offers the chance to work cross-functionally with various teams, contributing to the development of Open’s practices and ensuring a cohesive narrative across all platforms.
\n- Collaborate with the Growth Team and Head of Content to develop, write and refine Open’s in-product content, asset copy, and campaign strategy
- Create detailed descriptions and copy that enhance user interaction within our product
- Generate ideas and write external blog posts that support our content and articulate Open’s point of view
- Assist with brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone and style guidelines, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency across platforms
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness; personal understanding of breathwork, meditation and movement practices
- Proven experience in content creation and strategy
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content on deadline
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a dynamic self-starter to support our team. As a member of the Studio Ops Crew you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service and hospitality to all of Open's clients. You will assist the team with daily tasks to keep our facility and studios operating smoothly and efficiently. You can expect a fast paced, fun start-up environment working with inspiring individuals. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to building an experience that has the power to transform people's lives for the better. This role is part time and paid.

\n- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and members, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and receive excellent service
- Perform various services and tasks related to the studio schedule and point of sale systems, including: client check in, membership sales, retail sales, scheduling, and client account maintenance
- Perform opening, mid-day and closing duties while adhering to the guidelines and procedures established by Open
- Clean and prepare the practice space, including: cleaning of mats, weights, floors, and mirrors, and resetting the room with all necessary equipment
- Clean and maintain all common areas, including: front desk, retail, locker room, bathrooms, showers, sauna, and cold plunge
- Rectify member and client complaints at the time they occur and escalate through appropriate Open channels when necessary
- Promote studio amenities, products and events while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Educate clients on the Open app
- Foster a sense of community within the studio through world class hospitality and genuine care
- Availability to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
- Minimum shift requirement 3 shifts/week, including weekend availability both Saturday + Sunday
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have the ability to prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have a solutions-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs
- Minimum 4 shifts per week
