Middle Developer [Playables]

As a Playable Developer, you will be at the heart of our creative production process, bringing interactive advertising concepts to life. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing playable ads - mini-games that showcase our products and drive user acquisition. Your role will blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving as you collaborate with designers, artists, and UA managers to deliver polished, engaging experiences.
For which tasks?
Develop and maintain playable ads (interactive mini-games) using Cocos or Unity Playworks.
Optimize code and assets for lightweight builds.
Prototype simple gameplay mechanics for creative concepts.
Implement and adjust UI/UX elements for advertising scenarios.
Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and UA managers to deliver creative ideas.
Maintain a library of playables and refactor existing solutions.
We're looking for:
1+ years of Unity/Cocos development experience.
Background in mobile games or mini-game development.
Skills with UI development.
Understanding of gameplay programming (triggers, collisions, animations).
Working knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.
Nice to have:
experience with HTML5/JavaScript for playable ad packaging,
optimization for low-end devices,
knowledge of ad network requirements (Google, Facebook, TikTok).

User Acquisition Manager

Original Games seeks an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a User Acquisition (UA) Manager. In this role, you will allocate a marketing budget for our games and partner with stakeholders to implement a strategy.
This role will involve spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per month across mobile platforms (iOS, Android) in pursuit of Original Games user acquisition goals to grow our key title Merge Inn.
In addition to managing user acquisition campaigns, you will also support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports for executive management and the marketing team’s use. Some of your responsibilities include:
For which tasks?
Own the wide spectrum of performance marketing efforts for our games, develop the media strategies and plans across our ecosystem. The scope is around designing and running globally scaled performance marketing campaigns.
Define metrics, objectives, and key results to prioritize and measure the success of all key initiatives, and get better each time!
Collaborate with multiple internal teams – Game Development, LiveOps, Marketing, Community Management, and Data Analytics, to create impactful and scalable campaigns.
Own the digital media strategy, planning, and buying operations across campaigns.
Develop and manage external partner relationships to bring your strategic vision to life.
Take risks and drive innovation for growth through constant experiments and testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science.
Stay on top of the most up to date industry trends, competitive digital landscape, user needs, and the latest digital marketing products to continuously learn and innovate.
We're looking for:
Performance Marketing Experience: 2+ years of media buying/UA experience with proven results in strategy development, campaign planning and media buying operations.
Proven experience with full ownership of SEM, a large scale UA, and/or Re-engagement campaign from planning to buying.
Partner Management: Enjoys growing and managing key relationships and is comfortable owning the full life cycle of partner marketing projects from ideation to execution.
Entrepreneurial Team Player: Digital marketing veteran that loves problem solving and constant change and is a self-starter who loves to take risks by collaborating with others.
Ownership/Independence: Exceptional ownership, project management and prioritization skills – own everything like it’s your own business.
Impact and Results Driven: Strong ability to assess performance both qualitatively and quantitatively to meet objectives and goals. Understands the importance of scale and impact.
Strategic & Analytical: Strategic mindset to develop a vision, and the hands-on desire to execute and bring ideas to life, then possess the ability to revisit the big picture.

Creative Producer
Do you love great games - and also great advertising?
We are Original Games, and we're seeking a Creative Producer to join our marketing creative team. You’ll collaborate closely with motion artists, graphic designers, and user acquisition managers to create high-performing advertising that powers our growth. Our main focus is the casual puzzle category, with our lead title Merge Inn.
Our creative process is built on experimentation, data, and curiosity. We value both analytical thinking and bold creative ideas – and you’ll have full access to performance data to see how your ideas impact our campaigns.
For which tasks?
Generate strong creative hypotheses based on data, insights, and trends.
Create detailed briefs and storyboards for user acquisition creatives (video, static, playable, and other formats).
Build and iterate on effective ad structures that engage audiences through the full funnel.
Direct artists and motion designers to deliver on vision with clear, timely feedback.
Analyze performance data to understand why creatives work or fail - and use it to guide testing and optimization.
Research competitors, trends, and channels to inspire new ideas.
Contribute to developing brand guidelines, creative best practices, and a knowledge base for performance marketing.
Participate in brainstorms and collaborate cross-functionally to push creative boundaries.
We're looking for:
Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Lead, or similar role in gaming, mobile apps, or digital advertising.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, ad metrics, and creative testing processes.
Excellent storytelling sense, including pacing and audience psychology in video creatives.
Ability to bridge creativity with analytics – balancing intuition with data-driven insights.
Background as a Motion Artist or Designer is a plus.
Organized, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English - we work and communicate fully in English.
And of course, a genuine love for games and creative experimentation.

For which tasks?
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams (with a strong focus on product).
Conduct in-depth analytical research to identify growth opportunities.
Work with the team to design event tracking and product data schemas.
Analyze game economy, balance, player behavior, and the impact of external factors.
Manage the full cycle of A/B testing, from hypothesis formation to result evaluation.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (Tableau).
Monitor key product metrics and quickly identify problem areas.
Apply machine learning techniques for metric forecasting and player segmentation.
Ensure correct game telemetry tracking and data validation.
Support the product team in making data-driven decisions.
Work closely with a data engineer to improve data infrastructure.
We're looking for:
3+ years of experience in data analysis in merge games with complex economies and long-term progression.
Strong mathematical background with solid knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.
Proficiency in SQL and Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau).
Strong understanding of mobile game KPIs: Retention (D1, D7, D30), ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, DAU/MAU, CPI, ROAS.
English level B2 or higher.
Team player with excellent communication skills to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tech stack:
Python + Google Cloud stack;
BigQuery;
Tableau.
Nice to have:
Experience with cloud data tools and infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery).
Experience applying machine learning methods in production projects.
Familiarity with advertising SDKs and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust).

Middle QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA to join our crew and lead our mobile initiative to new heights.
For which tasks?
Manual functional testing of mobile games for iOS and Android (regression, feature testing)
Assist the developers and external QA team in checking/reproduce issues
Manage tasks in own scope, coordinate work with peers
Daily collaboration with the outsourced QA team
Suggest risk mitigation plan for own tasks
Follow existing practices within the team
Must Have:
2+ years of manual QA engineering experience, specifically in writing test plans, test suites, and test cases within the mobile gaming industry
Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile platforms
Working experience in f2p casual games
Experience in implementing and optimizing processes
Proven experience in our tech stack:
- Unity, Xcode, Android Studio, adb, Sourcetree
- Firebase, BigQuery (or any other DB, so base knowledge of SQL is a plus)
- Miro, Confluence, Jira, TestRail
Good to have:
Experience with LiveOps
Experience with analytical systems, including error monitoring tools
Excellent understanding of SDLC
Exposure to industry standard game engines
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a distributed team
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
